C
B
I
wanted
I
wanted
to
make
a
couple
of
comments.
If
I
may,
before
you
before
you
get
on
there,
I
was
out
to
the
the
West
Kemp
house.
When
you
had
the
you
know,
they
were
still
framing
it
up,
and
my
wife
and
I
bought
some
I
think
is
some
two
by
sixes
that
kxl
G
at
the
time
and
the
grandkids
were
painting
them
and
doing
things.
We
searched
that
entire
house.
When
we
found
him
it
was
so
cool
yeah.
B
It
was
just
a
great
way
to
get
people
involved
and
then
I
was
also
at
your
house
on
15th
Street
when
they
kind
of
had
the
open
house
for
those
folks.
It
was
just
amazing
to
see
the
young
families
that
get
involved
in
that.
So
what
you're
doing
anything
is
just
amazing
for
water
towns
so
on
on
dick
I'll
turn
it
over
here.
I'm,
sorry,
I,
that's.
C
What
I
did
on
you
there
all
right,
Thank,
You
barb,
as
barb
mentioned
I,
am
from
Wisconsin
when
I
recently
located
out
here
at
the
end
of
November
I
came
from
a
community
very
similar
to
water
talent.
So
it
was
easy
for
me
to
fall
in
love
with
it.
A
lot
of
similarities
through
that.
So
looking
forward
to
2017,
we
are
closing
in
on
another
house
within
about
two
months.
We
should
have
a
family
in
there,
so
that
is
very
well
very
good.
C
We
were
gifted
a
superior
homes
home,
so
we
are
looking
for
an
available
lot
and
partner
family
with
that
I.
Looking
around
the
room
right
now,
I'm
seeing
a
lot
of
unfamiliar
faces
as
I'm
new
to
the
area.
So
one
thing
that
I
wanted
to
get
done
this
year
was
to
get
an
impact
in
the
community
as
meet
as
many
people
as
I.
Can
civic
leaders,
business
leaders
just
to
kind
of
get
that
partnership
and
cultivate
those
partnerships
within
the
community
to
get
our
mission
out
there
to
make
our
community
better?
C
I
really
might
want
to
thank
everybody
on
the
council
for
for
having
us
for
a
few
minutes
tonight,
to
listen
to
our
story,
to
listen
to
our
mission
and
to
see
what
we're
doing
with
the
community,
I
wouldn't
say
for
the
communities,
because
everybody's
working
together
in
this
mission.
So
on
behalf
of
Barbara
myself.
Thank
you
very
much.
D
Nick
and
barb:
do
you
guys?
Are
you
getting
to
the
point
we're
having
a
hard
time
finding
properties
for
these
hey
I
am
noticed
some
of
the
ones
that
have
built
just
a
few
years
ago
in
my
neighborhood
that
you
actually
built
twin
homes.
Is
that
getting
to
be
more
the
when
you
do
a
stick-built
getting
to
be
more
of
the
norm
or.
E
Barber
Nick
you've
been
around
what
twenty-five
years
give
or
take
here
in
Watertown
now,
so
you
guys
getting
a
pretty
good
track
record
in
the
community.
Can
I
ask
what
kind
of
issue
of
you
have
you
had
with
delinquencies,
or
you
know,
as
far
as
a
family's
staying
current
on
their
mortgage,
anything
you
can
share
there
or
any
comments
you
might
have
well.
C
As
of
we
just
closed
in
December,
as
of
January
1st,
we
have
everybody
current
under
our
current
mortgage
I
believe
there
are
thirteen
or
fourteen
current
homes
that
we
hold
mortgages
for.
All
of
them
are
current,
so
we
don't
see
a
lot
of
that.
If
there
is
any
issues
with
that,
they
would
come
to
us
say:
hey
we're
not
doing
the
greatest.
This
month
we
possibly
work
out
an
arrangement
to
get
that
paid
off
in
the
next
three
months.
F
B
G
B
B
H
H
A
it's
a
house
on
wheels
that
we
take
around
to
the
schools,
the
third
graders
different
organizations
that
will
set
it
up
for
special
events,
and
things
like
this
really
a
neat
thing
to
teach
our
youth
about
how
to
get
out
of
a
house
when
they're
when
there's
smoke
inside
your
house
fire
or
be
it
fire
or
hot
hot
smoke.
Whatever
the
case
may
be,
we'll
set
up
some
different
scenarios
for
the
kids
and
and
make
them
do
a
fire
pre
plan
and
get
a
safe
place
to
meet.
It's
it's
pretty
amazing.
H
So
we
hit,
we
make
sure
we
hit
all
the
school
kids
they.
Never
they
never
forget
that
information.
They
always
retain
it.
And
it's
a
lot
of
peace
of
mind
if
you
know
that
your
your
family
is
a
practices
drill
for
when
something
really
happens
to
the
parents
and
the
kids
so
anyway,
this
is
what
this
is.
H
It
was
all
it
was
all
built
by
donated
funds
with
the
Watertown
home
builders
and
believe
ale
lake
area.
Construction
group
had
something
to
do
with
that.
I
was
actually
around
at
that
time
when,
when
that
one
was
built,
like
I,
said
some
of
the
problems
that
we've
had
with
it
is
just
the
fact
that
it's
so
tall,
it's
a
two-story
house
and
that's
run
into
some
problems
with
just
going
up
to
the
schools.
H
Now,
with
the
trees
and
stuff
with
14
foot
6
tall,
we
can't
store
it
inside
anywhere,
because
storage
is
so
expensive,
with
with
a
height
that
that
tall.
So
it's
it's
all
weather
protected.
So
it's
not
that
it
has
to
sit
inside,
but
it
has.
It
has
served
us
very
well.
So
the
new
one
that
we
would
like
to
look
at
would
be
a
one-story.
H
It
would
have
two
bedrooms
and
a
control
room.
The
control
room
just
has
all
the
video
video
equipment
fills
up.
The
house
was
smoking
and
and
then
moves
a
hop.
The
smoke
out
of
the
house
when
the
next
group
comes
in
the
new
one
would
be
about
12
foot,
8
inches
tall,
so
a
little
bit
shorter,
easier
to
do
store
the
other
nice
thing
about
the
new
one.
It
would
be
handicap
accessible.
We'd
have
ramps
on
this
one.
H
So
if
we
had
someone
in
a
wheelchair,
we
could
use
a
utilize,
the
rooms
and
and
three
old
doors,
and
things
like
that.
So
pretty
neat.
So
we
did
some
research
last
year
I'm.
What
would
it
cost
to
to
to
get
a
new
safety
house
in
water
tone?
We
did
come
up
with
a
local
estimate
of
that
it's
going
to
be
somewhere
between
32
and
35
thousand
dollars
for
everything
included.
H
That
is
that's
just
purely
an
estimate.
At
this
time
we
did
check
at
some
of
the
companies
that
build
safety
houses
across
the
US
and
they
are
into
that
fifty
sixty
thousand
dollar
range.
So
we
really
want
to
try
and
do
this
locally
if
we
can
in
2016
we
did
start
some
fundraising
for
a
new
safety
house.
We
do
have
ninety
five
hundred
dollars
in
donations
to
go
directly
towards
this
building
of
this
new
safety
house.
H
So
what
we'd
like
to
do
is
identify
there's
a
couple
organizations
out
there
that
may
be
willing
to
donate
materials
or
donate
time
and
labor
and
stuff
like
this.
So
that's
what
we're
looking
into
right
now
to
see
what
exactly
we
would
need
if
we
can
get
some
commitments
on
donated
materials
and
time
to
put
this
thing
all
together,
to
probably
reduce
this
number
down
and
figure
out
exactly
what
we
need
for
donated
funds,
and
then
we
would
look
for
once
we
get
that
in
a
fight
in
the
next
thirty
days.
H
H
If
we
did
once
we
built
a
new
one,
there
may
be
some
surplus
value
there
for
another
community,
I'm,
not
real
sure,
but
it
it
didn't
really
make
sense
to
rip
it
down
to
the
bare
frame
and
reuse
the
frame,
because
I
think
it
costs
us
more
to
to
tear
it
down
to
that
level.
I
do
have
a
basic
floor
plan
of
what
what
the
new
one
may
look
like
it.
H
It's
it's
looking
like
this
will
be
a
trailer
on
a
basically
trailer
house
axle
and
this
would
have
a
deck
on
each
end
of
the
trailer
and
a
bedroom
on
each
end
and
that
control
room.
So
they'll
come
up
a
ramp
into
the
front
door
and
then
either
they'll
be
either
put
in
one
of
the
two
bedrooms
and
one
one
firefighter
in
the
control
room,
one
firefighter
in
each
bedroom
and
then,
when
they
exit
out
the
window
or
the
door
there'll
be
someone
to
meet
them
outside
to
make
sure
they
go
into
their
safe
place.
H
H
This
is
built
on
a
regular
car
trailer
and
the
way
it
looks
in
a
way
and
there's
there's
that
option
out
there
too,
but
I
think
we're
just
a
little
little
law
get
a
little
better
trailer
if
we
use
a
trailer
house
type
system
and
and
get
it
done,
a
little
better
I
do
have.
The
only
other
thing
I
do
have
is
a
I.
H
Did
you
have
to
forgive
me.
I
did
take
a
picture
of
our
current
safety
house.
So
that's
that's.
If
anybody
who
wants
to
you
can
see
that
the
two-story
and
stuff-
and
it's
that's
the
ghost
city
upstairs
and
and
it
was
tough
to
get
get
it
around
and
stuff.
That
seems
a
little
top-heavy
and
stuffing
like
I
said
it's
really
worked
well
for
us
in
our
community,
but
I
I
think
we'd
be
better
served
with
a
a
shorter
trailer.
So
I
guess
with
that,
that's
my
update
and
I.
Don't
know
if
anybody
has
any
questions.
H
H
H
That's
a
good
question:
when
we,
when
we
hit
the
local
schools,
will
do
will
do
it
like
in
water.
Tom
will
do
all
the
third
graders
every
year
when
we
go
out
of
time.
We
don't
want,
have
Tom
too
much
for
the
trailer,
but
we
do
invite
the
surrounding
schools
to
come
in
and
we'll
take
third
to
fifth
graders.
Sometimes
they'll
come
every
other
year
and
they'll
combine
all
their
classes.
We
just
want
to
make
sure,
but
he
has
an
opportunity
to
go
through
it.
F
H
H
Work
with
you
on
this
I
have
a
meeting
with
Watertown
home
builders
and
setting
one
up
with
the
le
TI
carpentry
division
to
see
if
they
would
like
to
donate.
We
do
have
some
confocal
contractors
that.
F
I
guess
I
was
getting
at
it's
a
good
return
on
our
investment
or
your
investment,
or
whoever
makes
that
investment
and
I
can
tell
you
having
gone
through
that
super
super
black
smoke.
That's
really
makes
an
impression
on
you,
so
I
think
that
when
I
crawled
through
the
training
house,
with
all
that
gear
and
blinding
black
but
I'm
glad
you're
doing
it,
because
I
think
kids
need
to
know
what
to
do
when
there's
a
fire.
F
E
B
It's
a
Ford,
isn't
it
Randy
I?
Think
song
number
four
discussion:
our
proposed
ordinance
number
17050.
Many
in
the
section,
seven
point:
one:
six:
zero
four
to
reflect:
a
new
officer
election
month
for
the
upper
Big
Sioux
watershed
board,
Justin
I,
think
you're
helping
draw
this
up
with
with
Roger.
Aren't
you
yes,
sir
mayor
and.
J
J
You're
doing
AB
less
length
than
the
the
title
that
you
just
read
off
there
really.
This
is
just
simply
reflecting
what
the
upper
Big
Sioux
watershed.
Board
decided
here
at
its
January
meeting,
which
it's
empowered
to
do
to
determine
a
different
month
for
the
election
of
its
officers,
and
since
we
had
it
in
revised
ordinance,
you
know
the
month
that
they
were
to
select
their
officers.
Just
would
be
changing
revised
ordinance
to
reflect
what
they
did.
B
Council
meeting
first
reading,
mm-hmm
perfect:
okay
thanks
Justin
number:
five
discussion
on
the
proposed
ordinance:
number
1706
repealing
section;
nineteen
point:
one:
four:
zero:
five
unlawful
to
carry
firearms
on
an
off-road
vehicle
and
section
nineteen
point:
one:
four:
zero:
five:
a
unlawful
to
carry
firearms
on
a
golf
cart
as
a
firearms
regulation
prohibited
by
statute.
So
you
give
us
an
explanation
of
what's
going
on
here
and-
and
this
is
also
something
that
we'll
be
on
as
a
first
reading
on
our
next
meeting.
That's.
J
J
What
this
comes
down
to
is
there
is
a
statute
in
state
law,
SD,
CL,
9,
19
20,
which,
when
passed
in
1983,
made
it
clear
that
municipalities
could
not
adopt
an
ordinance
that
restricts
possession,
transportation,
sale,
transfer,
ownership,
manufacturer
or
repair
of
firearms
or
ammunition
or
their
components,
and
these
two
ordinances
were
adopted
much
atma
much
later
than
1983,
and
so
by
virtue
of
this
law
they
are
effectively
null
and
void,
and
so
you
know
my
suggestion
to
the
council
would
be
that
these
ordinances
be
removed.
For
that
reason,
I
think.
F
J
Know
just
point
state
law
you
know
does
restrict
essentially
what
off-road
the
off-road
ordinance
does.
State
statute
already
does
and
where
state
statute
authorized
imbued
rather
the
city
with
authority
to
regulate
golf
carts
based
upon
the
fact
that
it
extended
that
regulatory
authority
to
traffic
right
elations
its
dubious,
whether
we
even
had
the
authority
to
enact
that
in
the
first
place
would.
B
J
That's
correct
mayor,
you
know,
since
1983
we've
obviously
had
that
statute
in
place,
but
you
know
with
federal
jurisdiction
extending
into
all
manners
of
interstate
commerce,
gun
laws
and
gun
manufacturing
laws.
Gun
possession
laws
are
oftentimes
regulated
at
that
level,
where
the
state
has
the
most
authority
is
in
licensure,
which
our
state
has
exercised.
You
know,
rather
liberally
to
you
know,
reflect
the
fact
that
this
is
a
state
that
has
a
lot
of
folks
that
that
are,
you
know,
enthusiasts
for
firearms
for
hunting.
B
You
know
the
questions
for
Justin
thanks
Justin,
very
easy.
Thank
you
number
seven
discussion
on
the
future
use
of
the
auditorium
in
adjoining
parking
lot.
Pardon
me
yep!
So,
if
you'll
put
that
on
there
for
me
I
we
had
discussion
Li.
If
you
want
to
come
up
to
the
mic,
you're
sure
welcome
to
do
that.
B
I'm,
gonna
kind
of
preempt
it
just
a
little
bit
and
tell
me
what's
going
on
the
county,
has
approached
the
city
and
they're
looking
at
different
areas
that
they
can
put
a
jail
or
the
Justice
Center
parts
of
it,
no
matter.
Whichever
way
they
go,
they've
actually
asked
the
city
if
we
would
consider
getting
a
an
appraisal
on
the
on
the
auditorium
and
on
the
piece
of
property
to
the
north
of
it,
which
is
a
city
parking
lot
at
this
particular
time.
What
we
did
is
we
did
go
out
and
we
got
to
two
proposals.
B
One
for
each
okay
in
the
county
is
kind
of
move
towards.
They
would
like
just
one
of
the
properties
if,
if
you
folks
are,
are
willing
to
take
a
look
at
that
and
I
think
that's
kind
of
where
we're
at
tonight.
The
appraisal
came
back
on
the
city
parking
lot,
that's
on
the
north
side
of
the
auditorium
at
462
thousand
dollars.
Now
there
are
some
things
in
there
that
they,
they
weren't,
able
to
take
a
look
at
like
as
the
where
the
elks
was
at
that
time.
B
You
know
a
lot
of
that
was
pushed
in
and
that
would
have
to
really
be
I.
Think
when
you
take
a
look
at
geotech
and
see
what's
really
in
there,
you
know
for
for
a
base
that
would
have
to
be
looked
at,
but
I
guess
Li.
If
you
want
to
share
any
thoughts
on
this,
you
know
this
is
kind
of
what
you
guys
are
leaning
towards
I
have
no
idea
where
the
council
is
at
this
particular
time.
B
It's
just
a
a
work
session
to
let
them
know
that
it's
kind
of
on
the
table
and
then
we
will
take
it
further
once
you
hear
more,
but
you
are
going
to
go
for
a
vote
in
the
month
of
June,
right
and
and
I
think
it
would
be,
it
would
be
prudent
if
they
were
you
I
mean
if
the
voters
go
and
say
yeah,
let's
build
this
thing
and
let's
go
here:
they
should
kind
of
be
on
board
with
it.
So
I
thought
we
would
just
kind
of
see
what
yeah,
where
people
stand
on
it.
B
L
L
That
would
we
try
to
cover
all
the
needs
that
we
projected
right
now
our
focus
is
the
jail,
but
and
then,
while
doing
as
much
for
a
court
space
as
we
can
so
I
pray,
if
that's
really
abbreviated
and
so
that
what
that
leads
us
to
is
that
we
can
get
a
lot
done
simply
by
using
the
parking
lot
north
of
the
auditorium
and
not
the
auditorium
building
itself
and
to
go
the
way
we
kind
of
like
to
have
it.
I
guess
ready,
are
locked
and
loaded
ready
to
go.
L
Should
the
voters
say
yes,
we
still
have
some
more
refinement
to
do
on
exactly
the
option
that
we're
going
to
propose
to
the
voters,
and
so
you
know,
as
we
get
to
that
point,
where
we
have
the
exact
option,
the
exact
amount
and
all
those
all
those
things
figured
out
from
the
County
Commission
perspective.
And
then
the
voters
say
yes,
we'd
like
to
have
an
agreement
in
place
kind
of
prove
it.
You
know
conditionally
saying
that
we
that
gets
enacted
once
the
voters
say
yes,
which
hopefully
they
will,
at
least
from
the
county
perspective.
B
I
I
B
L
L
B
F
L
Okay,
yeah,
no,
that
well
basically
it
would
it
would
fit
the
jail-jail
admin
and
we're
also
looking
at
the
possibility
of
putting
in
a
small
sheriff's
office
that
would
fit
in
and
that
would
include
a
32
bed
expansion
possibility.
So
right
now,
that's
120
bed
jail,
that's
kind
of
the
base
that
we're
looking
at
and
that
would
fit
there
and
the
other.
The
other
thing
on
the
second
floor
that
we're
looking
at
some
kind
of
a
courtroom.
L
I
would
hope
to
keep
some
of
it
open,
but
it,
but
as
if
you
expand
the
housing
area,
the
jail
housing
area
right
now,
at
least
on
the
footprints
we've
grown
up,
goes
on
the
north
part
of
that.
So
so,
if
you
extend,
if
you
ever
have
to
in
the
future,
expand
that
that's
going
to
cut
to
the
west
across
that
block.
I
I
D
D
B
E
The
the
inmates
like
I,
say
of
even
if
you
don't
care
about
them,
which
we
can't
take,
that
approach
it's
appalling.
What
we've
got
for
a
current
facility
I'll
be
very
honest
about
that
and
I
sure
hoping
it
something
worked
out
and
I'd
like
to
see
us
as
a
city
to
be
able
to
cooperate
somehow
in
making
this
happen.
It's.
K
K
B
Know
we've
had
numerous
discussions
on
that
and
you
know
we've
kind
of
sat
back
a
little
bit
because
we
knew
the
county
was
looking
at
jail
facilities
and
it
just
seemed
like
that
was
really
cohesive
to
have
that
down
in
that
area.
There
are
other
locations
that
we
own
or
could
or
could
purchase.
If
we
were
to
sell
some
of
this
property
and
it
would
work
out
real
well
in.
G
K
You
know
we
wear
two
hats
on
this
scenario
as
they
as
representatives
as
a
city,
and
we
had
to
watch
out
for
our
concerns,
but
as
a
as
a
member
of
the
the
county,
the
community,
it
does
seem
like
an
appropriate
place
for
this
in
an
appropriate
use
for
that,
in
light
of
the
its
location,
more
so
than
a
City
Hall.
It
just.
L
B
B
There
was
there
was
an
item
I
wanted
to
visit
about,
and
it's
just
something
Justin
and
I
have
been
talking
about
for
for
a
while.
We've
heard
discussion
and
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
heard
about
on
on
the
street
about
taxi
our
taxi
ordinances
that
we
have
and
for
some
reason
it's
always
kind
of
been
out
there,
that
water
town
in
its
ordinance
only
has
the
ability
to
have
one
taxi
in
watertown.
Well,
it's
really
not
correct
what
the
deal
is.
B
Is
our
current
ordinance
states
that
if
somebody
wants
to
bring
in
another
taxicab
company,
they
come
in
front
of
the
council,
and
the
council
then
decides
if
it's
necessary
and
water
tone
to
have
that?
One
of
the
things
that
we're
talking
about
Justin
and
I
is
a
the
new
taxicabs,
the
overs,
the
lifts.
You
know
they
also
have
to
have
permission
in
watertown
to
tell
them
if
they
were
to
do
that.
There
are
people
that
are
currently
looking
at
those
those
opportunities
for
themselves
here
in
town
and
I.
B
J
And
I'd
be
happy
to
do
that
mayor.
Certainly
Sioux
Falls
has
taken
the
lead
on
this
because
of
its
concentration
of
population
and
with
I
think
the
earliest
interest
in
uber
and
lyft
being
generated
by
folks
down
there,
but
it's
not
lost
on
on
this
community.
Certainly,
we
do
have
taxi
cab,
taxi
cab
chapter
in
our
ordinances,
that's
chapter
1909,
and
in
that
ordinance
we
don't
have
yet
defined
precisely
what
a
taxi
cab
is.
K
Justin
and
Mary
this
this
one's
always
puzzled
me
a
little
bit
as
to
why
why
we
look
to
control
and
we
are
control
and
if
it's
a,
if
there's
an
approval,
taxis
in
our
town,
I
mean
we
don't
control,
how
many
eating
establishments
there
are
or
how
many
clothing
stores,
or
why
are
we?
Why
are
we
controlling
taxis?
Why
isn't
it
just
a
free
market
and
let
people
decide
if
they
want
to
run
their
business
here,
license
them
and
let
them
do
it.
I.
B
K
B
B
Back
in
1970
1
2
3
4
5,
my
parents
had
a
taxicab
here
in
town
called
Thorson,
texaco
gap
and
at
the
same
time
there
was
also
another
cap
called
grab
a
cab
once
my
folks
retired
and
got
rid
of
the
cab
company
for
some
reason
the
city
then
at
that
time
said
well,
we
don't
need
two
taxicabs
and
that's
when
they
started
saying
that
you
needed
to
come
in
front
of
the
City
Council
and
implead
your
caves.
It's
kind
of
a
real
archaic
law.
B
F
K
And
so
maybe
if
we
were
going
to
obsolete
that
ordinance,
because
that's
really
what
we
would
be
doing
does
that
is
that
take
a
first
read
ii,
read
type
scenario
to
it:
obsolete
is
well
yes,
it
would
to
me
versus
not
modifying
it
to
allow
more.
I
think
we
should.
We
should
challenge
the
need
for
the
the
ordinance
in
the
first
place.
I
will
tell
you
that
there's
been
a
number
of
times
that
I
have
gotten
emails
or
complaints
or
have
been
stopped
by
people
concerned
with
issues
or
individuals
with
the
current
cab
company.
K
So
there's
really
very
little
motivation
on
their
part
and
I,
don't
know
who
they
use,
the
company
is
or
the
people
are,
but
there's
very
little
motivation
to
improve
your
service
if
you're,
the
only
one
here
and
so
I
think
for
those
reasons,
I
think
ours
are
serious,
consideration
should
be
to
eliminate
it
not
to
modify
it.
I
think.
D
D
B
D
Think
taxicabs
would
be
a
better
way
of
doing
it
than
what
we're
allowing
right
now,
because
a
lot
of
times
right
now
we
get
people
running
around
out
there
with
with
buses
and
nobody's
regulating
them
at
all,
at
least
with
taxicabs.
We
can
regulate
them
so,
in
the
end,
nothing
wrong
with
the
buses,
because
the
the
bar
owners
are
doing
that
for
a
service
for
their
for
their
customers,
but
that's
very
lightly
regulated
like
unregulated,
so
at
least
with
the
cab
companies.
We
could
regulate
in
something.
I
J
Know
I'll
do
some
more
research
on
this
and
see
what
maybe
the
implications
are.
Should
the
city
decide
not
to
you
know,
regulate
it
all
together,
you
know
just
to
see
what
other
communities
have
done
out
there,
because
it
there
are
certainly
implications
both
ways
legally
and
otherwise,
and
so
I'll
make
sure
that
I
give
you
the
fullest
lay
of
the
land
so
to
speak.
Justin
do
you
have
to
buy
a
taxi
license
from
the
community.
K
B
J
K
But
the
point
is:
if
there's
any
safety
concerns,
we
have
nothing
to
do
with
that
and
for
every
person
that
gets
on
that
bus
that
might
otherwise
take
a
cab
is
taking
business
away
from
a
cap.
So
it's
contrary
to
what
we're
trying
to
do
by
having
and
I'm
going
to
say
by
having
one
cab
system
unless
the
need
for
two
is
there,
so
it
just
seems
like
the
whole
thing
is
antiquated
and
I
read.
Would
you
really
question
anything
yep.
D
B
Okay,
I
wanted
to
show
one
more
thing
up
on
the
screen
tonight.
You
guys
will
be
looking
at
this
I
thought
we
would
get
a
little
bit
of
a
head
start
on
it.
This
is
out
at
the
Anderson's
third
Industrial,
Edition
and
I.
Think
shangkun
can
also
look
at
that.
I
do
have
a
copy
of
the
lot
lot
31
at
the
end,
restitution
you
can
see
to
the
north
is
the
Walmart
store
to
the
west
of
lot.
31
is
I,
believe
a
B
ABS
ABS
store.
They
are
parts
store
off
to
the
right.
B
There
is
a
kind
of
a
manufacturer
and
I
believe
I
forget
the
name
of
the
welding
or
what
kind
of
a
it's.
What's
that
it's
in
dust?
Yes
exactly
well,
this
is
going
to
be
coming
in
front
of
you
tonight.
I
just
wanted
you
to
know
that
when
it
does,
it's
gonna
be
a
great
little
facility
and
they
are
offering
the
exact
price
that
every
other
lot
has
been
asked
to
to
pay
out
there.
