From YouTube: January 4th, 2021 Ortelius Outreach meeting.
Description
Defining Q1-21 Outreach goals, blog-a-thon and website improvements are just a few topics of this first meeting of 2021.
A
Okay,
thanks
everybody
for
showing
up
on
this
early
well,
it's
early
morning
for
the
west
coast
in
the
and
the
southwest
first
thing
monday
morning
after
two
weeks
of
holiday,
but
thank
you
everybody
for
showing
up.
This
is
january
4th
of
2021
and
we
are
at
the
ortelius
outreach
meeting.
A
So
I've
put
in
the
link
in
the
chat,
the
link,
please
add
your
name
chat,
chat,
make
it
easy
for
everybody
to
get
to.
A
I
did
get
a
couple
of
things
that
were
kind
of
on
my
to-do
list.
To
get
things
rolling
forward
is
that
we,
since
our
last
meeting,
we
talked
about
getting
the
pr
out
for
the
ortelius
announcement.
All
that
went.
I
got
interviewed
by
a
few
places
which
was
fun
on
the
topic.
A
A
The
reason
why
I
mention
that
is
because
anybody
who
would
like
to
be
on
that
we'll
do
a
panel
discussion
if
you
want
to
if
you'd
like
to
be
on
that,
be
sure-
and
let
me
know,
and
siddharth
and
nitu
have
already
raised
their
hand
and
said
they'd
like
to
be
part
of
that
so
I'll
as
soon
as
I
get
confirmation
on
when
those
announcements
are
going
to
be
when
the
podcast
is
going
to
be
recorded
and
the
webcast
I'll,
let
everybody
know
I'm
hoping
to
get
that
done
early
today,
I
already
sent
an
email
out
and
then
we'll
need
to
put
together,
like
a
some
panel,
just
questions
that
that
jackie
can
ask
us
in
the
podcast
and
then
we'll
pull
together.
A
A
So
what
I
did
was
we
created
a
blog
page,
so
now
there's
a
blog
item
on
the
menu.
We
have
four
categories:
one
is
git
ops
and
configuration
management,
which
I
think
we
should
start
leading
this.
This
particular
discussion,
any
blogs
that
you
guys
want
to
write.
If
I
just
called
it
the
contributors
category,
we
have
news
and
then
tips
and
tricks.
A
So
what
I
want
to
really
cover
today
is
what
we
should
be
thinking
about
in
terms
of
our
goals
for
the
next
six
months,
and
we
certainly
we
we
need
to
be
able
to
kind
of
formulate
goals
that
we
can
measure
and
understand
what
kind
of
lee
I
would
call
them
lead
indicators
that
we
need
to
to
manage
in
order
to
know
if
we
could
meet
that
goal-
and
I
thought
a
lot
about
that
this
topic
over
the
last
two
weeks
or
three
weeks,
and
I
really
think
that
the
goal
for
us
for
this
out
for
the
outreach
group
should
be
adoption
and
how
we
can
build
adoption
around
ortillius.
A
A
Now
adoption
is
of
more
of
a
lofty
goal.
I
think
we
should
come
up
with
a
a
number.
A
We
should
be
able
to
say
something
like
we
want
to
have
four
new
adopters
of
the
ortillius
open
source
per
month
by
june
1st,
and
if
we
feel
like
we,
if
that's
a
number
we
can
go
after
then
we
can
state
it
we'll
put
it
down
here
and
then
we
need
to
determine
what
are
there
some
some
of
the
these
lead
goals
or
lead
indicators
that
would
allow
us
to
reach
that
so,
for
example,
maybe
a
lead
one
of
the
lead
indicators.
A
Maybe
we
know
in
order
to
get
people
to
adopt,
we
have
to
start
doing
videos
around
training,
or
we
have
to
really
go
through
the
the
onboarding
process
and
see,
if
there's
any
issues
that
are
stopping
people
from
adopting
it
and
making
it
easy
do
we
need
to
have
at
least
you
know,
one
new
integration
or
just
take
the
the
jenkins,
the
art,
the
existing
jenkins
plug-in
and
really
start
doing,
training
around
it
and
and
doing
some
videos
and
blogs
around
it.
So
we
can
start
talking
about
it.
A
A
B
Okay,
I'm
having
problems
with
my
my
mouse
doesn't
work
today
for
some
reason:
yeah.
I
think
adoption
would
be
a
good,
a
place
to
start
and
I
think
there's
some,
like
you
said,
there's
some
key
places
that
we
can
to
find
some
metrics.
B
You
know
like
from
the
github
repository
standpoint.
We
could
look
at
you
know
new
new
people
that
have
are
contributing.
You
know,
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
look
at
how
many
people
are
adopting
or
using
we.
A
Have
to
be
in
order
to
be
able
to
measure
these
things,
we
have
to
be
specif.
I
think
we
have
to
be
very
specific,
you
know,
and
we
certainly
we
can
measure
how
many
people
are
use
if
they're
using
the
online
version
or
download.
We
can
track
that
when
I
first
was
working
at
when
one
of
our
first
goals
at
the
eclipse
foundation
was
to
count
downloads
and
everything
we
talked
about
was
how
many
downloads
we
had.
A
A
If
people
are
downloading
it
and
there's
some
work
that
we
have
to
do
even
to
get
to
to
do
the
new
signups
like
we,
we
need
to
make
sure
that
in
the
or
that
we
need
it
are
we
going
to
support
an
ortelius
branded
location,
which
I
think
we
should.
A
A
So
we
we
have
to
talk
about
those
kinds
of
things
in
order
to
achieve
the
goal,
and
we
have
to
come
up
with
a
goal
that
we
feel
like
we
can
achieve
and
we
can
carefully
monitor.
So
it
has
to
be
very
specific
because
we
need
to.
This
is
the
only
thing
we
should
talk
about
for
the
next
six
months.
If
that's
going
to
be
our
primary
goal
and
all
of
us
are
busy,
so
we
need
to
have
something
that's
very
specific
and
we
can
all
work
towards
that.
One
particular
goal
in
terms
of
outreach.
C
Thoughts,
yes,
I
think
it's
important
I'll
support
the
viewpoint
of
yours,
tracy
that
we
should
have
some
measurable
goals
and
but
I
think
it
should
be
in
align
to
what
people
can
achieve.
We
can,
of
course,
have
some
a
bit
of
high
expectations,
but
yes
measurable
goals
and,
let's
set
across
action
plan
for
each
of
those
measurable,
I
won't
say,
sort
of
milestone,
but
yes,
a
sort
of
objective
that
we
achieve
in
reaching
towards
that
goal.
A
A
A
user
we
go
after
the
jenkins
users
who
are
working
to
solve
this
problem
or
we
we
focus
on
spinnaker
or
we
focus
on
tecton.
We
go
after
that.
I
think
jenkins
makes
the
most
sense
because
there's
the
most
work's
already
been
done,
and
we
do
do
some
training
around
how
to
configure
it
around
jenkins.
We
do
the
the
you
know:
we
do
some
recordings,
we
can
even
do
some
web,
we
can
do
some
webcasts
and
so
each
one
of
you.
If
you
want
to
do
a
webcast,
we
can
host
webcast.
A
When
we
do
webcast
on
our
own,
even
outside
of
the
like
the
the
cd
foundation,
we,
I
can
normally
get
close
to
200
people
to
a
webcast,
so
we
can
do
those
kinds
of
things
independently.
We
just
need
to
know
what
those
big
rocks
are
that
we
want
to
achieve
and
then
what
we
really
need
to
do
to
achieve
them.
That's
really
the
goal,
and
then
you
know
siddharth.
We
can
he's
already
started
working
at
the
trello
boards
and
kanban
boards,
so
we
can
include
all
of
that
in
the
in
the
plan.
A
I'm
just
wondering
if
there's
another
goal
that
we
should
have,
because
we
could
have
other
goals,
we
could
say
we
have
a
goal
to
increase
the
number
of
of
committers
by
a
certain
number.
You
know
we
want
to
not.
We
want
four
or
five
new
committers
per
month
by
june.
You
know
on
a
regular
basis
by
june
1st
that
that's
that's
a
kind
of
a
similar
kind
of
a
thing
in
doing
so.
How
do
we
reach
out
to
those
folks?
A
You
know
what
kind
of
blogs
do
we
write
about
the
kind
of
work
we're
doing
the,
maybe
the
the
what's
the
experiment
and
we
have
now
we
have
personas.
Now
that
tatiana
worked
on
that
we
can
say
these
are
the
kinds
of
things
that
these
individuals
are
looking
for,
so
we
can
build
it
around
those
personas.
A
B
Yeah,
I
think
the
adoption
looking
at
if
we're
going
to
look
at
a
number
would
be
either
the
number
of
sign
ups
that
we're
getting
and
or
the
number
of
downloads.
B
Now
the
number
of
downloads
is
a
little
bit
harder
to
track
because
we
can
get
the
statistics,
but
it's
hard
to
filter
out
our
own
internal,
like
testing
stuff
from
the
docker
repos.
You
know
you
get
a
you'll
you'll
get.
You
can
get
a
number,
but
the
numbers
can
be
skewed
as
part
of
that
process.
B
Some
other
way
to
to
track
a
a
download
as
part
of
that
process.
You
know
maybe
some
sort
of
survey
or
you
know
some
some
other
way
to
to
loop
back
around,
to
see
what
the
maybe
you
know
something
around
the
user
experience.
I
I
don't
know,
I'm
just
throwing
some
ideas
out
right.
A
C
I
think
the
adoption
is
definitely
on
the
go.
How
can
we
bring
more
visibility
to
what
our
list
is
doing?
I
know
through
adoption
we
can
do
that,
but
if
we
can
have
you
know,
for
example,
increasing
the
community
size
from
x
to
delta
x
x
to
y,
let's
bring
that
contributors
is
another
measurable
thing.
We
can
do
a
number
of
hits
on
this
oculus
page.
If
that
can
be
tracked,
we
can
see
that
earlier,
it
was
let's
say:
50
hits
on
this
page,
not
an
increase
to
500
hits.
A
Those
are
really
those
are
good
points,
because
that's
a
what
we
I
would
call
a
a
lead
indicator.
It
would
be
the
number
of
hits
on
the
website
if
we're
gonna.
If
we're
gonna
increase
adoption.
A
What
what
other
common,
quick
things,
I
would
say
to
get
the
number
of
hits
up.
I
I
think
you
know
increase
blogs.
I
would
call
the
tips
and
trips
tips
and.
B
B
Right,
yeah,
the
other,
the
other
one
along
those
that
lines
chrome
is
the
like.
The
github
stars.
I've
seen
that
used
before.
C
B
And
then,
if
you
look
at
the
the
the
the
twitch
guys,
you
know
anytime,
I
watch
a
twitch
video
about
how
to
do
something
or
a
youtube
video.
The
first
thing
they
go,
they
say
is
you
know,
subscribe
and
like,
and
you
know
share,
so
that's
how
they
they
are
really
pushing
it
from
that
standpoint
of
of
you
know
mention
us,
you
know,
do
the
do
do
that
type
of
thing,
because
what
they're
trying
to
do
is
increase
the
number
of
followers
on
their
youtube
channel.
Okay,.
A
So
out
of
these
things
that
we
just
thought
talked
about,
we
have
a
number
of
hips
hits
on
the
web.
These
are
things
that
we
want
to
try
to
admit
to
would
be
what
we
would
call
the
lead
in
indicators,
number
of
hits
on
website,
increased
tips
and
tricks
blogs,
which
we
only
have
one
training,
videos,
education,
webcasts
mentions
and
user
stories,
increased
stars
and
then
more
mentions
and
increased
followers
in
social
media.
A
Let's
come
up
with
some
numbers
for
this:
let's,
instead
of
just
saying
adoption,
let's
write
it
in
a
sentence
that
we
can
kind
of
consume,
so
our
lag.
What
we
would
call
our
lag
goal
is
we
want
to
increase
adoption
of
ortillius
by
what?
What
do
you
think
we
could?
What
do
you
think
we
could
do.
A
Five,
probably
one
a
day
is
all
we
get
right
now
in
terms
of
people
signing
up
for
the
deploy
hub
team
product,
which
we
don't
really
push
very
hard.
It's
just
out
there
and
it's
out
on
the
website.
C
C
B
Well,
I
think
we
should
say,
regardless
of
the
number,
we
should
focus
it
on
percentages
if
we
want
a
10
percent
growth
or
25
percent
growth
in
a
certain
category.
You
know
if
it's
going
to
be
number
of
subscribers
number
github
stars
that
we
want
to
increase
it
by
x.
Percentage.
I
think
that's
going
to
be
the
easier
way
to
look
at
adoption
is,
is
how
we
can
look
at
a
percentage
increase.
C
What
happens
is
there's
a
trap
in
percentage
and
a
lot
of
you
know
against
percentage.
Let's
say
we
have
number
two
and
we
say
we
want
to
increase
the
percentage
by
a
hundred
percent.
So
two
plus
two
right.
This
is.
A
The
adoption
number,
let's
see
how
many
people
who
have
signed
up
for
the
dh,
the
deploy
of
team
version,
and
maybe
we
can
kick
it
off
of
that.
Okay,.
A
We
have
226
people
who
have
gone
through
the
install
process,
so
we
can
base
it
off.
We
we
can
take
it
a
percentage
of
that.
What
we
want
to
increase
it
over
the
course
of
the
next
six
months.
C
Day,
let's
set
up
not
a
six
month
plan,
I
would
say:
let's
have
a
quarterly
plan:
okay,
easy
to
track
and
manage
good
idea
or
do
a
retrospective.
Also.
You
know
something
we
go
back
in
june
and
then
would
do
a
retrospective
in
july.
We
would
be
done
with
2021
by
then.
A
Yep,
okay,
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
Let's
update,
let's
update
that
and
what
do
you
what
you
know,
what
do
we
think
is
a
what's
a
percentage
we
want
to
go
after
20
percent.
A
A
C
I
I
meant
to
say,
but
in
that
case
steve
200,
I
was
talking
about
oh
double
it
yeah
see
the
reason
is
and
we
have
an
edge
also
till
now
it
was
not
part
of
ctr.
It
did
not
have
that
great
visibility.
The
adoption
was
low.
The
community
was
not
established,
we
have
now
community,
it
is
now
part
of
cdf.
Also
we
have
people
contributing
more
and
more.
We
have
more
in
the
active
contributors
of
github.
Also
so
25
would
be
my
view
we
may
debate
on.
A
Now
website
hits
I
haven't,
looked
at
that
in
a
while,
and
if
anybody
is
really
good
at
taking
on
if
managing
these
stats,
some
of
this
stuff
gets
out
of
my
hand.
D
D
D
A
Yeah
see
we're
away
and
now
steve,
can
you
look
at
the
google
analytics
for
it.
B
Some
of
these,
like
a
google
ranking
and
stuff,
is
gonna.
It
lags
about
six
months
but
like
the
number
hits
and
things
like
that.
D
B
C
F
B
C
B
Well,
we
can
assume
that
it's
going
to
be
pretty
low
in
the
thousands,
not
like
hundreds
of
thousands
or
anything
like
that.
C
C
E
A
So
how
I
think
that
we
should
try
to
let's
talk
about
the
blogs
for
tips
and
tricks.
We
only
have
one
out
there
now
and
it's
written
by
phil
gibbs,
and
it
shows
how
to
connect
to
jenkins
it's
old.
It
needs
to
be
redone,
but
I
had
to
have
something
a
placeholder
out
there
put
something
out
there.
A
So
we
don't
have
any
basically
right
now,
let's
let's,
let's
shoot
for
at
least
four
new
tips
and
trip
tricks
blogs
by
march
31st.
A
And
maybe
we
can
say
we
we
want
to
do
at
least
two
new
training,
videos
and
one
education,
education,
webcast.
G
G
A
A
In
order
to
get
there
some
of
the
lead
goals
that
we
need
to.
We
need
to
increase
the
number
of
hits
on
the
website
by
200
percent,
and
then
I've
just
started
adding
some
other
items
that
we
need
to
achieve
in
order
to
increase
the
adoption,
we
have
four
new
tips
and
trick
blogs.
A
That's
a
more
than
one
a
month,
two
new
training
videos,
one
educational
webcast,
and
then
we
have
mentions
and
user
stories
twitter
mentions
and
increased
followers
on
on
in
social
media
and
then
increase
our
our
github
stars,
which
we
haven't
defined.
How
what
we
want
to
increase?
Any
of
that
too.
A
That's
that's
where
you
jumped
in.
G
Okay,
thank
you
yeah.
I
can
see
the
notes
should
is:
should
contributors
number
of
contributors
be
a
matrix.
A
You
know
we
talked
about
that
being
a
goal,
and
I
we
had.
We
had
thought
about
that
as
well.
I
think
that
the
number
of
I
almost
feel
like
the
number
of
contributors
would
be
a
full-on
goal
on
its
own
okay,
I
yeah
know
I'm
trying
to
I'm
trying
to
keep
us
focused
on
one
what
we
want
if
we
can
get
achieve
anything
in
the
next
three
months.
I
first.
A
Months
and
that
was
brought
down
to
three
months-
which
I
think
is
a
really
good
idea,
because
it
is
much
easier
to
track
on
a
three-month
time
frame
if
we
just
focus
on
that
one
goal:
what
do
we
need
to
achieve
in
order
to
you
know
what
we
need
to
be
able
to
do
is
say
we
we,
we
know
this
is
the
the
goal
we
want
to
achieve.
B
B
G
Yeah-
and
I
was
thinking
that
when
we
say
increase
adoption,
I
want
to
go
back
and
understand
what
it
means.
It's
basically
means
that
people
fork
the
project
or
yeah.
A
So
no
it
means
and
that
that's
a
great
question.
I
think
that
we've
decided
it
means
that
they
have
signed
up
to
use
the
online
version
of
artelias
or
they
have
downloaded
ortilius
okay.
So
this
is
new
sign,
ups
or
downloads.
G
A
It's
targeted
to
users,
yes,
and
what?
What
I'm?
I
think,
what
we're
seeing
is
people
who
are
who
want
to
use
the
product
are
very
likely
to
become
contributors.
A
A
G
A
E
Hey
tracy
is
james,
just
just
I
mean
are
the
numbers
going
to
be
skewed
because
are
we
talking
about
the
hits
to
deploy
hub
versus
hits
to
ortelius
right?
So?
Is
that
a
reason
why
the
conversion
rate
might
be
lows
because
they're
not
everybody's,
going
to
deploy
hypertelius,
but
if
we're
tracking
the
numbers
on
our
keyless
and
what's
that,
does
that
skew
the
numbers
at
all.
A
Yeah,
that's
why
I
was
saying
that
we
we
need
to
figure
out
how
we
want
to
do
that.
I
feel
like
what
we
should
be
doing
at
this
point
is
we
should
have
a
branded
ortillius,
because,
right
now
we
have
deploy
hub
as
the
logo
on
the
deploy
of
team.
We
need
to
change
that
over
to
ortillius
and
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
have.
A
You
know
a
clear
path
on
their
tilius
website
to
the
sign
up,
because
we
have
signed
up,
for
you
know,
deploy
hub
team,
hosted
ortilius
on
the
autelius
site,
but
yeah
so
right
now
those
numbers
could
be
a
bit
skewed
in
terms
of
it's
probably
lower
than
that
need
to,
but
it's
hard
for
us
to
track
where
people
are
coming
from,
if
they're
coming
from
the
artillery
side
or,
if
they're,
finding
us
from
deploy
hub
right
now,
I
think
what
we
want
to
focus
on
is
driving
traffic
to
the
ortilla
site.
A
G
A
A
increase
the
conversion
rate
from
hits
to
sign
ups.
We
don't
have
one
right
now,
but
we
need
to
if
we
did,
if
we
could
just
do
the
math
if
we're
doing,
if
we're
trying
to
get
one
a
day
and
we're
doing
two,
that's
just
one.
A
A
So
that's
we
wanted
to
have.
We
want
50
hits
per
day
right
and
out
of
that,
we
need
to
get
if
we
want
to
get
that's
where
the
problem
with
percentages,
it's
easier
to
have
solid
numbers,
225
increase,
which
right
now
we're
saying
we're
doing
20
a
month
so
times
3
is
60
times.
A
A
B
Because
it
should
just
take
450,
divided
by
four
or
yeah
450
divided
by
4,
is
what
you
get.
A
Okay,
so
our
goal
is:
we
want
to
increase
downloader
signups
of
our
tilius,
but
to
112
by
march
31st,
so
between
now
and
and
the
next
three
months
we're
trying
to
get
30
a
week,
a
30
about
30
a
month
which
is
a
that's
reasonable
and
the
order
to
get
there.
We
know
that
we
have
to
increase
the
number
of
hits
on
the
website
by
about
200
percent
or
to
2
000..
I
don't
think
we
have
to
get
quite
to
2000,
but.
B
A
Okay,
so
why
don't
we
stop
it
at
that?
Let's
just
for
this
particular
for
the
next.
So
I
think
that
we
have
two
pretty
heavy
goals
here
is
how
to
increase
the
number
of
hits
on
the
website
and
and
the
to
increase
the
conversion
rate
on
the
website
from
hits
to
signups.
I
think
we
need
to
really
and
then
probably
the
other
one
would
be.
A
You
know
I.
I
know
that
people
have
problems
if
there's
not
a
lot
of
content
about
how
to
do
things,
so
I
think
that
the
getting
at
least
four
new
tips
and
tricks
blogs
out
there
is,
I
think,
those
are
the
three
things
that
we
should
focus
on
right
now.
A
G
A
Yeah,
we
need
to
start
watching
well,
once
we
get
started
getting
more
hits
on
the
website,
we
should
be
able
to
watch
the
behavior
and
see
how
we
can
capture
the
con.
The
the
get
the
conversions
I
can
try
to
I'll
set
up
a
conversion
goal
I'll
work
on
that,
but
I
need
input
to
find
out
what
makes
sense
and
what
doesn't.
A
A
Okay,
you
want
to-
and
I
opened
issues
this
past
week
for
blogs.
G
G
G
Maybe
like
I
I
know
we
are
talking
about
badges
yeah,
that
maybe
you
we
could
do
like.
First.
G
First
blog,
you
know
first
article,
that
kind
of
a
thing
right
or
if
there
are
other
ways
to
incentivize,
but
basically
or
we
could
set
up
a
quarterly
goal
or
sprint
goal
and
tell
the
contributors
that
you
know
we're
not
looking
for
code
contributions.
We
want
to
focus
here.
Is
that
something
possible.
B
I
think
your
idea
of
doing
like
a
sprint
goal.
I
think
if
we
do
the
rewards
sooner
than
later
than
waiting
for
three
months,
I
think
it'll
get
people
excited,
because
that's
kind
of
how
the
hecktoberfest
came
about
now
is
only
a
month.
Long
run.
G
E
Contribution
contest
you
know
over
the
next,
whatever
time
period
and
having
some
kind
of
contests
where,
where
there's
you
know
the
badges
for
the
first
time,
are
giving
away
or
something
like
that.
A
A
A
Let
me
think
through
what
what
that
need
to
all
reach
out
to
you?
Maybe
we
can
get
some
time
on
our
plates
to
come
up
with
this
and
to
look
at
the
website
and
how
to
fix
that,
and
if
anybody
else
has
any
ideas
on
how
we
can,
I
think
we
need
someone
to
start
tracking
analytics
for
the
website
in
general,.
B
It
is
it's
one
of
those
that
you
definitely
need.
Somebody
that's
been
there
before
to
to
walk
you
through
where
to
look,
because
there's
there's
so
many
different
things.
I've
I
got
the.
I
can
give
you
a
starting
point,
because
I
can
get
in
to
hook
things
up,
but
how
to
make
how
to
change
things
and
turn.
The
dials
is
very
difficult.
A
We
need
in
terms
of
contributors.
We
have
a
good
number
of
individual
contributors,
but
we
need
to
start
looking
for
a
company
contributor
and
I'll
make
sure
that
that
will
be
my
goal
for
the
next
three
months
to
see.
If
we
can
bring
in
one
company
contributor,
I
mean
we
have
deploy
hub
users
who
are
helping
with
push
the
road
map
and
they're
on
our
customer
advisory
boards,
but
we
need
a
ortilius
needs,
a
company
member.
A
A
F
Would
it
also
look
like
to
me
it's
part
b,
a
part
of
g
sucks
so
means
every
new
members.
Men
may
come.
B
We
got
to
get
signed
up
for
that.
I
saw
it
come
through,
but
I
we
have.
I
have
not
done
anything
as
far
as
getting
that
all
going.
G
Do
you
want
me
to
look
into
that?
I
think.
B
You
could
please
yeah
just
let
me
know
what
you
find
in
what
we
need
to
do
just
high
level,
but
I
do
remember
coming
through
and
just
fell
through
the
cracks
on
my
side.
F
January,
the
organizations
will
be
announced,
I
think,
for
gsoc.
Its
timeline
was
showing
in
january.
G
Yeah
but
but
I
guess
to
tracy's
point,
I
think
that
is
different.
The
g
stock
one
is
a
little
different
than
the
company
contributor,
but
yeah
it's
aligned
towards
getting
more
contributors.
F
And
also
we
should
look
like
to
get
with
more
scm
systems
other
than
github
means.
I
know
most
people
are
there
in
github,
but
also
we
have
more
people
in
other
scm
systems,
other
than
github.
A
F
Yeah
yeah
people
who
are
dealing
with
different
version
control
systems.
A
A
A
So
there
may
be
technical
things
that
we
need
to
do
in
order
for
this
goal
to
be
achieved
that
the
we
need
to
bring
up
to
the
the
architecture
group.
A
B
Yeah
and
just
to
about
like
github
versus
get
lab
for
the
project,
the
cdf,
continuous
delivery
foundation,
they
run
everything
off
of
github
yeah.
B
So
that's
where
it
got
slated
into
the
github
world
versus
get
lab
because
of
the
cdf
now
under
the
covers,
we
are
using
things
like
github
actions,
but
also
we're
using
google
cloud
build
as
part
of
the
cd
process.
B
A
And
on
that
note,
I
think
that
the
the
architecture
group
we're
going
to
have
two
kind
of
two
goals
that
they
want
to
get
done
over
the
course
of
the
next
three
to
six
months,
the
first
one
being
making
sure
that
we
have
our
own
internal
cd
process
built
out,
which
I
think
it's
kind
of
there.
But
it's
not
completely.
A
So
when
it
somebody
checks,
something
in
it
actually
gets
compiled
and
gets
updated
when
the
push
request
is
approved,
and
then
they
have
the
work
on
the
component
sets
as
a
new
feature.
C
Also
tracy,
what
we
need
to
also
do
is
we
need
to
I
mean
you:
can
you
and
steve
have
to
have
a
conversation
with
cdf
and
ask
them
what
kind
of
starts
they
would
require
from
us
on
a
regular
basis?
Do
we
need
to
build
that
system
if
it
doesn't
exist.
B
A
I
posted
it
out
here.
Let
me
let
me
look,
it's.
B
Like
number
of
contributors
number
of
countries
and
there's
like
one
other
thing,
but
it
was
really
basic:
it
wasn't
a
major
lift.
C
A
Yep,
that's
all
they
asked
for,
but
I
think
that
we
can
give
them
more
information,
so
if
we
can
show
them
growth
and
we're
tracking
it
ourselves
that
can
be
added.
That's
just
a
you
know.
I
think
I
don't
know
if
they
really
thought
about
what
they
wanted
to
see
in
their
annual
report,
so
we
can
give
them
what
whatever
kind
of
stats.
That
other
I
mean,
those
are
the
basic
stats
that
they
want,
but
we,
if
we
can
say
we've
grown
x,
number
of
percent,
that's
what
they're
going
to
be.
What
that?
A
C
B
Because
they
have
like
github
owners
files,
they
have
everything
baked
into
the
github
world.
Now
that
doesn't
mean
that
on
the
ours
like
our
cd
tool
chain
that
we're
going
to
be
using
that
we
can't
bring
in
a
git
lab,
for
example,
to
do
some
of
the
work
right
as
part
of
that
process
so
or
tucked
on.
For
example,
we
can
start
using
tech
on
down
the
road
or
whatever
the.
B
I
know
sasha
likes
to
use,
he's
been
working
with
get
lab
a
lot
and
he
loves
it.
So.
B
B
I
think
we
can
really
build
upon
what
we
got
and
pretty
easily
and
incorporate,
like
you
said
one
of
the
things
from
an
end
to
end
perspective,
checking
things
in
and
moving
it
all.
B
The
way
out
to
our
production
clusters
is
something
that
we
need
to
look
at
because
coram-
and
I
found
something-
was
it
last
week
or
two
weeks
ago,
where
you
do
a
pull
request,
but
it
doesn't
close
the
issues
that
on
on
the
github
side,
so
we
have
to
put
it
put
the
plugin
in
there
to
have
that
automatically
done.
A
Okay,
well,
we
have
gone
an
hour,
everybody.
Thank
you
so
much
for
the
hour
of
time.
This
has
been
a
really
good
call,
and
I
think
that
you
know
setting
up
our
our
goals
now,
if
considering,
we
only
have
you
know
in
three
months
time,
we
only
have
six
meetings
is
a.
A
This
was
a
good
call
and
I
thank
everybody
for
their
their
input
and
need
to
I'll
reach
out
and
see
what
time,
what
kind
of
time
you
can
put
on
your
calendar
and
I'll
start
focusing
on
how
we
can
do
this.
You
know
and
incentivize
this
blogger
program.
I
think
that
would
be
a
fun
way
to
get
them
the
year
started
and
definitely
helps
us
reach
the.
B
Goal
and
I'll
set
up
something
around
the
website,
so
whoever
is
interested
in
website
trafficking
I'll
set
up
a
meeting
for
that.
