Description
00:03 Welcome
03:27 DXD Token Model
15:17 Restructuring & Refocus - Budgets
32:45 From here on - general chit chat and new POAP design
A
He
has
a
voice,
it's
crazy,
hello.
Everyone
welcome
to
the
third
DX
Stout
Community
call,
since
the
relaunch
joined
with
us
is
the
lovely
Craig
bot.
I
think
this
is
our
first
time
hearing
him.
Maybe
ever
in
these
segments,
as
usual
kind
of
a
doesn't
sound
like
I'd.
Imagine
Craig's
sound,
that's
that's
what
I'm
saying
it
doesn't
sound
like
that.
You
know
we're
trying
out
a
new
format
today,
so
we're
in
our
regular
campfire
call.
This
is
a
more
open
call.
A
Anyone
is
welcome
to
speak
up
to
and
join
without
a
request.
We'll
have
some,
of
course,
mic
conflicts,
as
is
the
new
format.
The
primary
reason
is,
we
did
some
live
Generations
last
week
and
they
weren't
really
live.
A
You
couldn't
follow
along
with
them
and
the
Discord
stage
functionality
doesn't
let
you
stream
for
some
reason
and
what
I
said
on
the
beginning
of
the
call
is
you
would
think
that
a
stage
would
be
the
place
you'd
want
to
stream
or
or
give
out
information,
so
we're
trying
out
this
Avenue
might
have
some
some
pains.
I
might
go
back
and
forth,
but
trying
out
a
more
casual
constrained
experience
here.
A
If
it
works
or
doesn't
we'll
see
and
kind
of
learn
from
that
for
the
next
week,
but
mainly
experimenting
through
kind
of
smaller
structural
things
here
before
pushing
forward
on
larger
changes
to
the
community
call
so
like
I
mentioned
third
episode
of
the
revamp,
Community
call,
if
you
don't
know
what
that
is,
it
isn't
a
large
structural
change
out
the
gate.
A
It's
mostly
acknowledging
that
there's
a
kind
of
difficult
environment
in
the
community
lately
and
kind
of
granting
an
Avenue
for
a
more
casual
and
fun
lighthearted
environment,
where
we
can
kind
of
you
know,
add
some
camaraderie
to
to
DX
style
and
its
active
initiatives.
For
today
we
have
a
couple
of
things
to
touch
on
from
the
DX
staff
side
of
things,
namely
dxc
token
upgrade
kind
of
the
squad.
A
Budgeting
initiative
that
is
ongoing
in
the
form
and
the
expenses
update
for
DX
out
in
general
and
yeah
I
have
Chris
with
me
here.
This
will
be
a
little
bit
more
of
a
casual
discussion
and
presentation,
maybe
for
the
dxc
token
I
can
start
streaming
here.
A
If
it
will.
Let
me.
A
A
A
I
know
it's
a
badge
of
honor.
You
know
you
can
see
my
you
can
see
my
fancy
profile,
foreign.
A
I
was
about
to
do
the
torch.
I
wanted
to
make
sure
the
stream
is
looking
okay
before
handing
it
over
any
issues.
Anyone
can
see.
If
not,
then
Chris
knew
you
can
start
chatting
about
DxD
and
you
can
take
it
from
there.
B
Yeah
so
this
proposal
that
Keaton
has
up
this
is
the
Dow
Talk
version,
but
the
proposal
is
live
on
mainnet
nurses
chain
and
also
the
DHD
snapshot.
B
A
Quick,
the
snapshots
at
roughly
10K
txt
voted
for
with
none
of
game
syrup
standing
right
now,
right.
B
Right
yeah
so
9.3
K
DxD
and
then,
if
you
look
at
on
I,
think
mainnet
is
14
for
and
then
nurses
chain
I
think
is
like
11
for
there.
B
So
if
you
have
any
anything
on
chain
representing
ties
to
deaks
down,
I
guess
not
co-ops,
but
whether
it's
dxt
or
reputation
on
gnosis
chain
or
mainnet
you're
eligible
to
vote
for
this
and
just
have
a
couple
more
hours
on
notices
chain
and
then
txt
will
be
a
little
bit
later
and
mainnet.
There.
B
Think
those
have
been
in
the
community
will
be
aware
of
kind
of
what
this
overall
proposal
would
do
and
kind
of
how
it
would
shift
a
lot
of
ways
that
the
deaked
outlet
has
functioned
in
a
lot
of
ways,
though
I
think
this
is
the
culmination
of
a
movement
that's
been
going
on,
for
you
know
a
long
time.
If
you
look
at
DxD,
you
know,
DxD
was
launched
more
than
two
and
a
half
years
ago,
so
may
2020
and
it's
gone
through.
B
You
know
a
lot
of
different
periods
in
the
initial
bonding
phase.
It
was
a
a
time
of
lots
of
kind
of
eth
coming
in
and
new
DxD
and
then
obviously
things
kind
of
changed
a
little
bit
in
the
beginning
of
2021,
but
really
I.
B
Think
over
the
last
year,
we've
been
moving
towards
like
a
model
that
has
some
unified
treasure
between
the
buyback
reserve,
the
general
Treasury
and
you
know
the
same:
unified
governance
that
we're
seeing
between
dxt
and
rep
holders
right
we're
kind
of
having
these
different
disparate
pieces
of
DX
Dow
that
maybe
like
launched
kind
of
separately
and
developed
their
own
on
their
own,
but
they're
kind
of
gradually
being
formed
together
and
melded
together
and
I.
Think
this,
like
proposal,
is
part
of
that
process
on
the
financial
side.
B
Just
as
much
as
that
governance,
2.0
is
is
on
it
on
the
governance
side,
so
just
for
things
that
are
part
of
it
and
then
get
to
like
what
are
the
initial
like
implementations
so
or
sorry,
three
made
things
about
it
and
then
we'll
go
into
the
monetary
policy
framework,
which
has
four
things.
So
three
big
things
is
one.
B
It
establishes
like
a
DxD
monetary
policy
framework
to
establishes
a
DxD
monetary
policy
committee
to
manage
that
framework
and
then
three
does
a
commitment
to
product
development
funding,
and
so
this
to
me,
just
is
kind
of
like
an
overall
structure
for
how
D
extow
can
try
to
answer
some
big
questions
about
how
it
should
fund
products,
how
it
should
return
value
to
DHD
holders,
and
you
know
we've
been
doing
that
over
the
last
two
years.
B
Very
ad
hoc
right
we've
had
this
buyback
program
that
has
took
in
15
000
dxt
we've
been
allocating
resources,
two
different
squads
in
terms
of
developing
things,
but
there
hasn't
really
been
an
overall
set
for
that.
But
what
this
kind
of
does
is
try
to
set
a
framework
for
that
conversation
going
forward.
So
we're
not
really
just
like
thinking
about
things
on
a
month-to-month
basis,
but
we're
kind
of
taking.
You
know
we
have.
B
You
know
almost
like
institutions
that
can
manage
this
get
going
forward
and
so
for
DxD
to
manage
this
process
right
to
manage.
How
DxD
is,
is
it
kind
of
Returns
value
to
DxD?
There's
the
DC
monetary
policy
committee
that
would
be
set
up
and
then
that
would
control
basically
four
different
things.
One
is
the
DxD
floor
price
guarantee.
Two
is
the
inverse
bonds.
Three
is
minting
new
DxD
and
then
four
is
protocol
owned
liquidity.
So
these
are
the
four
tools
that
you
can
do
to
manage.
B
Like
a
liquid
market
for
DxD
now
recall
in
the
initial
setup
of
the
of
DxD,
the
liquid
market
for
DxD
was
basically
supposed
to
be
managed
by
the
bond
ending
curve
itself
right
that
had
a
buy
and
a
cell
there.
So
we're
kind
of
trying
to
mimic
some
of
the
same
things
through
that,
but
with
a
bit
more
with
an
approach
that
right
now
is
not
automated,
but
hopefully
in
the
future,
it
can
be,
can
be
automated
more
and
more
and
yeah.
B
So
in
terms
of
implementation,
you
know
this
will
take
some
time
to
implement
people
to
like
set
up
the
committee
that
is
making
these
kind
of
recommendations.
B
So
what
this
proposal
does
is
basically
set
out
some
initial
parameters
for
the
DxD
monetary
policy
to
be
set
at,
and
so
those
will
be
like
come
with
this
proposal
and
then
over
the
next
couple
months,
we're
setting
up
a
more
formal
process
for
how
any
changes
to
that
would
be,
and
so
the
initial
parameters
that
are
set
forth
in
this
proposal,
probably
the
most
significant
one-
is
the
dxd4
price
guarante
guarantee
priced
at
70
of
the
current
DHD
nav
ratio.
So
that's
defined
further
in
there.
You
can
check
that
out.
B
There's
a
link
in
the
proposal
for
looking
at
kind
of
how
that's
calculated
right
now.
So
that's
the
first
one
two
is
providing
dxdeath
liquidity
on
swapper,
so
that's
having
a
way
of
a
larger
liquid
pool
there
and
I
believe.
Actually,
if
you
look
at
d69,
it's
trading
like
62
63
percent
of
Treasury
nav,
so
we're
talking
about
actually
being
able
now
to
be
able
to
put
some
of
those
swapper
the
dxt
into
swapper.
If
this
proposal
passes.
B
Are
this
idea
of
basically
depositing
DxD
and
then
getting
a
payout
a
higher
payout
in
six
months,
three
months
a
year
from
now,
and
this
is
kind
of
a
way
that
I
think
you
would
that
you
could
manage
this
liquid
market
for
DxD,
because
you
can
imagine
some
big
dxt
holders
are
willing
to
like
lock
up
their
dxt
or
a
higher
return
in
say
six
months
and
they're
using
that
to
kind
of
manage
the
current
liquid
market
right.
So
maybe
there's
some
cheap
dxt
on
the
market.
B
Now
that
if
you
can
buy
that
up
and
lock
it
up
for
six
months
or
two
or
a
year
that
you
will
get
a
higher
return,
that
provides
some
some
kind
of
buy
pressure
to
the
current
market,
and
so
that's
what
the
inverse
bonds
will
do.
And
so
this
is
initial
one
to
basically
like
two
million
dollars
of
inverse
bonds,
one
at
six
months,
85
percent,
one
at
ninety
percent
after
one
year
and
then
one
at
100
after
two
years.
B
So
that's
the
the
third
thing
and
then
the
fourth
thing
is
that
it
also
commits
to
upgrading
the
dxt
token
contract.
So
right
now
the
dxt
token
contract
literally
is
still
the
bonding
curve
and
there's
also
about
2500
eth
in
there
that
was
used
to
support
the
price
of
or
used
to
support,
yeah
the
the
Buy
price
of
sorry,
the
sell
price
of
DxD
into
the
bonding
curve.
B
It
was
these
used
to
support
that,
but
with
this
proposal
that
will
be
UNIF
kind
of
that
will
be
upgraded
in
the
east
from
the
bonding
Curve
will
be
sent
to
the
general
treasury
there.
So
that's
the
proposal
it
does.
You
know,
there's
still
a
bit
that
we
will
have
to
do
kind
of
manage
going
forward.
There's
like
kind
of
all.
A
B
Actual
dashboard
I
should
not
have
actual
dashboard
instead
of
overview.
We
word
that
well.
The
overview
is
more
like
a
very
specific
look
at
the
treasury,
but
probably
what
people
are
more
interested
is
is
the
actual
dashboard
and
that
can
fix
that
up.
The.
A
General
comment
on
kind
of
the
process
because
I
know
there
was
a
lot
of
discussion
at
the
start
of
this
initiative
that
a
working
group
doesn't
make
sense
and
whatnot
I
think
that
the
the
process
was
insanely
efficient
and
we
kind
of
reached
something
that
everyone
appears
to
be
happy
with,
at
least
from
my
perspective.
A
At
this
stage,
without
like
a
significantly
drawn
on
discussion
period
and
I
was
very
happy
to
take
part
in
that
process
and
I'm
sure
Chris
you're
happy
with
the
outcome,
vote
speak
for
you,
of
course,
if
you
want
to
share
otherwise,
but
it
felt
like
a
very
efficient
process.
B
Yeah
I
mean
I
can
see
that
I
think
efficient.
Maybe
some
people
would
like
it
to
kind
of
move,
move
quicker
and
maybe
things
couldn't
move
quicker,
but
I
think
the
key
was
like
these
are
things
that
I
think
you
want
to
devote
time
to
discussion,
but
have
that
happen
over
a
certain
amount
of
time
period,
because
that
allows
for
greater
discussion
right?
B
So
even
just
like,
we
were
having
the
calls
like
every
couple
weeks,
every
two
weeks,
because
you
know
that
allowed
some
time
and
between
them
for
things
to
kind
of
marinate
a
little
bit
and
also
took
a
little
bit
of
break
so
I
think
that
was
more
productive
but
maybe
did
lengthen
the
time
a
little
bit,
but
it
wasn't
like
we
were
spending
resources
on
that
time.
B
It
was
just
kind
of
something
that
would
say
taking
20
25
of
governance
time
over
the
last
couple
over
the
last
couple
months,
which
I
think
is
like
the
right
way,
rather
than
being
like
okay,
we're
gonna
devote
three
weeks
to
doing
it,
we're
gonna!
You
know
three
weeks
of
doing
it.
We're
gonna
do
100
of
the
time
we're
just
gonna
crank
this
out.
I.
B
Think
like
this
slow
and
steady
is
a
bit
there
too,
and
I
think
also
a
good
point
that
you
know
probably
could
have
been
quicker
if
the
restructure
wasn't
going
on
alongside,
like
absolutely
I,
think
it
also
that
was
kind
of
helpful
for
it
to
also
go
alongside,
because
these
are
more
just
like
big
things
that
was
doing
and
so
I
think
take
like
having
that
context
of
the
restructuring.
B
I
think
helped
in
terms
of
like
what
the
the
working
group
would
come
up
and
I
think
like
having
the
old
working
group
going
on
while
we're
thinking
of
the
restructuring
and
how
you
drive
value
is
a
good
thing
too
I
think
for
both
of
them
yeah,
it's
just
they
take
time
and
thought,
and
you
persistence,
I
think
is
the
key.
A
Yeah
100
anyone
here
in
the
audience,
particularly
those
that
participated
in
the
working
group
I,
do
see
a
couple
familiar
faces,
zags
out
in
particular
not
to
call
on
anyone.
If
anyone
has
any
thoughts
to
share,
please
feel
free
to
step
in
here
more
of
an
Open
Stage
than
we've
had
before.
A
Getting
excited
because
I
see
little
little
little
speaking
blurbs,
but
it's
some
some
of
the
the
mics
that
have
in
their
own
videos
yeah.
A
Cool
well
on
the
topic
of
restructuring.
Gonna
chat
a
little
bit
about
kind
of
phase
two,
and
particularly
the
squad
budgeting.
That's
at
the
Forefront
of
governance
right
now,
but
quickly
before
that,
I
want
to
quickly
call
attention
to
the
poet
for
this
call.
You
will
be
receiving
a
direct
message
from
what
for
Community
member.
What
for
with
mint
links?
A
We've
been
advised
to
do
a
manual
poab
distribution,
so
you
will
be
receiving
them
manually
from
what,
for
please
verify,
of
course,
that
the
link
sends
you
directly
to
the
poab
issuing
site.
That's
put
up
at
GT,
I,
believe
yeah,
don't
mix
them
up
with
what
three
or
what
five
please
shoot,
Wayne,
or
what
for
a
DM?
If
you
haven't
received
it,
of
course,
I
don't
want
to
have
any
impersonators
step
in
with
fake
links.
Please
verify
you're
speaking
with
the
real.
What
for
and
please
mail
them
to
to
Chris.
A
Cool,
so
that's
a
quick
call
of
attention
to
that.
Wayne
feel
free
to
start
the
floodgates
of
the
call
3PO
app
here
and
then
we'll
divert
some
attention
to
the
restructuring.
As
many
of
you
know
now,
dx2
is
going
through
a
restructuring
effort
recently
passed
phase,
two
which
kind
of
points
for
a
direction
to
take
efforts
over
the
coming
months,
of
course,
already
being
rip
inbox
I'm,
seeing
from
the
from
the
PO
app.
A
So
these
efforts
are
already
taking
place
and
it's
mainly
to
point
towards
a
direction
to
be
worked
through
and
we're
seeing
the
kind
of
inklings
of
that
directly
with
the
guild-based
budget,
so
I
have
on
the
screen
here.
There's
a
handful
of
budgets
that
are
in
the
form,
there's
the
DX
gov
budget
and
voice
I
believe
operations
as
well
here.
So
three
budgets
not
going
to
go
through
all
of
them
here,
but
there's
a
lot
of
very
good
content.
A
Of
course,
anyone
from
these
guilds,
if
they
wish
to
speak
to
them,
feel
free
to
do
so.
But
the
main
thing
I
want
to
highlight
was
actually
the
parent
thread
here
by,
of
course,
Chris
I.
A
Don't
want
to
to
let
Chris's
voice
go
to
waste
here,
but
this
kind
of
outlined
an
initial
plan
for
putting
together
some
intermediary
budgets
ahead
of,
of
course,
first
half
of
2023,
so
the
product
squads
and
other
squads
been
working
through
budgetary
processes,
highlighting
kind
of
key
targets
and
what
they'll
be
working
on
for
the
first
half
of
the
year.
So
next
up,
of
course,
would
be
swapper,
I
believe
on
Friday
and
Chris
feel
free
to
step
in
I.
A
Believe
there's
been
a
bit
of
a
shake-up
where
we
want
product
to
step
in
before
any
proposals
are
formally
submitted
as
just
a
lot
of
commingling
and
kind
of
the
efforts
and
and
whatnot
so
I
think
swapper
and
carrot
are
kind
of
targeted
for
this
week.
If
that's
correct.
B
Yeah
I
think
you
know
the
way
they
were
set
up
is
basically
you
can.
It
was
on
a
rolling
basis
right,
so
we
weren't
doing
this
all
at
once
and
I
think
that's
very
good
for
being
presenting
and
then
also
it's
gonna
be
like
a
rolling
basis
for
how
the
budgets
are
submitted
and
in
the
process.
B
You
basically
couldn't
submit
the
budget
on
chain
until
a
week
after
you
had
given
the
presentation,
and
so
that
would
be
actually
yesterday
for
the
operations
and
tomorrow
for
dxgov,
but
I
think
right
now,
because
there's
some
kind
of
overlapping
some
of
it's
like
format
we
got
to
think
about.
You
know
how
are.
A
B
B
And
putting
in
or
contingency
costs,
there's
also
kind
of
some
question
in
terms
of
some
of
the
resources
between
the
product
squads
and
also
even
my
DX
voice,
because
we
you
know
is,
is
some
effort?
Is
that
being
funded
through
GX
Voice
versus
something
that's
being
sorry
to
the
voice,
Guild
versus
something
that's
being
fun
into
their
products
thing
so
I
think
there
is
just
some
some
over
there,
so
I
think
for
at
least
operations
I
want
to
wait
until
at
least
Monday
for
that.
B
So
we
have
some
discussion
over
the
next
couple
days
and
I'm
hoping
the
same
thing
for
for
DX,
gov
and
then
yeah
I
think.
The
key
thing
is
we
want
to
get
these
submitted,
do
notice
chain
before
the
holidays
and
kind
of
looking
at
that.
So
if
we
start
submitting
these
early
next
week,
I
think
that
that
will
work
there,
but
yeah.
This
is
this
week
has
been
a
lot
of
you
know,
going.
A
C
B
Different
yeah
proposals
and
we're
going
to
have
another
sorry
that
different
budgets
and
we're
gonna
have
another
great
discussion.
I
think
tomorrow
for
swapper
and
carrot
there,
but
I
think
it's
been
a
really
helpful
process
of
you
know.
Thinking
about
the
next
six
months.
You
know
I
think
a
lot
of
the
the
issues
we've
had
it
not
not
just
at
geek
style,
but
a
lot
of
in
crypto
is
you
know
every
day
you
wake
up
and
there's
some
emergency
about.
B
Well,
we
need
to
solve
this
for
next
week
or
this
you
know
this
month.
This
is
what
the
all
of
the
focus
is
on.
You
know,
but
I
think
this
process
of
taking
back
and
care.
What
are
the
things
we
want
to
accomplish
in
the
next
six
months?
You
know
what's
realistic,
can
we
actually
launch
this
product
in
the
next
six
months?
Can
we
actually,
you
know,
commit
to
doing
something
every
month
over
the
next
six
months?
B
Not
just
can
we,
you
know,
focus
and
do
yeah
and
and
do
an
all-nighter
and
push
something
out
in
a
couple
weeks,
so
I
think
figuring
out
what
we,
what
is
is
valuable
and
what
should
be
funded,
I
think
has
been
been
helpful
and
then
also
like
the
discussion
between
different
groups
on
who
is
really
owning
the
and
driving
different
things,
because
I
think
a
lot
of
ways.
There's
been
this
paralysis
because
we
don't
have
decision
making
capability
at
the
guild
level
or
at
the
squad
level
at
the
contributor
level.
B
So
there's
just
the
inability
say
to
like
move
forward
on
different
things
and
then
all
of
our
energy
gets
caught
up
in
trying
to
get
people
to
do
things
trying
to
convince
other
people
to
do
things.
Trying
to
you
know,
we
can't
really
figure
that
out,
but
I
think
what
we
have
now
is
some
clear
ideas
of
of
ownership.
B
So,
even
if
we
do
have
to
get
the
opinions
of
lots
of
people
and
we
do
have
to
get
community
feedback,
we
do
have
to
present
something
we
do
have
to
figure
all
those
things
out.
That
will
take
time
but
like
who
is
ultimately
driving
that
and
I
think
that
discussion
is
is
has
been
happening
now
and
I.
Think
that's
been
pretty
helpful
too.
B
There's
also
been
some.
You
know.
Consolidation
I
say
that
both
in
terms
of
we've
been
switching
a
big
thing
is
switching
from
just
like
a
squad
based
system
to
one
that
is
also
Guild
and
Squad
based
systems.
So,
basically,
guilds
are
governance
entities,
on-chain
governance
entities
that
receive
funding
from
DX
Dow
and
those
guilds
underneath
them
have
squads
that
are
that
are
executing
on
them.
So
products
themselves
typically
can
be
their
own
Guild
right,
you
think
of
so
DX
gov
is
its
own.
B
Guild
swapper
will
be
its
own
Guild,
but
we've
combined
some
of
the
other
Squad
odds
into
their
own
guilds,
to
allow
for
a
little
bit
more
consolidation.
So
we
have
the
operations
Guild,
that
covers
governance,
treasury
contributor,
X
and
then
we'll
also
have
legal
and
then
also
devops
and
security.
And
then
we
have
the
voice
Guild,
which
is
covering
DX
voice
and
DX
Biz
and
there's
kind
of
some
consolidation
in
in
there
and
so
I
think.
B
That's
a
helpful
thing
also
for
more
easily
delineating
ownership
and
then
I
also
think
it
will
lead
to
a
little
bit
better
communication
about
people
who
are
really
who
should
be
focused
on
on
specific
things.
I
think
we
get
a
lot
of
things
where
you
have
to
involve
the
whole
Dow
or
all
of
the
contributors
in
something
when
there
could
be.
You
know
something
that
well,
maybe
just
the
two
or
three
people
that
are
working
on.
This
really
need
to
be
focused
on
it
and
that's
their
their
kind
of
thing.
B
So
I'm
hopeful
for
that.
There's
also
been
a
pretty
big
reduction
in
the
budgets
overall
budgets.
It's
you
know
we're
still
kind
of
putting
these
things
together.
But
if
you
look
at
the
last
year
of
the
extent
but
I
guess
we
were
looking
at
these
numbers.
I
said
a
lot
of
things
these
in
the
last
year.
A
lot
of
that
is
actually
from
like
September
2022
to
September,
2021
or
October
2021.
B
Just
because
that's
like
the
time
you
have
for
the
best
best
data,
but
if
you
yeah,
if
you
look
at
over
over
that
period,
I
think
we
had
an
average
it's
about
like
3.5,
3.6
million
dollars
and
I.
Think
if
you
really
look
over
2022
like
if
you,
if
you.
B
Out,
it's
probably
around
like
a
3.8
3.9
million
dollar
budget,
but
if
you
look
at
what's
being
submitted
now,
I
think
they're
going
to
be
around
like
in
total
around
like
the
1.8
1.9
million.
Now
that
doesn't
include
some
contingency
costs,
but
I
would
estimate
that
we
are
at
like
2
million
to
2.5
million
total
budget,
probably
closer
to
2
million
over
2023
I
mean
obviously
that's
just
like
the
first
half
of
2023.
B
but
I
think
that's
a
kind
of
a
good
step
and
a
realization
of
some
of
the
ways
the
market
has
changed
and
how
we
can
kind
of
regroup
and
survive.
This
bear
market
and
kind
of
get
to
the
other
side
and
really
focus
on
the
core,
Essentials
and
so
I.
Think
going
through
this
process
has
helped
with
that
too.
B
Look
at
the
agenda
and
it's
like
boom
yeah,
I
guess:
I
was
gone
for
Thanksgiving,
so
I
missed
some
of
missed
this
last
time.
A
Yeah
we
did
want
to
talk
txt
last
time
as
well.
Well,
these
are
kind
of
like
the
main
topics
and
just
to
kind
of
reiterate
your
point
on
on
the
budgetary
process.
I
think
even
the
Simplicity
of
having
this
in
the
open
is
a
massive
change.
I
know:
DX
voice
had
tried
at
one
point
unsuccessfully
I,
believe
nearly
in
the
June
July
kind
of
area
to
push
for
budgetary
processes
for
all
the
yields.
A
I
think
the
ex-gov
might
have,
but
there
wasn't
really
a
formal
process
and
there
was
a
lot
of
other
issues
at
the
time
so
now
that
this
process
is
kind
of
universally
in
the
open.
As
a
result
of
the
launching
proposal,
that's
been
passed,
there's
a
lot
of
like
massive
benefits
and
I
mean
just
having
it
in
the
open
is
enough
to
have
these
discussions
and
and
make
the
changes
ahead
of
time.
A
So
there's
not
a
misplaced
expectations
of
what
squads
are
tackling
this
isn't,
of
course,
just
referring
to
my
own
Squad
of
DX
voice,
but
also
product
squads.
When
there's
confusion
on
what's
Happening,
we
saw
several
instances
last
year
of
I
guess:
misunderstood
expectations
for
products
and
likewise
those
communication
between
other
squads,
so
I
think
even
this
simple
change
of
having
this
publicly
is
enough
to
make
a
pretty
resounding
communicatory
difference.
A
I
think
and
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
communication
arising
in
several
channels
that
likely
should
have
existed
in
some
capacity
over
the
last
year.
So
having
that
Avenue
I
think
has
been
super
important
so
far
and
I
mean
it's
definitely
been
helpful
in
crafting
the
direction
we're
moving
in.
A
Cool
cool
I'm,
not
sure
if
you
have
any
visuals
Beyond
this
post
press
with
the
budget
I
do
know
that
I
need
to
update
to
the
voice
set
of
things
today.
Both
budget
and
goals
and
I
know
that
this
number
is
wrong
and
actually
higher.
If
you
include
DX,
biz
I
believe
it's
a
reduction
from,
was
it
like
68
000
to
32.
B
Yeah
yeah,
something
like
that:
I
think
it
was
68,
000,
yeah
and
then
also
like
a
lot
of
those.
You
know
I
think
for
different.
You
think
of
the
different
expenses
like
over
the
the
past
year
and
like
what's
different
like
so
like
boy,
you
know,
Dick's
boy,
your
voice,
really,
which
both
takes
voice
and
takes
Biz
like
spend
a
lot
of
money
on
sponsorships.
For
instance,
last
year
right
there
was
the
big
one.
B
We
had
100K
sponsored
a
a
Esports
team
and
then
we
sponsor
a
couple
different
conferences
so,
like
that's
greatly
reduced,
and
so
that's
a
big
reason
why
you
see
the
other
costs
so
heavily
reduced
for
for
voice
there
and
I
think
some
of
those
other
costs
you
can
see
like
the
the
monthly
Max
cost.
That
gives
an
additional
nine
thousand
dollars
a
month.
It
could
be
for
voice
and
I
believe,
like
a
lot
of
that,
is
probably
sponsorship
stuff.
B
So,
like
that's
a
big
thing
on
The
Voice
side,
if
you
look
at
the
products,
you
know
a
big
thing
on
obviously
swapper
getting.
You
know
both
a
reduction
in
the
number
of
contributors
that
also
big
reduction,
of
course,
from
from
space
engine
departing,
and
that
was
like
you
know,
a
huge
chunk
of
the
budget
there.
So
lots
of
like
big
changes
there
and
yeah
I
guess
I,
didn't
answer.
A
But
if
there's
a
better
or
is
this
like
the
best
visualization
of
kind
of
budgetary
changes.
A
B
B
We
have
like
different
squads
or
guilds
that
have
presented
the
budgets,
but
we
need
to
get
that
in,
like
a
singular
place
to
be
able
to
think
like
okay,
what
is
the
minimum
like
regular
cost
right
when
we
think
what
are
the
ones
that
we're
committing
and
then
what
are
the
contingency
costs?
What
are
some
realistic
expectations
over
what
that
could
be?
Even
for
things
we
don't
know
of
right,
even
for
things
we're
not
committing
to
right
now
we
want
to
be
able
to
plan
for
that,
but
getting
that
at
a
dow
level.
B
I
think
is
important
and
yeah
all
now
that
we
have
I.
Think
probably
we
need
to
wait
for
swapper
and
care
to
come
out
with
that
before
we.
We
do
something
specific
on
that,
but
I'll
I'll
have
that
there
in
terms
of
yeah
the
expenses
there
I
guess
there's
actually
a
couple
weeks
ago,
I've
met
him
before
and
Thanksgiving
there,
but
yeah
I.
Think
it
gives
like
a
review
of
where
things
kind
of
are
or
were
and
yeah
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
B
Maybe
some
of
the
the
costs
on
on
Colombia
are
in
there.
So
those
are
kind
of
interesting
and
looking
at
how
much
is
spent
for
helping
contributors
go
down
there
and
then
how
much
we
spent
on
the
retreat
and
then
also
infinite
itself
there.
B
So
yeah
some
numbers
numbers
there.
Yeah.
A
Just
seeing
a
a
little
pubg
clip
from
Dave
in
the
chat,
I'm
not
sure
what
sprung
this.
A
Yeah
I
guess
it's
a
final
thought
on
restructuring,
as
I
kind
of
mentioned,
with
phase
two
that
passed
kind
of
set
in
a
direction
for
DXL
to
explore
and
execute
upon
over
the
coming
months,
culminating
in
a
kind
of
phase
three
proposal
indicating
execution
and
forward-looking
plans
for
I
believe
the
end
of
December.
It's
worth
noting
that
I
didn't
account
for
in
the
the
deadlines
that
were
set
at
the
time,
the
fact
that
it
was
a
Christmas
break,
then
this
is
obviously
a
very
important
and
large
topic.
A
I
do
imagine
that
discussion
might
be
pushed
back
a
little
bit
because
of
that
and
of
course
we
want
to
have
valuable
discussion
for
that
period,
but
I
imagine
over
the
coming
two
weeks,
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
discussion
and
or
Forum
posts
about
particularly
Vision
digs
down
its
vision
and
what
it
wants
to
accomplish,
and
the
idea
of
a
priorities
board
I.
Think
those
two
things
are
the
two
largest
missing
pieces
of
the
puzzle
right
now
that
need
a
pretty
quick
focus
on.
A
B
Don't
we
don't
conflict
Keenan,
no
I
mean
I,
think
yeah
I'm,
just
re-looking
kind
of
the
phase
2
proposal
right
now,
it's
one
of
the
things
I
always
like
about
doubt.
Governance
is
like
it's
just
great
to
be
like.
Well,
you
know
what
let's
go
back
and
see
what
the
proposal
says
like
what
do
we
kind
of
commit
to
and
so
I
think
it's
something
that's
helpful
now.
It's
also
something
when
we're
actually
writing
these
things
like
thinking
about
what
the
words
mean
and
what
will
they
will
mean
in
the
future?
B
I
think
we
should
be
thinking
this
as
we're
doing
the
budget
stuff
now,
but
yeah
I'm
kind
of
feeling
good
about
where
we're
at
for
all
of
these
different
actions,
not
saying
they're,
all
kind
of
going
to
be
finished
immediately,
but
the
big
one.
B
You
know
the
budgetary
cycle
I
think
we've
made
a
lot
of
good
progress
on
that
and
are
moving
there
and
then
the
other
two
that
are
on
my
agenda:
the
accountability
councils
and
the
priorities
board,
and
you
know
those
are
a
little
bit
more
about
setting
up
ongoing
systems
rather
than
doing
something
like
one-off,
and
you
can
see
kind
of
the
budget
system
here
is
more
of
like
we
need
to
get
these
budget
passed
like
now,
and
this
will
be
a
big
thing
that'll
take
by
this
like
one
month,
but
I
think
for
the
other
ones.
B
Those
are
going
to
be
more
about
setting
up
like
an
ongoing
system.
This
is
also
we
can
add
to
this
now,
like
the
DxD
monetary.
C
B
Committee
so
I
think
these
kind
of
like
a
couple
different
things.
Will
those
will
be
the
things
that
I
think
will
start
to
take
the
time
of
governance.
You
know
for
a
lot
of
the
last
year,
so
much
of
time
of
governance
has
been
taken
up
by
individual
contributor
proposals
right
just
thinking
about
going
through
those
people
voting
on
those,
but
if
we
have
now
moved
those
to
the
guilds
right,
that's
this
whole
process.
We're
doing
now
we're
like
cramming
six
months
of
contributor
proposals
into
one
month
of
governance.
B
Time
like
doing
that
now
and
setting
up
this
process
now,
will
give
us
more
opportunity
and
flexibility
for
governance
to
focus
on
these
other
things
and
I
think
the
things
that
it
will
be
spending
time
on.
Are
you
know
these
The
Guild
councils
having
some
accountability
there,
the
priorities
board
and
then
also
you
know
the
DxD
monetary
policy
committee.
Those.
B
A
Yeah
excellent
I
think
that
about
wraps
up
our
regular
schedule,
which
leads
us
to
our
open
segment,
which
we
will
kick
off
with.
If
it
will.
Let
me
doing
minimal
upstick
here,
trying
to
download
Dave's
CS
go
play,
I
presume
with
no
scope.mp4.
C
A
A
Cool,
let's
wind
down
this
segment
here,
actually,
oh
I,
see
that
is
Ross's
rank
I
have
a
clip
as
well.
If
we
want
to
get
spicy.
No,
it's
not
that
great,
though
this
Dropbox
really
compressed
it.
A
And
it's
also
a
recording
from
the
it's
fine
here,
I,
don't
know!
What's
going
on,
my
clipping
wasn't
working
so
I
had
to
use
the
the
recording
software
built
in
cool.
Well,
let's
get
started
on
some
live
Generations.
This
might
be
a
bit
tricky
because
I
will
be
jumping
between
the
mid
Journey
Tab
and
the
Discord
tab,
as
you
may
or
may
not
know.
If
you're
familiar
with
mid-journey,
it
is
a
live
AI
generation
service
for
art
based
on
text
prompts
and
it
exists
in
a
social
environment.
A
You
can
pay
separately
for
like
private
Generations,
although
I
don't
really
understand
why
you
necessarily
would,
unless
you're
dealing
with
some
kind
of
private
content,
but
this
is
a
good
example
we're
just
seeing
random
people
working
on
their
own
fun
little
art,
so
this
guy
here
presumably
has
a
picture
of
his
dog
and
is
using
the
prompts
fusion,
with
Ganondorf
from
Zelda
on
Gandalf,
from
Lord
of
the
Rings
and
turning
his
dog
into
some
monstrosity.
So
we're
gonna
try
some
some
Imaging
here
today
a
bit
more
live.
We
actually
did.
A
Oh
that's
a
bit
of
a
hook
and
split
desert
bus.
If
you
were
here
for
last
call
I
know,
we
were
missing
some
from
Thanksgiving,
but
we
actually
did
a
live.
Air
quote
AI
generation
session.
You
can
find
it
under
the
mothership.
This
is
kind
of
the
outcome
of
those
and
various
texts
that
was
in
the
chat.
Various
discussions
held
on
the
call
itself,
which
kind
of
resulted
in
some
really
cool
artwork,
there's
a
couple
interesting
ones.
A
C
A
C
A
A
C
A
I'm
guessing
Ross
who's
kind
of
giving
this
context
in
the
chat
it
uses
the
if
there's
a
subscription
of
the
user
itself,
so
I
can't
use
my
subscription
to
let
people
in
here
generate
art.
A
I
wish
I
could
run
through
mine
and
I
could
give
a
handful
of
generations,
but
you
can
actually
do
if
anyone
wants
to
do
their
own
generations
of
play
around
the
tags,
feel
free
to
do
slash,
imagine
and
then
you'll
be
indicated
to
put
a
prompt.
You
can
do
that
by
yourself
and
or
feel
free
to
put
some
prompt
information
I'll
toy
around
with
it
a
little
bit
through
the
kind
of
V4
process
and
make
it
nice.
A
A
We
kind
of
talked
about
this
last
call
a
little
bit,
but
I
didn't
really
get
to
show
it
off
beyond
the
final
Generations,
but
mid
Journey
will
kind
of
conceptualize
words
into
artwork
and
has
a
vast
kind
of
trained
library
of
art
that
it
uses
to
to
generate
its
images,
which
is
why
a
lot
of
prompts
you'll
see
kind
of
default
to
this
very
abstract
Style.
A
That
being
said,
I'll
see,
if
there's
anything
that
we
have.
That
might
be
interesting
left
in
the
chat
coupled
by
Chris.
This
is
the
most
fun
part
and
feel
free
to
leave
any
prompts
here
in
the
chat.
A
Yeah,
the
more
Bare
Bones
you
make
a
prompt,
the
more
it
it
really
runs
with
what
it
is,
which
is
why
I
like
the
kind
of
process
of
leaving
something
here
and
then
I
tend
to
toy
around
with
them.
I
do
have
a
collection
or
they
call
it
your
profile,
that
kind
of
runs
through
everything.
A
There
are
some
interesting
spoilery
things
below
that
I
won't
get
into
that's
being
used
around
the
exta
but,
for
example,
kind
of
adding
in
very
simplistic
keywords
that
instead
are
used
to
dictate
artistic
style,
tend
to
have
a
large
impact.
So,
for
example,
here
mainly
kind
of
adding
volumetric
and
Ray
tracing,
which
adds
this.
You
know
it
grabs
from
images
that
have
elements
of
Ray,
tracing
and
volumetric
to
generate
the
artwork.
A
Of
course,
there's
a
lot
of
fluffy
extreme
detail,
insanely
detailed
that
doesn't
really
matter,
but
the
main
thing
is
kind
of
these
key
stylistic
elements
that
largely
affect
what
the
outcome
is,
and
so,
of
course,
removing
the
volumetric
and
the
wrench
racing
you
can
see
is
a
completely
different,
more
abstract
kind
of
style
nice.
We
do
have
a
couple
down
here.
A
Another
thing
you
might
notice,
if
you're
new
to
mid-journey
is
a
lot
of
this
text
is
not
English.
The
reason
is
that
most
of
the
AI
generators
can't
comprehend
or
properly
display
language
right
now,
essentially,
I,
don't
know
the
exact
technical
reason
behind
it,
but
I
I
could
only
assume
that
they
a
have
a
trained
library
with
multiple
languages
and
B,
because
they're
fetching
from
a
vast
library
of
you
know
a
large
data
set
it's
difficult
to
kind
of
put
that
together.
A
Interesting
I
say
interesting
that
it
decided
it
was
a
house
that
was
like
pull-ups
are
a
house
but
I
guess
when
you,
when
you
implicate
Studio
Ghibli,
there's
definitely
going
to
be
an
element
of
house
in
the
the
image
or
maybe
this
is
Chris's
house
dump
truck
delivering
thousands
of
pups
to
Chris's
house.
It
might
think
this
is
Chris's
house
being
delivered
on
the
dump
truck.
A
A
A
Cool,
if
there's
any,
prompts
feel
free
to
leave
any
in
the
chat,
basic
difficult
feel
free
to
leave
them
just
having
it
in
the
chat
I'll
play
with
it
shortly
after
this
call
for
probably
half
an
hour,
just
throw
it
through
everything,
with
a
little
bit
more
detail
for
some
final
generations.
A
Of
course,
when
you
have
something
as
simple
as
in
the
campfire,
without
any
details
or
distinctions,
you
start
to
get
slightly
messy,
basically
uncertain
outcomes
where
it
has
a
whole
bunch
of
options
and
doesn't
know
how
to
kind
of
run
with
them.
Of
course,
there's
a
lot
of
very
interesting
stuff
here.
I
think
this
one
would
upscale
really
well
actually,
but
any
specific
prompts
related
to
crypto
related
to
DX
Dao.
A
Please
feel
free
to
leave
them
I'm
going
to
come
up
with
a
couple,
and
then
we
will
vote
on
them
until
next
Thursday,
where
we'll
announce
the
winner
seeing
the
the
upscaling,
we
will
announce
the
winner
so
voting
until
next
Thursday
and
then
that
will
be
The
Branding
for
the
following
Community
call
for
those
of
you
joining
us
recently,
and
that
of
course
includes
the
PO
app
fish
in
a
car.
I
do
like
the
fish
in
the
car.
A
Like
this
is
quite
striking
piece
to
be
honest,
I
don't
see.
Much
of
any
flaw
looks
like
the
next
nft
series.
Actually,
you
can
deploy
and
I
believe
cell
nfts
made
by
mid
Journey,
provided
you
have
the
basic
license.
A
A
Yeah
Sid,
if
you
need
any
limo
related,
you
know
imagery
feel
free
to
hit
me
up.
Let's
just
for
fun,
use
a
prompt
that
I
use
successfully
before.
A
These
are
the
other
DX
style
Generations
by
the
way,
I
queued
up
quite
a
few
in
the
app
wasn't
saying
anything,
I
actually
quite
like
this
top
right
one
and
the
bottom
left
one.
A
Usually
it
goes
to
General
art
and
it
doesn't
understand,
and
you
can
see
it's
trying
to
use
the
language
a
little
bit
to
insinuate
what
it
is,
but
it
doesn't
handle
language
that
well.
A
I
just
found
out
Dave
that
it's
actually
generating
them.
If
you
go
to
the
mid
Journey
website,
but
because
it's
just
having
problems
communicating
outside
of
the
server
I
think
these
limos
are
all
amazing.
C
A
Do
fish
in
the
car
fish.
A
A
A
Try
to
pull
some
Artistry
out
of
this
I'll.
Try
it
once
without
and
show
the
difference.
A
Here
we
go
ironically,
had
more
trouble
sticking
the
fish
in
the
car
once
specified
to
stick
a
fish
in
the
car,
but
it
did
make
this
interesting.
Bipedal
sneaker
fish,
car
machine
monstrosity,
even.
A
Cool
what
we're
reaching
the
top
of
the
hour
having
a
lot
of
fun
but
I,
don't
want
to
keep
anyone
too
long
and
do
have
some
stuff
to
get
to
on
my
end,
so
we'll
play
through
a
couple
more
prompts
here,
we'll
wrap
it
up.
I'll,
of
course,
take
care
of
the
public
recording
and
the
generations
that
are
final
for
each
of
these
put
them
in
a
kind
of
list
is
that
that
is
rendering,
but
because
we
have
it
in
our
server
and
not
directly
through
them.
A
They
have
some
issue,
communicating
externally,
I,
think
I,
don't
know
if
it's
right
now
or
us
I'll
take
a
look
into
it
after
we
just
added
the
bot.
If
you
go
to
your
mid-journey
profile
on
the
website,
you
should
be
able
to
visualize
the
generation.
A
A
Yeah,
the
Artistry
in
mid
Germany
is
just
incredible.
You
can
get
to
more
specificity
out
of
the
other,
you
know
Dolly
and
other
AI
Generation
stuff,
especially
the
kind
of
Open
Source
generators
we're
seeing
pop-up,
but
for
just
pure
Artistry,
and
just
you
know,
being
nice
to
look
at
mid-germy
is
really
a
fantastic
tool.
A
Cool
cool
well,
I
am
going
to
as
I
mentioned,
play
through
and
get
some
kind
of
final
stuff
for
this
into
a
list,
so
we
can
vote
on
it
for
the
next
call
that
should
open
up
later
today,
early
tomorrow
to
be
voted
on
until
this
coming
Thursday,
in
which
the
next,
the
extab
community
call
I,
have
my
calendar
here
with
the
new
Windows
11
that
has
updated,
without
my
permission
will
be
on
the
22nd
of
December.
A
So
it's
something
to
be
said
about
the
holiday
weekend
and
whether
or
not
it
makes
sense
to
push
it
back
a
week,
we'll
kind
of
see
how
DXL
is
handling
General
call
schedule
around
that
time,
but
for
the
time
being,
we'll
create
an
event
and
we'll
be
expecting
a
call
on
that.
22Nd
and
yeah.
A
We'll
let
this
in
Windows
11,
prompt,
you
can
win,
is
the
reason
you're
not
developer.
Yet
man
I
have
to
set
up
I
have
to
go
into
my
VM
to
run
Linux
because
I
don't
want
to
reboot
my
whole
system
when
I
write
code,
yeah
gotta
hop
as
well,
but
this
was
super
fun
I,
quite
like
the
more
casual
kind
of
chatty
environment.
I
know
a
lot
of
it
is
me
talking
to
the
chat
here,
of
course
feel
free
to
speak
up
for
the
next
time.
A
If
anyone
would
like
to
talk
verbally,
sorry,
just
read
in
the
chat,
yeah
super
fun,
we'll
see
you
I
guess
later
today
or
tomorrow,
for
some
voting
we'll
have
the
formalized
prompts
shortly
and
just
to
kick
it
off
here
or
end.
The
call
rather
Dave
says
real
sheds
code
on
Android
mobile
phones.
A
So
with
that,
thank
you
very
much.
Everyone
for
attending
we'll
see
you
in
two
weeks,
December
22nd,
presumably
we'll
give
an
update.
If
that's
not
the
case
and
we'll
see
you
next
time,
thanks.
