B
Hi,
my
name
is
dixon.
I
have
been
a
donate
enthusiast
for
over
a
decade,
so
I
worked
for
microsoft
as
a
software
development
engineer
for
about
six
years,
and
then
I
have
been
a
donate
mvp
for
five
times,
so
I
contributed
to
donate
from
both
inside
microsoft
and
outside
microsoft,
including
donald
source
contribution
and
also
other
open
source
tools.
B
So
my,
for
example,
my
nuget
packages
has
about
two
million
downloads
and
for
over
a
decade
I
have
spent
a
lot
of
time
to
promote
donate.
For
example,
I
have
been
written
hundreds
of
articles,
I'm
also
writing
a
book
which
should
be
hopefully
published
later
this
year.
B
So
currently,
I
live
in
seattle,
washington,
united
states
just
right
next
to
the
microsoft
main
campus,
so
I
also
work
with
many
local
non-profit
organizations
like
seattle,
civil
from
where
I
got
the
experience
of
running
a
non-profit
organizations
and
also
running
large
events.
B
I
also
worked
for
a
number
of
disability
organizations
in
washington
state
and
the
united
states,
including
special
olympics
and
many
others,
where
I
built
my
solid
experience
of
diversity
and
inclusion
so
as
a
donated
developer
and
mvp.
So
I'm
totally
aligned
with
donate
foundation.
B
I
hope
I
can
have
the
opportunity
to
use
my
time
and
leverage
my
experience
to
donate
foundation.
Thank
you.
B
B
So
in
the
upcoming
donated
six,
there
are
tons
of
apis
driven
by
donate
developer
community
and
also
donate
has
been
the
number
one
most
allowed
of
framework
and
stock
overflow
a
stack
overflow
earlier
in
the
build
conference
2021
microsoft
has
announced,
there
are
more
than
five
million,
mostly
active
developers
in
visual
studio
family,
which
is
a
huge
number.
So
those
are
very
exciting.
B
B
B
So
recently
I
have
talked
with
a
group
of
developers,
so
it
turned
out
when
they
think
about
donate.
They
first
think
about
microsoft,
which
is
behind
donuts,
that's
the
donut
foundation.
So
I
think
we
definitely
had
the
potential
to
play
a
bigger
role,
much
bigger
here,
so
we
we
already
have.
I
have
a
lot
of
good
information
about
donate,
so
we
are
open
source
we're
across
platform.
B
We
have
a
high
performance.
We
were
now
a
universal
platform.
We
also
have
the
excellent
virtual
skill
tools
and
you
know
donald
can
be
used
to
build
almost
everything
from
a
native
ui
to
web
to
ai.
So
all
these
should
naturally
inspire
the
confidence.
B
So
I
I
I
don't
foundation,
we
can
play
a
bigger
role
to
reach
out
different
developers
and
deliver
those
good
information
to
them.
So
so
another
example
is
earlier
this
year
in
the
build
conference,
microsoft
has
announced
that
forty
percent
of
the
downloads
of
the
donated
sdk
they're
from
students.
B
This
is
a
very
good
news.
I
think
I
I
would
be
extremely
happy
if
there
are
like
a
40
percent
done.
Those
are
from
developers
of
other
platforms,
so
so
recently
I
talked
with
a
number
of
nodejs
developers.
B
I
told
them
the
sql
net
core
performance
could
be
as
fast
as
10
times
of
the
performance
of
node.js.
They
have
never,
apparently
you've,
never
heard
of
all
this
before
at
the
beginning.
They
do
not
believe
it
and
apparently
there's
no
confidence
right
so,
after
a
bunch
of
demonstration
to
them
so
eventually
they
they
they
realize.
This
is
true,
and
they
become
very
excited
about
this,
and
so
I
I
think
to
inspire
this
kind
of
confidence.
B
We
need
to
spend
more
time
and
resource
to
racially
different
people,
not
not
only
like
a
new
developers
like
students,
but
also
the
developers
from
other
platforms.
B
So
at
donate
foundation
we
have
a
lot
of
resources.
We
have
connections
with
the
developers.
B
So
one
example
I
can
think
about
is
currently
the
microsoft
donut
dev
blog
is
powered
by
wordpress,
which
is
the
seamless
built
with
php.
B
Actually
now
we
have,
our
own
donation
is
like
a
orchard,
so
we
can
use
our
clinician,
for
example,
I
I
would
like
bring
up
or
donate
seamless
to
microsoft,
so
for
for
them
to
evaluate
so.
If
this
I
donate,
assistance
could
be
used
by
them,
which
is
great,
and
if
this
is
not
up
to
their
standards,
we
we
should
identify.
What's
the
gap,
how
we
can
improve.
B
So
for
donate.
Currently,
if
I
would
like
to
look
for
some
education
material,
I
probably
will
go
to
microsoft.
They
have
religious
blog
posts,
they
have
the
dogs,
they
have
videos,
they
have
almost
everything.
So
this
is
great,
and
this
also
means
we
have.
This
also
means
there
are
a
lot
of
things
we
can
do
here
at
donate
foundation.
B
I
hope
we
can
build
and
provide
good
tuning
courses
eventually.
I
hope
we
can
be
just
like
a
negix
foundation.
We
not
not
only
providing
tuning
courses
covering
different
levels.
B
So
there
is
actually
a
lot
of
things
I
want
to
do
if
I
join
donate
foundation
board.
So,
for
example,
I
have
a
dream
that
split
can
be
as
popular
as
php,
and
I
also
have
a
dream
that
we
can
have
some
open
source,
seamless
ecosystem,
that
that
can
compete
with
wordpress.
B
So
there
are
actually
two
parts
for
this
question.
What
one
part
is
what
I
want
to
do
I
so
what
I
would
like
to
do
is
to
I
would
like
to
use
more
resource
to
promote
his
planet
and
our
similes,
because
in
the
past
decade
I
tried
to
promote
donations.
I
tried
to
promote,
for
example,
like
a
xamarin
and
other
technologies,
which
is
relatively
easier,
but
it's
I
I
feel
it's
more
difficult
to
promote
sp
on
it.
B
So
yeah,
that's
what
I
would
like
to
do.
The
other
aspect
for
the
question
is
because
we
all
we
will
always
have
limited
resources.
So,
for
example,
if
I
join
a
donut
foundation,
I
probably
will
be
as
assign
a
tool
like
one
single
aspect
like
a
marketing
or
education,
so
depends
on
my.
B
B
B
Its
url
is
coding
on
wheels.com
so
because
I'm
paralyzed,
I
have
to
be
always
in
wheelchair,
so
my
website
is
just
coding
on
wheels.com.
Thank
you
very
much.
