From YouTube: e-NABLE SPC Meeting, September 18, 2020
Description
This is a recording of the e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, September 18, 2020.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: https://bit.ly/2EoYDt4
A
Okay
got
the
recording
going,
let's
go
ahead
and
get
started
action
items
first.
One
up
is
for
for
nate
and
or
anthony
to
update
the
device
catalog
for
the
niapp
devices.
So
there's
a
few
things
here,
the
first
one
is
taken
care
of
overview
needed.
So
I
took
your
post
summarizing
all
the
documentation
with
all
the
links
and
all
that
and
I
ported
that
into
the
the
top
section
of
the
niop
catalog.
So
the
only
trick
is
you
know
to
get
to
that.
A
A
So
when
you
go
down
here
to
all
the
nyop
stuff
it
you
have
to
click
on
where
it
says
niop
modules
and
then
now
you
have
this
overview
up
at
the
top.
The
only
problem
is,
I
don't
know
that
a
lot
a
lot
of
people
are
going
to
know
to
click
on
niop
modules.
You
know
they're
going
to
click
on
one
of
the
sub
pages,
so
I
don't
know
if
there's
something
we
could
do
where
on
each
page.
You
know
on
any
one
of
these,
maybe
somewhere
at
the
top.
A
We
include
a
link
to
say,
hey
for
info,
about
documentation
or
getting
started.
Click
here
and
it'll
take
them
back
to
that
that
page
that
they
might
have
missed.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
a
better
idea,
but
unfortunately,
not
a
lot
of
people
are
going
to
find
their
way
to
this
unless
they
click
on
where
it
says:
niot
modules
in
that
industry,
jeremy,.
A
B
I
do
see
that
you've
got
the
blue
niop
modules
tag
up
at
the
top.
Does
that.
A
C
A
C
A
Actually,
what
I
notice
is
we
at
least
on
this
one.
We
don't
have
anything
down
here
where
it
says
instructions,
maybe
that's
the
place.
I
can
put
the
link
in
right
there,
which,
instead
of
linking
to
the
instructions
it'll
link
back
to
that
niop
modules
page,
which
has
this
information
about
getting
started,
link
the
home
page,
the
device
wizard.
C
C
A
So
I
think
I'll
I'll
take
that
action
item
so
that
we
don't
have
to
put
more
on
on
nate
who's
already
really
busy
I'll.
What
I'll
do
is
at
the
top
of
each
of
these
pages
I'll
put
a
note
linking
back
to
here
for
the
getting
started,
information
and
links
and
then
under
the
instructions
area
down
below
I'll
link
to
the
specific
instruction
document
for
that
particular
component,
and
that
way
we
have
both
of
them
in
there.
A
Okay,
let
me
get
back
to
my
view
here.
A
Okay,
so
let's
see
we
were
also
going
to
rename
the
moto
gripper
with
qc
and
add
in
the
gripper,
with
qc
any
updates
on
those
nate.
D
I
got
to
tell
you,
jeremy,
all
these
items
don't
even
hit
my
priority
list,
I'm
dealing
with
so
many
things
that
are
so
high-end.
If
you
I
appreciate,
when
you
guys
take
care
of
this
because
then
it'll
get
done,
I'm
looking
at
20
21
before
I'll
be
able
to
touch
these
things.
I
I
I
know,
there's
small
tasks,
but
they
really
go
along
with
registering
12,
more
items
that
I
have
now.
So
it's
like
it's
so
unended
like.
I
can't
even
tell
you
guys,
like.
A
D
A
D
B
B
A
B
Me
neither
nate
do
you
know.
That's.
D
A
D
I
think
that's
one
of
the
12
devices
on
the
list
see
that's
the
problem,
though
it's
not
just
one.
I
could
say
just
pick
cherry
pick
off
that
list
and
do
the
one
device
we
need
right
now,
but
I've
got
11
more
that
can
all
go
up
there
as
well
and
there's
more
being
generated
every
week
now
so
like
it
turns
into
a
bigger
and
bigger
problem.
The
longer
we
wait
and
we
don't
have
anybody
to
throw
at
it
right
now
to
to
take
care
of
it.
D
A
Ben
promote
the
form
for
collecting
feedback.
I
know
you've
put
it
out
there,
but
I
also
added
it
to
that
page
that
I
showed
you
guys
at
the
top
of
the
nyop
section
that
feedback
form
is
linked
in
there
as
well.
Any
anything
else
to
be
done
on
this
ben.
F
We
had
senate
or
actually
nate
had
sent
the
feedback
form
to
ahmad
and
he
provided
some
really
great
feedback.
I
think
there
was
a
couple
other
people
in
the
conversation
with
bob
and
nate.
I
think
we
talked
about
maybe
sending
it
to
everton
sean,
who
else.
F
B
Take
nate
out
of
the
loop
okay
I'll!
Do
it
put
him
out
of
his
misery.
A
F
Yeah
I'll
I'll
send
it
out
to
everton
sean
and
what
was
the
last
one
bob
ken
vice
and
advice.
F
Okay,
so
we'll
send
it
out
to
the
three
of
them
and.
E
F
He's
got
direct
experience
with
printing
and
building
naya
devices.
Yes,
I
don't
know
okay.
Well,
you
can.
F
D
Ahmad
went
through
and
filled
out
he
liked
the
feedback
for
a
forum
and
he
filled
it
out
for
us.
So
we've
got
our
first
data
for
that,
but
other
than
that,
I
don't
think
he
had
a
lot
to
add
exactly
to
the
feedback
form.
I
think
he
he
approved
of
it
and
liked
it.
I
wrote
in
the
email
that
he
should
look
it
over
and
review
it
and
if
he
liked
it
go
ahead
and
just
fill
it
out,
so
he
filled
it
out
great.
D
F
Great,
so
I
can
post
it
in
the
hub
and
at
the
same
time
we
can
target
it
to
those
three
people
and
see
if
we
can
get
it
going.
Yeah.
C
A
Have
you
heard
from
sean
at
skills
for
life
about
partnering
opportunities?
Does
she
ever
get
back
to
you.
D
A
Okay,
so
in
progress
bob
any
luck,
finding
a
candidate
for
a
video
session
for
ewc,
just
international
jeremy.
A
Sounds
good,
I
have
a
task
to
go
ahead
and
update
our
lumio
voting
instructions.
Now
that
that
proposal
we
put
together
has
passed.
This
is
one
that
I've
not
gotten
to
yet
so
I'll.
Try
to
get
that
for
next
week.
A
The
next
one
is
for
me
to
well.
The
task
is
to
create
a
new
home
page
in
the
enable
web
central,
that's
going
to
make
it
easier
to
find
things.
I
have
added
this
to
our
developer
task
list.
Ask
them
to
review
it
and
assign
it
to
somebody,
but
these
things
don't
happen
that
quickly,
it's
it's
going
to
be
a
little
while
before
that's
actually.
A
A
A
E
A
They
won't
have
to
search
through
the
sub
menus,
all
right,
jeremy,
paste,
the
trans
okay,
so
that's
the
one
we
covered
before
that's
done.
I
showed
you
guys
that
niop
documentation
info
is
up
there
now
and
I'll.
Do
some
further
updates,
as
we
discuss.
C
On
that
website,
stuff
is
that
are
there
designs
for
that
somewhere
that
we
could
look
at
the
design?
The
new
designs.
A
B
C
C
Yeah,
though,
I
think
I
think
potentially
in
terms
of
kind
of
the
summary
that
they
then
offer
and
then
they
you
could
repurpose
them
so.
A
C
A
B
A
A
Okay,
yeah
I'll
keep
an
eye
on
it,
see
if
I
spot
any
kind
of
issues.
Okay,
so
that
brings
us
to
the
last
one
ben
write
up
a
discussion
thread
on
lumio
for
the
new
mini
grant
funding
process.
So
just
a
discussion
thread,
not
a
proposal.
F
Yeah,
I
haven't
posted
that
yet,
but
I
have
been
pulling
it
together.
A
Great
okay
on
we
go
so
on
our
summary
section
here:
let's
see,
we
don't
have
any
introductions
to
do
agenda
updates.
Well,
let
me
just
add
in
here
real
quick,
because
right
after
we
go
through
this,
I
want
to
get
updates
from
ed
griggs
all
right,
so
stats
are
here
I'll.
Just
let
you
guys
review
those
for
yourselves.
Not
a
whole
lot
jumps
out
as
being
unique
here,
pretty
typical
activity
level
fairly,
decent
activity.
A
Yeah
one
of
those
yeah
one
of
those
came
to
me.
It
was
a
lady
looking
for
a
device
for
a
pheasant.
Is
that
one
of
the
ones
that
you're
talking
about
yeah,
and
so
I
sent
her
to
the
hub,
told
her
to
post
something
there.
A
A
A
E
A
A
C
Yeah
so
so
we've
been
continuing
to
kind
of
progress.
The
relationship
with
with
really
proud
and
looking
to
you
know
kind
of
develop
that
which
was
the
organization
that
was
3d
printing,
the
masks
the
face
shields
and
they're
now
pivoting
into
a
number
of
different
areas.
So
disaster
relief,
there's
a
ventilator
splitter
one
for
nigeria
that
we
that's
being
worked
on,
which
is
a
joint
us
uk
project
called
tetra,
there's
one
which
is
like
a
bioreactor
project
and
yeah.
C
I
think
those
are
the
and
then-
and
then
you
know
effectively
enable
is
the
fourth
project
that
we're
looking
to
get
the
3d
crowd
to
support
so
yeah
we've,
we've
kind
of
put
put
that
out
there
within
the
within
their
thing.
A
number
of
people
have
joined
up
to
enable,
I
think
off
the
back
of
that,
so
we're
just
looking
to.
C
I
think
it's
come
at
the
same
time
as
we've
finished,
with
developing
the
our
own
process,
that's
compliant
with
the
eu
medical
device
regulation,
so
we've
just
started
getting
the
first
devices
through
that
are
regulatory
compliant,
and
so
we
are
kind
of
ramping
up
these
two
things
side
by
side.
But
hopefully,
as
we
start
to
deliver
some
of
more
of
those
devices
that
will
generate
interest
and
then
we'll
be
able
to
yeah
generate
more
interest
off
the
back
of
that.
C
We've
had
some
good
conversations
with
consultants
in
the
uk,
as
in
medical
consultants,
rather
than
deloitte
consultants
about
the
and
so
in
in
theory,
so
kind
of
tentatively
fingers
crossed.
We
may
have
therefore,
a
source
of
quite
a
large
amount
of
demand,
which
you
know
has
always
been.
The
issue
that
we've
struggled
with
whenever
we've
tapped
into
kind
of
a
group
of
makers
is
that
it's
then
been
difficult
to
kind
of
sustain
the
demand.
C
A
You
have
that,
do
you
have
anything
documented
in
terms
of
what
you're
doing
now
that's
different
to
comply
with
these
regulatory
requirements
that
might
be
useful
elsewhere
in
our
community.
C
Yeah
we
can
we.
We
can
share
that.
As
I
say,
we
we
we've
just
been,
you
know,
making
sure
that
it
actually
works.
So
there's
some
things
around
the
prescription,
letters
from
the
medical
professional
that
has
had
to
be
tweaked,
but
I
think
we
have
the.
I
think
we
have
an
overview
document.
I
mean
we'd
love
to
present
back.
C
That
would
be
great,
I
mean
really
the
the
the
main
difference
is.
It
is
just-
and
you
know
the
thing
so
the
thing
that
that
we've
said
all
along-
and
you
know
that
I've
been
pushing
all
along-
is
that
what
we
would
like
to
do
is
take
these
parts
of
the
process
and
and
just
embed
them
into,
because
it's
relatively
minor
tweaks
to
enable
web
central
that
could
allow
you
to
and
then
you
would
be
and
then
enable
web
central
would
effectively
act
as
the
the
repository
that
would
make
it
compliant.
C
So
it
wouldn't
require
a
lot,
because
I
mean
it's
just
it's
just
labeling
devices
getting
the
prescription.
You
know
getting
a
prescription
note
from
a
medical
professional
and
making
sure
that
the
bill
of
materials
is
more
clearly
logged
and
any
design
changes
are
not
material
design
changes,
so
I
mean
avoiding
you
know
like
raised.
You
know
if
you've
agreed
on
a
design,
then
not
change
it
when
you
change
it
only
changing
it.
Aesthetically
yeah,
so
things
like
embossing
and
stuff,
like
that,
yeah.
A
C
Yeah
yeah
it'd
be
great
to
get
evidence,
see
how
it
aligns
with
evidence
yeah
so
cool
yeah.
So
that's
the
that's!
That's
where
we're
at
and
yeah,
so
quite
quite
encouraging,
but
yeah
we're
you
know,
moving
moving
it
forward,
as
as
we
can
so
yeah
great.
C
Yes,
I
mean
I
not
we
haven't
had.
I
haven't
been
able
to
go
to
the
catch-ups
that
we've
had
recently,
but
I
can
reach
out
to
them
yeah.
I.
E
C
C
I
think
I
think,
and
I
apologize
for
not
replying
sooner
I
kept
hoping
that
I
would
be
able
to
reply.
Saying
we've,
you
know:
we've
sorted
the
process,
and
now
that
means
that
we
can
go
to
deloitte
for
because
we're
now
covered
from
the
risk
perspective
and
goes
to
deloitte,
so
yeah.
I
was
kept
thinking
rather
than
giving
any
news
that
I've
been
waiting
for.
E
That's
fine!
No!
If
you're
talking
to
sheamus,
though
yeah
he
hasn't
responded
to
me.
So
perhaps
you
know.
F
I
I
had
an
email
exchange
with
him
yesterday.
Actually,
oh
okay,
I'm
not
good.
I
had
I
had
emailed
him,
I
think,
originally
in
february,
about
the
translations
for
the
specifically
content
for
the
campaign
yeah
I
followed
up
in
april
after
the
pandemic
started
and
hadn't
heard
back,
and
I
emailed
him
this
week
and
he
responded
and
said
that
you
know
things
are
different,
but
he's
interested.
F
If
we
have
priority
prioritized
things
that
we
need
to
translate,
we
can
do
that,
but
obviously
all
the
previous
stuff,
we
don't
need
translated
in
the
same
priorities.
Okay,.
E
C
C
Eu
medical
device
regulation
compliant
could
fall
under
stuff
that,
they
would
say,
is
is
within
their
within
their
gift,
so
but
they
they
do
because
they
do
have
some
funding
available
left
over
from
the
the
funding
from
the
pandemic,
but
yeah
I
mean
because
other
corporate
funding
budgets
are
pretty.
E
C
C
Not
the
yeah,
the
other,
the
other
thing
I
had
a
quick
question
on
was
with
wikifactory
stuff.
I
still
see
quite
a
lot
of
people
posting
I
could
get
the
updates
through
are.
We
is
anyone
and
I
haven't
been
on
wiki
factory
to
direct
them
to
the
hub,
but
I
just
wondered:
are
we
doing
that?
Because
I
mean
there
seems
to
be
some
quite
human
people.
A
The
very
top
post
under
recent
stories
is
enable
has
moved
to
hub.enable.org
it's
pretty
prominent,
but
I
also
noticed
that
when
you
go
to
the
wiki
factory
page
free
enable
right
up
at
the
top
of
the
page.
It
has
enable
and
there's
a
brief
description
there
saying
the
new
home
of
the
form
re-enabled,
google
plus
community.
We
should
probably
revise
that
description
at
the
top.
To
also
say
we've
moved
to
the
hub.
So
that's
the
first
thing
at
the
top
of
the
page.
They
would
see.
A
C
A
B
I
I
can't
I
just
wrote
a
note
saying:
that's
a
that
ben
would
do
it.
Oh.
A
A
E
Have
an
interesting
comment
relating
to
the
first
one
about
the
medical
compliance
documentation
on
the
on
the
zoho
desk.
In
the
last
several
days,
I
received
a
ticket
from
a
hand.
Surgeon
in
brazil
who
is
looking
for
low-cost
prosthesis
ran
across
us
said.
He
wanted
to
maybe
form
a
chapter
and
didn't
seem
to
be
aware
of
the
brazilian
medical
guidelines.
So
I
put
him
in
touch
with
everton.
A
C
C
A
Right
all
right
moving
along,
then
we
go
into
our
active
lumio
discussions
and
our
proposals,
of
which
we
have
none
this
week,
but
we
do
have
one
coming
soon.
That
ben
is
working
on
for
our
micro
grant
discussion.
A
As
far
as
recent
lumia
discussions
and
proposals,
we
covered
this
last
time,
modifying
the
lumia
voting
process
and,
of
course,
nate's
niop
phase
three
have
both
been
approved,
so
nothing
really
new
happening
on
lumio
for
this
week
to
discuss
so
on.
We
go
to
enable
enablecon
2020..
A
We
are
well
within
a
month
now
of
the
one
that
maria
is
planning
and
unfortunately
we
do
not
have
any
links
or
details
to
promote
to
the
community.
I
sent
her
an
email
this
morning
asking
her
if
she
could
provide
a
website
or
something
that
lists
the
sessions
and
how
to
register
we'll
see
how
she
responds,
I'm
not
sure
what
else
we
can
do.
We
can't
really
promote
it
until
we
have
something
to
link
people
to
any
updates
on
the
other
one.
A
D
But
niop
has
a
full
presentation
for
enable
con
it'll
fill
up
easily
an
hour
and
then
we're
going
to
just
edit
that
down
a
40
minute
presentation
for
the
co-enter
right.
So
we
should
have
that
ready
by
the
third
we're
trying
to
get
everything
ready.
So
we
have
that.
I
have
a
another
speaking
opportunity
with.
I
think
it's
the
enable
alliance,
it's
a
group
through
maria
with
the
nation
of
makers,
but
it
might
be
nation
of
makers,
okay,
stuff
about
what's
thursday
what's
friday,
but.
A
D
I
get
to
speak
for
10
minutes
on
one
of
their.
I
think
it
is
nation
of
makers
meetings
because
I
think
it's
the
wednesday
night
she
was
having
me
do
it,
but
cool
yeah.
So
I'll
do
that
and
I'll
do
a
dry
run
on
some
of
the
stuff.
From
the
a
few
of
the
slides
from
that,
I
only
get
10
minutes.
D
So
it's
not
like
the
whole
thing,
but
I'll
be
able
to
do
a
brief
overview
of
it
and
then
we're
going
to
do
a
dry
run
before
we
do
the
actual
presentation.
So
we
should
have
a
draft,
probably
within,
like
it's
probably
a
week
and
a
half
out,
because
we
still
have
a
little
more
to
add
to
it.
So
cool
we're
going
to
be
like
building
the
plane
as
it's
flying
almost.
D
F
D
F
But
yeah
it'll
be
great
to
have
it.
I
mean
even
outside
of
sharing
this
stuff
with
people
that
are
new
to
nyap.
I
think
it'll
be
really
helpful
to
sort
of
have
that
way
of
tying
everything
together
within
the
presentation
and
just
to
sort
of
follow
up
on
the
the
conference
preparation,
I
sent
an
email
out
to
john
everton
and
some
other
folks
to
see
if
we
wanted
to
sit
down
and
have
a
zoom
sharing
some
of
the
things
that
we're
going
to
cover
it
might
make
it
easier.
F
If
I
know
I
mean
obviously,
I
saw
nate's
presentation.
If
I
know
what
nate's
going
to
talk
about,
then
I
can
just
reference
it.
I
could
say
in
some
of
the
things
that
connect
to
you
know
mine's
about
the
pandemic,
so
I
can
just
tie
those
in
without
reinventing
the
wheel
and
sort
of
give
out
those
plugs.
F
D
Well
I'll
tell
you
what
I'll
we've
got
some
overhauling
to
do
on
the
presentation.
Just
we
had
a
meeting
yesterday
and
so
we
started
adding
a
bunch
of
slides
and
stuff,
so
we're
gonna
get
that
settled
in
there
and
then
I'll
send
you
guys
a
link
to
review
it.
So
you
guys
have
an
idea.
What
we're
doing
right
now
it'll
be
tough
to
tell
some
of
the
slides,
because
they're
just
pictures
laying
all
over
each
other.
So.
A
All
right
moving
along
we've
got
the
collection,
qa
and
distribution
of
devices.
We've
got
our
new
chapter
sequoia
high
school
on
board.
We've
updated
our
templates
to
direct
people
to
their
address
now
when
they
want
to
send
devices
in
we've,
got
a
good
process
documented
thanks
to
bob,
so
they
know
how
to
kind
of
do
that
qa
process
how
to
list
them
in
the
enable
web
central
inventory,
I've
asked
our
developers
to
go
ahead
and
make
that
device
inventory
publicly
accessible
so
that
we
can
then
start
to.
You
know
direct
people
straight
to
that.
A
Once
that's
done
I'll,
be
posting
that
in
the
hub,
you
know
where
we
have
the
the
main
wiki
and
the
hub.
You
know
the
getting
started
guide
and,
and
things
like
that
I'll
have
a
link
in
there
that
people
can
go
straight
to
the
device
inventory
to
kind
of
see
what's
available.
So
that's
that's
all
a
working
product,
oh
nice!
Okay,
thank
you!
So.
A
Bob
sent
a
box
of
devices
over
to
them.
I've
got
to
box
up
a
bunch
of
the
devices
I
have
here
and
we'll
send
those
so
we'll
have
a
nice
starting
inventory
to
kind
of
kick
start
this
process.
A
I
I
think
the
main
open
question
that
we
have
at
this
point
is
how
to
handle
shipping
costs.
You
know,
I
don't
know
that
it's
really
reasonable
to
expect
a
a
high
school
chapter.
That's
already
probably
stretched
for
funds
to
just
cover
all
the
costs
of
shipping
devices
all
over
the
country
and
potentially
outside
of
the
country.
A
So
I
I
think
this
kind
of
maybe
ties
into
our
discussion
about
a
streamlined
process,
for
you
know
approving
you
know,
grant
money.
This
might
be
one
of
those
cases
where
you
know
they
just
we
have
kind
of
a
standing
authorization
to
cover
shipping
costs
for
for
these
devices.
A
Maybe
the
approach
is
that,
when
it's
going
to
somebody
that
we
invite
the
recipient
to
cover
the
cost
of
shipping,
and
if
they're
not
you
know
able
to
or
not
in
a
position
to,
then
maybe
you
know,
we
find
a
way
to
cover
those
costs.
Out
of
our
funding,
that's
just
that's
one
suggestion
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
other
well.
The
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
mention
is
previously.
There
had
been
discussion
with
maria
about.
I
guess
she
has
some
kind
of
special
arrangement
with.
A
I
think
it
was
dhl
for
significantly
discounted
shipping
nate.
Were
you
ever
able
to
get
access
to
that
program?
Is
that
something
that
you've
been
able
to
test
out.
D
A
A
So
I
mean
the
ideal
scenario
here
is
that
she
has
some.
You
know,
there's
some
code
that
we
use
or
whatever
that
we
can
all
get
access
to
that.
So,
in
the
ideal
scenario,
this
sequoia
high
school
has
a
device
they
need
to
ship
out.
They
would
run
it
through
the
discounted
dhl.
You
know
program
to
see
what
the
shipping
cost
is
with
the
discount
ask
the
recipient,
if
they're
able
to
pay
that
discounted
cost.
If
not,
we
would
pay
that
discounted
cost.
I
think
that's
that's
kind
of
the
ideal
scenario.
A
Okay,
yeah,
I
don't
know
how
that
would
work.
How
would
we
tie
in
enable
web
central
to
get
the
discounted
costs.
D
A
A
D
Right
but
these
high
school
students,
don't
necessarily
have
a
case
started
yet
per
se
right.
They
would
just
be
like
a
high
school
student
just
out
on
their
own
and
their
teacher
be
like
okay.
Well
now
we
need
to
send
the
device.
So
then
the
process
would
be
go
ahead
and
log
in
like
you're
part
of
the
crew
in
ewc
and
then
just
be
part
of
the.
A
D
I
gotcha-
I
was
looking
at
this
as
a
way
to
drive
traffic
through
ewc
from
another
source.
A
A
E
B
Bob
that's
really
well
done
when
we
ship
a
device,
I
think
it
should
go
with.
Obviously,
the
appropriate
disclaimers,
as
well
as
a
feedback
form
process.
A
Yeah,
it's
you
know
it's
a
good
point,
john,
because
we've
always
struggled
to
get
any
kind
of
standardization.
When
we
have
volunteers
delivering
devices
you
know
we
could
always
ask
them
to.
Please
include
a
feedback
form
or
whatever,
but
you
know
most
of
them
aren't
going
to
do
it,
but
now
we
have
an
opportunity
to
kind
of
standardize,
because
it's
all
going
through
this
group,
so
maybe.
E
A
Well,
part
of
that
is
part
of
that
is
what
we're
doing
we're
going
to
bring
better
visibility
to
the
inventory
and
enable
web
central.
So
we'll
have
to
do
some
work
on
that,
and-
and
you
know
you
as
case
facilitator-
can
help
to
look
at
cases
and
if
you
see
one
that
might
be
a
match
for
something
in
the
inventory,
you
can
kind
of
direct
somebody
to
that.
But.
A
Probably
probably,
but
we
can
also
use
these
for
other
purposes.
You
know
these
can
go
out
to
teachers
as
demo
devices
and
things
like
that.
But
I
think
to
john's
point.
I
I
do
think
we
should
give
thought
to
standardized
packaging
that
whenever
you
send
a
device,
please
print
out
and
include
this
form
and
this
form-
and
you
know
we
should
add-
that
to
their
documentation.
B
A
We've
been
talking
about
that
for
a
long
time.
I
never
managed
to
pull
it
together,
but
we
wanted
to
put
together
kits
literally
a
box
that
we
could
send
to
schools
that
are
looking
to
start
an
enable
program
which
would
include
you
know
one
or
two
fully
assembled
enable
devices
it
would
include.
You
know,
maybe
a
flash
drive
with
the
stl
files
and
the
instructions
they
need
to
get
started.
You
know
some
of
those
printed
placemats
that
you
know
just
everything
they
need
to
get
started.
Basically,
the
enable
program
in
a
box.
I
always.
A
I'd
have
to
I'd
have
to
basically
brain
dump.
It's
only
in
my
head
right
now,
but
I
yeah
I
I
think
it
would
be
worth
you
know.
Thinking
further
about-
and
maybe
this
high
school
group
is,
is
an
opportunity
to
start
to
create
some
of
those
kits
and
send
them
out.
That
would
be
a
good
way
of
using
up
some
of
that
inventory.
A
It
would
be
great,
you
know
I
could.
I
could
provide
some
enable
assembly
kits
to
go
in
those
boxes,
so
they
can
do
their
first
assembly
project
and
yeah.
So.
F
I
think
it'd
be
awesome
and
it'd
be
it'd,
be
wonderful
if
we
can
get
a
sense
of
who
we're
we're,
sending
the
kids
to
and
and
have
that,
be
something
that
we're
sharing
in
the
hub
to
get
the
word
out.
If
we
can
send
them
to
a
couple
schools,
maybe
some
recent
posts
of
people
that
have
joined.
I
think
that
would
be
a
really
great
thing
to
to
kick
start.
This
education
initiative
that
we're
leaning
into.
A
Yeah
cool,
so
we'll
we'll
have
to
go
into
that
more
is
that
it
sounds
like
ben
you'd
be
open
to
collaborating
on
that.
Maybe.
F
Yeah,
okay,
that
sounds
good.
If
you
want
to
get
that
document
together
of
the
things
that
we
would
need,
I
can
maybe
try
to
do
some
digging
in
the
hub
and
see
who
would
be
worth
reaching
out
to
okay,
we've
had.
A
F
Handful
of
and
now
again
would
this
be
national
or
international.
C
F
I
sent
a
message
out
yesterday
to
all
the
ethiopian
hub
members
to
ask
them
about
how
they're
involved
and
what
they
have
access
to,
and
I
also
got
help
from
ahmad
to
translate
an
email
into
arabic
and
send
it
to
a
few
chapters
around
the
red
sea
to
see
what
their
availability
is
and
partnering.
With
this
ethiopian
group,
it's.
E
E
A
E
E
E
A
E
F
E
B
Think,
given
it's
a
new
idea,
but
my
suggestion
would
be
that
we
pick
a
handful
of
defunct
chapters
within
africa
is
a
big
place,
but
within
in
europe
and
the
specific
request
before
we
pilot
a
whole
program,
just
say
we
have
a
particular
case
in
need.
You
all
will
have
been
involved.
You
might
have
a
different,
just
see
what
happens.
F
I
think
that's
the
great
idea
to
start
with
europe,
I
think.
Maybe
we
can
focus
on
europe.
The
countries
are
and
use.
B
Brilliant
specific
requests,
rather
than
a
blanket
in
ethiopia,.
F
Right
so
ethiopia,
the
closest
chapters
are
connected
through
the
red
sea.
So
that's
that's
what
I
was
focusing
on
with
them,
but
I
think
for
for
europe,
we've
got
a
chance
to
get
a
sense
of
how
things
could
work
potentially
with
even
just
using
the
trains.
I
mean
people
do
ship
things.
B
A
So
moving
on
our
next
topic
is
this
simplified
process
for
funding
mini
grants,
and
I'm
not
sure
if
we
have
anything
further
to
discuss
on
that
last
week
we
we
talked
about
it
quite
a
bit
and
came
to
the
point
where
we
felt
we're
ready
to
write
up
a
discussion,
a
discussion
thread
for
lumio,
which
ben
is
working
on.
I
think
that's
our
next
step.
Does
anybody
have
anything
further
to
talk
about
other
than
what
we
already
have
in
progress
there.
F
I
think
john
sent
an
email
after
the
meeting
last
week
about
a
possibility
with.
Was
it
open
the
funding
that
we're
using
already.
B
Well,
that's
true!
It's
it's!
I
recently
became
available
that
open
collective
is.
There
is
now
an
open,
collective
foundation,
distinct
from
the
website
and
business,
which
is
basically
fiscal
sponsorship
for
hire
pretty
much
for
free.
I
think
they
make
money
from
the
transactions,
but
they
are
offering
to
act
as
fiscal
sponsors
and
do
the
tax
reporting
etc,
which
is
the
burden
that
I
didn't
want
to
take
on
for
small
transactions.
B
F
So
there
was
a
document
that
I
think
was
about
50
pages
that
went
into
the
details
I
skimmed
through
it.
I
don't
think
I
have
the
background
to
have
given
a
a
yay
or
an
a
with
any
kind
of
authority,
but
it
looks
like
they
do
have
a
five
percent
transaction
fee
for
which
is
at
a
discount
for
open
source
projects
or
communities
which
would
be
us,
and
I
guess
the
the
next
step,
maybe
would
be
john.
Do
you
want
to,
should
we
send
them
an
email?
And
just
I.
B
B
The
last
time
we
had
this
discussion,
I
said
that
we
should
do
this
without
the
umbrella
of
a
non-profit
organization,
because
the
reporting
requirements
are
are
unnecessary
for
micrograms.
I
still
think
that's
true.
I
am
calling
to
our
attention
that
a
non-profit
service
is
available,
but
I
still
don't
think
it's
actually
needed
for
micrograms
and
I
and
an
example
of
therefore
why
I
don't
want
to
go
deep
down
into
this.
B
No
because
that's
that's
intense
does
not
want.
B
B
F
B
A
F
That's
a
great
idea
and
actually
to
if
we
did
want
to
approach
open
collective
at
some
point,
heads
or
tails.
We
would
want
to
have
this
write-up
as
a
resource
for
them
to
look
at
so
for
sure
I
have
the
document
that
john
put
together
and
the
one
that
I
put
together
and
then
masby
had
put
together
this
auditing
suggestion.
I
think
in
february
that
does
tie
into
this.
F
A
My
only
suggestion
is
that
when
you
post
this
as
a
discussion
thread
on
lumio,
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
information
to
process
here,
make
sure
that
right
up
at
the
top,
we
have
a
concise
summary
that
makes
it
very
clear
what
we're
trying
to
get
at
here.
That'll
that'll
kind
of
pull
people
in
enough
to
read
the
rest.
F
B
There
you
go
listen
as
a
footnote
to
this
discussion
in
the
infamous
email
in
which
I
called
people's
attention
to
the
open
collective
foundation.
I
also
raised
the
idea
that
maybe
enable
fund
transactions
should
be
handled
by
them.
I've
thought
about
it.
I
spoke
to
our
cfo
of
rochester,
enable
limited
rochester,
enable
limited
is
not
going
to
go
under
that
umbrella
and
it
is
still
going
to
have
to
do
990s
and
reporting
and
so
on.
B
So
I
again,
I
call
it
to
your
attention
and
it's
not
a
unilateral
decision,
but
I
do
not
urge
that
we
move
the
enable
fund
under
open
collective
foundation.
I
recommend
that
we
keep
it
under
us.
A
A
Okay,
I
will
try
to
get
an
email
out
either
later
today
or
tomorrow,
with
our
action
items
and
we'll
regroup
next
week.
Oh
done,
you
got
something.
F
I'll
throw
this
out
there
really
quick
that
I
am
in
the
process
of
putting
together
the
next
newsletter.
A
lot
of
this
is
contingent
on
getting
information
for
the
enable
con
which
I've
emailed
maria
it's
you
know
par
for
the
course
I'm
still
waiting
back.
But
if
anybody
thinks
of
anything
specific
that
they
would
like
included,
send
me
an
email
and
we
can.
We
can
start
pulling
that
together.
I'm
trying
to
get
some.
A
F
Yeah
we'll
want
to
have
that
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
are
almost
done.
There's
there's
some
development
projects
that
are
almost
done.
There's
even
with
the
bmas
project
would.
A
F
Great
to
reference
that,
but
it's
it's
not
quite
at
a
point
where
we
have
anything
concrete,
so
you
know
with
the
newsletter
I'll
be
holding
my
breath
a
little
bit
dependent
on
you
know
things
to
to
share.
E
B
Ben
you
know,
the
ethiopian
appeal
is
a
good
example
of
something
that
might
be
mentioned
in
in
the
newsletter.
You
could
mention
chapters
which
are
probably
still
receiving
the
newsletter
and
that's
again.
A
A
A
F
Got
it
all
right,
so
maybe
I'll
I'll
look
at
some
of
that
stuff,
but
I
think
there's
for
further
discussion
for
us
just
trying
to
figure
out
what
that
program
would
look
like
what
are
some
of
the
the
restrictions
and
you
know
do
we
want
to
we
can.
I
can
set
up
some
kind
of
a
form
maybe
to
try
to
collect
some
of
this
but
yeah.
If
we're
successful,
then
what
so.
