From YouTube: e-NABLE SPC Meeting, October 2, 2020
Description
This is a recording of the e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, October 2, 2020.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: https://bit.ly/3cZuKfI
B
Yeah,
okay,
so
lots
to
cover
who's
doing
notes.
Today,
john.
C
B
Right
I'll
leave
that
to
you,
ben
I'll,
let
you
fill
in
the
attendance
there?
Okay,
so
let's
review
action
items,
real,
quick,
nate!
Any
updates
with
your
communications
with
sean
skills
for
life.
B
Okay,
no
worries
bob
wasn't
able
to
make
it
today
he's
traveling,
so
we'll
get
an
update
from
him
next
time
about
his
work
in
finding
somebody
for
the
ewc
session
that
we
talked
about,
and
then
I
had
an
action
item
to
add
the
number
of
chapters
into
our
enable
statistics.
That's
done,
and
I
also
created
the
charts
that
we
talked
about
which
you'll
find
on
subsequent
pages.
So
moving
along
everybody
here
by
the
way,
have
the
the
notes
document
link.
Does
anyone
need
that.
B
B
Don't
have
any
new
introductions
today.
I
think
we
know
everyone.
Does
anybody
want
to
add
anything
to
the
agenda?
I
already
put
the
summary
of
the
talk
you're,
giving
at
iste
lindsay
that's
on
the
agenda
and
we
already
have,
of
course
enable
con
2020
on
the
agenda,
maria
anything
else
that
we
want
to
add.
D
I
don't
know
at
this
time
I
don't
think
so
enough.
Okay,.
B
A
A
So
we
wanted
to
make
sure
the
closed
captioning
was
all
translated
to
english
by
today.
So
he
could
get
that
next
step
done.
We
have
patrick
who
speaks
portuguese
by
whatever
crazy
chance.
That
was,
we
won
the
lottery
with
him,
so
he's
been
helping
with
our
marketing
materials
and
he's
like
speaks
portuguese,
it's
just
so
anyways.
We
might
we're.
Probably
gonna
get
a
little
bit
of
wiggle
room
with
that
stuff.
A
I'm
gonna
send
everton
email
just
to
give
him
a
heads
up,
but
I
think
since
we'll
be
doing
most
of
that
closed
captioning
on
our
end,
okay,.
B
So
I've
got
one
on
the
agenda
night,
we'll
we'll
talk
about
that
a
little
bit
later
on.
B
So
if
you
guys
that
are
in
the
notes
document,
if
you
move
on
down
to
page
three
you'll
see
our
usual
summary
of
statistics
in
table
form
there
and
then
immediately
following
that,
you'll
see
all
the
charts
that
have
been
developed
now,
so
we've
got
a
chart
showing
the
number
of
users
on
the
hub
growing
over
time
now,
you're
talking
a
chart
for
all
the
hub,
related
weekly
activity
in
terms
of
posts
and
likes
and
stuff
like
that,
we've
got
one
for
active,
enabled
chapters
bob
was
actually
able
to
recreate
that
data.
B
Historically,
so
we've
got
the
week
over
week,
growth
of
chapters
we've
got
enable
web
central
activity
over
time
and
then
enable
help
desk
tickets
over
time
broken
down
by
category.
Oh.
D
C
Really
very
cool
jeremy
and
illuminating.
E
And
just
to
maybe
a
quick
heads
up,
this
doesn't
have
to
be
something
we
discussed
in
detail,
but
maybe
a
reminder
that
the
lumio
proposal
discussion-
it's
not
the
proposal,
but
the
discussion
is
going
on
so
yeah
for
everybody
to.
B
Okay,
so
moving
on
to
the
next
page,
with
our
agenda
as
ben
was
just
saying,
we've
got
our
first
discussion
up
on
lumio,
so
this
is
what's
being
called
the
chapter
wishbone
project
and
ben
I'll.
Let
you
kind
of
take
the
lead
here.
This
is
your
opportunity
to
sort
of
make
your
case
or
or
or
offer
up
any
other
insights.
That
might
be
helpful
for
that
discussion
and,
of
course,
we
can
share
the
recording
from
today,
then,
as
part
of
that
threat,
if
you
like.
E
E
I
tried
to
summarize
some
of
the
points
that
that
we
made
in
that
sbc
meeting
in
the
documentation
it's
long,
but
I
tried
to
organize
it
out
to
look
at
the
two
parts
and
how
they
fit
together,
and
so,
if,
if
people
can
just
check
it
out
when
they
have
a
chance
and
add
a
comment
or
let
me
know
what
they
think
that'd
be
great,
and
I
can
I'm
thinking
how
long
should
we
do
the
open
discussion?
This
is
the
first
time
we've
we've
done
this
with.
I.
E
A
little
bit,
but
not
so
much.
B
I
mean
I
would
say
this
is
a
larger
discussion.
I
think
it
took
me
a
while.
I
know
to
digest
all
the
details,
so
maybe
allowing
a
little
bit
longer
would
make
sense
you
might
want
to
give
it
two
weeks.
Sure
I
mean
I
don't
think,
there's
a
huge
rush
in
getting
a
decision
on
this.
So
let's
let
the
discussion
go
and
then
maybe
the
same
thing
with
the
voting.
Let
that
go
for
a
couple
of
weeks.
E
Yeah,
it
just
would
be
nice
to
get
this
started
because
time
is
sort
of
limited
in
terms
of
you
know
what
kind
of
impact
we
can.
I
mean
it's
going
to
take
time
to
actually
build
it,
but
I
think
you're
right
that
it'd
be
good
to
get
more
interaction,
so
I'll,
maybe
I'll
give
it
another
week
for
the
discussion
or
I
could
open
it
for
the
vote
and
leave
that
open
for
two
weeks.
Whatever
you
guys
think
is
best.
B
E
Okay,
it's
been
a
week
that
it's
been
up
yeah,
so
I
can
put
it
to
a
vote
and
leave
that
open
for
two
weeks
and
then
be
flexible
with
you
know
what
we
get
out
of
it
just
to
see
if
we
can
get
more
feedback
from
folks.
Okay,.
B
Well,
you
don't
have
to
do
this
ben,
but
I
would
encourage
you
for
those
that,
maybe
you
know
like
me,
had
a
bit
of
a
hard
time
digesting
all
of
the
information
now
that
we
have
an
opportunity
to
share
this
recording
with
them.
Maybe
you
want
to
just
give
a
concise
summary
of
what
you
know
you're
trying
to
accomplish
here
and
what
this
you
know
proposal
that's
forthcoming
will
entail.
What
are
we
trying
to
do
and
how
would
this
work.
E
Sure
so
it's
it's
a
two-tiered
project,
thus
the
wishbone
term,
one
part
of
it
is
chapter
sharing
and
the
other
part
of
it
is
chapter
feedback.
The
chapter
sharing
I'll
just
read
it.
It's
a
transparent,
funded
micro
grant
program.
E
Basically,
it's
something
within
the
hub:
it'll
be
more
it'll,
be
simplified
compared
to
the
lumio
process,
and
it
allows
chapters
to
distribute
chapters
or
volunteers
to
to
distribute
resources
for
need-based
non-reoccurring,
short-term
projects
with
clear
objectives
and
outcomes
and
resources
could
include
funds
but
also
equipment
donations.
We
talked
about,
I
think,
that's
a
great
idea.
Somebody
has
printers.
They
can
also
share
that
with
the
community.
E
The
and
there's
there's
some
bullets
to
to
break
down.
You
know
what
the
key
features
would
be
of
that
chapter
sharing
part
the
second
part,
so
the
first
part
is
sort
of
a
bottom-up
approach.
It's
saying
you
know
we
can.
We
can
share
the
weight
within
you
know
our
community.
The
second
part
is,
is
the
top
piece.
So
it's
an
expansive
community
perspective
of
chapter
activities
achieved
through
an
automated
feedback
system,
collect
collecting
statistics.
E
So
again,
there's
there's
some
bullets
describing
it,
but
that's
something
that
masby
is
mostly
the
architect
for
he's,
got
some
ideas
of
how
we
can
set
up
a
system
that
encourages
chapters
to
be
sharing
some
some
basic
information
to
be
considered
active
chapters,
but
also,
I
think
it
fits
well
with
this
idea
of
also
having
an
incentive
to
be
involved
through
this
chapter
sharing.
There's
there's
some
details
about
why
it's
a
chapter-centric
pilot.
E
It
doesn't
have
to
end
that
way,
but
it
does
seem
like
that's
our
most
long-standing
stable
entity
within
the
community
as
something
that
has
a
process.
That's
involved
to
to
become
a
chapter,
and
you
know
I
think
the
community
really
respects
that
too.
So.
C
Actually,
it
was
a
great
summary
ben.
Do
you
want
to
talk
about
the
the
mechanism
you
anticipate.
E
You
know
maybe
I'll
leave
it
as
a
cliffhanger,
because
I
know
that
lindsay's
got
some
some
great
stuff
to
share
today
too,
and
we've
got
enable
con
coming
up.
So.
E
As
a
as
a
follow-up
just
check
out
the
link,
I've
added
it
to
the
notes,
it
seems
long,
but
it's
it's
actually.
It's.
B
Yeah
thanks
for
putting
that
together,
yeah,
okay,
so
moving
on.
I
don't
think
we
need
to
talk
about
recently
approved
proposals.
We've
covered
those
in
prior
meetings.
So
let's
move
on
to
lindsey
lindsey's
gonna
be
giving
a
presentation
at
the
iste
meeting
coming
up
soon.
You
wanna
tell
us
about
that.
F
Sure
yeah
hi,
I
you
know,
I'm
very
excited
to
and
honored
to
be
selected
to
present
a
project
called
well
the
helping
hands
project
inspired
by
enable.
F
So
I
worked
with
students
last
year
across
the
district
as
a
technology,
integration,
specialist
in
grades,
4,
6,
7
and
11,
and
so
I'm
going
to
be
explaining
my
project
explaining
my
work,
showcasing
how
it
coincides
with
specific
standards
and
then
and
ben
is
going
to
be
joining
and
and
he's
going
to
be
speaking
about
enable
and-
and
you
know
what
enable
has
you
know
achieved
this
year
in
particular-
and
so
and
then
we're
going
to
actually
turn
it
into
a
workshop.
F
So
I
actually
have
a
couple
things
to
show
that
have
been.
F
F
So
so,
this
is
something
that
I
actually
presented
on
in
the
summer,
and
I
showcased
here
in
particular
so-
and
this
is
what
I
showcased
as
well
at
the
district-wide
steam
expo
that
the
students
showcase
their
work
at.
So
I'm
just
basically
going
to
be
explaining
what
the
project
was.
F
You
know
talking
about
how
incorporating
empathy
helps
boost
student
endurance
to
thrive
through
you
know,
rigorous
content,
talk
about
how
empathy
drives
design
the
design
thinking,
process
ben
is
going
to
talk
about
enable
and
he's
going
to
be
talking
about
the
latest
initiatives
in
enable
we're
also
going
to
be
providing
resources
as
to
where
they
can.
You
know,
locate
enable
resources
and
and
get
there.
F
I'm
gonna
talk
about
the
different
volunteers
that
I
worked
with
this
year
closely
and
how
it
really
boosted
student
morale
and-
and
it
also
boosted
student
engagement
to
collaborate
with
different
people
around
the
world,
and
these
volunteers
are
exceptional
people
who
donated
time
to
the
students
and
I'm
going
to
really
advocate
you
know
in
reaching
out
and
collaborating
with
different
teachers
or
chapters
you
know,
even
if
it's
just
one
interview,
it
really
means
so
much
to
the
students,
and
so
this
is
where
I'll
kind
of
give
an
overview
of
the
helping
hands
project.
F
And
then
I
will
really
dive
into
the
student
objectives
within
each
of
the
grade
levels.
So
we
have
the
fourth
grade,
the
sixth
grade,
the
seventh
grade,
the
eleventh
grade
and
then
at
this
point
I'm
going
to
have
I'm
going
to
so
this
is
going
to
be
a
workshop,
so
we're
going
to
designate
breakout
rooms.
F
So
there
will
be
you
know,
educators
and
administrators,
from
different
areas
of
the
world
who
can
select
by
grade
level
which
breakout
room
they
want
to
enter.
So
you
know
they'll
pick
a
grade
level
they'll
enter
the
breakout
room
and
then
they're
going
to
have
access
to
a
template
that
they're
going
to
begin
filling
out.
F
So,
let's
see
so
here
we
go.
So
this
is
the
template
that
I
created
and
so
basically
they're
going
to
provide
their
names.
They
can
provide
email
addresses
if
they
want
to
continually
collaborate
on
this
with
us
or
with
one
another
they're
going
to
select
their
content
area
and
three
standards
within
that
content
area,
and
I
have
all
the
standards
located
here,
so
they
just
have
to
click
and
be
redirected
to
the
website.
F
I'm
also
going
to
provide
them
the
a
resource
bank
that
has
the
website
that
I
built
for
the
helping
hands
project,
in
particular.
B
F
Yeah
yep
so
so
ben
and
I
we
had
a
quick
convo
the
other
day
and
he
had
suggested
the
breakout
room
idea.
So
he's
awesome.
F
F
So
that's
the
k
through
two
each
of
the
different
templates
are
going
to
be
similar
in
the
layout
and
I'll
continue
to
show
you
the
layout,
but
so
we'll
have
the
k
through
two
we'll
have
the
three
through
five
we'll
have
the
six
through
eight.
So
we'll
group,
you
know,
group
the
teachers
by
their
designated
grade
level
and
then
they
will
enter
that
breakout
room
and
fill
out
that
particular
content.
You
know
that
template
in
particular
to
that
grade
level,
grouping
that
they're
in
and
they
can
choose
to
you
know.
F
So
if
I
was
in
the
k
through
two,
maybe
I'm
a
kindergarten
teacher,
but
we're
going
to
focus
on
developing
it
for
a
first
grade,
because
you
can
always
scale
it
back
or
scale
it
up.
So
that's
why
we're
grouping
them
so
that
they're,
brainstorming
or
it
can
just
be
generalized-
and
you
know,
and
so,
but
here's
the
website
that
I'm
also
going
to
show
them
and
and
put
in
the
resource
bank
I've.
You
know
I've
demonstrated
this
before
it
has
links
to
enable
it
talks
about
the
different
projects.
F
It
has
background
and
design
thinking
and
empathy
and
google
for
education,
and
then
this
is
where
you
access
all
of
the
documents
and
and
presentations
that
were
used
last
year
in
all
the
grade
levels.
So
they
can
click
on
the
grade
level
and
they
can
make
a
copy
of
this
and
they
can
edit
it
themselves.
F
There's
the
next
generation
standards
that
they
can
get
to.
So
these
are
the
different
grade
levels
that
I
worked
with.
So
if
they
want
to,
they
can
click
on
it,
see
the
student
learning
objective
as
an
example
as
they're
filling
out
their
templates.
So
so
it
has
a
student
learning
objective
and
then
all
the
cross-curricular
standards
that
were
utilized
in
the
project
as
well.
F
So
so,
if
I
get
back
to
that,
template
there
so
they're
going
to
be
having
all
these
resources
as
they
interact
with
one
another
and
and
brainstorm.
This
is
a
brainstorm
session,
so
so
they'll
have
all
the
standards
that
they
can
get
to
to
brainstorm
and
and
commit
to
at
least
three
standards
that
will
be
addressed
in
the
project.
F
F
Well,
what
other
areas
are
we
also
meeting,
because
it's
not
just
ela
there,
there
is
mathematics
involved
and
how
can
we
maximize
those
different
content
areas
so
they're
going
to
select
other
content
areas
that
coincide
with
their
initial
content
area
and
then
find
standards
for
that,
and
then
I
have
a
link
directly
to
the
website
that
I
just
showed
you
that
lays
out
all
the
different
standards
and
as
examples
they
can
then
brainstorm
a
timeline.
F
So
I
have
examples
of
specific
timelines.
So
here's,
oh
nope,
I
wrote
one.
Oh
nope,
sorry
I'll
get
there.
Okay,
can
you
see.
B
F
All
right:
well,
I'm
going
to
be
teaching
remotely
and
in
the
classroom
next
week.
So
I'm
sure
that
this
is
going
to
happen
again.
So
we
have
here's
an
example
of
the
timeline,
so
you
know
we
spanned
it
out
to
be
a
five
month
project.
Here's
the
goals
that
we
met
within
each
month
to
get
to
our
outcome,
which
is
the
presentation
piece
so
and
then,
if
they
want
to
be
really
ambitious,
they
can
address
what
standards
were
met
in
each
month
as
well.
F
So
so
there's
that
piece
and
then
again
I
really
would
like
for
them
to
go
to
the
enable
website
explore
the
interactive
map,
because
I
think
that
it's
completely
genius
and
I'd
like
for
them
to
think
about
and
commit
to
some
different
areas
that
they'd
like
to
at
least
reach
out
to
and
and
and
so
they
can
list
their
name.
The
chapter
name,
the
contact
info,
which
is
listed
there
and
then
maybe
what
is
the
collaborative
focus
can
be
right.
F
So
what
am
I
going
to
really
want
from
this
chapter
to
demonstrate
to
my
students
so
that
they
can
outline
that
in
their
exchange?
You
know
it
might
be
that
you
know
we
want
you
to
talk
about
3d,
printing
and
teach
our
students
about
3d
printing,
if
they're
not
so
familiar
themselves
with
the
process.
So
I
want
them
to
start
thinking
about
that
collaboration,
piece
and
then
last
but
not
least,
materials.
F
You
know
list
the
materials
that
you'll
need,
and
then
you
know
and
then
list
the
month
when
that
they
will
need
the
materials.
So
this
is
a
general
template
that
I'm
going
to
create
for
each
grade
level
and
ben
I'm
going
to
be
sharing
this
with
you
and.
B
F
Oh
yeah,
I
think
that
I
didn't.
I
think
that
I
might
have
not
deleted
something
from
an
old.
B
F
Yeah,
well
there
there
will.
It
will
be
recorded
where,
where
where
it's
you
know
distributed,
I
have
no
idea,
but
I'm
sure
I
can
find
out,
but
it
will
be
recorded
so.
A
It
might
but
like
she
could,
maybe
if
keith
could
pull
it
up
on
a
separate
instance
on
another
computer
and
record
it
using.
I
use
a
shareware
film,
editor
called
filmora
and
you
can
get
that
it's
filmora
scrn
screen,
basically,
but
there's
a
thing
on
youtube
for
how
to
register
it
for
free.
So.
A
F
Yeah
he's
he's
not
in
he's
not
registered
for
the
creative
constructor
lab,
so
he's
not
going
to
be
a
participant.
I.
F
F
E
Yeah,
I'm
nervous
because
my
internet
connection
has
been
so
moody.
Yes,
so
I
think
it
could
be.
What
I
wouldn't
want
to
do
is
jeopardize
the
actual
event
if
all
of
a
sudden
and
that
recording
would
be
limited
too.
But
let
me
see
what
I
can
do.
Maybe
I
can
directly
connect
to
the
internet
for
this
and.
B
F
And
I
can
email,
you
know
the
tech
department
like
over
at
isd
because
they
will
definitely
be
recording
and
just
ask
them.
Can
I
have
a
copy
of
the
recording.
C
F
A
C
B
E
Yeah
yeah
so
lindsay.
If
you
want
to
follow
up
with
iste
folks,
I
can
look
into
what
would
be
the
best
way
to
screen
record
it
from
my
end
and
then
we
can
maybe
do
some
testing
if
we
need
to
and
then
see
which
which
option
is
the
best.
If
they
have
it
covered
and
we
can
get
a
copy,
then.
F
Yeah
that'd
be
cool,
yeah
I'll
reach
out
to
them
today
and
see
what
they
say,
but
I
will
be
doing
the
same
exact
thing
for
nice,
kate.
F
You
know
the
same
exact
presentation
in
november,
so
if
I,
if
I
can't
figure
it
out
this
time,
all
right,
we
got
another
one
coming
up
so
yeah.
Oh,
maybe
I'll
make
heath
register
for
that.
One.
E
Maybe
something
to
add
in
too
lindsay
mentioned
to
me
that
she's
going
to
be
teaching
teachers,
there's
there's
a
student.
F
E
E
So
it's
it's
great
stuff,
I'm
going
to
mention
the
the
enable
pivot
with
the
covid
response,
the
pandemic,
shifting
that's
happened
and
lindsey,
and
I
also
talked
about
you
know
for
teachers.
If
this
isn't
just
you
know
a
wonderful
opportunity
to
engage
in
technology,
it's
a
requirement
now
so
having
them.
Consider
you
know
these
hybrid
teaching
methods
and
and
how
yeah
how
to
move
forward.
I
think
it's.
This
is
modeling
a
lot
of
that
stuff,
which
is
awesome.
F
Thanks
yeah
yeah-
I
completely
forgot
about
that
part
too
ben
thanks
for
bringing
it
up.
I
I'm
actually
going
to
be
working
as
a
professor
at
suny
new
palms
and
I'm
going
to
be
teaching
a
course
in
technology
and
mathematics
to
teacher
candidates
in
a
grad
program
in
january.
So.
D
Hi,
would
you
be
willing
to
talk
in
ablecon
on
the
24th,
because
louisa
and
janet
both
have
presentations
and
we
can
pull
from
both
of
those
as
part
of
your
acknowledged
speakers
and
including
this,
your
work
is
marvelous.
You've
done
so
much.
Oh.
Thank
you.
D
D
C
F
B
And
that
brings
us
to
enable
con.
So
you
know
I
this
morning
I
think
it
was
nate
sent
out
an
email
with
some
links,
and
I
put
those
links
in
here.
I
do
want
to
call
attention
to
a
couple
things.
The
enable
promo
link
goes
to
a
document,
but
it
appears
that
there's
a
button
in
the
lower
left
that
says
click
here
to
register
and
that
doesn't
seem
to
be
working.
Is
that
just
not
in
there
yet.
D
Right
I.
B
B
D
D
B
A
B
A
D
A
A
I
was
just
gonna
say
if
I
wasn't
the
one
that
did
it
like:
whoever
does
it
get
the
rectangle
too,
but
I
could
do
it
too.
Do
you
want
me
to
do
it
like
it's?
I
kind
of
I
was
taking
care
of
that
yesterday
in
a
marketing
meeting
with
patrick
just
so
we'd
have
that
thing,
but
I've
got
plenty
of
other
things
to
do
so,
if
maria
can
take
care
of
that
part
and
and
see
it
through,
that
would
be
awesome.
D
D
That's
great:
that's
great
people
have
been
really
good
about
their
patience,
which
I
don't
mean
to
try
and
about
lining
up
marketing
strategy,
which
is
awesome,
so
that's
all
all
very
good
stuff.
Thank
you.
Very
much.
D
People
also
have
been
asking
for
additional
time,
so
I'm
making
modifications
to
the
schedule
in
order
to
allow
for
that.
I
I
had
suspected
as
much
from
when
I've
been
talking
with
the
fda,
but
there
will
just
expect
that
there
are
scheduling
adjustments
in
order
to
accommodate
things
like
that.
D
A
Maria,
would
you
add
that
link
into
the
notes
document
for
the
meeting
today?
If
you
have
that
link
right
now,
would
you
please
add
it
in
there
that
way?
We,
if,
if
you
get
busy
again,
I
can
jump
in
there
and
drop
it
in
cool
yeah.
Okay,
so
I
I'll
just
kind
of
keep
an
eye
on
it.
I've
got
a
meeting
with
patrick
at
two
today
or
before
your
time.
A
So
if
I,
if
that's
not
updated
by
that
point,
we'll
just
jump
in
there
then
and
and
get
the
link
updated,
so
we
can
at
least
start
sending
that
out
sound
good.
D
A
D
A
D
Okay,
so
let's
see
we'll
have
some
side
events,
we've
got
great
guest
speakers
for
each
of
the
conference
days
on
the
17th
and
18th
and
the
24th
and
25th,
and
then
for
the
the
parents
from
a
medical
person
that
they
had
wanted,
so
we'll
be
able
to
do
that
for
them.
On
the
31st
the
every
day,
we're
trying
to
highlight
some
of
the
possible
calls
to
action.
D
I
really
like
lindsay's
form,
and
I
think
it
might
be
a
fun
thing
for
us
to
be
able
to
try
to
utilize
something
very
similar
to
that
as
adults.
I
had
been
thinking
about
the
the
swot
as
a
as
an
analysis
tool
and
how
it
flows
into
the
business
plan,
but
I
think
especially
for
the
educators
on
saturday,
the
24th
that
that
would
be
a
chance
for
us
to
expose
people
more
than
once
so.
B
B
I
see
okay,
all
right.
The
reason
I'm
asking
is
you
know
we
do
have
on
the
enable
hub.
We
have
an
events
calendar
and
it
might
be
nice
to
post
all
the
individual
sessions
that
way
they're
going
to
appear
on
the
calendar
you
can
see
which
days
they
have
it.
Also
when
you're
in
the
hub,
just
when
you're
in
the
forum,
it
shows
on
the
sidebar
upcoming
events
so
you'd,
you
know
each
day,
you'd
see
kind
of
the
upcoming
sessions.
D
D
It
should
continue
to
remind
them
of
that.
You
know
in
two
days
it's
going
to
be
the
24th
and
enable
con
will
be
starting
at.
I
think
I
think
that
date
starts
at
10
and
then
on
sunday,
it's
starting
at
1.
Things
like
that.
So.
B
Well,
so
we
could
do
that,
but
if,
if
we
wanted
to
do
that,
somebody
would
need
to,
you
know
have
to
actually
set
up
each
of
these
sessions
on
the
event
calendar.
I
would
recommend
it,
but
you
know
that's
a
good
chunk
of
work
that
somebody
would
have
to
take
on.
A
D
Yeah
and
then,
if
you
can
work
directly
with
with
cynthia
or
one
of
the
others
too,
because
I'm
I'm
hosting
a
conference
tomorrow,
I
don't
want
to
be
the
bottleneck
there,
but
haven't
just
just
text
or
just
contact
us
directly
too,
and
then.
A
What
would
really
help
with
that?
Maria
is,
if
you
could
send
me
an
email
with
the
team
emails
in
it
with
cynthia,
because
I
don't
have
her
email
and
I
don't
know
it's
kit
helping
too
okay,
so
yeah,
if
you
could
just
send
me
an
email
with
all
the
team
members
on
it.
So
I
can
put
patrick
in
that
cc
and
then
you
guys
all
have
each
other's
info.
Okay,.
D
B
Okay,
just
a
quick
note
for
if
you
do
decide
to
do
that,
which
I
would
recommend
somebody
to
make
this
easy.
I
I
I
hope
that
you
already
have
descriptions
for
each
session
and
that
way
you
can
just
copy
and
paste
those
descriptions
into
the
calendar
event.
Whoever
sets
those
up
needs
to
understand
that
when
you
create
an
event
in
the
calendar
in
the
hub,
there's
a
check
box
there
when
you're
creating
the
event
that
says
something
like
add
all
members
the
space
or
something
like
that.
B
D
Yeah
believe
it
or
not,
I
try
to
limit
the
number
of
people
I
piss
off
in
a
single
day.
So,
okay,
important
distinction,
do
you
mind
if,
after
this,
when
we're
offline
can
can
you
just
show
me
that
real
fast
I'd.
A
D
B
Yeah,
if
it's
easier,
I
know
you're
busy
maria.
What
I
can
do
is,
after
this
meeting
I'll
just
do
a
quick
screen
recording
I'll
go
through
and
show
you
how
to
set
up
an
event
and
I'll
just
record
it
as
a
video
and
then
I'll
I'll
email
that
to
you
guys
and
that
way,
whoever
ends
up
doing
this
can
watch
the
video
to
see
how
it's
done.
D
A
The
link
to
that
video
should
go
right
in
your
promo
material
when
we
got
that
page
for
the
presenters
in
the
promo.
That
probably
should
have
the
link
to
jeremy's
video
and
then
everybody.
B
E
D
B
D
I
don't
even
know
how
to
just
just
how
astonishingly
wonderful
everybody's
being
about
making
sure
that
they're
bringing
people
making
sure
that
they're
presenting
and
trying
to
really
observe
the
the
the
idea
of
it
being
a
deep
dive,
giving
people
resources
that
they'll
take
back
or
use
down
the
road
so
keep
trying
to
keep
it
as
interactive
as
possible,
which
is
terrific,
even
people.
I
didn't
expect
that
from
you
know,
so
that
was
that
was
terrific.
B
All
right
so
then,
co
enter.
I
put
that
next
on
the
agenda
here,
because
nate
you
wanted
to
talk
about
this.
You
said
presentations
are
due
tomorrow.
A
Yeah
we
had
it
noted
in
the
notes
there
that
enable
con
was
due
tomorrow
on
the
third
that
was
actually
the
co-enter
deadline.
Just
to
make
that
clarification,
I
suppose
I
could
have
changed
that
in
there
too,
but.
A
So
as
far
as
co-enter
goes
as
far
as
the
niop
presentation,
we
were
just
I
added
patrick
in
there
to
the
line
items,
so
I'm
gonna
try
and
get
us
a
little
more
wiggle
room.
Is
anybody
else
submitting
stuff
to
everton
for
this.
A
And
you
gotta
yeah,
see
that's
where
we're
at
too
john
last
minute,
everton's
gonna
get
slammed
at
midnight,
it's
still
the
third
so
but
I
I
will
I'll,
extend
the
offer
to
everton
and
cover
everybody
within
this
team
as
far
as
patrick's
translation
services.
So
if
it
should
get
us
all
a
little
bit
of
wiggle
room
on
that,
so
we
have
a
little
time
to
do
the
video
editing
and
and
closed
captioning.
E
B
By
the
way,
guys,
I
I
want
to
point
out-
and
this
might
be
relevant
to
maria-
because
you're
using
zoom
for
these
sessions,
zoom
has
added
some
really
cool
new
features.
When
you
go
to
share
your
screen
on
the
pop-up,
where
it's
asking
you
which
window
you
want
to
share
notice
that
at
the
bottom
there's
two
new
check
boxes,
one
that
says,
share
computer,
sound
and
another
one
that
says
optimize
screen
share
for
video
clip.
So
those
work
really
well.
B
So
you
can
now
play
if
you
want
to
play
pre-recorded
videos,
maybe
somebody
recorded
something
in
advance
or
you
want
to
play
a
youtube,
video
or
whatever.
You
can
do
that
through
a
zoom
session
now
and
it
plays
very
smoothly
and
the
audio
comes
through.
Clearly
I
I
tested
this
out
in
an
event
recently
and
it
works
quite
well.
A
B
Yeah,
there's
a
there's
a
check
box
for
sharing
your
computer
audio.
It
will
require
you
to
install
a
driver
for
that,
so
you
want
to
do
it
ahead
of
time
right.
Zoom,
meeting
share
your
screen
check
the
box
to
share
computer
audio
and
it'll
it'll
pop
up
and
say
you
need
to
install
a
driver.
Do
that
ahead
of
time,
and
then
you
should
be
all
set.
B
B
B
Yeah,
it's
definitely
worth
testing
out
beforehand.
What
you
can
do
is
just
start
up
your
own
zoom
session
go.
Do
the
screen
sharing
and
record
it
you
can
just
record
locally
and
and
do
the
screen
sharing
test
it
out
and
then
you
can
go
and
watch
the
recording
and
you
can
make
sure
it's
working
right.
That
way.
A
Maria,
that
is
something
we
want
all
presenters
to
do
before
they
get
to
presenting
yes
right
there.
They
all
need
to
do
that
beforehand,
so
they
download
the
drivers,
especially
if
they
have
videos
or
sound,
but
I
would
just
say
this
is
standard
issue
for
everybody
presenting
do
it,
and
then
you
don't
need
to
worry
about
that
as
an
issue
in
the
future.
You
just
delegate
it
to
the
people
to
take
care
of,
and.
B
All
right
next
topic
up
here
is
enable
starter
kits
for
schools,
so
we've
talked
about
the
idea
of
a
kit
that
could
be
sent
to
teachers
looking
to
start
bringing
enable
into
the
classroom.
There's
a
link
here
that
you
can
click
on
where
I
kind
of
started
to
brainstorm
a
list
of
what
might
be
in
these
kits.
B
So
this
is
up
for
discussion
and
it's
definitely
a
work
in
progress.
But
what
I
was
thinking
is
that
each
kit
would
include
one
fully
assembled
device,
probably
a
phoenix
hand,
and
we
can
that
can
come
from
our
sequoia
high
school
group.
That's
collecting
these
now
it
would
include
five
of
our
phoenix
assembly
material
kits,
that's
good
enough
for
most
classrooms,
because
usually
they're
gonna
group,
the
kids
into
groups
of
you
know
four
or
five
students.
B
So
five
kits
should
be
enough
to
get
the
whole
class
involved
in
an
assembly
project
to
make
a
round
of
hands.
It
would
include
five
copies
of
the
assembly
placemats
that
we
have
for
the
phoenix
hands.
Ideally,
we
would
have
these
printed
on
11
by
17
paper
and
laminated
double-sided
and
include
five
of
those
in
the
kit,
and
these
are
placemats
that
you
can
lay
out
on
the
tables
that
have
you
know,
exploded
diagrams
that
show
how
the
parts
go
together
and
on
the
back
side,
it's
a
step-by-step
assembly.
B
Diagram
kind
of
you
know,
lego
style
instructions,
so
it
would
include
five
of
those.
It
would
include
one
usb
flash
drive,
which
would
have
basically
everything
we
can
think
of.
I'm
thinking
all
the
stl
files,
the
pdfs
for
those
placemats,
a
template,
maybe
for
some
kind
of
an
award
certificate
for
the
students
after
making
a
device,
maybe
video
tutorials
for
various
designs
and
anything
else
we
can
think
to
put
on
their
copies
of
you
know
the
other
various
documents
etc.
So,
just
anything
that
would
be
useful.
B
All
that
can
go
on
that
flash
drive.
You
know,
storage
is
cheap,
so
we
can
put
whatever
we
want
on
there.
Then
we
would
have
one
printout.
I
think
a
hard
copy
of
the
enable
code
of
conduct
might
be
good,
a
hard
copy
of
how
to
get
started
as
an
enable
volunteer
from
our
enable
hub
wiki,
a
hard
copy
of
how
to
get
started
with
enable
in
the
classroom,
which
is
something
that
we
haven't
written
up
yet
actually,
but
it
would
be
pretty
easy
to
put
together
from
info.
We
have
one.
B
We
would
include
a
discount
code
for
any
purchases
they
need
to
make
from
from
us
at
3d
universe
for
kits
or
filaments
or
3d
printers.
We
would
include
one
enabled
t-shirt
and
one
enable
mug.
The
15
ounce
enable
mug
that
the
teacher
can
keep
on
their
desk
and
that's
what
I
got
so
far.
I'm
open
any
suggestions
for
other
things
that
could
go
into
these
kits,
but
I
think
that
would
give
them
a
good
start.
B
B
B
A
The
reason
why
I
bring
this
up
jeremy
is
because
there's
this
network
called
tallow,
that's
a
big
thing
with
the
nation
of
makers
and
it's
kind
of
like
linkedin
for
kids,
because
it's
all
ages
and
it
on
there.
A
big
deal
is
digital
badges
and
getting
them,
and
so
those
would
be
individualized
for
those
people.
I.
B
A
That's
fine.
I
was
just
seeing
like
if
you're
multiplying
it
by
kids,
like
students
to
teacher
ratios
that'll
turn
into
a
huge
amount
of
work
at
some
point.
But
I'm.
B
E
So
maybe
just
to
add
to
this
as
some
background
midway
through
september,
so
about
two
weeks
ago
there
was
a
middle
school
teacher
in
boston.
I
believe,
oh
in
connecticut,
who
contacted,
I
think
bob
originally,
and
then
it
was
passed
on
to
me
looking
for
kits
basically,
so
we
followed
up
and
he's
interested
in
being
sort
of
a
pilot
for
this
when
we're
ready.
But
you
know
the
same
time
that
we've
been
talking
about
this
stuff
there
there
has
been
interest
from
the
educational
community.
E
You
know
things
to
think
about,
for
these
kit
lists
would
be
maybe
summarizing
what
materials
aren't
supplied
in
the
kit.
You
know,
so
just
the
teachers
can
make
sure
that
they
have
this
stuff,
also
thinking
about
3d
printed
tools.
If
we,
you
know
anything
from
you
think
about
like
when
you
fix
a
phone,
it
comes
with
this
whole
kit
of
you
know
little
pliers
and
a
screwdriver,
and
we
might
want
to
think
about
yeah,
just
making
really
clear
what
the
teachers
need
to
get
on
their
own
and
what
we
can
provide.
B
F
I
think
a
great
idea,
jeremy-
I
I
mean
I
this
is
my
first
time
hearing
about
this
idea
and
I
think
it's
fantastic.
I
think
you
know
personally
and
introducing
this
idea
to
teachers
is
that
they
kind
of
don't
want
to
have
to
hunt
for
everything
and
the
time
factor,
and
so,
just
having
that
kid,
I
think,
is
genius.
F
You
know,
I
think
that
that
there
will
be
a
lot
more
people
who
are
willing
to
give
it
a
try
if
they
have
something.
That's
packaged
like
that.
I
was
just
wondering
so
you
mentioned
that.
I
think
the
usb
is
a
perfect
idea
is,
is:
is
it
the
stl
file
or
is
it
the
sliced
g-code
version
of.
B
B
Even
the
stl
files
is
a
a
bit
of
a
stretch
because
most
of
these,
like
the
phoenix
hand,
you
know
they
don't
actually
have
the
stl
files
on
thingiverse,
it's
it's
using
the
customizer,
so
you
put
in
the
scale
and
it
generates
your
stl
files,
but
I
think
what
we
would
do
is
we
would
provide
the
pre-generated
stl
files
at
100
scale
and
include
instructions
for
scaling
them
in
the
slicer,
and
that
way
they
don't
have
to
go
through
the
customizer,
which
is
often
not
working
anyway,
we'll
figure
out
all
those
details.
B
I
think
the
next
steps
are.
First
of
all,
anybody
is
welcome
to
provide
other
ideas
I'll
add
to
this
list,
as
people
come
up
with
other
things
we
can
include,
but
then
I'm
going
to
need
to
do
some
work
to
basically
look
at
sourcing
all
these
things
in
in
bulk.
If
we're
going
to
do
this
in
a
cost
effective
way,
we
need
to
figure
out
how
many
of
these
you
know.
B
What's
the
demand
that
we're
expecting,
how
many
do
we
want
to
stock
initially
and
I'm
going
to
have
to
then
go
and
source
all
these
different
components
and
figure
out
what
the
costs
involved
are
figure
out
how
to
handle
the
labor
of
actually
putting
these
together
and
then
we
can
start
to
offer
them.
So
there's.
C
C
B
B
That's
where
that's
going
to
be
so
it's
going
to
it's
not
only
going
to
have
instructions
on
how
to
bring
this
into
the
classroom,
but
it'll
have
those
appropriate
links
of
where
they
can
go
to
collaborate
with
other
volunteers.
You
know
please
go
and
share
the
results
of
your
project
here.
It'll
include
those
links,
so
yeah
that'll
be
part
of
that
document.
There.
B
I'll
just
put
a
separate
item
in
here
of
maybe
key
enable
links.
E
I
think
it
might
be
a
great
idea,
as
well
sort
of
to
piggyback
on
john's
point
about
the
easy
on
ramp
to
the
online
community
if
we
could
set
up
a
sort
of
a
canned
email
response.
You
know
if
there
is
somebody
that
that
gets
this
package
this
kit
and
they
order
it
to
have
an
email
that
goes
directly
to
them.
E
That
has
like
what
john
saying
one
link
and
they
go
to
this
and
it
it's
a
you
know,
maybe
a
page
in
the
hub
that
has
everything
organized
out
and
so
a
process
that
they
can
follow
with
with
active
links.
We
don't
need
to
print
all
this
stuff
out,
although
some
things
could
be
really
cool,
like
even
the
chapter
map
printing.
That
could
be
kind
of
neat
as
a
resource
for
teachers
to
have,
but.
B
B
B
My
thinking
is,
I
mean,
there's
going
to
be
a
cost
for
this
I
mean
we
can't
do
this
for
free,
because
there's
a
lot
that's
going
into
it,
I'm
figuring
this
is
probably
going
to
be
a
kit
that
gets
sold
somewhere
in
the
neighborhood
of
you
know,
100
to
200,
with
a
portion
of
the
proceeds
from
each
kit
going
back
to
supporting
the
enable
community
so
from
each
sale
there
would
be
some
portion
that
goes
into
you
know
the
enable
fund
or
something
like
that
to
support
our
our
ongoing
work.
B
C
B
B
Let
me
get
back
to
my
notes
here.
Okay,
just
about
out
of
time
here
next
topic
we
had
up
was
3d
printer
donations.
So
I'll
just
remind
the
folks
here
that
I
think
I
have
two
printers
that
I
could
donate
one,
which
is
a
fairly
large
creality
printer,
a
cr5
pro,
and
then
I've
got
a
zortrax
m200
that
I
could
donate.
I
just.
B
No,
that's
why
I'm
bringing
it
up
if,
if
we
have
a
really
good
candidate
that
could
put
a
3d
printer
to
really
good
use,
then
I'm
willing
to
donate
it.
I'd
I'd
prefer
to
have
some
help
from
the
community
to
cover
the
shipping
costs,
but
I'm
willing
to
donate
the
machines.
D
There's
a
doctor
that
we
were
working
with
through
open
source
medical
supply
that
would
like
to
do
more
with
the
enable
and
also
more
with
3d
printing
in
general.
So
we
can
talk
about
it
offline,
hopefully,.
B
E
I'd
encourage
you,
jeremy,
to
consider
having
that
be
a
part
of
this
wishbone
project,
something
that
would
be
transparent
to
the
whole
community,
it'd
be
great
to
find
a
home
for
it,
but
I
think
it
would
be
a
big
asset
to
as
a
pilot
to
this.
I
know
terry
santer
is
going
to
be
donating
some
funds
as
soon
as
this
is
ready,
she's
ready
to
pilot
it
out
with
her
own
funds.
I
I
volunteered
to
do
the
same.
E
I
think
if
we
can
use
that
platform
with
these
printers
it'd
be
a
really
incredible
way
to
to
show
how
yeah.
B
E
Yeah-
and
we
can,
I
can
help
you
make
a
template
for
that.
Okay,
that
would
be
part
of
the
project,
but
you
know-
and
it
would
be
considering
things
like
you
know-
not
just
need
base,
but
also
location
and
shipping.
So
if
somebody
in
ethiopia
could
really
use
those
printers,
but
the
shipping
is
a
thousand
dollars,
it's
so
being
able
to
weigh
that
stuff
and
have
a
process
for
it.
I
think
would
be
really
useful.
Okay,.
B
Sounds
good
yeah,
let's
give
it
a
shot.
Just
let
me
know
how
it
can
help.
I
guess
that'll
be
after
we
do
the
proposal,
so
yeah
I'd
love
to
work
with
you
on
that
great
next
link.
Here
we
have
is
for
the
corporate
sponsorship
page
on
etf,
and
we
don't
have
a
lot
of
time
to
go
into
this
now.
B
But
I
I
was
just
looking
at
the
latest
version
on
on
etf,
the
draft
page
and
it's
it's
looking
good,
but
I'm
ben
I'm
still
not
seeing
kind
of
the
one
thing
that
we've
talked
about
as
far
as
you
know,
stories
of
how
we've
actually
put
funds
to
use
in
the
past,
there's
there's
a
section
there
that,
basically
just
sort
of
says
it
says
partner
stories.
But
it
looks
to
me
like
it's
basically
just
kind
of
one
sentence
of
you
know
so
and
so
donated
money.
B
E
Well,
what
I,
what
I
set
up
was
the
four
images
and
the
summaries
for
each
of
those
projects.
I
can
pull
up,
pull
it
up
and
share
my
screen.
It
looks
good
on
the.
B
No
I'm
looking
at
that.
It's
just
you
know.
The
cleveland
foundation
collaborated
with
sierra
leone
chapter
to
make
a
platinum
level
donation,
okay.
Well,
it
doesn't
really
tell
us
what
that
platinum
level
donation
was
used
for
what
were
we
able
to
do
with
that
money?
I
was.
I
was
kind
of
envisioning
a
page
case
study
for
each
one
of
these
that
you
could
link
off
to
I.
A
B
B
E
Great
would
would
it
be
best
as
a
separate
page.
I
I
probably.
I
was
aware
that
it
was
sort
of
becoming
a
run-on
of
a
lot
of
information
on
that
one
page.
E
B
They
complete,
we
just
need
one
page
that
says:
look
at
all
we've
accomplished
with
past
funding.
You
know
it
doesn't
need
to
say
whose
funding
did
what
we
just
need
to
say:
here's
the
things
we've
accomplished.
Thanks
to
you,
know
the
generosity
of
our
donors
in
the
past,
and
that
can
be
one
page
that
gets
linked
to
from
the
main
sponsorship
page.
C
B
A
B
Mean
it's
it's
it's.
Basically,
it's
basically
a
matter
of
summarizing
every
approved
proposal
that
we've
had
through
lumio.
You
know
the
enable
web
central
funding
is
part
of
that.
The
niop
funding,
the
some
of
the
you
know,
trips
and
other
collaborations
that
have
done
the
the
research
work.
The
consultation
we've
had
from
the
the
sort
of
you
know,
prosthetist
and
training
I
mean
there's
all
those
projects
can
just
be
summarized
on
a
page
as
things
that
funding
has
helped
us
do.
E
Right,
I
think
it's
a
great
idea
and
and
as
a
separate
thing,
maybe
we
can
publish
this
as
it
is
and
then
build
this
page
and
link
to
it,
because
I
know
it
is
a
bit
of
a
moving
target,
the
closer
we
get
to
the
original
corporate
sponsorship,
the
more
we're
we're
branching
out
into
well
what
about
individual
donors?
And
what
about
you
know
having
a
a
page
summarizing
all
of
the
the
lumio
stuff.
E
It's
all
really
wonderful
to
include,
but
I
think
for
the
the
newsletter
coming
up,
it'd
be
great
to
be
able
to
have
something.
That's
live.
B
D
B
F
Yeah,
that
sounds
great.
Let's
do
that.
Just
let
me
know
what
works
and
I'll,
let
you
know
what
works
for
me.
