From YouTube: CNCF Marketing Committee Meeting - September 2022
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Excellent
can
folks
see
the
right
screen
this
time.
Yes,
we
can
perfect.
Thank
you
lindsay
awesome
again.
Welcome
to
the
september
meeting,
I'm
christy
tan
glad
you
all
made
it
here,
there's
some
conference
info
and
then
yeah
just
a
reminder
that
this
this
call
is
recorded.
So
if
you
would
not
like
to
be
recorded,
feel
free
to
leverage
the
chat
and
I'll
be
keeping
an
eye
on
that
throughout
the
meeting.
A
A
If
you
have
questions
about
that,
you
can
reference
the
slide,
and
with
that
we
have
a
couple
of
announcements
today
and
then
we'll
be
getting
a
exciting
kcd
update
excited
to
introduce
you
all
to
audra
who's
on
the
kcv
team
working
behind
the
scenes,
but
also
excited
to
have
her
here
with
you
all
and
with
that,
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
jump
in
to
our
argo.
Con
updates.
A
So
just
a
friendly
reminder
that
we've
got
argo
con
coming
up
in
a
couple
weeks
here,
really
excited
for
this
event
happening
in
mountain
view.
If
you
missed
my
email,
we
are
offering
a
special
discount
for
the
marketing
committee.
You
get
20
off
for
being
part
of
the
marketing
committee,
so
be
sure
to
go
and
register.
A
There
are
also
free
tickets
that
you
can
leverage
and
also
just
a
reminder
that
we've
extended
the
cloud
native
survey.
So
if
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
take
our
cloud
native
survey,
we'd
love
for
you
to
participate,
you
also
do
get
a
discount
off
any
linux
foundation,
training
for
participating
on
that
and
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
pass
it
over
to
audra.
To
talk
about
kcds.
B
A
B
Hi
thanks
christy
good
morning,
good
afternoon
and
good
evening
to
everybody
for
those
of
you
who
I
haven't,
had
the
chance
to
meet
or
work
with,
yet
I'm
audra
montenegro,
I
came
on
in
june
to
help
run
the
kcd
program
along
with
katie
greenlee,
and
we've
made
a
lot
of
updates
to
the
program
and
one
I
want
to
focus
on
today
in
this
announcement.
Section
is
on
diversity
and
inclusion
in
a
kcd
lineup.
B
So
there
were
a
lot
of
great
existing
terms
already,
but
I
just
want
to
touch
on
those
also
some
things
that
we've
already
been
working
on
and
then
what's
coming
next,
so
first,
you
could
see
the
pre-existing
terms
for
kcd
organizers,
and
just
so
you
know
in
case
some
of
the
folks,
don't
know
we
are
revisiting
this
because
we
had
a
couple
lineups
that
launched
with
an
all-male
speaker,
lineup,
and
so
we
just
really
take
this
seriously
and
we
want
to
show
the
community
our
efforts
and
appreciation
for
diversity.
B
So
one
thing
we
definitely
were
already
planning
on
doing.
Actually
folks
wanted
to
do
this
before
I
joined
was
a
monthly
monthly
organizer
working
group.
B
So
I
helped
get
that
kicked
off
in
july
and
after
that
july
meeting
we
decided
to
do
themes
and
august
16th
was
themed
around
curating
a
diverse
lineup,
so
we
got
good
feedback
from
that
and
we
have
the
slides
and
the
recording
of
that
meeting
here
for
your
convenience.
B
So
please
take
a
look
when
you
have
a
chance,
but
unfortunately,
after
that
meeting
we
still
had
a
line-up
release
with
an
all-male
speaker,
lineup,
so
kcd
washington
dc
was
very
gracious
and
working
hard
to
get
some
more
speakers
to
their
lineup.
So
we
still
needed
to
revisit
okay.
What,
as
program
managers,
do
we
need
to
do
to
make
this
just
kind
of
hit
the
nail
on
the
head
and
hit
home
for
people?
B
So
we
updated
a
couple
of
other
terms
within
the
github
repository.
One
was
already
pre-existing
and
it
was
agreed
to
ensure
the
final
program.
Schedule
is
diverse,
but
the
example
was
given.
You
know.
Diversity
means
not.
All
speakers
are
of
one
gender,
but
we
also
added
one
culture
or
even
one
or
two
of
the
same
company.
So
we
can
provide
diversity
and
content
as
well.
B
B
This
is
very
much
in
the
early
stages,
but
we're
looking
forward
to
reinstating
that
speaker
portal
to
better
assist
kcds
with
their
curation
of
their
lineup
and
then
finally
I'll
be
writing
a
blog
post.
Actually,
I've
already
written
it.
It's
in
review,
stages
and
it'll
highlight
these
things
and
more
to
showcase
to
the
community
our
efforts
that
we're
pre-existing
current
and
coming
up.
B
But
we
just
thank
you
in
advance
for
being
very
solution
oriented.
We
really
want
to
be
as
welcoming
as
possible
to
new
kcd
organizers,
all
right
next
slide
and
bevy.
I
know
kcds
aren't
the
only
one,
obviously
that
use
bevy,
but
a
really
cool
recent
feature,
release
which
was
august.
21St
was
chapter
analytics,
so
in
the
chapter
analytics
dashboard,
you
can
see
more
details
on
members
which
includes
new
member
activity,
most
active
members,
so
you
can
take
informed
action
to
engage
with
them.
B
You
can
get
analytics
on
events,
so
this
includes
how
events
compare
by
venue
type
or
attendance
and
then
also
tickets.
This
includes
ticket
types,
ticket
orders,
ticket
availability
for
upcoming
events
and,
lastly,
insights
on
sponsorships
and
partners.
So
that
includes
things
like
who
they
are,
how
many
there
are,
and
the
tier
distribution
for
your
events
so
more
to
be
seen
at
the
bevy
help
center,
which
is
linked
at
the
bottom
of
the
slide.
If
you
have
any
more
questions
around
that
new
release
I'll
hand
it
back
over
to
you,
chrissy.
A
Awesome
thanks
audra
before
we
move
on
any
questions
for
audra
about
bevy
or
kcds.
I
know
you
have
a
couple
other
slides
later
on
in
the
deck
address,
so
we'll
get
to
more
updates,
but
I'll
just
pause
for
any
questions.
Real
quick.
A
Great
okay,
all
right,
we
will
move
on
so
switching
gears
a
little
bit.
We
are,
if
you
remember,
from
kubecon
europe,
we
did
a
welcome
video.
We
asked
for
submissions
from
all
of
you
10
seconds,
saying,
welcome
to
kubecon
in
different
languages
or
being
creative.
We
got
some
really
awesome
submissions,
some
really
cute
kiddos
in
our
welcome
video
from
last
year
or
from
a
few
months
ago.
Excuse
me
so
we
are
looking
for
a
short
clips
again
they're
due
september
8th,
so
you've
got
one
more
day
to
get
your
submission.
A
In
again,
it's
a
quick
video.
You
can
report
on
zoom
or
on
your
phone
welcoming
folks
to
kubecon.
Creativity
is
highly
encouraged,
but
if
you're
looking
for
some
inspiration,
I've
also
linked
the
welcome
video
here
in
the
slides,
and
it's
really
easy.
You
just
submit
your
video
to
the
dropbox
and
then
from
there
our
video
team
will
put
them
all
together
and
then
this
video
will
play
in
detroit
before
the
keynotes
and
also
in
the
platform,
so
welcome
you
all
to
participate.
A
You
can
also
share
this
with
your
teams
to
participate
as
well.
We
got
some
really
great
submissions
from
the
oracle
folks
and
other
companies
that
did
kind
of
a
group
mashup
so
appreciate
that
all
right
and
also
another
reminder
to
submit
your
pr
and
ar
announcements
for
the
news
package
jesse.
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
this
slide,
but
just
a
reminder
for
folks
at
the
deadlines
october,
14th.
C
Yeah
yeah
just
feel
read
over
the
guidelines.
If
you
can't
submit
it
no
problem,
because
a
lot
of
companies
have
like
endpoint
security
on
submitting
from
google
forms,
which
is
normal,
so
you
can
either
submit
from
your
personal
email
account
or
just
send
it
with
all
of
the
information
to
pr
cncf.io
but
yeah
reach
out
to
pr
at
cnc.io.
If
you
are
anticipating
needing
a
little
more
time,
because
you
can
also
just
send
a
description
of
your
news.
So
if
you
have
any
questions
just
reach
out,
no,
no
problem.
A
Awesome
thanks
so
much
jesse
and
then
just
a
friendly
reminder
that
there
are
monthly
office
hours
with
carla.
They
take
place
on
the
second
tuesday
of
every
month
at
9
00
a.m.
If
you're
interested
in
participating
there
carla
our
awesome
marketing
chair,
would
love
to
answer
your
questions,
get
to
know
you
and
we
will
have
some
office
hours
for
kubecon
detroit
we're
still
working
out
those
details.
A
A
We've
got
a
lot
of
new
silver
members
to
celebrate
this
month,
so
welcome
to
you
all
and
if
you're
new
for
the
first
time
feel
free
to
say
hi
in
the
chat,
we're
so
glad
you're
here
and
look
forward
to
connecting
with
you
on
your
new
member
welcome
calls
and
our
favorite
member
acquisition
slide
that
we're
keeping
track
of
haven't
been
a
ton
of
activity.
Oh
there
was
something
in
august,
but
we're
keeping
track
back
there.
C
Yeah
great,
so
we
have
the
kubernetes
1.25
release
which,
when
which
went
really
well,
we
saw
a
couple
different
articles
published
in
europe,
specifically
germany
and
france,
because
we've
really
developed
some
great
relationships
with
those
reporters
which
has
been
really
nice
to
see
that
international
coverage
as
well.
C
So
that
was
great
and
then
also
if
we
go
to
the
next
slide.
We
also
had
the
telico
micro
survey
that
that
was
released.
If
anybody
didn't
have
a
look
at
it,
it's
it's
linked
here
feel
free
to
look
at
it.
It
was
great.
We
had
a
feature
article
that
came
out
that
we
set
up
with
rcr
wireless,
which
is
also
available
for
your
reading
pleasure
yeah.
D
Perfect:
hey
everyone,
I'm
carl,
I'm
on
the
ar
team,
so
yeah
this
past
month.
We
continue
to
see
this
theme
that
analysts
are
continuing
to
cover
cloud-made
type
cloud
native
technologies
and
the
practices,
and
it's
becoming
increasingly
common
among
enterprises,
some
some
stuff
to
back
that
up,
for
example,
we're
seeing
when
you
look
at
the
gartner
hype
cycles
that
have
been
coming
out
over
the
past
few
months.
Keywords
like
cloud
native
are
mentioned
in
75
of
those
reports.
D
D
In
particular,
the
gartner
hype
cycle
on
emerging
technologies
is
unique
among
the
hype
cycles,
because
it
identifies
the
key
insights
from
more
than
2000
technologies
and
like
distills
it
into
a
succinct
must-know.
If
you
will
guide
to
emerging
technologies
and
trends,
these
technologies
and
trends
are
they're.
D
What
they
say,
they'll
do
is
they're,
have
the
potential
to
deliver
a
high
degree
of
competitive
advantage
over
the
next
two
or
ten
years,
and
that's
why
I
suggest
if
you
have
access,
you
take
a
look
at
that
report,
in
particular
out
of
all
the
gartner
hype
cycles,
and
if
you
don't
have
access,
there
is
a
webinar
coming
up
on
september,
12th
that
I'll
cover
that'll
cover
that
hype
cycle
as
well
on
the
next
slide
cool
on
the
next
slide.
We've
got
some
highlights
just
some
other
stuff,
that's
coming
out.
D
I
just
wanted
to
pull
out
some
highlights.
If
you
do
have
access.
These
are
some
great
ones
to
read.
If
you
don't
have
access,
take
a
look
at
those
blogs
in
general.
Gartner
blogs
are
a
great
way
to
get
to
know
the
voice
of
the
analysts
get
to
know
who's,
who's,
writing
and
it's
just
a
great
way
to
keep
up
with
overall
macro
trends
in
the
industry
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
D
In
particular,
I
really
like
this
one
cloud
class
on
big
macs,
which
goes
into
some
of
the
purchasing
power
parity,
around
cloud
costs
and
different
regions
in
the
world
and
cloud
costs
which
is
really
interesting
from
redmonk
this
year.
This
month,
there's
a
lot
more
from
kate
holderhoff.
D
Her
research
on
marketing
towards
developers
has
some
updates,
and
she
also
has
updates
on
certification
series,
which
the
cncf
has
been
heavily
contributing
to
for
context.
Kate
used
to
teach
technical
communication
at
georgia,
tech,
so
she's
got
some
experience
on
marketing
towards
developers.
She
used
to
teach
teach
them
from
451.
We've
got
some
further
proof
that
cloud
native
technologies
and
practices
are
becoming
increasingly
common
among
enterprises.
D
D
With
that,
I'm
gonna
hand
it
over
to
avakai
who's
our
intern
for
this
summer
to
wrap
it
up,
hi
everyone
I
I'm
avikai
and
I'll,
be
going
over
these
next
few
slides
over
this
past
month.
We
have
noticed
that
tech
oriented
analyst
groups
such
as
forester
are
observing
growing
and
promising
value,
as
cloud
native
becomes
increasingly
mainstream
within
the
ecosystem
of
enterprises.
D
D
We
continue
to
see
the
trend
of
analysts
exploring
and
covering
cloud-native
technologies
and
practices
due
to
organizations
further
expanding
cloud
native
development.
This
overall
growth
of
cloud
native
technologies
and
practices
hosted
by
cncf
are
increasingly
covered
across
analyst
firms
and,
as
a
result,
we
are
seeing
a
lot
of
interest
from
the
analyst
community
and
cube
congress
here.
C
Yeah
thanks
very
nice,
so
yeah,
so
as
we
do
each
month.
This
is
just
an
overview
of
the
key
terms
that
came
up
during
cncf
searches,
so
they
continually
remain
security,
storage,
machine
learning,
ai
edge
all
on
the
top.
So
also,
then
we
have
our
graduated
projects
here
and
then
the
next
slide
are
the
the
two
slides
are
incubating
projects
there
and
here
well,
yeah.
So
if
you
have
any
questions
about
those
ever
feel
free
to
email.
A
E
E
Five
live
streams,
are
cloud
native
live
with
an
average
of
41.7
viewers
per
session,
11
000
total
watched
minutes
and
over
10
000
total
views.
Important
to
note
in
this,
these
numbers
are
a
little
bit
higher.
We
have
now
been
able
to
access
linkedin
data
for
our
live
streams,
so
these
numbers
are
looking
good.
E
Five,
on-demand
webinars
with
about
4,
400
total
views,
and
we
did
not
host
any
live
webinars
this
this
month.
Important
to
note
also
everybody
mark
your
calendars.
I've
been
getting
questions
already
save
the
day.
The
q4
calendar
dates
will
open
september
21st,
that's
a
wednesday,
so
mark
it
down
and
when
you
wake
up,
get
going
start
booking
those
online
programs
we'll
also
send
an
email
reminder
as
well.
So,
okay,
cube
weekly
august
update
there
were
about
2700
max,
opens
max
clicks.
You
can
see
we're
about
almost
1200
average.
E
Open
rate
is
about
51
just
about
an
average
click
rate.
Is
16
almost
17,
we've
kind
of
changed
our
graph
around
to
note
the
the
rise
in
the
open
rate
that
is
going
up.
We
are
keeping
an
eye
on
the
over
the
coming
months.
From
the
summer
we
had
a
little
dip
in
subscriptions,
so
keeping
an
eye
on
things,
but
all
in
all
the
open
rate
for
the
content
going
out
is
going
up.
So
y'all
keep
sending
your
info
along.
F
Hey
christy
and
hello,
lovely
people
so
yep
humans
of
cloud
native
update,
we've
had
three
awesome
profiles
that
we've
done
this
month
with
muhammad
ali
divya,
mohan
and
yuwan
tang,
who
you
might
know
as
terry.
F
These
are
just
such
wonderful
people
doing
really
fantastic
things
in
the
ecosystem
and
it
was
an
absolute
joy
for
me
to
speak
to
them,
and
so,
if
you
have
anybody
that
you
think
would
make
a
great
profile
feature
for
the
humans
of
cloud
native
someone
who
is
advancing
the
community
in
any
sort
of
way.
Perhaps
they
are
contributing
to
a
major
project,
maybe
they're,
organizing
their
own
meetup
groups.
F
So
next
one,
please
christy
so
yeah
end
user
case
study,
update,
we've
had
some
great
case
studies
published
this
month
from
word
hell
and
utmost.
So
these
were
two
case
studies
that
were
actually
written
by
our
fantastic
end
users
and
submitted
to
the
program.
It's
a
super
easy
process
to
follow.
You
can
have
a
look
at
it
on
github.
I've
got
the
link
here
in
the
slide.
F
F
F
It
was
kubernetes
monitoring,
leveraging
for
open
source
tool
sets,
and
this
is
a
guest
post
by
matt
leonhard
from
container
iq,
and
this
was
read
almost
6
000
times
since
it
was
published-
and
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
just
how
powerful
the
the
cncf
blog
can
be
for
you
if
you've
got
a
great
story
to
tell
particularly
anything
technical
is
what
really
gets
our
readers
excited.
So
please
do
keep
submitting
to
the
blog.
I
think
we
have
a
link
somewhere
and,
if
not,
I
will
put
it
or
everyone.
C
F
A
Great
I'll
just
pause
for
a
second
any
questions
for
libby
or
for
charlie.
Before
we
move
on
to
events.
A
B
Thank
you,
christy,
hello
again.
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
some
upcoming
dates,
like
the
upcoming
kcds.
We
just
had
one
last
weekend,
which
was
all
virtual,
and
that
was
kcd
sri
lanka,
so
that
link
in
there
is
actually
to
their
youtube,
live
feed
recording.
So
you
can
have
a
look
that
one's
about
three
hours
long
and
then
they
did
live
demos.
The
following
day
on
the
fourth
coming
up,
is
kcd
washington
dc,
that
is
in
person
and
that's
next
wednesday.
So
a
week
from
today,
and
then
pakistan
is
a
little
up
in
the
air.
B
They
were
trying
to
have
their
kcd
this
month,
but
it
looks
like
it's
going
to
be
early
october,
so
we'll
have
more
details
on
exact
date
when
they
finalize
that
and
then
upcoming
cfp
deadlines,
yay
kcd.
Italy's
cfp
deadline
is
this
friday,
the
9th.
So
if
you
haven't
submitted-
and
you
wish
to
present
at
kcd
italy-
please
do
so,
and
then
we
have
spain
on
the
21st
indonesia,
on
the
30th
and
then
in
october
the
nordics
and
the
netherlands
deadlines.
B
As
I
mentioned
previously,
we
do
have
a
new
monthly
organizer
working
group.
So
the
third
working
group
is
actually
on
september
20th.
So
if
you
are
a
kcd
organizer
and
have
yet
to
be
invited
to
that,
please
reach
out
to
me
on
slack
or
email
kcd
and
we'll
get
you
added.
Currently,
we
are
doing
7
to
8
a.m.
Pacific
time,
which
is
four
to
five
central
european
standard
time,
and
if
that
time
doesn't
work
for
you,
we
actually
are
looking
to
do
another
time
for
other
regions.
B
Once
we
get
more
interest,
if
you
could
go
to
the
next
slide,
please,
oh.
A
Audra,
real,
quick,
there's
a
question:
it
looks
like
kirsten's
asking:
can
anyone
attend
kcds?
Do
they
need
to
register.
B
Yes,
so
anyone
can
attend
ktds,
a
lot
of
the
virtual
ones
are
free
actually
and
then
in
person,
that's
usually
a
nominal
fee,
and
then
there
are
a
few
hybrid
ones
too.
So
if
you
want
more
details
on
which
ones
are
virtual,
hybrid
or
in
person,
I'm
happy
to
give
those
to
you
after
this
call.
B
All
right,
so
the
organizer
working
groups
that
I
just
mentioned
our
first
one
was
on
july
19th,
and
that
was
more
of
a
round
robin
like
introductions.
What's
working
what
needs
improvements
and
then
we
decided
to
go
on
to
themes
from
there.
B
As
previously
mentioned,
we
did
had
a
curated,
diverse
lineup
on
august
16th
and
then
coming
up
is
a
september
20th
meeting,
which
is
best
practices
for
sponsorship,
sales
and
marketing
plan.
And
then,
following
that,
we'll
go
over
bevy
and
sm
apply
tools
and
then
later
on
towards
the
end
of
the
year.
Actually
it'll
probably
be
the
beginning
of
2023,
we'll
just
do
a
review
of
the
year
and
have
kcd
organizers
present
on
their
2022
events
that
they
delivered
and
let
us
know
how
they
went
from
them
back
to
you.
Christy.
A
G
I
just
wanted
to
thank
audra
actually
for
all
these
initiatives
around
the
kubernetes
community
base.
I
also
attended
the
august
meeting
the
organizer
groups.
It's
it's
worth
for
everybody
involved
in
that.
In
the
case,
it
is
to
to
attend
these
meetings
because,
all
together,
we
can
actually
actually
make
all
the
changes
and
suggestions
so
yeah.
Thank
you
for
this.
B
A
A
If
you're
going
to
open
source
summit
and
bet
atletics
conference
in
europe
happening
next
week,
we
will
be
there
make
sure
you
say
hi
at
the
booth.
We
also
sent
out
a
note
if
you'd
like
to
volunteer
in
the
booth
and
help
us
out
check
your
email
for
those
details.
We
can
repost
those
in
slack
but
we'd
love
to
have
volunteers,
I'll
also
be
at
spice
world
and
then
lf
member
summit
super
computing,
aws
re
invent
and
oss
japan.
A
So
lots
of
events
coming
down
the
pipeline
and,
of
course,
kubecon,
which
is
on
my
next
slide.
A
So
just
a
reminder
that
kubecon,
detroit
or
kubecon
north
america
is
coming
up
october,
24th
through
the
28th
at
the
huntington
palace.
We
are
really
excited
to
announce
that
we
have
launched
kids
day.
It's
going
to
be
a
minecraft
themed
and
registration
and
additional
details
for
that
will
be
coming
soon,
but
really
excited
to
have
a
kids
event
this
time
around.
A
And
then,
if
you
missed
it,
we
released
a
couple.
Health
and
safety
updates.
There's
details
in
here
that
attendees
must
show
proof
of
either
being
vaccinated
or
a
negative
cova
test
to
enter
the
event.
We
will
no
longer
conduct
daily
temperature
checks
for
entry
for
attendees
and
masks
are
still
required
at
all
times
unless
actively
eating
or
drinking
in
a
designated
areas.
There's
additional
information
about
cncf,
sorry,
on-site
testing
and
things
here
in
the
slides,
and
you
can
reference
this
link
and
I'll
pause.
A
Okay,
great
and
again,
thank
you
to
our
sponsors,
our
diamond
sponsors,
aws,
cisco,
intel
cast
and
by
veeam
prismacloud
by
palo
alto
networks
and
vmware,
and
thank
you
to
all
of
our
sponsors.
We
really
couldn't
put
on
this
event
without
you.
So
thank
you
for
sponsoring
the
event
and
then
quickly,
I'm
going
to
go
through
our
very
busy
two
days
of
co-located
events.
We've
got
backstage
con
cloud
native
security
con
and
again
all
of
the
information
about
registration
schedules,
etc
are
all
in
the
slides
here
so
I'll.
A
Let
you
peruse
those
at
your
own
leisure
cloud
native
wasm
day,
k
native
day,
batch
and
hpc
day
e
b.
P.
F,
that
always
trips
me
up
envoy
con
cloud
native
telco
day,
open
observability
day
get
offs
con
kubernetes
ai
day,
kubernetes
on
edge
day
prometheus
day
service
mesh,
con
north
america
and
six
store
con,
so
lots
of
co-located
events
again.
These
are
events
that
happen.
A
The
two
days
before
the
actual
conference
starts
so
they're
happening
on
the
24th
and
the
25th
so
monday
and
tuesday
be
sure
to
add
one
of
those
to
your
registration.
You
can
find
again
details
about
schedules.
The
cost
for
registering
all
of
that
information
in
these
slides
here
and
highly
recommend
you
tack
that
on
and
lindsay
do
you
want
to
talk
about
the
colo
event?
Speaker,
registration,
update,
sure.
H
So
we
know,
there's
been
some
feedback
provided
around
co-located
event,
speaker
registration,
so
I
wanted
to
provide
an
update
there
that
we
are
enhancing
our
current
offering
by
extending
deadlines,
offering
additional
support
and
then
ensuring
that
no
speaker,
you
know,
is
experiencing
a
better
barrier
to
attending
the
event
because
of
the
kubecon
ticket
price.
We
continue
to
appreciate
our
speakers
and
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
continuing
to
support
them
during
each
notification
window.
H
Speakers
will
receive
details
about
how
to
apply
where
to
ask
questions
et
cetera
and
then
we'll
continue
to
kind
of
iterate
and
see
how
this
process
goes
for
north
america
and
possibly
make
updates
in
2023.
A
Awesome
any
questions
around
this.
I
know
this
was
a
topic
in
our
last
marketing
community
council
make
sure
folks
if
they
have
questions,
oh
and
it
looks
like
we
do,
have
one
question
in
the
chat:
what
are
the
registration
numbers
for
kubecon
north
america
lindsay?
Do
you
know
what
we're
comfortable
sharing
at
this
point?.
A
All
right
and
then
here's
just
a
list
of
sponsor,
hosted
co-located
events
that
are
happening
also
in
conjunction
with
all
of
the
other
events
at
kubecon,
I'm
gonna
pause.
It
looks
like
we
have
another
question
here
in
the
chat.
This
is
around
blogs
for
submitting
blogs
to
blog
at
cncf.io.
A
Does
the
blog
content
need
to
be
unique
as
a
non-publisher?
Oh
great
question?
So
for
the
question
is
around
for
the
blog?
Do
you
need
to
submit
content?
That's
completely
new
and
original?
No,
it
does
not.
It
could
be
something
that
you've
already
published
on
your
own
site.
It
just
needs
to
make
sure
that
it
fits
the
blog
guidelines,
I'll
link,
those
in
the
chat,
but
basically
it
needs
to
be
vendor
neutral.
A
A
Yes,
okay,
perfect!
That's
what
I
thought
just
want
to
make
sure
thanks
all
right,
perfect!
Oh
thanks,
charlie,
for
linking
that
perfect
all
right,
we'll
go
ahead
and
move
on
so
also
in
our
pipeline
for
events.
We
have
cube
day.
Japan,
that's
happening
on
december,
7th
around
the
time
of
open
source
summit.
Japan,
there's
details
in
here
the
schedule
announcement
will
be
coming
soon
and
there's
also
the
opportunity
to
sponsor
that's
still
open
until
october
7th.
A
So
if
you're
interested
make
sure
you
click
on
the
link
there
and
then
a
reminder
that
if
you
can
imagine
already
thinking
into
2023,
we've
got
kubecon
cloudnativecon
europe
happening
in
amsterdam,
that'll
be
april
17th
through
the
21st.
The
cfp
is
going
to
open
today,
so
be
on
the
lookout
for
that
and
the
deadline
to
submit
will
be
november
18th,
so
lots
of
events
coming
through
the
pipeline
all
right
really
briefly,
I'm
just
going
to
walk
you
through
our
appendix
here
we've
got
some
marketing
committee
links
for
reference.
A
If
you're
new
there's
also
a
slide
on
member
resources
and
then,
if
you're
curious
about
putting
some
of
these
programs
into
action,
we've
got
a
couple
recordings
that
you
can
check
out.
There's
also
a
training
and
certification
update
at
the
end
there,
and
that
takes
us
through
our
agenda
today.
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
pause.
Does
anybody
have
any
additional
questions
before
we?
Let
folks
go
get
some
time
back
in
your
day,
maybe
get
a
pumpkin
latte
if
you're
feeling
really
fall.
