mayor
to
sign,
with
the
county
of
Coddington
County,
to
sell
the
North
portion
of
the
auditorium
parking
lot
contingent
upon
a
favorable
vote
on
the
jail.
The
selling
price
will
be
established
as
a
pro-rated
share
of
the
total
purchase
price.
All
future
costs
of
vacating
the
alley
and
movement
of
utilities
are
the
responsibility
of
the
county.
