Those
opposed
signify
by
saying,
nay,
motion
carries
the
second
item
on
the
agenda.
Is
authorization
of
the
council
to
contribute
25
thousand
to
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
for
Watertown
Bucks,
to
promote
Watertown,
Regional,
Airport
boardings
and
the
finance
office
to
distribute
the
funds?
So
we
are
on
on
line
in
line
I
should
say
to
achieve
our
goal
of
10,000
boardings,
which
would
make
the
city
eligible
for
a
million
dollars
from
the
FAA
to
be
spent
at
the
airport,
currently
we're
at
about
eight
thousand
seven
hundred
boardings
and
our
average
is
over
eight
hundred
a
month.
A
Typically,
so
we
will
get
there
probably,
but
you
know,
barring
something
happening
like
a
weather
event,
which
is
actually
pretty
possible
in
the
next
two
months
or
mechanical
failures
or
unpredictable
events
could
throw
a
wrench
into
that,
and
so
the
idea
was
brought
forward
by
Councilman
Don
Roby
to
consider
taking
an
extra
step
and
investing
amount
of
money
to
some
form
of
marketing.
In
order
to
ensure
that
we
achieve
that
10,000
border
at
the
airport,
so
I'll,
let
Don
talk
a
little
more
and
see
if
he
wants
to
fill
in
any
gaps.
There
Thank.
E
My
background
having
to
be
in
sales
I've
worked
on
yearly
quotas,
most
of
my
professional
career,
and
you
never
want
to
finish
at
101
percent.
You
want
to
finish
at
110
or
something
just
just
in
case.
Something
falls
out
because
the
last
thing
I
want
to
have
happen
here
is
we
end
up
at
99
80
and
we
miss
out
on
a
million
dollars
to
improve
that
airport.
We've
put
such
a
lot
of
money
and
effort
and
time
to
having
a
quality
airport
that
we
just
can't
afford
to
miss
this.
E
E
E
So
here's
the
idea
we
we
want
to
encourage
travel
but
I'm,
very
open
about
the
fact
that
I
don't
want
to
encourage
our
citizens
to
go,
spend
their
shopping
dollars
out
of
town.
We
want
you
to
do
that
in
towns.
We
believe
in
shopping
local,
but
also
we
got
to
get
those
boardings
up,
so
we're
gonna,
try
and
encourage
people
to
fly
to
Denver
or
fly
to
Pierre.
You
know,
and
catch
in
a
day
at
the
capital
or
catch
a
hockey
game
or
catch
a
Nuggets
basketball
game
go
to
a
concert.
E
I
just
go
have
a
good
weekend
out
in
the
the
Rocky
Mountains
to
do
this.
I
think
that
the
incentive
we
talked
about
was
anybody
that
flies
out
at
them
right
now,
we're
thinking,
maybe
just
for
the
month
of
November.
If
you
fly
outta
Watertown
and
you
bring
your
boarding
receipt
back
down
to
the
chamber,
they'll
give
you
$25
of
Watertown
bucks
to
spend
so
there's
an
incentive
to
you
know,
get
on
the
plane
and
spend
some
dollars
locally.
E
Secondly,
I
have
been
in
touch
no
promises
here,
but
have
been
in
touch
with
some
executives
that
Kroenke
sports
entertainment.
They
run
the
Pepsi
Center
in
Denver
and
we're
talking
with
them
about
maybe
having
some
special
incentives
to
attend
events
there
be
an
avalanche
game,
seem
an
avalanche
hockey
match
or
a
Nuggets
basketball
game
or
a
concert
I
happen
to
look
at
their
schedule.
This
week,
Monday
I
believe
was
a
Nuggets
game.
Tuesday
was
in
the
Avalanche
game.
Wednesday
was
a
Arcade
Fire
concert.
E
Thursday
was
a
Bob
Seger
concert,
Friday
was
open
and
Saturday
was
an
avalanche
game.
There
are
things
going
on
four
or
five
nights
a
week
there.
So
if
somebody
wants
to
take
a
quick
trip
out
of
town,
can
we
find
a
way
to
have
them
help
incentivize
us
to
do
that,
so
those
discussions
are
underway
as
we
speak.
So
to
do
this,
we
we
came
up
with
a
number
of
$25,000
of
watertown
bucks
and
I.
Look
at
it
this
way.
E
F
And
with
it
being
chamber
box,
it
comes
right
back
into
the
city
and
I
know
that
if
I
have
$25
of
chamber,
bucks
I
usually
spend
50.
So
because
I
rationalized
I
got
$25
now
I
can
spend
50,
so
I
think
there's
a
extra
benefit
of
it.
You
know
we're
not
just
throwing
that
money
out
there.
It's
coming
back
so
I
think
that's
really
a
good
idea.
There's.
A
H
Okay,
all
right
I'm,
the
vice
president
of
the
Airport
board
I,
was
the
president
for
six
out
of
the
last
eight
years
that
the
board
has
been
in
existence.
So
I
think
I
have
a
pretty
good
idea
and
I've
got
a
background
in
that
they're.
Talking
I
think,
there's
a
there's,
a
misunderstanding:
there's
it's
employments!
If
you
book
seven,
it
was
approximately
1500
employments
that
we
had
to
have
to
reach
that
10,000
mark
right.
H
H
H
Todd's,
not
here
but
I,
know
I
was
in
there.
I
was
a
Airport
manager
and
I
know
what
I'm
talking
about
I've
been
dealing
with.
This
I
was
an
Operations
Officer
one
of
the
top
20
airports
in
the
nation.
You
got
to
listen
and
it's
got
to
be
employment.
It's
when
you
get
on
that
airplane.
You
get
off.
You
get
back
on.
Even
if
it's
ten
minutes,
that's
an
employee.
H
H
H
Do
plan
still
has
merits
them?
No,
yes,
you
need
to
promote.
You
need
to
advertise,
you
need
to
promote,
you
need
to
advertise
and
you
need
to
go
outside
the
Watertown
area.
People
are
coming
down
here.
I
went
through
the
airport
last
year,
last
Christmas
and
there
were
cars
from
from,
of
course,
adjacent
counties.
Sioux
Falls
here
and
Aberdeen
Western
Minnesota,
North,
Dakota
I
even
saw
I
think
it
was
New,
England
someplace
I,
don't
my
Road,
but
there
were
cars
parked
out.
There
was
packed
full
of
cars.
H
That's
what
we
need
to
do
is
promote
that
we
need
to
go
to
these
little
towns
and
in
this
part
of
South
Dakota.
Looking
for
people
that
want
to
travel
during
the
holiday
seasons,
then
come
here
and
fly
out
or
tell
not
drive
down
to
Sioux
Falls,
not
driving
to
Aberdeen,
not
drive
the
Minneapolis
to
come
here
and
leave
and
come
back
and
they've
got
two
employments
right
there.
A
A
E
B
So
I
did
have
a
chance
to
speak
a
little
bit
with
Todd
in
the
airport
budget.
Right
now
he
has
about
fourteen
thousand
in
his
consultant
services
that
he
knows
he
will
not
be
spending
so
there's
fourteen
thousand
right
there
that
we
know
is
available
that
could
go
towards
this.
He
also
his
publication
recording
if
he
slashed
kind
of
the
marketing
line.
B
B
D
D
B
E
B
A
I
think
we
aren't
necessarily
saying
this
is
the
only
marketing
that
we're
doing
what
we're
talking
about
is
specifically
one
thousand
Awards
of
twenty
five
dollars
to
the
first
thousand
people.
That
would
come
to
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
to
turn
in
their
boarding
pass
and
receive
their
bonus
for
having
boarded
a
plane
in
Watertown
and
beyond
that.
We
need
to
market
in
other
ways
as
well,
and
am
I
understanding
correctly
there's
eleven
thousand
dollars
available
for
that
we
could
use.
And
then
we
need
to
supplement
that
with
fourteen
thousand.
B
E
B
Comes
out
of
his
publication
and
recording
fees
line
item,
which
is
we're
currently
in
the
fort
I
believe
in
kind
of
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
but
I
think
it
was
back
in
August
September
of
last
year.
It
was
talked
about
to
do
the
four
thousand
a
month
for
that
purpose,
so
you
would
be
adding
on
to
kind
of
that
whole
budget
right
there.
The.
G
G
Question
too,
if
we're,
if
we're
getting
it
back,
yeah,
how
do
you
what
size
Apple
do
you
want
to
put
out
there?
You
know
why
do
you
want
to
put
a
nice
round
Apple,
or
do
you
want
to
put
a
juicy
Apple
out
there
I'm
just
asking
right,
I
just
don't
know.
I
was
asked
that
question
earlier
by
some
people
who,
like
the
idea
about
giving
something
to
get
people
to
ride,
but
they
said.
Is
it
really?
Is
it
really
the
incentive
that
we're
looking
forward
right.
J
H
To
it
it's
you
want
to
get
a
hundred
percent
110
percent.
It's
gonna
get
you
there
too.
So
you
know
to
me:
that's
a
good
in
seven
incentive.
There's.
Ninety
nine
dollars!
One
day:
100
bye,
Watertown
high
school
math,
one
hundred
ninety-eight
dollars
round-trip
to
go
to
Denver
Jack
you're
gonna
find
a
fare
like
that
anyplace
else
to
go
to
a
place
like
Denver,
which
everything
has
to
offer
I'm
not
loud
enough.
Okay,.
I
H
H
G
A
A
If
you
spend
hundred
bucks
to
go
to
Denver
you're,
getting
25
bucks
off
your
fare,
if
you
spend
200
dollars
to
go
to
California
or
Florida
or
somewhere
else,
you're
getting
25
bucks
on
it,
doesn't
all
it
all
the
were
counting.
Is
you
got
on
a
plane
in
Watertown,
so
for
those
lower
end
fares,
it's
obviously
a
bigger
incentive.
A
E
Me
just
add
to
the
discussion
and
then
I'm
going
to
ask
Julie
to
make
a
few
comments.
One
of
the
things
we
talked
about
in
this,
and
this
is
moving
really
fast.
It's
got
to
be
simple,
you
know
if
it's
complicated,
it
doesn't
work
and
people
get
frustrated.
So
whatever
we
do,
it's
got
to
be
very,
very
simple
and
that's
why
we
got
Tim's
Tim
Chin's
concurrence
at
the
chamber
that
an
easy
way
to
do
it
was
you
bring
your
Barty
receipt
in
and
it's
easy
to
track.
E
You
know,
but
if
you
bring
a
family
of
four
goes
to
Denver
for
the
weekend
they
come
back.
They're
gonna
get
a
hundred
bucks,
Watertown
bucks.
Dan
brings
up
a
good
point,
though,
and
it's
where
the
discussion
is
that
enough
to
incentivize
people
to
do
it,
I'd
like
to
ask
Julie
away,
because
she
was
very
involved
in
that
discussion.
I.
K
K
So
there's
a
couple
of
different
things
going
on
here
and
I
think
that
maybe
we're
kind
of
going
off
of
the
main
thought
I
think
that
$25
was
brought
into
play.
That
was
Don's
idea,
because
we
knew
we
would
probably
get
some
kick
about
sending
people
out
of
town
and
that
we
would
reward
them
with
water
tone
box.
K
So
as
far
as
getting
20
I
don't
want
to
talk
about
getting
$25
off
of
the
fair
because
they
won't
get
that
money
until
they
get
back
and
then
they
have
to
physically
take
their
boarding
pass
down
to
the
chamber
to
get
that
money.
Some
people
aren't
going
to
do
that.
Some
people
will
lose
it.
Some
people
will
forget.
So
we
don't
really
know
how
many
people
are
going
to
do
that.
This
is
just
an
insurance
policy.
Basically
is
what
we're
looking
at.
Is
it
just
makes
sense
to
have
an
insurance
policy?
K
K
You
know,
Christmas
at
the
Capitol
is
a
really
cool
thing.
A
lot
of
people
haven't
been
there.
It's
a
very
expensive
thing
to
do
all
those
boardings
count
as
well
and
then
pier
doing
the
reverse
of
sending
people
to
Watertown,
whether
it's
for
their
day
overnight.
Just
to-
and
we've
already
had
that
conversation
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
at
a
board
meeting
in
Pier,
and
so
that
would
be
something
that
we
probably
launched
at
the
end
of
November
to
go
into
December
anyway.
K
But
I
think
that
$25
is
more
of
an
incentive
to
keep
the
you're
sending
people
out
of
town
to
shop,
type
of
thing
and
I.
You
know
from
the
Convention
and
Visitor's
Bureau
standpoint.
We
work
to
bring
people
in
to
Watertown,
we've
been
marketing
in
Denver
for
a
long
time
already
we
do
a
show.
In
Denver
last
year
we
probably
spent
about
$10,000
marketing
to
bring
people
from
Denver
to
Watertown
as
visitors,
and
so
there's
that
going
on
as
well
I
know
Todd's
been
doing
some
marketing.
K
The
Chamber's
had
some
marketing
outside
the
area,
but
what
I
think
we
need
to
do
is
get
the
city
that
locals
behind
using
the
airport.
My
frame
of
thought
is
that
no
matter
where
you
live,
you
guys
want
to
go
somewhere,
bigger
and
better
with
more
stuff
and
it's
it
holds
true
here,
because
I
think
only
47
percent
of
our
retail
business
comes
from
inside
of
our
zip
code,
and
so
that
region
is
really
important
but
I
think
it's
a
more
of
a
PR
campaign.
K
So
we're
gonna
have
two
components:
we're
gonna
market
the
tickets
and
to
get
people
to
board
here.
But
then
we're
also
going
to
have
a
PR
campaign
to
rally
everyone
in
the
city
behind
getting
$10,000
equals
a
million
dollars
so
that
people
know
and
can
take
some
pride
in.
You
know
what
our
Airport
is,
what
it
does
more
of
an
educational
type
of
thing.
Now,
as
far
as
the
funding
I
think,
you
need
to
listen
to
me.
Here's
what
I
think
you
need
to
do.
I
like
that,
there's
city
councilmen.
K
K
If
it
was
me,
I
would
ask
to
leave
Todd's
budget
in
place
and
not
put
that
into
these
to
hunt
this
$25,000,
because
there
needs
to
be
some
money
to
get
all
of
these
ads
on
the
air
in
the
newspaper
and
into
the
region
and
on
social
media,
and
so
I
think
that
$25,000
is
only
a
very
small
portion
of
that
and
if
we
don't
spend
the
money
to
tell
everybody
about
it,
it's
not
gonna
matter
anyway.
So
I
think
that
that
would
be.
K
My
recommendation
is
to
leave
that
as
the
chamber
portion
of
it
and
then
whatever
Todd
has
in
this
budget
for
marketing
the
CVB
we'll
make
some
adjustments
in
their
social
media
marketing,
as
we
always
do.
Whenever
we
have
any
kind
of
initiative
in
town
and
so
we'll
contribute
that
way
and
then
locally,
we
can
flip
some
of
our
ads
that
we're
already
doing
into
something
like
that.
Just.
F
F
K
K
A
F
K
B
K
Is
I'm
just
wondering
if
that's
enough,
because
this
is
a
little
bigger
animal
than
maybe
just
the
general
marketing
affairs
and
marketing
going
on?
That's
I,
guess
I
assumed
that
the
twenty
five
thousand
dollars
for
the
chamber
box
was
going
to
be
what
would
be
approved
by
the
council
and
then
there
would
be
additional
money
may
be
switched
over
because
I
know.
There's
hasn't
been
any
time
to
put
a
budget
together
for
the
advertising
campaign.
H
H
Okay,
eight
thousand
dollars
plus,
if
he
has
any
thing
left
from
budget,
you
know
you
just
I,
don't
know
if
you're
looking
down
the
road
that
you're
talking
about
to
month
two
months,
you
know
whoever
December
very
important
months.
These
are
once
where
we
have.
You
know
their
holiday
months,
pretty
much
Thanksgiving,
Christmas,
New
Year's.
So
I
said
you
packed
by
the
31st
of.
K
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
there's
another
to
market
it,
because
there's
nothing
worse
than
having
a
great
game
plan
and
not
enough
money
to
market
it
right,
and
so
you
know,
we've
talked
about
getting
the
event
calendars
from
the
CVB
in
Denver.
Don
is
working
on
the
sports
and
concert
type
of
things.
We've
got
a
lot
to
talk
about
and
how
far
out
of
a
reach,
do
you
want
with
that
type
of
thing,
so,
plus
you're
gonna
have
a
PR
campaign
that
talks
about
one
or
ten
K
equals
1
million.
E
Points
I
want
to
follow
up
on
what
Julie
said.
I'd
make
a
very
important
one
is
what
we're
trying
to
get
to
do
is
get
the
community
to
rally
around
this.
We
realize
how
important
this
is
and
we're
kind
of
down
to
the
tenth,
our
eleventh
and
twelfth
hour
coming.
We
want
the
community
to
rally
around
this.
This
is
important
that
everybody
that
lives
here
that
Airport
our
investment
is
starting
to
pay
off.
We've
got
to
continue
with
that.
E
The
second
point
is:
we
compete
against
Pierre,
in
one
sense,
we're
partners,
but
we're
competing
for
seats.
So,
if
Pierre
fills
up
forty
seats,
we
can't
get
to
Denver,
but
what
Julie's
working
on
is
a
Watertown
to
Pierre
and
back
that's
a
dead
leg
as
far
as
Pierre
is
concerned,
so
that
is
a
key,
a
key
point
that
could
also
give
us
a
lot
of
additional
counts
on
this.
So
I
think
that's
important
to
understand
the
budgeting
standpoint.
We
didn't
know
where
the
monies
are
gonna
come
from.
E
We
don't
want
to
pull
it
out
of
the
marketing
budget,
because
the
advertising
piece
is
gonna
play
into
this,
but
I
do
want
to
commit
to
$25,000
to
the
water
to
boxing
for
all
the
things
we
talked
about
earlier.
It's
just
a
matter
of
what
budget
it
comes
from.
So
let's
reiterate
the
question.
His
consulting
services
budget,
the
airport
consulting
services
budget,
is
not
earmarked
for
advertising.
We
would
take
14
from
there
at
11
to
it,
correct,
okay,
his
marketing
budget
of
$4,000
per
month
for
Everett.
That's
for
advertising!
I!
E
K
We
did
a
social
media
campaign
for
Denver
for
two
months
we
spent
$8,000
it
was.
We
got
a
lot
of
people
looking
at
it.
We
actually
had
nine
people
booked
right
off
the
CVB
site,
so
I
mean
even
it's
just
it
has
to
be
quick
and
it
has
to
be
concise
and
we
have
to
make
sure
that
we
have
you
know
good
heart
hitting
and
we're
gonna
get
results
and
that's
the
thing:
it's
not
an
overtime
campaign
where
you're
just
top
of
mind
and
you're
whatever
we
need
to.
K
E
Your
suggestion
I
think
today's
objective
is
to
prove
the
25k.
Let's
I'm
gonna
recommend
we
do
that,
but
we
we
get
underneath
the
details
on
the
advertising
piece.
We,
if
there's
an
issue
there
then
I
think
that's
addressed
at
the
November
4th
council
meeting.
If
that
would
be
amenable
everybody.
So
here's
what
I'm
but
I'm
gonna
make
a
motion
for
discussion.
E
I'm
further
discussion
I'll
make
a
motion
that
we,
you
know
slot
or
we
allocate
$25,000
to
the
chamber
bucks
promotion
for
anybody
that
gets
on
the
plane
in
Watertown
they'll
redeem
that
by
taking
their
boarding
pass
down
to
the
chamber
of
commerce,
this
will
come.
14,000
dollars
will
be
allocated
from
the
Consulting
Services
budget
and
we
add
$11,000
to
that
now
Kristen.
The
question
is:
where
does
that
$11,000
come
from.
B
H
I
I
have
a
question
for
you
Julie
sorry,
but
do
we
have?
Would
there
be
any
add
development
costs
associated
with
any
ad
development
costs,
because
we're
doing
four
thousand
blacks
and
reason
for
what
we've
been
running
as
far
as
advertising
goes?
Are
we
covering
that
because
there
would
be
some
changes?
Obviously,
because.
K
Rate
creation,
just
depending
on
what
you
want
to
do-
I
mean
you
know
we,
we
use
the
the
agency
of
contract
with
South
Dakota
tourism,
which
is
Lawrence
and
Schiller.
I,
know
that
there's
advertising
costs
in
producing
there,
but
we
just
because
we're
partners
with
South
Dakota
tourism,
there's
costs
involved
there.
A
A
To
it
and
we
can
and
that's
what
Don
was
saying-
we
can
do
that
at
the
next
council
meeting.
If
we
can
get
this
one
question
today
answered
about
the
Watertown,
Bucks
promotion
and
then
we'll
have
time
to
look
at
what
Julie's
put
together
a
couple
of
extra
ads
that
we
potentially
used
I,
don't
know
how
much
that
cost
I
don't
know
if
you
know
either
at
this
point,
there's.
F
D
K
B
K
Would
have
to
board,
or
whatever
the
terminology
is
the
plane
before
the
27th
and
November
they
could
possibly
bring
that
voucher
in.
They
would
well,
if
you
have
people
that
do
it
that
day,
their
travel
would
need
to
end
before
the
end
of
the
year,
but
I
think
we
give
them
a
little
bit
of
time
to
get
in
there
and
redeem
that
so
the
redemption
would
probably
go
through
the
30th
or
31st
of
December.
I
would
think
that
would
be
the
great
way
to
do
that,
and
and.
A
We'll
expect
more
than
a
thousand
people
will
I'm
plain
or
bored
in
Watertown,
and
so
it's
not
everybody
that's
going
to
get
these
Watertown
bucks.
It
would
be
the
first
1,000
people
to
bring
their
boarding
pass
to
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
and
receive
their
bucks
right
and
it's
my
understanding
is
these.
E
K
J
A
Think
the
same
and
not
come
to
get
it
and-
and
we
we
also
I,
don't
know
if
we
need
to
add
this
into
the
motion,
but
we
talked
about
not
having
somebody
who
flies
weekly
come
and
get
four
redemptions
like
one
per
person,
so
you
know
we
can't
count
the
numbers
if
we're
doing
that,
because
that
person
will
be
number
one
number
forty
number
72.
You
know
well.
E
E
Look,
that's
a
good
point.
Brad
brings
up,
but
we've
talked
about
this
before
there's
so
many
permutations.
You
can
come
out
of
it.
We
finally
just
said
it's
got
to
be
easy
to
track.
You
know
if
you've
already
booked
a
flight
and
you're
gonna
fly
out
November
3rd
you're
gonna
get
that
Watertown
buck.
What
we're
trying
to
do
here
is
rally
the
community
make
awareness
if
you're
using
that
Airport
in
november/december.
We
want
to
have
an
incentive
to
do
that
if
you're
gonna
use
it
already
well,
you're
gonna
participate
in
that,
and
god
bless
you.
E
We
need
the
employment.
So
it's
about
rallying
this
community.
This
is
extremely
important
for
everybody
and
we
have
got
to
have
everybody
thinking
about
it.
If
you
talk
about
again
the
promotion
of
it,
it's
gonna
be
on
the
front
page
of
the
paper.
Every
day
we
want
to
run
a
ticker.
We
want
the
radio
stations
every
morning,
saying
hey
we're
at
nine
thousand
four
hundred
twenty
five.
As
of
today,
if
you
haven't
booked
your
flight,
get
er
done.
So
it's
got
to
be
real,
simple
point:
well-taken!
It's
just
that
it's
gotta
be
really
simple.
Yeah.
H
Add
to
bruce's
you're
talking
about
you
know
the
PIO,
the
radios
that
I've
seen
video
on
TV
has
already
been
produced.
They've
all
the
money
to
make
those
ads
has
been
paid
for
they're
there
they're
available.
Maybe
they
need
to
be
modified,
maybe
a
voiceover
for
the
TV
ad
or
something
I.
Don't
know
how
that's
done,
but
I've
seen
them
all
heard
them
all
they're
there
and
they're
available,
and
we
just
need
to
probably
increase
they're
great
there's
production.
C
C
A
K
C
A
E
Restate
the
motion
I
make
a
motion
that
we
allocate
$25,000
for
Watertown
Bucks
promotion
to
use
the
Watertown
Airport
for
the
month
of
November
November
1
through
November
27th,
inclusive
Redemption
will
have
to
require
a
boarding
pass
that
you're
on
the
flight.
Take
it
down
to
chamber
of
commerce.
We're
gonna,
take
14
thousand
dollars
from
the
consulting
services
budget
of
the
airport
and
we're
going
to
supplement
that
with
$11,000
from
the
general
fund
Chris,
any
yellow
or
red
flags.
E
H
E
Me
read
before
we
get
a
second
just
we,
whatever
we
execute
on.
It,
has
to
be
very
simple,
very
simple.
What
we
do
it
very
good
points
brought
up,
I,
think
the
advertising
budget
piece
we're
going
to
get
Todd's
back
in
town,
we'll
get
that
spun
back
up
again.
Maybe
we'll
have
some
more
to
talk
about
on
the
fourth,
so
that
is
my
motion.
Let's.
D
G
H
A
D
Got
one
comment:
I
want
to
promote
because
Kristen
you
sent
the
sales
tax
numbers
out
for
the
August
collections
to
us
yesterday
and
to
the
public
I
had
assumed
6.5
7%
increase
for
the
month
of
August
compared
to
2016,
that's
a
third
month
to
roll.
Now
that
we've
seen
a
uptick
of
2016
or
2017
so,
but
very
encouraging
news
and
I
think
we're
probably
on
to
something
here:
they're,
hopefully
going
to
continue.
I.
E
One
comment
just
one
last
comment
to
thank
Julie
and
the
CVB
Tim
and
the
chamber
and
the
airport
board
the
airport
crew.
This
is
something
we've
just
dropped
on
them,
because
the
urgency
of
the
situation
so
they're
going
to
be
scrambling
on
behalf
the
community.
So
thank
you
to
those
groups
for
all
you're
about
to
do
for
the
city.
Thank
you.
Yes,.
