From YouTube: Council Worksession Meeting 12 05 2016 2
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Thank
you
for
that,
because
it's
a
big
undertaking,
my
chairs
and
if
you're,
looking
at
or
exerting
and
we're
gonna,
bring
up
some
pictures
here
that
Shane
will
run
for
the
Veterans
Cemetery.
What
we're
looking
at
is
right
across
the
street
from
the
war
memorial,
the
veterans
memorial
out
there,
and
so,
if
you
can
kind
of
visualize
that
you
say
highway,
20
not
to
again
yeah
one
really
understood
get
something.
A
A
K
A
I
L
A
We
go
there,
we
got
it
okay,
so
we
all
got
kind
of
idea
where
this
is
going
on.
What
we're
doing
is
we
went
to
the
Veterans
Association,
we
talked
to
Larry
Zimmerman
and
the
devil
is
going
to
come
back
and
that
we're
tying
them
present
to
the
city,
palaces
up
to
the
veteran
VFW,
the
American
legions
and
all
these
and
get
these
guys
on
board
I
believe
they
treated
another.
So
what
we're
looking
for
is
really
a
plan
of
action.
A
You
know
that
we
can
get
something
drawn
up
where
it's
going
to
look
like
and
what
we
can
expect
to
see
and
so
forth,
and
how
much
money
is
really
going
to
cost,
because
I
have
had
the
opportunity
to
visit
with
the
MIS
facilities
and
they're
good
to
go
put
in
lights,
for
you
know,
Ryan,
Powell
and
then
put
in
the
lights,
so
that
would
all
be
better
off.
You
know
to
drive.
We
know
that
the
road
would
cost
us
what
Dennis
was
about.
I
A
Right
and
machine,
if
you've
got
some
other
numbers
that
you
want
to
throw
out
there
you're
sure
well,
can
we
do
that?
I,
don't
know
if
there
is
any
that
we
ever
talked
about.
We
need
bathrooms
and
we
need
things
like
that.
So
we're
going
to
be
looking
for
some
dollars
in
or
going
to
be.
Looking
for
some
support
from
the
state
of
South,
Dakota
and
I
know
that
you've
had
hew
out
there
looking
at
the
at
the
site,
it's
just
a
great
site.
A
It
really
has
been
so
what
they're
looking
for
tonight
from
the
council
is
just
so
you'll
understand
where
we're
going,
what
we're
looking
at?
Why
we've
been
talking
to
Larry,
Zimmerman
and
Aaron
diamond
Sioux
Falls
with
the
VA,
so
Dennis
I'm
gonna
turn
over
you
a
little
bit.
It's
just
kind
of
give
us
an
idea.
How
did
you?
How
did
you
come
up
with
the
idea
and
where
do
you
want
to
see.
I
I
K
I
H
I
Other
there
is
one
other
thing
that
in
working
with
Stanton
Fox
or
a
little
over
a
year
ago
as
whether
we
really
fathered
the
idea
and
I've
been
working
with
Steve
all
along
I
thought.
Watertown
has
a
horn
that
says
you
can
only
have
two
cemeteries,
so
we
would
have
to
probably
change
an
ordinance
to
three
and
have
a
veteran
cemetery
which
I
think
would
be
interesting,
because
that
would
just
prolong
the
life
of
my
hope.
I
They
have
Saint,
Mary's
well,
I,
think
that
would
be
a
lot
plus
and
I
really
don't
see
anybody
that
would
be
to
cancel
that
I
know.
There's
a
lot
of
bedrooms
on
the
east
side
of
the
river
that's
holding.
Now
we
can
get
any
a
Veterans
Cemetery
on
the
east
side
and
and
reason
why
I'd
like
to
or
water
down
this
I
think
it
would
be
a
good
paint
for
Watertown.
I
I
Cemetery
yeah
I
think
what
we'd
have
to
do
is
probably
get
it
set
up
and
everything
as
a
state
cemetery
and
then
basically
go
to
national
because
everything's
red
tape
there
and
just
say,
would
you
give
us
your
blessings
and
name
it
a
National,
Cemetery
and
everything
is
taken
care
of,
so
there's
no
cost
to
you
and
that
it'd
be
a
lot
easier
than
going
through
appropriations
to
get
money
from
them.
I
doing
all
my
problems.
C
I
So
you
guys
just
food
addition
to
that.
Little
bit
occult
and
and
I
got
two
weeks
up
there
and
he
says
I
think
there's
room
for
about
56.
If
I
remember
right
and
then
you
have
to
look
at
another
area
in
that
word.
If
we
developed
this,
that
we
would
have
I
went
up
there
and
measured
the
square
footage
and
how
many
burial
sites
was
there
and
that's
about
80
acres
there,
and
if
we
projected
the
same
spacing
and
every
we
fit
a
hold
about
60,000
great
sites
like
that
Whitewood.
I
M
So
mayor,
this
is
a
city-owned
property.
Is
that
correct?
That
is
correct,
and
so
there
would
be
what
some
turnover
of
that
who
or
what
the
city
continued
known.
The
city
would
continue
on,
and
so
we
would
be
responsible
for
all
of
its
making.
For
such
an
Hill
or
5th
it
ever
became
a
National
Cemetery
right.
I
And
even
national
cemeteries
I
believe
they
leave
the
doctor
of
the
community
to
take
care
of
it
in,
and
that's
probably
in
talking
with
Danny
Brendan,
who
is
state
action
and
first
places
that
are
willing
to
give
up
land
or
veteran
cemetery,
but
crunches
taking
care
of
it.
It's
hard
to
find
either.
Volunteers
are
very
migration,
sets
perpetual
where
we'd
be
careful,
mom
hope
from
here
on
on
and
on
as
we
have
a
city
and-
and
it
wouldn't
take
that
much
more
actually
a
mole.
This
area
out
there
is.
A
A
I
C
C
I
C
N
I
I
Would
probably
for
State
Cemetery
first
and
again
that
that's
on
I
know
the
sale.
Specs
were
stages
down,
so
it's
gonna
be
relative,
getting
money
out
of
them.
But
if,
if
we
can
we're
going
to
do
a
bunch
of
also
fundraising
and
our
goal
is
going
to
be
a
hundred
thousand
to
raise
more
of
this
right
but
late.
N
I
K
I
D
D
It's
representative,
my
other
drawing
this:
do
you
want
my
next
questions
is
when
you
were
doing
that
estimate
or
had
include
that
ever
about
five
Otoniel
they
doing
the
dimensions
from
the
dot4
perspective.
Is
that
either
one
of
those
access
points
off
of
Highway
20
would
be
eligible
for
construction,
so
I.
G
I
Probably
the
big
thing
would
be
hit
the
road
in
and
then
start
the
post
dot
and
and
and
get
the
grass
growing
nice
grass
for
bluegrass
or
the
cemetery
in,
and
we
can
probably
put
a
small
building
out
there
for
storage
in
flakes
and
like
that
and
then
probably
a
dicker
defense
around
the
Dave
cemetery
and
then
with
utilities.
They
said
that
any
year
or
they
will
have
holes
that
they
are
replacing
that
are
in
very
good
shape.
If
we
wanted
to
like
the
road
along
there
that
they'd
be
flattened
easels
bowl.
I
And
I
guess:
I
I,
don't
see
anything
better
use
of
that
land,
but
I'm
a
little
biased,
Big
Love
dither
to
excuse
that
as
a
peasant
cemetery
and
I
think
we'll
get
the
blessing
of
the
state.
Because
they've
been
looking
at
him
running
in
these.
For
apart
it's
just
whether
they're
gonna
be
able
to
help
fund
us.
I
There's
been
quite
a
bit
of
talk
about
places
and
between
Yankton
Sioux
Falls,
and
they
have
a
little
larger
number
of
veterans
donor
just
because
of
population.
So,
but
with
like
that's
one
reason
why
we're
pushing
us
forward
a
bit
to
get
it
into
water
time
rather
than
down
there
something
up
other
stuff,
yeah,
I'm
Larry
said
we're
laying.
K
K
I
I
A
B
O
Randy
Holiday
and
from
hate
time,
South,
Dakota
and
I've
got
two
uncle's
buried
out
in
the
National
Cemetery.
Okay,
there
was
five
of
my
brothers,
my
mother's
brothers,
that
were
in
the
service
and
two
of
them
are
buried
out
there.
One
Hisle
was
a
retirement
from
the
Navy
and
he's
not
buried
there.
One
was
the
retirement
from
the
Air
Force
he's
not
buried
there,
either
they're
buried
in
other
places
around
the
nation.
This
thing
would,
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
really
help,
and
they
all
grew
up
here
in
the
hazel
area.
O
There
now
five
out
of
the
six
boys
we're
in
the
service.
At
that
time,
there's
three
of
us
sons:
okay,
a
brother
is
buried
at
st.
Hannah's,
Catholic,
Church
and
I've
got
another
brother
still
alive,
eats
in
Sioux,
Falls
and
I
really
believe
that
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
would
use
this
and
it
would
be
a
tremendous
asset
and
to
think
we're
about
half
way
little
over
halfway
up
and
down
29.
O
B
Visit
Cemetery
and
I'm
always
amazed.
It's
just
manicured
and
it's
beautiful
I've,
even
thought
about
being
very
there
myself,
my
wife
and
I,
but
his
widow,
a
very
good
friend
of
mine,
my
cousin,
so
she
would
call
also,
and
every
time
I
go
through
squared
as
I
stopped,
and
this
was
wonderful
in
the
iPhone
I
take
a
picture
of
myself.
The
hall
and
I
send
the
picture
back
that
his
little
and
I
said
I'm
here
visiting
walnut
and
I've
been
most
of
the
haka,
and
that
is
so.
B
She
is
so
appreciative
of
that
and
she
said
I
don't
like
he'll
be
married
out.
There
is
there
days
when
I'd
like
to
drive
out
to
the
cemetery
I
just
visit
the
business
degree
and
I
can't
do
that
sure
those
are
cookies.
So
it's
about
a
once
a
year
deal
and
when
that
first
time,
I
heard
that
from
her
I
said,
we
need
one
of
these
for
self
to
get
that
kind
of
turned
out.
So.
K
B
C
B
With
that
carry
forward
here,
what
those
are
some
questions
that
probably
get
part
of
head,
of
course,
but
the
things
that
are
and
I'm
aware
out
there.
They
have
a
chapel,
all
the
girls
out
there
that
you're
familiar
with
and
families
can
use
that
or
whatever
a
little
product,
good
things
that
may
be
lying
on
out
there.
So
that's
just
my
two
cents
worth:
okay,
absolutely.
H
Q
N
Q
K
I
L
Hum
Dana
Jones,
most
of
you
know
me
because
I
was
up
there
on
the
other
side.
Man
closely,
loneliness
I
was
on
the
other
side
of
that
powder,
we're
setting
up
there
for
four
years,
but
as
commander
the
Legion
Post
here
in
Paddington
County,
we
do
an
average
of
52
to
54
funerals
a
year
and
most
of
those
are
in
either
model
or
Saint,
Mary's
and
I'm
sure
that
if
those
people
had
a
choice,
they'd
come
here
because
eventually
that's
going
to
get
full
too
and
you'll
keep
adding
and
adding.
L
But
if
they
had
their
choice
you
know
where
would
they
go?
And
in
my
own
personal
case,
Mike
came
from
100
miles
away
from
here
if
I
start
looking
for
a
cemetery
plot,
I'm-
probably
going
to
go
back
to
my
hometown,
but
my
kids
are
here
at
most
of
my
people
and
I
know
her
here:
I
fed
this
came
up.
I
probably
stay
here.
Thank
you.
O
O
I
J
I
was
just
going
to
say
thanks
for
thinking
of
Watertown
for
veterans.
This
is
our
outfit
dirty,
though
thank
you
for
all
you've
done,
and
this
the
fact
that
you're
willing
to
won't
get
here.
But
it's
really
appreciate
it.
I
think
we've
got
a
beautiful
spot
out
there
and
so
I
pass
no
sir,
absolutely
anything
else.
Yes,
any.
O
One
thing
else:
our
clubs
at
410
members,
strong
and
a
lot
of
them
are
all
the
way
through
eastern
South
Dakota.
A
couple
on
the
western
sounds
good.
We
got
people
in
Illinois
that
are
club
members,
Lana
Georgia
all
over,
and
this
this
is
the
way
they
all
grew
up.
They
might
come
back.
I'll
come
back
to
this
area,
folks
and.
I
P
I
just
want
to
echo
I'm
the
commander
in
the
VFL
and
online
buster
right
now
were
close
to
seven
hundred
and
twenty
five
members
and
they're,
all
from
mainly
water
town,
but
Coddington
town
and
I
represent
them
and
I'm
representing
them
here,
because
what
I'll
be
doing
in
my
meetings
is
promoting
this
final
place
of
press
and
I
think
that
Dana
and
also
Jack
and
Trevor
of
BBA
will
also
probably
echo
those
same
things.
I
think.
I
A
My
suggestion
is:
Dennis
I
think
what
we
really
need
to
do,
and
hopefully
I'm
speaking
for
all
of
you.
We
need
to
get
some
something
drawn
up.
We
need
to
see
what
it's
going
to
look
like
and
I
think
you
need
to
apply
that
person.
That's
like
yourself!
That's
going
to
push
this
thing
and
get
that
done
and
I
would
the
city
can
help
help
them
get
some
drawings,
some
renderings,
or
this
thing
that
you
guys
have
any
issue
with
that
yeah.
A
Let's
do
that
Donna
something
and
then
once
we
get
that,
then
we
would
know
what
the
costs
are
and
you
can
get
us
right
down
to
the
dime
of
our
rules
from
the
college
right,
Shane,
yeah,
big
time
and
then
I
think
it
definitely
defined
into
a
skill,
advance
and
he'll
get
some
bills
out
there
and
get
some
college
courses.
That's
going
to
be
done
soon,
so
yeah,
it's.
I
N
Now
I
just
want
to
echo
the
appreciation
I
have
you
know
we
read,
is
that
and
our
family
with
a
grandfather
and
father
and
an
ex-husband?
And
now
in
my
current
husband,
all
veterans,
all
would
be
in
different
place,
are
all
are
in
different
places,
and
so
it
really
be
nice
to
have
happen
all
in
one
spot
and
long
distance,
and
you
know.
I
Yeah
and
one
thing
we're
pushing,
of
course,
this
is
like
they
says
the
first.
Definitely
if
we
can
get
beyond
this,
then
we
go
to
the
wrong
table
which
all
the
area
legislatures
legislators
are
looking
at.
The
American
Legion
on
the
15th
of
December
and
we're
going
to
be
without
help
us
out,
and
we
all
over
each
one
of
our
groups
and
as
meetings
as
a
month,
something
I'm
very
short,
leasable
we'd
like
to
bring
that
up
monster
members,
but
if
they
don't
get
it
in
step.
A
K
R
A
R
Thank
you
very
much
here
just
to
give
everybody
a
little
update.
The
council
went
as
well
as
the
committee
I,
don't
know
where
we're
at
the
tornado,
shelter
we've
been
working
on
us,
I,
think
for
about
a
year
and
a
half
and
and
have
applied
for
a
grant
of
pre-disaster
mitigation
grant,
and
we
didn't
receive
that
from
FEMA
and
we
we
were
aware
that
we
did
receive
it
a
while
back
and
then
there
was
some
question
on
the
Fleming
mappings
and
things
like
that.
R
We
did
it
finally
get
the
approval
letter
here
about
a
month
ago,
so
we're
ready
to
move
forward
on
to
the
next
step
and
what
we're
going
to
do
is
build
a
3540
tornado,
shelter.
That's
that's!
The
design
work
is
all
been
done
by
by
Gary
Stanley.
First
District
has
also
helped
us
with
this.
This
grant
process
it's
a
25
percent.
Seventy
five
percent
match
city
pays.
25%
FEMA
pays
is
seventy
five
up
to
a
certain
dollar
amount,
and
that
is
that
those
funds
from
the
city
side,
evidence
and
its
size
in
the
2017
budget.
R
R
D
R
What
yeah,
so
you
can
see,
yeah
it's
really
great
in
there
River
cursors!
That's
what
we're
looking
at.
What
would
ask
and
we
got
a
little
work
to
do,
making
sure
we
decided
to
to
go
with.
We
have
a
sewer,
otter
available,
so
we're
looking
at
putting
running
water
in
this
building
and
then
being
winterized
at
the
same
time.
The
other
concession
stand,
the
building
would
be
winter
ice.
R
It
will
be,
it
can
be
utilized
because
of
the
support
of
owner
of
the
bathrooms
and
things
like
that
for
the
Soccer
Association,
and
we
got
some
some
details
that
work
out
with
the
responsibility
of
cleaning
and
making
sure
it's
all
in
order
and
stuff
but
anyways.
So
that's
that's
where
we're
at
on
that.
R
So
that's
what
we
are
looking
at
as
far
as
an
update
right
now
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
good
ideas,
a
lot
of
it
and
making
sure
we
do
this
thing
right.
We've
looked
at
a
lot
of
different
tornado
shelters.
The
main
reason
this
was
was
approved
is
because
that
trailer
court
not
too
far
away.
So
we
want
to
let
her
put
those
folks
in
and
have
a
meeting
with
them
to
make
sure
everybody's
aware
and
put
up
good
signage
once
this
is
build
them
and
that's
about
all.
A
K
R
To
look
consider
anytime,
there
is
a
tornado
watch
in
our
area.
These
doors
are
revealed
but
electronically,
and
they
just
have
a
battery
back
of
us,
so
this
building
will
have
power
tripping
at
the
power
wall.
For
some
reason,
these
doors
are
still
open
with
up
with
just
a
remote
access
and
obviously
we
would
also
try,
and
after
that
tornado
watches
over
you
know,
then
we
can
lock
those
doors
back
up
remotely
and
we're
still
working
on
some
of
the
details,
so
making
sure
we
maybe
drive
by
that
someone
drives
by
that.
R
R
It
was
estimated
I,
don't
have
about
$225,000
and
that's
with
sworn
water
estimates
and
and
everything
and
so
I
think
we
should
be
able
to
not.
We
definitely
want
to
exceed
that
to
my
opinion,
but
I
think
some
of
the
storm
waters
should
come
in
pretty
fair
rules,
so
we
were
putting
those
s
ends
together
without
any
knowledge
of
what
we
were,
what
we
really
had
for
some
water.
So
we
should
be
able
to
have
a
pretty
accurate
estimate
Tara
in
the
next
thirty
days
or
so.
D
R
So,
for
one
thing
you
can
see
that
Sidewalk
are
leading
up
to
the
shelter
area
and
shelter
is
going
to
be
then
so
handicapped,
yeah
sidewalk,
and
so
we
might
like
the
try
a
little
then
and
be
able
to
say
that
now
you
just
add
on
to
that.
So
the
one
have
to
rebuild
the
site.
Why
I
wanted
to
determine?
If
we
can
do
that,
that
yeah
was.
R
A
A
A
S
S
A
J
S
S
S
S
Sheltered
observations
like
intensity,
clarify
the
kingly
mark
on
these
types
of
things.
They
went
to
from
sixteen
to
twenty
five
dollars
again.
That
was
a
trend
red
becau.
So
it
was
also
something
that
we
looked
at.
Neighboring
communities
bar
side
said
looked
at
their
fades
community
customers,
and
they
were
definitely
in
that
range.
So
though
he
tried
to
keep
it
in
that
range
also
with
the
show-me.
Well,
we
looked
at
some
of
the
other
communities.
O
L
S
Has
not
had
an
array
rates
shown
bill
rate
for
for
nonprofits
that
that
be
all
like
Thursday,
Night
Live
and
some
of
these
types
of
things
that
we
did
with
the
show
well,
and
we
have
a
fairly
significant
cost
associated.
It
takes
about
six
man
hours
to
completely
set
up
and
tear
down
the
shown
world
so
again,
looking
at
cost
recovery.
K
H
K
O
N
K
S
S
S
Went
on,
we
basically,
you
know,
have
the
new
softball
complex
coming
in
line
this
week,
and
basically
that
fee
was
stayed
the
same
as
well
as
charged
it
cook
complex,
and
it's
only
the
adult
associations
that
pay
for
field
rental.
Excuse
me
so
that
that
fee
was
placed
on
the
new
five
bucks
complex
as
well.
S
Then
in
golf
there
were
quite
a
few
changes
in
golf
again.
What
we're
trying
to
do
is
recover
some
of
those
costs
and
close
that
gap
between
revenue
and
expenditure,
but
top,
and
we
basically
looked
at
taking
an
average
of
what
other
courses
similar
to
us
receive
in
revenue.
So
we
took
our
course
in
watertown,
rooking,
spear,
urine
and
Aberdeen.
We
didn't
use
any
of
the
Sioux
Falls
courses
because
they're
quite
a
little
higher
anyway,
and
we
basically
average
that
out
and
that's
what
we
set
for
the
average.
So
family
membership
went
up.
S
$70
from
820
to
890
married
couple
went
up
$50
from
7:45
to
7
95,
the
adult
seven-day
went
from
500
to
540,
adult
five-day,
went
from
400
to
440
the
young
adult
one
from
325
to
360,
but
the
youth
decided
to
leave
that
the
same
as
it
was.
So
there
was
no
change
in
that,
as
well
as
the
daily
green
fees,
the
only
fee
that
was
changed.
There
was
the
family
Sunday
after
5:00,
which
has
been
$25.00
for
many
many
years
that
was
raised
to
$40,
then
the
driving
range,
the
cost
per
bucket
went
up.
S
S
The
individual
rate
went
from
400
to
440,
the
family
rate
went
from
500
to
540
and
then
on
cart
storage
that
went
up
from
320
on
the
gas
cart
to
380
and
the
electric
cart
went
from
342
to
400
and
then
at
the
cemetery.
In
the
majority
of
categories
we
had
a
5%
or
near
increase
there
to
cover
costs
out
there
and
project
that
that
will
raise
about
$7,500
in
revenue
at
the
cemetery.
C
Probably
the
most
significant
ones
you
talked
about
there
at
the
golf
course
do
you
feel
those
are
gonna
close
a
lot
of
the
gaps
and
I
mean
I.
You
know,
I
know
it's
a
city.
We've
spent
a
lot
of
money
debt
to
build
a
outstanding
facility
out
there
and
and
I,
and
hopefully
continue
to
do
improvements
out
there
over
the
years,
but
I
could
say
you're
closing
some
of
those
gaps
and
I.
Don't.
S
Know
if
it
will
completely
close
the
gap,
but
it
will
make
it
closer,
and
you
know
basically,
the
golf
course
has
been
in
construction.
The
way
it
seems
for
the
last
ten
or
fifteen
years,
and
it
looks
like
now
going
forward-
we're
gonna
have
a
twenty
seven
hole.
Well,
of
course,
that
should
be
open
to
play
and
very,
very
readily
usable
for
all
our
golfers
here
in
the
community
and.
C
S
S
A
And
we
had
put
that
in
there
we
would
assumed
that
we
were
going
to
get
that
thanks
Jay
for
that
I'm
gonna,
move
along
I
have
a
couple
more
items
that
I
need
to.
You
can
stay
there
because
you
might
want
to
add
something
to
it:
Mike
and
Bruce
I'm
gonna
I'm,
going
to
tap
you
two
to
maybe
just
give
us
a
little
update
on
what's
going
on
on
the
on
the
prairie
lakes
wellness
center,
so
which
everyone
wants
to
light
it
up.
First
you're
welcome
to
go
chewy
flip
a
coin.
M
Well,
most
of
the
work
that's
being
done
now
is
on
the
finished
work
on
the
inside.
So
by
that
we're
talking
about
finished,
painting,
there's
a
lot
of
tile
going
in
there's
carpet
going
in
there's
finished
fixturing,
going
in
as
far
as
cabinetry
and
and
countertops
and
front
desk
areas
being
developed
and
with
the
the
countertops
there.
M
The
specialty
fluorine
for
some
of
the
courts
or
the
spaces
upstairs
will
be
going
in
relatively
soon.
The
five
gym
spaces
are
all
complete,
completely
finished,
painted
and
sealed,
and
they
look
beautiful.
They
absolutely
look
wonderful,
so
a
majority.
If
you
go
in
there
and
it's
exciting
to
go
in
there
literally
every
day
right
now,
and
that
is
there's
there's
physical
changes
that
you're
seeing
every
day
that
are
taking
place.
I
know
cabinetry
with
our
lockers
and
cubbies
were
going
in
last
week.
M
So
it's
it's.
Looking
like
right
now
that
sometime
within
the
first
two
weeks,
I
believe
a
February.
Substantial
completion
would
be
done.
We
would
then
go
through
the
checklist.
Get
some
things
wrapped
up,
go
through
the
training
cycle
that
we
have
to
on
that
building,
which
is
going
to
be
fairly
significant.
So
we're
we're
it's
looking
like
we're
scheduled
for
late,
February,
March,
first
kind
of
timeframe.
So
that's
pretty
exciting.
F
Signage
obviously
haven't
seen
any
that
that
that's
another
component
that
will
be
coming
into
play
or
pretty
soon.
You
know
the
the
signage
on
the
building
and
also
the
wayfinding
signs
and
so
forth,
but
yeah,
it's
it
couldn't
be.
It
couldn't
be
nicer,
I,
don't
think
the
public
is
gonna,
be
pleasantly
surprised
to
see
this
facility
when
it's
done
it's
it's
gonna,
be
beautiful.
One.
A
F
A
A
Has
got
some
pictures
up
there
for
so
I'm
going
to
just
give
you
a
little
heads
up
on
what's
happening.
This
is
the
and
I'm
sorry
my
chicken
scratch
is
on
there.
You
know,
because
we're
talking
to
different
people
about
things
we
can
do
on
the
far
right
there,
you're
gonna,
see
that's
a
200-yard
rifle
range
and
there's
I
can't
see
up
there.
Let
me
grab
my
papers
here.
It
tells
you
how
many,
how
many
benches
are
in
that?
Let's.
A
There's
five
benches
on
the
201
and
then
you
go
to
the
next
one,
which
is
a
hundred
yard
range.
There's
ten
benches
there
and
there's
ten
benches
to
the
next.
The
next
two
are
really
what
we're
looking
at
is
pistol
ranges
you
know,
or
they
can
use
them
possibly
for
archery,
just
many
many
things
that
can
be
done
on
that,
but
on
those
there's
actually
three
benches
on
each
for
the
25
yarders
off
to
the
left,
there
you'll
see
I
have
kind
of
in
the
very
bottom
there.
It
says
non-toxic.
A
We
are
going
to
allow
shotguns
to
be
shooting
out
there
where
they
can
throw
their
clay
pigeons
in
that
area
and
and
do
that
kind
of
stuff
we're
not
going
to
have
anything
with
you
know
like
the
rabbits
running
or
the
pheasants
or
the
duck
come
in
or
anything
like
that.
It
just
really
is
just
throwing
clay
pigeons
out,
but
I
want
to
give
you
an
update
on
that
now.
This
is
really
being
spearheaded
by
most
of
the
h2o
20
group.
A
That's
working
on
this
and
we're
having
meetings
at
the
police
station
constantly,
but
the
game,
fish
and
parks
are
the
ones
that
have
drawn
this
up
and
and
Shane
has
been
very
instrumental
on
working
with
them
to
make
sure
we're
not
in
the
floodway
they're
talking
on
the
sides.
We
need
to
have
a
little
bit
of
talk
on
that
I.
Think
on
the
berms
that
are
8
foot
high
here,
20
foot
on
the
backside,
but
one
and
a
half
to
one
is
really
pretty
high,
makes
it
hard
to
mow
I'm
kind
of
hoping.
A
A
A
And
then,
if
you
go
to
the
the
other,
the
other
print
or
a
picture
kind
of
give
an
idea
on
that
one
there
you
go
on
the
very
bottom,
that's
kind
of
what
your
stoppage
is
going
to
be.
You
know
to
stop
the
you
know.
The
bullets
from
going
through
you
can
see
mainly
that
is
like
railroad
ties.
The
the
Lake
area,
tech
I,
will
tell.
You
is
really
involved
in
this
project.
A
They're,
looking
at
making
most
of
the
steel
plates
for
us
to
tie
the
ties
together,
they're
going
to
be
working
on
the
benches
on
the
very
top,
that's
kind
of
where
you're
you
know
the
cover
over
everything.
The
the
lake
area
is
all
on
board
fixing
this.
For
us,
that's
probably
one
of
the
most
expensive
parts
of
it
is
to
get
the
bench
area
done.
So
hopefully
we
come
in
with
a
lot
of
extra
help
on
that
we
will
be
approaching
all
the
all
the
facilities.
You
know
like
just
a
core
sportsmen.
A
The
white-tailed
deer
I
think
I
have
a
meeting
with
the
sportsmen
tomorrow
night,
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
that
will
be
presenting
this
and
we're
going
to
be
asking
them
to
maybe
get
on
board
and
help
us
do
a
little
financing
on
this
project.
So
that's
just
a
little
update
on
the
on
the
gun
range.
So
if
you
got
any
questions,
throw
them
out
there
and.
A
Yeah
yeah,
this
is
I,
think
they
have
two
hundred
seventy
thousand
dollars
that
they're
putting
towards
this
project,
and
that,
of
course,
is
if
you're
not
familiar
with
that.
That's
where
every
time
you
buy
a
box
of
shells
or
gun
of
any
kind,
there's
a
tax
that
goes
on
there,
that
that
flows
into
that
which
flows
through
the
state
and
then
they
are
out
able
to
help
us
out.
A
One
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
bring
up
to
you
tonight.
You
know
today
on
the
radio
and
and
all
over
I
heard
Governor
Dugard
talking
about
our
there
sales
tax,
the
state
sales
tax,
gosh,
I,
think
I,
heard
him
saying
in
one
month
you
we
were
down
a
million
dollars
the
next
month
we
were
down
three
million
dollars
in
the
next
month
down
five
million
dollars.
A
Now
eight
million
dollars
for
a
total
were
down
about
two
hundred
million
dollars,
but
I
wanted
to
bring
you
up
to
date
on
water
towns,
because
if
you
remember
right,
we
had
a
couple
of
to
three
months
that
were
pretty
tough
and-
and
there
was
a
lot
of
questions
how
about
you
know,
what's
going
on
what's
happening
in
Watertown?
Well,
I
wanted
to
bring
you
up
to
date
for
actual
numbers
for
this
for
this
year.
A
What
we
are
we're,
seeing
an
actual
two
percent
increase
in
our
sales
tax
over
last
year,
we're
currently
up
for
the
two
pennies
269
thousand
three
hundred
and
eight
dollars
and
I-
think
that's
just
wonderful
that
people
are
all
shopping,
local
and
helping
our
our
economy.
So
I
wanted
to
share
that
with
you
were.
We
feel
the
pain
of
the
state,
but
actually
it's
it's
pretty
good
right
here.
F
A
Know
I
know
that
online
shopping
has
an
effect
to
it.
They
say
that
there
is
an
effect
on
that,
but
I
think
what
you're
really
seeing
is
you're
seeing
the
farm
economy.
You
know
because
we
don't
get
a
sales
tax
on
the
buying
of
a
combine
or
a
tractor
or
anything
that
the
farm
community
by
is.
We
don't
get
any
of
that
sales
tax
they're
seeing
a
lot
of
dollars.
You
know
that
that
haven't
been
spent.
I
guess
is
what
I'm
saying
the
farm
economy
is.
You
know
the
price.
