Description
This is a recording of the e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, February 5, 2021.

A
A
Yeah,
that
was
sorry
that
was
such
an
ordeal,
but
thanks
for
getting
it
all
right,
so
action
items
ben
still,
collecting
photos
of
devices.
C
Yeah
still
collecting
photos
from
devices,
and
I
think
what
I'm
going
to
do
is
I'll,
just
put
a
sort
of
a
mock-up
together
and
see
if
I
can
get
permission
for
specific
photos.
Instead
of
being
so
general
sounds.
A
A
Well,
we
yeah,
so
we
do
have
a
template
for
a
photo
video
release
agreement
that
you
can
have
them
sign.
I
don't
know
if
it's
worth
following
up
with
them
to
do
that,
but
moving
forward.
It
would
be
a
good
idea
to
have
people
sign
that
when
you
start
working
with
them
and
that
way
it's
taken
care
of.
C
B
A
B
C
But
yeah
that
that's
sort
of
tricky
stuff,
that's
what
I
really
think
it's
the
best
is
to
do
it
through
a
chapter
okay.
So
let
me
get
one
more
week
to
see
if
I
can
get
some
sort
of
a
mock-up
together
that
has
photos
of
individuals
through
chapters
that
have
already
filled
out
these
forms
and
everything.
A
Because
they
seem
to
like
their
process,
probably
would
include
you
know
that
kind
of
thing,
so
they
might
have
quite
a
few
that
are
usable,
good
point.
So
work
in
progress.
Have
you
had
a
chance
to
look
at
the
volunteering
needs
that
we
have
on
the
hub.
C
Yeah
and
I
I
did
create
a
new
pin
post,
but
I
don't
have
the
access
to
take
your
pin
off.
Oh
so
you
created
a
new
post
yep,
so
you'll
see
it
in
there.
So
if,
if
you
can
unpin
your
post,
I
can
pin
my
post.
I
believe.
A
C
I
actually
moved
some
of
that
stuff.
I
made
a
new
member
meetup
space,
I
mean
you'll,
see
the
post.
It
has
the
information
instead
of
linking
to
john's
post,
it's
a
little
bit
long,
we'll
try
it
instead
of
linking
to
john's
previous
comments
and
post.
It
goes
to
that
specific
space
which
has
everything.
C
A
C
A
B
Yeah,
my
goal
is
to
have
them
finished
a
week
from
today,
great.
A
Then
I
have
an
action
time
to
write
up
this
lumio
discussion.
This
discussion
thread
for
this
discretionary
fund
allocation.
We've
talked
about,
and
I
have
not
had
time
to
write
that
up.
That's
my
project
for
this
week,
hopefully
I'll
have
that
ready
for
the
next
meeting.
A
B
Received
the
notice
of
my
order,
okay
and
but
nothing.
B
B
A
Okay,
set
up
a
form
and
a
spreadsheet
for
delivered
device
records.
I
did
do
this
I'd
like
to
look
at
it
together,
so
maybe
we'll
come
back
to
that
after
we
go
through
the
first
things
here.
Jeremy
reorganize
enable
device
catalog.
A
That
again,
is
something
that
I
did
work
on,
but
I'd
like
to
look
at
it
with
you
guys
and
get
some
input,
so
we're
going
to
come
back
to
these
two
things
here
in
a
short
while
you've
got
all
the
metrics,
then
on
the
following
couple
of
pages,
so
I'll,
let
you
guys
look
at
those
for
yourself.
Nothing
really
stands
out,
except
for
having
a
an
awful
lot
of
likes
this
week,
for
whatever
reason.
A
C
C
A
C
Just
sliding
through
but
everybody's,
been
supportive
and
there's
been
some
great
comments
that
helped
to
shape
how
it
was
presented.
So.
B
B
C
Well,
in
terms
of
a
process,
I
do
think
it's.
It
works
better.
Now
that
we
have
this
discussion,
we
did
get
a
lot
of
people
asking
questions
and
commenting
and
being
involved
so
mandating
that
as
this
week
before
voting
seems
like
it
was
a
good
step.
I
do
think
posting
in
the
hub
is
also
probably
a
good
step,
especially.
A
C
Right,
okay,
I'll,
add
that
in
I'll
say
I
will
put
it
in
now
as
we're
talking.
A
All
right,
so
let
me
go
back,
I
want
to
have
you
guys,
look
at
a
couple
of
these
things
with
me,
so
we
talked
about
setting
up
a
form
and
spreadsheet
for
trying
to
collect
some
of
these
delivered
device
records.
Let
me
share
my
screen
here
and
show
you
what
I
have
so
far.
A
Okay,
so
here's
what
I
have-
and
this
is
just
based-
you
guys
seen
the
screen.
B
A
And
I
took
out
the
ones
where
it
was
just
made
for
a
handathon,
which
I
think
all
we're
really
trying
to
collect
here
is
devices
were
made
for
people
yeah,
but
the
rest
of
the
data
is
in
here
and
I,
instead
of
having
photos
embedded
in
the
spreadsheet
I
have
you
know
I've
replaced
that
with
links
to
photos,
because
you
know,
if
we're
going
to
try
to
use
a
form
to
collect
this
stuff,
you
can't
attach
photos,
it
has
to
be
a
link.
A
So
that's
the
only
change
I
made
so
the
form
is,
I
mean
it's
pretty
straightforward,
record
delivery
of
an
enabled
device.
You
provide
your
email
address,
your
chapter
name,
the
volunteer
name,
the
ewc
case
number,
which
is
optional
recipient
first
name.
Last
initial,
I
don't
think
we
want
full
names
case
owner
location
of
recipient
as
in
city,
state
province
and
country.
We
don't
want
a
full
address.
We
just
want
the
general
location,
the
sex,
the
recipient
age,
the
device
type
left
or
right
or
other
you
know
the
finger
or
something
device.
A
Colors
date
started
date.
Shipped
date
accepted
any
comments
optionally
and
then
a
link
to
the
photo
of
the
device
and
a
link
into
the
photo
of
the
recipient
wearing
the
device
so
and
that'll
all
go
into
that
spreadsheet
looks
good.
Does
this
seem
like
what
we
wanted?
Does
it
seem
like
too
much
not
enough
by
what
any
any
thoughts.
A
C
So
keep
in
mind
that
what
we'll
probably
want
to
do
at
some
point,
we've
got
this
project
with
masby,
where
we're
getting
general
numbers
for
different
chapters
and
it's
very
focused
on
chapters
at
some
point.
We'll
probably
want
to
try
to
tie
these
two
together,
maybe
later
in
the
year
to
ask
chapter
leaders
to
either
fill
this
in.
If
we
want
to
get
that
granular
or
tie
this
into.
Maybe
this
database
that
he's
creating.
A
Maybe
I
mean
the
whole.
The
whole
idea
here
is
is
going
back
to
you,
know
fda
requirements
to
have
record
keeping
and
to
be
able
to
show
what
was
delivered
to
whom,
if
we
managed
to
get
complete
data
on
this,
if
we
managed
to
get
chapters
to
report
on
all
the
devices
in
this
format,
it
would
be
easy,
then,
to
use
this
spreadsheet
to
say
how
many
devices
did
chapter
x
deliver.
You
could
get
an
accurate
count
from
here,
but
I
think
getting
all
that
data
is
going
to
be
challenging
so.
C
Here's
a
question:
is
it
our
responsibility
that
to
have
all
this
data
centralized
or
can
we
just
have
chapters,
tell
us
the
numbers
of
device
deliveries
and
then
state
yes
or
no,
that
they
have
data
on
it
and
then,
if
there
ever
was
a
need
for
it?
We
could
ask
the
chapters.
I
don't
know
if
it's
necessary
that
we
as
the
sbc
collect
at
all.
A
C
Yeah,
I
mean,
I
guess
it's
just
the
question
would
be.
Who
is
we?
Some
of
the
chapters
do
have
wonderful
data,
they
they
haven't
shared
it
centrally,
but
they.
A
C
Well
and
that's
what
the
audit
is
aimed
to
do,
but
it's
it's
just
asking
general
numbers,
we
could
put
a
question
in
the
audit
to
ask:
do
you
have
records
and
I
think
it's
just
deciding
which
way
to
move
forward.
Do
we
feel
like
it
needs
to
be
sort.
C
A
A
Maybe
we
should
wait
until
maybe
we
should
wait
until
john
is
able
to
rejoin
us,
because
this
I
mean
this
is
what
I
was
tasked
to
do.
This
is
what
I
thought
we
had
agreed.
We
were
trying
to
gather
and
if
you
want
to
go
in
a
different
direction,
that's
fine,
but
this
is
what
we
talked
about
last
time.
C
I
think
it's
wonderful,
I'm
just
basically
taking
a
step
to
look
at
other
initiatives
that
are
currently
going
on
as
well
like
this
chapter
effort-
and
I
think,
if
I
understand
it
correctly-
your
document,
especially
with
all
of
bob's
contributions-
bob's,
not
part
of
a
chapter,
so
what
you're
doing
is
still
really
valuable.
Even
if
we
decided
that
the
chapter
entities
were
collecting
their
own
records
and
they
didn't
need
to
individually
submit
data
for
each
and
every
recipient
to
us.
We
still
would
want
it
for
volunteers
that
aren't
connected
to
chapters
correct.
C
A
Yeah
I
mean
the
whole
idea
is
having
a
central
repository.
Then
it's
it's
the
whole.
The
whole
point
is
that
we
as
a
community
don't
have
centralized
visibility
into
all
of
the
devices
that
are
being
delivered.
I
want
to
be
able
to
look
and
see
you
know
what
percentage
of
all
the
devices
being
delivered
globally
are
of
a
particular
design
or
what
are
the
typical
age
ranges
that
are
getting
a
phoenix
hand?
I
mean
there's
so
much
meaningful.
A
C
Right,
I
guess
the
question,
though,
is
when
you
have
legal
names,
especially
of
minors,
from
working
with
a
traditional
organization
for
a
number
of
years.
There's
there's
a
huge.
You
know:
it's
not
just
liability,
there's
there's
a
whole
process
that
goes
along
with
that,
and
I
think
I'm.
A
A
C
I
guess
it
would
just
be
making
sure
that
it
aligns
with
what
the
because
they're
separate
organizations
so
like
enable
brazil
having
certain
information
about
their
recipient
volunteers
and
specifically,
minors.
C
So
that's
that's
different
than
what
you
have
in
the
spreadsheet,
so
I'm
just
recognizing
that,
as
as
the
perspective
of
a
traditional
organization,
there's
there's
a
different
there's
gonna
be
different
regulations
for
each
chapter
in
each
country,
depending
on.
What's
involved
with
that-
and
I
remember
from
working
with
scadastan
that
there
was
a
lot
of
process
involved
with
even
just
simple
stuff
like
names,
we
had
to
change
all
the
names
for
everybody
that
had
to
be
sort
of.
A
C
A
Anything
in
here
that
could
create
any
kind
of
liability.
It's
only
a
matter
of
knowing
what
kind
of
devices
we're
delivering.
Okay,
I
mean.
If
we
decide,
we
don't
want
to
do
this,
that's
fine!
It's
just
I!
You
know
we
had
a
discussion
about
this
in
the
last
spc
meeting
and
this
is
what
I
was
tasked
to
do
or
the
one
before
last.
So
you
know
this
is
this
is
what
I
came
up
with
whether
or
not
we
want
to
use
it.
You
know
maybe.
C
Yeah,
I
think
it's
I
think
it's
great.
I
just
was
trying
to
figure
out
if
it
aligns
and
how
it
aligns
with
this
audit
process,
and
it
seems
like
it's
a
great
tool
for
volunteers
for
chapters.
I
brought
up
the
current
process
that
we're
doing,
which
is
different,
and
it's
good
to
try
to
coordinate
those
two
together.
So
we
can
talk
about
that
next
time,
not
a
problem.
We
can
move
on.
C
A
All
right,
so,
let's
see
the
other
thing
we
need
to
look
at
here
is.
Let
me
I
gotta
share
this
again,
so
we
need
to
look
at
the
device
catalog
as
well.
A
So
we
wanted
to
do
some
reorganization
on
the
enable
devices
catalog
here
and
the
ideally,
the
the
goal
was
to
have
like
hand
designs
and
then
underneath
hand,
designs
have
the
recommended
designs
and
then
you
know
legacy
designs
or
things
like
that.
A
Unfortunately,
they
still
have
not
added
the
capability
in
the
wikis
to
have
sub
categories,
so
you
can
only
have
one
level
of
category,
so
the
approach
I
took
was
creating
a
new
category
of
you
know,
hand
designs
currently
recommended,
and
I
put
the
recommended
designs
under
there
and
then
hand
designs,
other
and
basically
left
everything
else
there,
and
then
I
did
the
same
thing
for
arm
designs
currently
recommended
being
the
unlimited
arm
and
then
everything
else
basically
under
arm
designs.
Other.
A
I
don't
think
this
really
was
exactly
what
we
were
hoping
for,
but
it
was
the
best
I
could
come
up
with.
Do
you
guys
have
ideas
of
how
this
could
be
done
better,
based
on
what
we're
trying
to
trying
to
do
here.
A
So
I
was
asked
to
organize
it
so
that
the
recommended
designs
were
kind
of
called
out
separately
and-
and
you
know
everything
else
you
know
you
know
was
was
set
aside.
So
I
wanted
to
have
subcategories
so
underhand
designs.
You'd
have
recommended
and
then
other
or
something
like
that,
but
they
don't
let
you
do
subcategories.
You
can't
do
multiple
levels,
so
this
was
all
I
was
able
to
do
so.
You've
got
a
group
of
hand.
Designers
currently
recommended
and
hand
designs.
Other
I'm
just
asking.
If
you
guys
see
any
better
way
of
doing
this.
B
B
B
B
Anthropomorphic
or
life-like
design
under
phoenix
or
osprey,
you
could
put
very
strong
grip
where,
where
that
is
required,
you
know.
C
C
C
D
Like
there's,
this
website
called
open
know-how
yeah
so,
like
you,
have
the
images
right
and
maybe
like
instead
of
having
the
words
like,
maybe
there's
just
like
a
picture
of
a
hand
and
then
like
the
hand
thing
so
then
they
click
there
and
can
see
all
the
different
hands
designs.
So
maybe.
A
A
Part
of
that
is
a
limitation
of
the
the
platform
we're
using.
I
mean
we're
on
this.
This
particular
platform,
which
is
called
tomahawk,
has
certain
tools
available,
the
wiki
being
the
one
that
we're
using
here,
and
it
certainly
has
some
pretty
significant
limitations,
but
it's
pretty
important
that
we
keep
things
in
this
platform,
so
I
wouldn't
want
to
move
to
an
entirely
different
kind
of
of
platform.
For
this
we
have
to
figure
out
some
way
to
kind
of
make.
This
work
in
here.
C
Well,
isabella's
point
actually
would
work
with
the
platform,
so
we
don't
have
to
show
the
wiki
is,
is
what's
underneath
the
hood?
That's
when
you,
you
know,
see
all
the
nuts
and
bolts,
but
if
you
click
on,
let's
say
hand,
designs
currently
recommended.
If
you
click
on
that
category,
there's
the
list,
we
could
have
a
custom
page
that
has
a
more
visual
way
of
navigating
this
stuff.
C
That
links
to
all
the
elements
in
the
wiki
and
that's
something
that
you
know,
as
we
talked
about
a
bunch,
is
that
we
can
use
the
wikis
just
as
sort
of
the
back
end
and
then
have
a
different
front-facing
page,
so
that
that's
something
that
we
could
consider.
Although.
A
A
Something
like
where
we
have
you
know
which
design
here
right
now.
This
is
general
guidance
about
the
type
of
lin
difference
and
the
type
of
designs
you'd
want.
I
think,
expanding
this
out
and
including
like
even
this
here.
This
is
outdated.
You
know
risk
actuated
designs
currently
suggested,
and
it's
it's
not
listing
all
the
current
designs,
but
this
kind
of
thing
where,
if
you
have
this
kind
of
a
limb
difference
than
linked
to
specific
designs
that
might
be
recommended,
so
we
have
a
little
bit
of
that
here.
C
Yeah
and
we
can
even
reach
out
to
nate
he's
done
all
the
catalog
stuff
for
naya,
but
there
might
be
parts
of
it
that
we
can
borrow
for
more
general
use,
especially
because
we
have
the
nya
catalog
integrated
into
this.
So
we
could
see
if
we
can
get
a
more
visual
page
from
him
and
then
have
that
sort
of-
or
you
know,
make
her
own
and
then
have
that
sort
of
navigation,
be
something
that
has
a
friendlier
front-facing
more
visual
component.
A
Okay,
well
yeah
I
mean
it's,
it's
there's
a
good
deal
of
work
that
goes
into
building
those
pages.
We're
talking
about.
I'm
not
sure
that
I'm
gonna
have
the
time
to
do
that,
but
it's
probably
the
best
approach,
so
we
you
can
even
build.
We
could
build
custom
pages
that
we
could
put
a
potentially
a
custom
web
page
together
that
links
to
the
individual
designs
as
needed
and
have
that
be
the
default
page
for
the
device
catalog.
A
D
C
D
Yeah
some
are
missing
images,
but
it's
also
not
perfect,
but
it's
also
another
model
so.
C
A
Great
okay,
so,
let's
see
anything
to
discuss
with
the
chapter
wishbone
project
right
now,
ben.
C
C
We
are
still
chasing
after.
Let's
see,
is
this
the
right
page,
more
direct
ways
of
doing
this
stuff,
but
let
me
give
a
little
demo.
C
So
we
there's
a
hub
space
and
on
the
left,
you'll
see,
there's
a
bunch
of
custom
pages,
so
participate
opens
up
a
form,
and
this
is
for
chapters
that
request
funds
for
people
that
want
to
support
a
chapter
request
or
for
offering
equipment.
C
There's
a
financials
page
which
is
live,
which
shows
the
the
test
that
we
did
with
nate
takes
a
minute
to
load,
but
there
it
is,
there's
a
chapter
requests:
visualization,
that's
live,
which
test
three
and
test
two
or
nothing,
but.
C
This
is
a
little
bit
redundant.
I
think
we'll
probably
end
up
taking
this
one
out.
Visual
report
there'll
be
a
thank
you
list
of
people
that
have
supported
a
project.
C
C
I
don't
know
in
competition
with
rochester
enable
limited.
So
this
is
something
where
the
different
chap
the
different
projects
that
people
post
will
be
in
the
drop
down
so
helping
hands
a
little
tin
with
the
demo
that
we
did.
You
can
see.
This
is
nate's
request,
which
is
just
copy
and
pasting
from
the
form.
C
That's
the
the
sharing
component
there's
been
a
lot
of
emails
that
you
guys
have
probably
seen
about
the
audit
side
of
it,
but
I
can
give
a
quick
run
through
on
that.
Also
that's
been
coming
together,
there's
a
lot
that
we
need
to
do
still
related
to
the
the
table
or
the
spreadsheet
to
clean
it
up,
there's
a
bunch
of
data
that
was
missing
or
misplaced,
but
it
seems
like
some
of
that
might
be
in
the
history
of
the
document
itself.
C
I
know
bob
john
and
isabella
met
this
week
to
look
over
that,
but
mazzy
has
been
working
on
it
and
the
chapter
manager.
C
Is
a
pretty
significant
achievement
of
just
a
a
much
more
organized
way
for
us
to
be
working
and
building
in
in
towards
the
audit
and
the
map,
and
all
this
other
stuff
and
he's
also,
he
just
sent
me
an
email
this
morning
about
the
spotlight
manager,
so
this
will
be
a
way
that
we
can
organize
the
the
spotlights
on
the
map
he's
working
on
the
badger
integration.
C
So
this
is
all
half
baked,
but
the
recipe
is
coming
together.
So
this
is
the
the
back
end
of
the
wishbone
stuff.
A
C
And
it's
all
based
on
all
the
data
that
bob
and
others
have
been
collecting
for
years,
which
is
great
so
there's.
I
think,
a
lot
more,
that
we
have
and
it'll
be
really
helpful
to
you
know:
review
what's
working,
there's
an
option
for
us
to
add
new
columns.
C
The
audit
is
going
to
be
similar
to
the
chapter
spotlight
and
the
the
larger
odd
questionnaire.
The
survey
so
we'll
be
able
to
potentially
get
a
lot
of
information
right
now
we
have
only
six
chapter
spotlights,
but
even
if
we
get,
I
don't
know
a
portion,
a
third
of
the
chapters
that
that
give
us
information.
It's
going
to
be
just
a
huge
amount
of
information
that
we
can
work
with.
So.
A
Great
okay,
so,
let's
see
next
up
here
we
have
the
the
handbags
that
we're
sending
out
bob.
Do
you
have
anything
that
you
need
at
this
point?
Do
you
think.
B
I
don't
well,
you
know
the
hands
will
be
finished
next
week.
I
have
not
received
anything
you've
sent
yet,
but.
A
B
B
A
Whoops
hold
on,
I
just
lost
my
browser
window
here.
Let
me
get
back
to.
A
A
Okay,
there
you
go
all
right.
So
then
that
was
maybe
back
to
where
I
was
in
the
notes
here:
handbags,
okay
and
then
volunteering
needs
so
ben.
You
updated
the
pin
post.
C
I
did,
and
I
didn't
put
any
deep
details
with
the
volunteering
needs.
Yet
I
think
I
put
up
project
chapter
spotlight
review
with
local
chapters.
That's
something
that
we're
going
to
be
doing
this
month
as
a
extension
of
the
orientation
meeting,
we'll
have
sort
of
a
project
you
we
had
that
meeting
this
week
with
ricardo
and
cyfe
and
we'll
do
sort
of
like
a
yeah,
a
focused
project,
the
last
friday
of
the
month.
C
C
That
might
be
the
the
best
steps
forward,
because
I
know
that
she's
going
to
be
getting
more
involved
with
looking
at
the
documentation
that
I
have
and
helping
to
fill
in
some
of
the
gaps
and
stuff.
That's
at
least
where
we
left
off.
I
think
right.
A
C
I
know
from
talking
with
masby
and
bob
and
john
and
isabella
no
more
than
I
do,
but
there's
there
is
going
to
be
a
lot
of
back
end,
fixing
and
cleaning
some
of
that
stuff.
We
probably
don't
want
to
ask
you
know
a
new
volunteer
to
do,
but
I
think
we
can
start
identifying
things
like
that
with
some
of
these
other
parts
of
the
the
fellowship
and
and
see
if
people
can
get
involved
there.
There
are
so.
C
The
orientation
meeting
is
in
two
weeks:
it'll
be
the
19th
the
third
friday
of
the
month,
and
I
think
by
then
it
would
be
really
good
for
us
to
have
a
list
of
let's
say
five
volunteering
roles
right
now.
It's
just
sort
of
a
placeholder
for
the
chapter
spotlight
process,
but
we'll
see
we
haven't
gotten
that
much
back
from
the
community.
C
Anyways
sounds
good
yeah,
but
I
think
I
will
touch
base
with
john
and
isabella
we'll
try
to
figure
out.
What's
something,
that's
that
good
to
go.
I
am
a
little
bit
nervous
that
if
we
post
all
that
stuff
up
there
and
people
say
this
sounds
awesome.
I'd
love
to
be
involved.
We
say
we
don't
really
know
what
you
could
do
yet.
C
A
All
right
on
to
fundraising
any
news
anything
going
on
there.
A
D
Yep
I
just
started
my
class.
It
was
more
of
an
introduction
class
and
we
learned
that
the
biggest
number
of
the
highest
percentage
of
all
donations
come
from
individuals.
I
thought
it
was
foundations,
but
individuals
are
the
highest
owners,
so
that's
kind
of
the
fun
fact.
I
learned
this
week
so
yeah
but
yeah
I'll
post
any
cool
readings
that
I
get
from
this
class.
C
That's
great
and
we
could
I
know-
we've
talked
about
getting
help
with
fundraising.
We
could
set
up
a
space,
I
mean,
I
know,
I'm
making
all
these
different
spaces,
but
it
could
be
something
where,
for
giving
chapters
pointers
on
how
to
get
funding
for
their
own
efforts
or
for
us
to
be
sharing
stuff,
we
could
try
to
pool
that
together
into
us
into
a
spot
right
now.
We
have
all
these
posts
in
the
past
about
fundraising,
but
they
get
lost.
B
C
Yeah,
I
noticed
that
too
I
mean
right
and
the
the
whole
setup
with
wishbone
is
aiming
to
make
it
as
easy
as
possible.
Somebody
says
I
need
this
and
somebody
else
can
throw
money
through
paypal.
I
mean
that's
pretty
much
as
direct
as
it
gets,
so
you
know,
I
think,
getting
some
feedback
from
isabella
through
the
course
of
her
class.
This
semester
will
be
helpful
to
figure
out,
what's
a
better
way
to
do
it,
and
how
can
we
work
with
what
we're
doing
and
all
that
stuff.
A
Cool
all
right,
let's
see,
I
don't
think
we
need
to
talk
about
these
next
couple
of
topics
right
now,
just
looking
through
our
notes
here
to
see,
if
there's
anything
else,
we
want
to
get
into.
A
I
think
that's
all
from
the
topics
I
have
on
here.
So
let
me
just
ask
you
guys,
if
there's
anything
else
that
we
haven't
talked
about
today,
that
you'd
like
to
address.
D
I
don't
know
if
you
wanted
to
see
the
updated
proposal
I
created
for
my
internship.
I
made
a
new
one
since
it's
changed
since
the
last
time.
We've
talked
to
try
to
integrate
operations.
Sure.
D
So
the
green
is
what
I
added
and
then
I
crossed
out
what
we're
not
doing
anymore.
Let's
see
if
I
can
make
this
bigger,
so
the
the
new
deliverable
that
I
added
was
this
line
to
create
useful,
durable,
evolving
documents
and
process
that
will
help
us
understand,
explain
and
improve
how
enable
works,
and
so
the
new
objective
is
to
take
is
to
create
a
handbook
which
has
like
flow
charts,
and
you
know
just
kind
of
documentation
of
like
where's.
D
What
and
things
like
that,
so
the
deliverables
now
so
I'll
still
be
giving
you
a
portfolio
because
that's
the
homework.
So
a
funding
research
report
is
something
where
I
kind
of
look
at
your
competitive
landscape
and
kind
of
figure
out
who
are
possible
peoples
to
get
funding
from
a
letter
proposal
and
a
donor
appeal
proposal.
I'm
still
a
little
fuzzy
on
what
these
two
documents
are,
but
apparently
they're
very
essential.
D
I
also
asked
in
the
class
how
what
are
ways
for
an
organization
to
start
fundraising
if
they
haven't
fundraised
before
and
he's
going
to
include
that
into
the
lesson
plan.
So
I
will
try
to
get
information
from
that
and
then
the
new
deliverable
is
the
handbook.
So
I
am
a
little
shaky
here.
I
feel
like
there's
a
lot
of
good
opportunities
for
me
to
do
work,
but
I
would
rather
do
a
few
projects
and
really
work
hard
at
those
and
lots
of
little
ones.
D
I
don't
know
if
that
is
what
you
guys
were
thinking
with
the
with
the
handbook,
but
that's
what
I
was
getting
from
all
the
different
emails
and
requests
that
were
piling
in,
and
this
is
a
draft.
So
any
suggestions
you
all
have.
I
would
love
to
hear.
C
A
Isabel
when
you
start
to
get
into
sort
of
mapping
out
the
the
processes
and
the
organizational
elements
things
like
that
has
has
john
shown
you.
The
enable
atlas
is
that
a
tool
you've
seen
no.
A
Yeah
well
I'll
show
it
to
you
here
briefly,
but
I'll
send
you
the
link.
This
is
something
that
john
set
up
and
I
think
it's
been
pretty
well
maintained
so
over
on
the
left.
Here
you
can
click
on
different
views.
So,
for
example,
here's
our
kind
of
core
network
and
you
can
see
the
different
pieces
that
make
up,
enable
you've
got
the
hub
and
you've
got
the.
What
I
didn't
mean
to
click
on
that
you've
got
the
hub
and
the
lumio
platform
and
the
spc
and
the
enable
fund.
A
You
can
kind
of
start
to
see
the
things
that
make
it
up.
You
can.
If
you
use
some
of
these
other
views,
there
was
one
check
connections.
I
don't
remember
which
of
these
have
what
but
there's
a
lot
of
views
that
you
can
go
through
and
and
kind
of
you
can
zoom
around,
and
you
can
you
know
zero
in
on
individual
elements
and
see
you
know
details
about
them.
A
It's
just
an
it's,
probably
not
even
up
to
date,
anymore,
but
it's
an
interesting
way
to
kind
of
explore
and
see
the
connections
and
see
the
processes.
Here's
more
of
a
process
related
diagram,
so
it'd
just
be
worth
poking
around
spending
some
time
in
here.
You
might
gain
some
useful
insights
to
feed
into
your
work.
It's
awesome.
D
Yeah,
so
what
I
was
kind
of
what
I
have
experience
with
this
in
undergrad.
I
was
a
president
of
a
couple,
different
clubs
and
obviously
there's
a
huge
turnover
because
every
two
years
there's
new
leadership.
So
we
would
have
to
make
these
really
long
documents
about
like.
Where
do
you
do?
Where
do
you
put
money?
How
do
you
advertisement
all
the
links,
all
the
things?
So
that's
what
I
was
kind
of
envisioning
sort
of
for
enable
kind
of
like
this
like
how
to
where
to
find
everything.
A
C
There's
a
bunch
of
documents
that
we
all
put
together.
I
guess
it
was
right
before
the
pandemic,
so
there's
like
a
table
that
has
all
the
different
online
presence
stuff.
I
know
ed
grieg
was
involved
with
giving
us
some
recommendations
on
how
to
weave
things
together.
C
Maybe
it's
it's
worthwhile
to
dig
up
some
of
that
stuff
and
maybe
even
get
his
two
cents
on
on
some
of
this
stuff
too.
He
had
that
whole
report.
I
remember.
D
Yeah,
if
you
could
just
send
it
to
me,
because
I
guess
to
be
honest,
I'm
a
little
fuzzy
on
what
exactly
you
all
need
with
operations,
I'm
kind
of
just
guessing,
based
on
the
information
that
I've
been
given
so
seeing
what
you
already
have
will
be
helpful.
A
C
D
C
D
A
A
Excellent
okay!
Well,
I
think
that's
probably
a
good
place
to
wrap
up
for
today.
Unless
does
anybody
have
anything
else
before
we
close?
Okay,
all
right,
I
will
get
a
recording
up
and
see
you
guys
next
week.
Well,
I
got.
C
A
quick
question
for
you:
jeremy:
do
you
have
the
youtube
rights
for
the
enable
youtube
channel?
C
I
I
can't
remember
if
you
had
sent
me
that
in
the
past,
but
I
did
a
meeting.
I
think
I
emailed
you
about
this.
I
did
a
meeting
with
mike
and
nate
about.
A
I
think
you
do
but
