to
present
the
key
to
the
city
to
Randy
for
his
four
years
of
dedicated
service
and
I
jotted,
a
couple
notes-
you
know-
Randy
I
got
to
tell
you
in
his
tenure
with
this
group-
has
been
a
dedicated
servant
to
the
city
of
Watertown.
Randy
has
been
a
huge
advocate
for
years
for
the
youth
of
this
community
he's
put
a
tremendous
amount
of
work
in
time.
There's
a
lot
of
work
that
goes
on
here.

A
lot
of
folks
don't
see
behind
the
scenes
and
randy
has
done
a
lot
of
things
to
help
and
work
with
our
urban
renewal
program
and
cooperate
with
with
the
business
owners
and
some
of
the
great
things
that
have
happened.
Downtown
to
date,
randy
has
has
done
a
lot
of
work
for
special
needs.
Children
he's
been
the
Randy's
been
the
chairman
of
the
Transit
Authority
charity
downtown
here
and
Randy's
done
a
tremendous
job
with
that
and
put
in
a
lot.

These
last
four
years
have
truly
been
my
honor
to
serve
the
people
of
Watertown,
but
my
biggest
honor
is
to
be
able
to
say:
I've
had
a
opportunity
to
work
with
each
and
every
one
of
these
people,
some
of
the
best
people
I
ever
find
and
and
I
just
told
Sarah
a
minute
ago,
and
hopefully
we
can
take
care
of
that.
Her
biggest
issue
she's
got
right
now
is
to
restore
a
little
integrity
into
our
community.

That's
it's
been
a
last
last
three
months
has
been
pretty
tough
on
everybody,
and
but
I
want
to
congratulate
Josh.
He
run
a
good
race.
Joey
I
mean
he
was
great.
It
was
nice
to
see
two
people,
two
younger
people
than
me.
They
were
very
interested
in
helping
out
our
community
and
I,
know.
I
know,
Josh
will
do
a
good
job.
I
know,
Adam
won't
do
a
good
job
and
I
know
these
other
a
time
on
a
missed
early.
But
it's
truly
been
my
pleasure.
