Description
This is the weekly e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, May 21, 2021.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: http://bit.ly/e-NABLE-SPC-Notes
A
All
right,
so
here
we
are,
this
is
our
first
experiment
of
a
live
streaming
version
of
our
weekly,
enable
meetings,
welcome
everyone
hi
john
hi
bob.
I
think
I
don't.
I
don't
know,
let's
see
if
we
so,
if
somebody's
watching,
we
can
see
kind
of
how
many
at
any
given
time,
but
it
fluctuates-
and
I
don't
know
if
the
number
is
real
so
hello
to
whoever's,
watching
we
don't
get
to
see
who
it
is,
but
we
just
get
to
see
numbers
here.
Anyone
watching
can
comment
on
the
live
stream.
A
Page,
we'll
see
those
comments
here
we
can
bring
those
into
the
discussion,
so
we
hope
to
include
more
people
this
way.
This
is
just
a
first
run
kind
of
just
a
technology
check.
Bob
already
mentioned
that
there's
some
lag,
so
this
is
something
I've
heard
from
people
with
this
with
this
tool
we're
using.
So
let
me
guess:
you're
seeing
lag
in
your
own
video,
but
not
in
ours,
right,
correct,
yeah
and
john.
Are
you
seeing
the
same
thing
like
when
you
speak
your
own
video
lags
behind,
but
the
rest
of
us
look?
Okay,.
B
Well,
I
just
went
blank
for
a
minute,
so
it's
hard
to
say:
okay,.
C
A
The
the
audience
out
there
does
it's
it's
a
sort
of
a
flaw
in
the
the
software
that
you're
seeing
so
that's
something
I'm
looking
into.
Otherwise
the
hope
is
and
there's
a.
I
think
you
guys
each
have
a
mute
button
there
by
the
way,
if
you
need
it,
the
hope
is
that
we
can
include
more
people
from
the
community
this
way.
I
know
a
lot
of
people
are
kind
of
shy.
A
Well,
unfortunately,
I
think
I
only
see
those
as
moderator
but
as
soon
as
a
comment
comes
in
so
if
somebody
out
there
wants
to
just
post
a
test
comment,
I
see
we
have
a
couple
of
people
watching
now.
If
anyone
wants
to
post
a
comment,
I
see
those
comments
in
my
little
moderator
dashboard
here
and
then
I
can
click
to
bring
them
on
screen.
So
here
we
have
our
our
first
comment
and
I
can
add
the
broadcast
and
there
you
see
so
now,
john.
I
think
you
see
that
comment
now
right
from
tech,
maverick.
A
A
B
A
B
Alexander
and
interestingly,
we
who
are
on
camera
do
I
have
the
ability
to
comment.
I
don't
think
so.
A
Well,
I
do,
but
that's
a
good
point.
You
might
have
to
pull
up
the
hold
on.
Let
me
get
ben
in
here
with
us,
and
then
I
can
drop
this
fake
person
as
a
placeholder,
hi
ben
hey.
This
is
cool.
Well,
you
know,
there's
we're
just
talking
about
some
of
the
little
glitches
you're
gonna
see.
One
of
the
things
we
already
identified
is,
I
think,
you're
gonna
see
lag
on
your
own
video
when
you
speak,
which
can
be
a
little
bit
annoying.
A
A
Alexander
points
out
that
youtube
only
shows
one,
and
I
see
the
same
thing
now
it
fluctuates
so
I
saw
two
before
now:
there's
one:
it's
you
know
it
it.
We
always
see
this
too,
when
I,
when
I
do
this
with
3d
universe,
people
come
and
go
in
any
case
good
to
see
everyone.
So
you
know
we
don't
know
if
this
is
going
to
work
well
for
us
or
not,
today
is
really
an
experiment.
A
We're
also
experimenting
with
keeping
our
notes
in
a
little
tool
called
workflowy
that
a
number
of
us
have
been
using
quite
a
lot
and
and
it
to
me
it
just
makes
it
much
easier
to
manage
the
notes
so
ben
and
john.
Hopefully
you
guys
both
have
that
up,
and
I
also
shared
that
link
with
the
with
the
audience
in
the
posting
so
that
they
can.
They
have.
A
It's
like
an
outline,
so
you
can
put
notes
under
where
they
go
or
if
you
want
you're,
welcome
to
just
go
down
way
to
the
bottom,
where
that
blank
bullet
is
and
just
dump
notes
there,
because
later
I
can
just
drag
them
into
wherever
they
need
to
go,
and
that's
part
of
the
reason
we're
using
this
tool.
So
do
whatever
you
like
for
capturing
notes
and
ben.
You
had
a
question.
A
So
the
there
is
no
chat
that
I'm
aware
of
in
this
tool
so
we're
using
workflowy
for
the
notes,
capturing
and
that's
the
I
think
you
have
that
link.
I
can
give
it
to
you
if
not
and
then
we're
the
audience
who's
watching
on
youtube
live.
They
can
post
comments
there
and
I'll
see
those
on
my
dashboard
and
can
bring
those
on
the
screen
for
discussion.
A
If
you
want
to
see
it
live
yeah
but
yeah,
I
will
see
the
comments
live
as
they
come
in
and
then
I
just
showed
this
a
moment
ago,
but
I'll
show
I'll
show
again.
You
know
I
can
bring
it
on
screen
like
this
and
you
know,
then
we
can
all
see
a
comment
and
we
can
talk
about
it
and
etc.
C
Great
so
the
notes
document
I
don't
have
and
it
doesn't
look
like
it's
in
the
invite.
A
Interesting,
okay,
maybe
I
messed
up
there.
So
let
me
get
you
that
link
and.
A
Well,
I'm
going
to
add
it
to
the
to
the
as
because
I
can
add
comments.
So
I'm
adding
it
now
as
a
youtube
comment,
and
I
can
now
bring
that
on
screen.
But
what
I
don't
know
is:
if
you
can,
I
don't
know,
can
you
click
on
that?
C
D
A
So
everyone
is
welcome
to
follow
along
on
the
notes
which,
by
the
way,
as
as
people
are
kind
of
pulling
that
up
and
testing
it
and
checking
it
out.
I
want
to
thank
bob
for
helping
me
yesterday
to
kind
of
go
through
and
our
you.
C
A
Our
notes
have
been
just
kind
of
collecting
you
know
over
time
and
there's
so
many
topics
that
we
haven't
finished
and
you'll
see
that
a
lot
of
those
topics
are
not
on
the
notes
right
now
and
we
are
not
dropping
those
topics.
I
will
be
going
back
to
our
previous
notes
document
and
bringing
those
back
in
it
was
just
too
much
we
never
get
through
it
in
a
session.
A
Let's
see,
we
have
another
comment
from
alexander
here.
For
afterwards,
I've
understood
from
others
that
there
have
been
some
tries
to
get
metrics
for
the
prosthetic
users.
Is
there
such
a
thing?
What's
the
level?
So
let
me
go
ahead
and
bring
this
on
screen
so
that
you
can
all
see
this.
I
don't
know
where
to
put
this.
A
C
A
A
A
Okay
and
and
okay,
so
alexander,
is
clarifying
metrics
from
the
users.
Okay,
so
he's
understood
from
others
that
have
been
surprised
to
get
metrics
for
the
prosthetic
users.
Is
there
such
a
thing
and
what's
the
level
will
it
be?
Will
it
be
a
thing
okay?
So
anyone
want
to
comment
on
this
metrics
for
the
prosthetic
or
from
the
prosthetic
users,
follow-up
feedback.
A
Well,
I
assume
so
alexander
maybe
comment
if
this
is
what
you
mean
are
we
talking
about?
You
know
getting
feedback
about
how
the
device
is
working
and
how
often
are
you
using
it
and
did
it
you
know,
did
it
break
or
did
it
malfunction?
I
mean.
Are
these
the
kinds
of
metrics
you're
talking
about
from
the
users.
C
D
Be
it
well,
let
me
you
know,
let
me
just
answer
while
waiting
for
alexander,
if
that
is
indeed
what
alexander
is
referencing,
the
answer
is
yes,
we
have
been
trying
to
get
more
feedback
from
from
the
users.
Ben
ben
has
been
very
involved
in
that
we've
we've
done
surveys.
We
have
some
of
our
other
volunteers
working
on
that,
so
the
answer
is
yes,
it's
definitely
a
need.
A
About
this,
I'm
sorry
I'm
just
going
to
jump
in
real
quick,
because
we
can
do
this
in
the
background
ben
I'm
still
showing
you
with
a
status
of
invited.
So
what
it
probably
is,
is
you
have
an
email
with
a
link
you
need
to
click
and
then
you'll
be
able.
C
Just
add
on
to
what
bob
was
saying,
because
enable
is
a
decentralized
distributed,
organized
non-organization,
each
chapter
sort
of
does
things
differently.
So
we've
got
chapters
in
france
that
are
part
of
the
community
and
they
have
a
way
of
doing
things
and
working
on
collecting
feedback
from
recipient
volunteers
and
that's
different
than
how
they
do
it
in
turkey
or
how
they
do
it
in
syria
and
we're
looking
at
ways
to
share
some
tools
and
resources
between
some
of
these
chapter
hubs.
To
make
it
a
little
bit
easier.
C
And
I
think
we've
done
some
sort
of
community
brainstorming
and
we
found
that
getting
that
feedback,
that
regular
feedback
from
recipient
volunteers
and
getting
their
participation
is
something
that
a
lot
of
chapters
have
a
hard
time
with
and
there's
different
reasons
for
that
in
different
regions
and
the
people
that
are
going
to
be
able
to
find
those
solutions.
The
best
are
going
to
be
probably
those
regional
chapters
and
hubs
working
directly
with
the
recipient
volunteers
and
building
more
of
a
regular
relationship
which
hasn't
been
so
standard
practice,
but
something
that
we're
looking
to.
A
A
Okay,
so
you
know
we,
so
I'm
I'm
just
kind
of
again,
I'm
figuring
this
out
as
we
go,
I'm
seeing
all
the
comments
as
they
come
in
now.
There
is
a
link
I
can
share,
there's
a
way
of
sharing
just
the
comments
for
a
live
stream.
So
maybe
you
know
I
could
give
you
guys
that
link
and
you
could
then
be
watching
the
comments
without
watching
the
video
which
can
be
distracting.
A
I'd
have
to
find
that
link
and
give
it
to
you
guys.
Maybe
I
I
guess
I
won't
take
the
time
to
do
that
now,
but
maybe
for
next
time,
because
I
see
the
comments
as
I
come
in,
but
what
I'm
seeing
is.
I
can
bring
one
on
screen,
but
as
soon
as
I
bring
one
on
screen,
it
replaces
whatever
I
had
there
before
only
one
on
screen
at
a
time.
So
you
know
when
you
have
kind
of
a
stream
of
comments.
It's
not
ideal,
for
you
know
sharing
it.
A
You
know
on
the
screen,
but
but
it
works
for.
A
There
is,
I
know
when
I
so,
and
maybe
I
can,
I
can
find
it
quickly
or
I
just
have
to
get
my
way
to
the
youtube.
If
I
go
to
the
youtube
page
and
sign
in
well,
I'm
already
signed
in
I
just
have
to
get
to
the
live
page
hold
on,
I'm
getting
some
lag,
and
I
think
it's
just
because
of
the
fact
that
I'm
you
know
hosting
all
of
this.
C
C
A
What
seems
right,
I
think
it's
just
a
flaw
in
their
software.
What
seems
to
happen
is
they're.
Sending
your
video
like
to
you,
know
the
cloud
or
to
me
and
then
back
down
to
you
for
your
preview,
which
just
doesn't
make
any
sense.
You
know
you
should
see
a
local
preview
anyway,
I'll
I'll
deal
with
the
tech
support
team
on
that.
C
I
think
there
is,
I
mean
again,
this
doesn't
seem
ideal,
but
there
is
the
little
thumbnail
at
the
bottom.
So
there's
the
right
now
I
see
four
squares
and
that's
you
know
the
brady
bunch
of
us
and
then
below
that
there's
a
little
thumbnail
of
me,
and
that
is
right
online.
With
what
I'm
saying
I
see
audio
yeah.
A
That's
what
they
should
be
showing
you
in
the
big
preview.
I
don't
know
why
they
don't
yeah
okay,
so
here
we
go.
So
if
I
go
to
youtube
studio
here
on
the
enable
account
I'm
just
going
to
get
this
link
now
again,
it's
weird
because
we
do
it
really
would
be
nice
if
we
had
a
chat,
we
lost
john,
hopefully
he'll,
be
back
because.
C
A
Share
this
link
with
you
guys
now
I
mean
I
guess
I
could
just
send
you
an
email,
real,
quick,
but
that's
I'm
gonna
have
to
look
into.
Maybe
there's
something
I'm
missing.
It
is
odd
that
we
don't
have
a
way
of
of
chatting
text.
A
C
So,
while
you're
you're
setting
that
stuff,
like
he's
talking
about
statistics,
prosthetic
retention,
most
reported
issues,
most
used
models,
most
use
modifications
and
so
on.
So
again
those
are
really
great
details.
There's
a
lot
of
insight
that
can
recipient
volunteer
experience
and
having
their
participation
on
a
more
regular
basis
about
what
modifications
would
be
helpful
and
having
chapters
share
some
of
their
recipient
experience.
C
Data
together
will
be
a
really
wonderful
resource.
That's
something
that
that
there
has
been
a
group
working
on
that
we're
planning
to
meet
next
month
to
see
if
there's
a
potential
system
that
could
be
piloted
if
a
couple
chapters
in
different
regions
could
be
using
the
same
system,
if
that
makes
it
easier
to
share
some
of
this
information,
the
privacy
is
is
an
interesting
challenge.
C
You
know
each
region
has
different
privacy
restrictions
on
how
that
works.
Some
of
the
chapters
in
the
enable
community
have
been
addressing
some
of
this
like
in
brazil.
They
have
a
really
advanced
relationship
with
the
health
care
system.
That's
not
the
case
everywhere,
but
those
are
great
things
that
you're
thinking
of
the
chapter
couldn't
hang
after
a
couple
months.
C
So
standard
questionnaire,
we
did
think
about
having
sort
of
an
audit,
but
again
remember
that
this
is
through
to
respond
to
your
question.
I
keep
on
coming
back
to
this
decentralized
distributed
nature
of
enable.
So
who
gives
these
odds
these
questionnaires?
It's
it's
usually
the
chapters
there
could
be
some
volunteers
that
are
working.
Sorry.
A
C
So
anyways,
that's
because
we're
distributed
and
decentralized
each
chapter
really
is
the
the
one
right
now
that's
building
the
relationship.
A
lot
of
the
recipient
volunteers
are
working
through
chapters,
not
all
of
them,
but
the
violence
or
the
chapters
working
directly
with
recipient
volunteers
are
the
ones
that
are
going
to
be
giving
these
questionnaires
great
idea
and
we'll
have
to
come
up
with
some
tools
and
share
them
and
see
what
it
takes.
A
Excellent
okay!
Well,
I
was
looking
here
folks
and
I'm
not
easily,
I'm
not
finding
the
link.
I
know
it's
in
there
somewhere
I'll
find
it
for
next
time.
There
is
a
way
for
me
to
share
a
link
just
to
the
comment
stream,
so
the
other
people
in
the
meeting
here,
you
could
have
that
up,
maybe
in
a
browser
tab
where
you'll
be
seeing
all
the
comments
as
they
come
in
as
I
am,
and
and
don't
have
to
be
distracted
by
seeing
the
youtube
video.
A
At
the
same
time,
let's
see-
and
I'm
just
reviewing
a
few
extra
comments
here-
yoav
is
confirming
that
this
is
working
well
on
mobile.
He
can
see
things
he
can
comment.
A
C
Yeah
and
that's
something
those
practices
collecting
that
stuff
together
will
make
a
really
big
difference
ahead.
You
know
to
help
chapters
that
and
volunteers
that
aren't
doing
that.
Yet.
A
Yeah
yeah
yeah
privacy
shouldn't
be
an
issue.
I
agree
with
alexander
as
long
as
we're
smart
about
how
we
do
these
surveys.
There's
no
need
to
collect
personal
information
and
and
he's
saying
yep,
that's
what
he
was
talking
about
you
off
so
okay,
great.
B
I
was
just
gonna
add
that,
with
regard
to
questionnaires
and
follow-up
and
so
on,
we
are
trying
to
break
out
of
the
mold.
Where
volunteers
suggest
things
and
we
say
yeah.
We
should
do
that.
A
Now
hold
on
sorry
because
I
just
switched
the
view,
and
I
think
I
I
need
to
make
a
change
here,
because
I
cut
your
audio
for
a
minute
there,
john.
So
let
me
get
you
on
screen
and
I
want
to
see
if
I
can
do
this.
If
I
get
ben
on
screen
and
bob
on
screen,
can
we
do
a
there?
We
go
okay.
So
if
we
wanted.
A
I
know
there's
a
way
I'm
gonna
have
to
look
into
that,
but
I
can
set
up
screen
sharing
from
here.
It's
the
the
tool
that
I'm
using.
I
can
like
set
up
all
these
different
views
in
advance,
so
I
wouldn't
have
to
be
playing
around
like
this
in
real
time,
but
where
is
it
there?
I
can
adjust
the
size
of
this
a
little
bit.
If
I
want
to.
C
D
A
All
the
comments
are
there.
You
know
anybody
who
participates
in
comments
they're
they're
in
the
record.
You
know
so
I
think
that'll
be
sufficient.
Otherwise,
like
I
said
cap
for
those
capturing
notes,
hopefully
you
have
ben
and
john
have
added
access
now,
just
dump
notes
anywhere.
You
want,
if
you
want
to
put
them
in
place
great.
If
you
want
to
stop
them
at
the
bottom,
I
can
sort
things
later
all
right.
So
anyway,.
C
A
A
I
don't
think
we
have
much
to
review
in
the
way
of
action
items,
but
I
am
working
on
a
tutorial
for
the
virtual
sizing
process
and
fusion
360.
We
did
a
sort
of
a
webinar
on
this
a
while
back
for
the
community,
and
there
has
been
some
feedback
alexander
in
particular,
had
some
ideas.
I
will
say
alexander
that
one
of
the
things
that
you
had
talked
about
of
using
the
what
was
it
called
the
the
section
views
sounded
like
a
great
idea
and
I
went
and
tried
it.
A
But
as
soon
as
I
turn
on
the
section
view,
it
hides
the
canvas
which
we
need
in
order
to
see
the
the
the
image
that
we're
fitting
to
so
maybe
you
and
I
can
follow
up
on
that.
But
assuming
there
isn't
any
other
feedback,
that's
going
to
change
the
process
itself,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
just
basically
redo.
Just
do
a
new
video
based
on
pretty
much
what
I
showed
last
time
and
we'll
get
that
out
there
for
the
community
as
a
as
a
an
alternative
way
of
doing
a
virtual
fitting.
A
So
you
can
use
blender,
you
can
use
fusion.
You
know
you
can
use
the
more
traditional
kind
of
measuring
and
scaling
approach,
so
there's
sort
of
several
methods,
depending
on
this
situation,
what
you're
comfortable
with
so
that's
a
work
in
progress.
I
don't
have
that
video
done
and
I
would
like
to
follow
up
with
alexander
so
now
I
don't
have
that.
I
need
to
look
at
the
comments,
because
I'm
not
watching
that
now
assume.
This
is
not
the
only
topic
that
needs
a
leader.
A
Is
there
a
public
list
of
those
topics
so
that
people
can
start
assuming
them?
So
great
great
point,
alexander
is
their
list
of
volunteering
needs
is,
is
what
you
know
he's
asking
about,
and
and
that's
something
that
we've
we've
certainly
talked
about
in
the
past.
We
have
one:
it's
not
well
maintained,
we've
been
talking
about
getting
that
updated
and
how
to
how
to
better
communicate
that
to
the
community.
I
think
these
meetings
present
a
good
opportunity.
A
C
A
Perfect,
perfect,
okay,
so
we
will
work
on
that.
Thank
you,
alexander.
Let
me
just
catch
up
on
the
comments
here.
Real
quick
depends
on
the
settings
with
the
canvas
but
yeah
we
can
have
a
private
chat.
Great,
thank
you
alexander.
So
we'll
follow
him
and
then
you
know
we'll
work
on
getting
that
video
finished.
Let's
see
john
figure,
how
to
embed
lumio
summary.
So
we
talked
about
you
know.
We
have
all
these
lumio
proposals
that
the
community
votes
on.
A
B
Tech
support
told
me
that
if
we
made
our
lumio
group
public,
it
would
be
something
we
could
indeed
put
onto
the
hub.
However,
as
far
as
I
can
tell,
our
lumio
group
is
public,
so
I've
gone
back
to
them.
I
also
did
find
that
it
took
me
about
five
minutes
of
browser
geekery
to
extract
the
current
polls.
Summary
all
77
of
them
into
clean
html,
which
we
could
paste
into
a
page
on
the
hub
so
which
of
those
solutions
we
adopt
will
probably
be
reported
at
our
next
spc
meeting.
C
You
know
maybe
just
add
on
to
the
difference
between
those
two
is
that
one
is
dynamic.
The
first
one,
and
one
is
not
the
second
one.
So
a
dynamic
solution
is
is
much
more
ideal
and
I
did
update
the
svc
archive
in
the
hub.
So
all
the
links
and
the
notes
are
updated
and
correct,
but
again
like
the
second
option
from
before
it's
not
dynamic.
So
one
thing
we
might
want
to
consider
just
like
with
embedding
illumio
page,
is
embedding
the
youtube
playlist,
which
is
possible.
C
A
Well
and
again,
that
would
be
a
dynamic
solution.
Yeah,
that's
a
really
good
idea,
a
lot
less
upkeep
by
speaking
of
you
know
we're
gonna.
We
might
not,
even
I
have
to
say
we
may
or
may
not
even
get
into
our
main
topics
today,
because
again,
this
is
our
first
test,
we're
kind
of
figuring
things
out
as
we
go
here,
but
one
of
the
topics
we
will
be
talking
about
kind
of
revolves
around.
A
You
know
the
complexity
of
our
ecosystem
and
the
way
we're
presenting
information
to
our
community
and
simplifying
things,
and
how
do
we
communicate
the
essential
stuff
to
our
community
and
here's?
A
perfect
example
of
that
comment.
I'm
gonna
bring
on
screen
from
alexander
what
is
lumio.
Clearly
we
are
not
doing
a
good
enough
job.
You
know
of
this,
so
here's
a
perfect
example.
You
know
we
we
need
to
do
a
better
job
of
letting
our
community
know.
What
do
we
mean
when
we
talk
about
lumio?
So
john,
you
want
to
tell
us
what
lumio
is.
B
B
Well,
that's
if
you
can
find
the
shortcut
while
I'm
babbling,
that
would.
B
B
System
with
a
particular
process
which
pushes
groups
towards
consensus,
it
has
worked
well
for
us.
There
are
a
few
hundred
people
who've
registered
with
the
system
to
vote.
Anyone
can
and
everyone
should
explore
it
and
consider
participating.
B
The
rules
are
basically
that
if
a
resolution
sorry
I'll
go
and
there's
an
organized
process
for
it,
which
will
all
be
better
documented
but
is
documented
when
you
join
the
lumio
group
and
can
be
read
about
in
the
hub.
I
think
what
we're
learning
is
that,
when
we're
doing
these
live
streams,
we
can't
assume
that
people
have
already
done
their,
and
so
we
should
try
to
make
the
habit
of
introducing
something
like
lumio
as
our
participatory
voting
system
and
so
maybe
to.
C
Summarize
yeah,
if
you
look
in
the
notes,
I
added
enablio
is
part
of
our
community
funding
platform.
And
if
you
click
on
the
link,
it
opens
up
a
diagram
that
john
made,
which
shows
the
relationship
between
the
lumio
platform
and
wishbone
and
the
sbc
discretionary
fund
and
how
they
are
different
and
how
they're,
similar
and.
C
Part
of
the
it's
in
the
notes,
you'll
see
oh
okay
right
underneath
I
asked
about
lumio.
Now
we've
got
a
way,
so
we
can
sort
of
use
this
as
a
chat.
So
if
you
open
that
up,
jeremy
we
can
show
alexander
and
for
the
video
folks.
C
C
C
C
B
Well,
just
fine,
but
I
gotta
say
for
a
newcomer:
it's
still
a
lot
of
confusing
information
and
a
lot
of
links.
I'm
thinking
this
is
all
very,
very
helpful.
What
we're
doing
right
now,
even
though
it's
fairly
chaotic,
it's
giving
us
some
insight
into
why
people
are
confused
about
enable
because
there's
a
lot
going
on
here
and
no
one.
A
B
A
A
Now
so
a
comment
from
another
comment
from
alexander
was
asking
whether
anybody
can
oops,
I
didn't
mean
to
click
on
the
privacy
policy.
I
wanted
to
pull
up
the
mini
grant
page
here
so
on
the
hub,
just
in
the
main
forum,
if
you
go
to
the
wiki
there's
a
section
here
for
the
enable
mini
grant
program
and
that
details
the
program
that
we're
talking
about
in
terms
of
who
can
you
know,
write
up
a
proposal.
A
Yes,
anybody
anybody
can
write
up
a
proposal,
and
this
is
just
a
note
about
funding,
but
down
here
it
explains
the
program
you
create
a
free
account
on
lumio
join
the
annoblio,
the
enablio
group.
You
create
a
new
thread
describing
your
proposal,
give
it
at
least
seven
days
to
run
as
a
discussion,
and
then
we
turn
it
into
a
vote.
A
But
you
know
and
there's
contents
down
here,
so
it
describes
exactly
what
should
be
in
your
proposal,
what
you're
describing
what
kind
of
work
you're
looking
to
do,
what
the
expected
outcome
is,
how
much
work
is
involved,
etc.
All
these
things,
how
much
money,
of
course,
you're
looking
for
if
there's
funding
involved,
which
usually
there
is
and
there's
another
additional
details
down
here,
so
there's
a
lot.
C
A
Information
there's
details
about
how
these
the
voting
works
and
what
constitutes
approval
and
there's
even
a
template
that
you
can
copy
and
paste
into
into.
You
know,
lumio
to
create
a
new
proposal
and
just
fill
in
your
your
details.
So
all
that
content
is
here
in
the
main
forum
wiki
under
the
mini
grant
program,
the
enable
mini
grant
program
and
everything
can.
C
You
add
that
lincoln
I
I
added
a
sub
bullet.
Oh.
A
Okay,
the
enable
funds
come
from
donations
right.
Yes,
they
come
from
a
wide
variety
of
different
sources.
We
get
some
larger
donations
from,
for
example,
corporate
donations
and
sponsorships.
We
get
smaller
donations
from
just
people
that
decide
they
want
to
support
what
we
do
and
send
a
small
check.
John,
I
don't
know,
am
I
missing
anything.
I
mean
we
get
a
bunch
of
different
kinds
right.
B
B
A
Well
so
let's
get
another
link
up
here
we
set
up
on
we're.
A
C
So
there
is
a
centralized
small
piggy
bank
basically,
but
keep
in
mind
that
each
chapter
is
financially
independent,
so
chapters
get
their
own
donations,
have
their
own
partnerships
and
have
independence
with
how
they
spend
their
funds
and
and
what
their
priorities
are.
This
is
sort
of
a
small,
centralized
piggy
bank
that
looks
at
what
are
common
things
that
can
be
supported.
C
A
And
you
can
always
see
our
current
balance
right
now.
We
have
a
little
over
thirty
thousand
dollars
in
the
enable
fund
and
that's
what's
available
currently
to
anyone
in
our
community
who
wants
to
propose
some
initiative,
some
projects,
some
investment-
that
would
the
goal
with
this
fund
ideally
has
always
been
to
fund
those
projects
that
will
ideally
benefit
the
entire
community
or
a
large
portion
of
the
community.
Not
just
you
know,
help
out
one
individual
volunteer
or
one
chapter
or
one
person.
A
We
want
to
ideally
support
those
initiatives
that
are
going
to
result
in
maybe
deliverables
or
you
know
whatever
the
case
might
be
something
that
will
benefit
the
broader
community.
That's
not
always
the
case,
but
that's
the
ideal
goal
behind
the
the
things
that
we
support
with
this
fund.
C
A
C
A
A
Let
it
get
discussed,
let
it
get
voted
on
if
it
gets
approved,
then
you
get
the
funding.
It's
it's.
It's
really
not
hard
and
we've
had
many
many
proposals,
almost
all
of
which
have
been
approved.
If
it's
under
a
thousand
dollars,
then
you
can
actually
just
you
can
pitch
that
directly.
If
this
is
just
a
volunteer,
looking
for
you
know
or
a
chapter,
that's
just
you
know
looking
for
something.
You
know
some
small
funding.
A
You
can
pitch
that
directly
to
us
here
in
these
spc
meetings
and
we're
going
to
talk
about
whether
or
not
we
keep
calling
them
that,
but
that's
a
separate
topic,
but
you
can
pitch
that
to
the
spc.
We
can
kind
of
have
a
discussion
here
and
decide,
because
this
is
again
something
that
the
community
voted
on
and
they
approved
giving
this
group
the
authority
to
approve
funding
up
to
a
thousand
dollars
by
simple
discussion.
A
So
you
say
this
is
what
we
want
to
do,
and
this
is
how
much
I
need-
and
we
talk
about
it
here.
You
present
it
to
us
in
one
of
these
meetings.
You
join
us
again
as
we
then
take
a
vote,
and
you
know
then,
we've
already
approved
one
initiative.
This
way
that
somebody
is
now
working
on
and
then
the
third
way
is
something
that
ben
will
now
explain.
C
Yeah,
so
the
third
way
is
really
focused
on
chapter
support:
jeremy.
If
you
wanted
to
open
up
the
wishbone
space,
I
just
basically
wanted
to
give
a
quick
shout
out
that
there's
four
chapters,
if
you're
a
chapter
leader
and
you
watch
this
video
and
you
think,
hey-
I
could
use
a
printer.
We've
got
two
printers
that
are
available
for
free.
If
somebody
wants
to
request
one,
they
have
to
be
a
chapter
leader
again.
The
wishbone
project
is
specifically
for
chapters
so
under
equipment
and
materials.
C
You
open
it
up.
There's
some
information
about
two
printers
that
are
available
that
were
posted
by
jeremy,
and
you
can
see
how
the
process
works.
Anybody
in
the
community
can
share
and
post
equipment,
and
it's
basically
a
donation
of
materials
or
chapters,
there's
also
an
aspect
of
this
project.
That
chapters
can
request
funds
of
up
to
a
thousand
dollars.
C
A
And
here's
an
interesting
comment
from
you
of
they
rely
on
local
sourcing
of
donations
and
grants,
and
I
think
this
is
a
common.
You
know
thing
for
chapters,
especially
the
larger,
more
established
ones.
Last
year
they
got
75
000
from
israel
innovation
authority
for
for
productizing
one
of
their
inventions.
That's
wonderful!
Congratulations!
By
the
way.
A
So
yeah-
and
that's
that's
also
part
of
it.
You
know
it
varies
from
one
region
to
another.
Different
governments
have
different
ways
of
being
involved.
We
see
a
lot
of
involvement
in
south
america
and
mexico
and
john
go
ahead.
I'm.
B
Sorry
I
didn't
interrupt.
I
I
wanted
to.
B
A
No
problem
yeah,
like
I
said,
we're,
probably
not
going
to
make
a
whole
lot
of
progress
on
our
actual
topics
today,
because
we
never
made
it
further
than
our
action
items
but
we'll
let's,
let's
make
a
little
bit
more
progress
here.
I
don't
think
we
have
anybody
new
to
introduce.
Today
I
mean
I
guess
this
being
our
first
one.
I
I
assume
that
people
kind
of
know
who
we
are,
but
maybe
I
should
have
done
that
back
at
the
beginning.
A
We
can
just
do
a
quick
introduction
for
the
people
that
are
on
the
call
here,
at
least
for
this.
We
won't
do
this
every
time,
but
I'm
jeremy
and
long
enable
volunteer,
you've,
probably
seen
me
around
at
some
point.
I
help
out
with
a
lot
of
things
kind
of
behind
the
scenes,
the
help
desk
the
the
development
of
enable
web
central,
the
hub-
and
you
know
just
a
variety
of
projects.
I
do
a
lot
of
kind
of
project
management,
stuff,
and
things
like
that.
So
I
operate
a
lot
behind
the
scenes.
A
Just
try
to
support
the
community
as
much
as
I
can.
I
operate
my
own
company.
My
business
is
3d
universe,
we
sell
3d
printers
and
materials
and
all
that
stuff,
and
we
do
have
some
programs
for
enable
specifically
discount
programs.
We
make
the
enable
kits
that
a
lot
of
our
volunteers
use
and
things
like
that.
So
just
I'm
here
to
help
if
anyone
needs
3d
printing
advice,
that's
kind
of
my
specialty
and
I'll
pass
it
to.
Let's
go
to
john
next.
B
I'm
john
schull
co-founder
of
enable-
and
I
often
give
talks
about
enable-
and
I
will
say
now
that
I
gave
a
talk
recently
called
how
enable
works,
and
I'm
going
to
suggest
that
one
of
our
next
new
member
workshops
should
be
an
organized
systematic
presentation
of
all
the
things
we've
been
scrambling
through
today
and
that
once
we
have
that
it
can
be
recorded.
B
A
So,
like
I
said
we're
not
going
to
get
through
most
of
our
topics
today
I
have
for
those
of
you
looking
at
the
notes.
You'll
see
that
bob
and
I
kind
of
boiled
down
some
of
the
main
topics
from
isabella's
presentation,
and
I
think
this
is
going
to
give
us
great
material
to
talk
about
as
a
community,
hopefully
with
the
interaction
of
many
of
you
through
the
comments
over
the
the
weeks
to
come.
A
Maybe
we
can
talk
about
this
one
topic
today.
What
do
we
call
these
meetings?
Because
bob-
and
I
agree
on
this-
neither
one
of
us
likes
the
name
strategic
planning
committee.
This
is
something
that
came
from
this
comes
from
years
ago.
I
mean
we've
been
doing
these
for
years
it
just
to
me
it
doesn't
feel
right
for
what
we
do
and
what
we're
about-
and
I
see
john
nodding-
I
don't
think
he
disagrees.
A
Planning
per
se
we're
not
certainly
not
about
setting
rules,
we're
certainly
not
about
dictating.
You
know
we're
about
opening
up
dialogue,
we're
about
having
discussion
about.
You
know
some
of
the
challenges
that
the
community
faces
and
the
at
least
that
we're
aware
of
we're
about
discussing
those
and
hopefully
making
some
recommendations
to
the
community
through
those
discussions
which
our
volunteers
and
chapters
are
welcome,
to
use
or
not
use,
you
know
as
they
see
fit.
We
also
hope
to
collect
information.
We
hope
to
better
understand.
A
What's
going
on
out
there,
there's
wonderful
work
being
done
by
our
chapters
and
volunteers,
a
lot
of
which
we're
not
aware
of
you
know
here
in
especially
those
of
us
sitting
here
in
the
us,
and
we
want
to
get
better
visibility.
We
want
to
understand
what
great
work
is
being
done
out
there
and
then,
through
these
meetings,
help
to
share
that
with
the
rest
of
you.
A
So
again,
strategic
planning
just
doesn't
seem
to
fit.
Now
I
don't
know
what
the
right
name
is,
but
we
hope
to
come
up
with
some
name
for
these
weekly
meetings,
that
kind
of
gets
at
what
we
hope
to
be.
The
more
inclusive
you
know,
nature
and
and
dialogue
kind
of
oriented
nature
of
what
these
meetings
really
about.
So
anybody
have
any
thoughts
about
that
either.
Those.
C
A
D
D
D
D
We
we
communicate.
We
try
to
bring
together.
D
A
That's
all
very
helpful
and
it
ties
in
with
a
comment
I'm
seeing
several
comments
coming
in
here,
one
of
which
is
alexander
asking
john
to
clarify
the
background
here
is
what
is
enable?
Is
it
a
cooperative
or
an
ong
set
up
very
similarly
to
one-
and
this
is,
I
think,
getting
to
the
heart
of
the
matter?
There's
a
lot
of
confusion
because
of
the
fact
that
enable
what
we're
calling
enable
as
a
whole,
the
whole
thing
volunteers,
chapters
the
whole
happening
does
not
exist
as
any
kind
of
a
legal
entity.
There
is
no
enable
inc.
A
B
A
Through
these,
these
meetings
to
open
up
the
dialogue
and
come
up
with
the
ideas
and
maybe
propose
a
policy
and
in
most
cases
whenever
it
makes
sense,
you
know
we
will
take
that
to
lumio
and
we'll
ask
the
community
to
vote
so
we're
trying
to
sort
of
just
kind
of
get
the
ball
rolling
here
and
kind
of
put
something
forward.
Ideally,
the
community
then
votes
yeah.
A
We
like
that,
let's
do
it
or
no,
we
don't
like
it
and
then
we
you
know
we
go
based
on
that
decision
that
that's
kind
of
the
the
ideal
model.
I
think
that
we
we
strive
to
follow.
C
A
good
moment
that
I
was
gonna
say:
I
know
that
we're
sort
of
running
thin
on
time.
I
think
it's
a
great
idea
to
have
the
new
member
focus
follow-up
meeting,
be
something
that
john
has
sounds
like
he's
enlisted
himself
to
give
a
presentation
about
the
enabled
community
that
would
be
next
friday
at
1
pm
this
friday
at
1
pm
is
the
new
member
meetup,
which
is
more
informal,
so
that's
basically
in
an
hour.
C
Also,
we
started
to
do
a
little
walk
around
introduction
bob
you
mentioned
that
your
background
is
in
no
problem
that
your
background
is
in
the
corporate
world.
Maybe
you
could
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
you
and
your
experience
and
what
you
do
here.
D
What
do
I
do
here?
Okay,
I'm
a
I'm
a
volunteer
here,
for
perhaps
I
think
three
years
now,
I'm
a
maker,
I
I
I
individually
print
and
fabricate
and
donate
prostheses,
and
I
become
involved
like
jeremy,
in
a
lot
of
the
back
room
activities
it.
You
know
that
I
handle
the
help
desk
badging
case
facilitation
on
ewc
chapter
coordination,
so
my
name
is
splattered
across
a
bunch
of
different
little
things
that
people
may
have
seen,
and
this
is
who
I
am.
A
D
D
A
Is
yeah
wording
gets
tricky,
especially,
and
we
won't
get
into
this
today,
but
this
is
an
international
community
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
discussion
about
this
lately
that
if
we
want
to
be
more
inclusive,
we
got
to
think
about
not
only
our
wording
in
english,
but
how
things
translate
in
other
languages
and
there's
been
a
lot
of
discussion
about
that
so
anyway.
Let's
finish
up
on
the
introduction,
so
ben.
C
My
name's
ben
I'm
involved
with
the
media
coordination
project.
The
recent
projects
I've
been
working
on
are
connected
to
newsletters
and
some
infrastructure
projects
like
the
the
badging
updates
that
we
added
there's
some
I
mean
the
gist
of
it
is
basically
there's
there's
all
these
different
activities
that
are
going
on
trying
to
track
down
some
stories
to
pull
together
some
collaborations
between
chapters
between
volunteers.
C
And
there's
a
space
in
the
hub
sort
of
dedicated
to
it.
I've
been
involved
the
last
couple
years
with
with
enable
it
started
out
with
a
newsletter,
and
then
I
sort
of
got
sucked
into
some
of
this
other
stuff,
which
is
really
interesting.
So
it's
the
media
that
that
different
chapters
produce
is
related
directly
to
fundraising
is
related
directly
to
creating
resources.
You
know
potentially,
for
education
or
for
new
chapters.
C
A
And
another
comment
from
that
came
in
is
asking
about
recurrent
topics.
So
what
are
the
recurrent
topics
going
to
be
in
these
meetings?
And
the
best
answer
I
can
give
you
is,
I
don't
know
I
can
only
give
you
examples
of
the
kinds
of
things
that
we've
typically
covered
and
that's
not
necessarily
reflected
in
the
current
notes
that
you're
looking
at
but
because,
like
I
said,
we're
going
to
be
focusing
for
the
near
future
on
some
of
these
higher
level
topics
that
isabella
raised
recently.
A
But
we
do
talk
about
things
like
we'll
share,
updates
on
our
infrastructure
and
the
tools
that
we're
developing
for
the
community-
and
you
know,
share
those
with
you
and
and
show
you
what's
available
and,
what's
you
know,
a
work
in
progress,
get
input
on
those
things
we
talk
about.
We
usually
summarize
the
things
that
we've
already
covered,
like
projects
that
maybe
are
being
discussed
or
funded
through
lumio,
we'll
we'll
highlight
any
of
those
that
are
currently
active
and
and
provide
a
status
update
and
bring
attention
to
those
we'll
talk
about
other.
A
You
know
we
usually
cover
each
of
the
different
sort
of.
I
don't
know
operational
topics
like
where
are
we
at
on
fundraising
and
where
are
we
at
on?
You
know
the
the
hub.
You
know
development
and
just
you
know
I
don't
know
off
the
top
of
my
head.
A
We've
definitely
heard:
we've
got
to
figure
out
how
to
simplify
things,
make
it
much
easier
to
find
things
and
we'll
show
you
what
we're
working
on
we're,
making
really
good
progress
on
that.
We'll
show
you
some
of
the
work
that
we're
doing
and
what
you
can
expect
there
there's
this
idea
of
our
work
being
based
on
quantity
versus
quality.
That
is,
you
know
how
many
hands
can
we
make.
A
You
know,
as
opposed
to
really
developing
a
relationship
with
the
people
that
we're
making
devices
for
and
ideally
making
devices
with,
they
should
be
involved
in
the
process
and
maintaining
that
relationship
and
following
up
with
them
and
making
them
another
device
if
they
outgrow
it
or
break
it.
If
we,
if
we
extend
those
relationships,
then
we're
not
going
to
need
to
find
as
many
you
know,
people
needing
devices
because
we'll
we'll
be
spending
more
time
on
each
individual
case.
A
So
that's
something
we
want
to
talk
more
about,
there's
a
lot
to
talk
about
with
our
onboarding
process.
We
touched
on
this
today.
Just
the
complexity
of
you
know:
people
joining
the
community
as
a
new
member
we'll
use
that
term.
How
do
they
get
started?
Where
do
I
go?
What
do
I
do
what's
my
next
step
and
how
do
I
find
the
resources
that
I
need
we're
doing?
A
lot
of,
I
think,
really
cool
stuff
there.
That
is
hopefully
going
to
help
really
improve
that
process
and
we'll
share
some
of
that
with
you.
A
There's
a
link
here
that
you're
welcome
to
check
out
to
a
draft
space
in
the
hub.
That
isabelle
is
developing,
that
you
can
kind
of
get
a
preview
of
of
you
know
the
way,
we're
thinking
about
approaching,
that
of
providing
all
the
key
resources
depending
on
you
know
who
you
are
and
what
you're
looking
for
and
we'll
talk
through
all
that
sort
of
stuff.
So
those
are
some
of
the
high
level
topics
that
we'll
be
talking
about.
A
Oh
and
there's
there's
a
couple
more
here:
how
to
get
volunteers,
chapters
and
recipients
more
involved
in
governance.
What
we're
doing
today
is
an
example
of
that
we're
going
to
be
live
streaming,
these
meetings
and
we'll
talk
about
that
here
in
a
minute
as
far
as
what
we
do
going
forward,
but
I,
I
suspect,
we'll
continue
this,
and
I
think
this
is
a
good
way
of
involving
the
community
and
getting
more
participation
over
time,
and
then
we've
we'll
want
to
talk
about
what
what
I
titled
here,
concierge
or
mentorship
services.
A
Just
a
general
topic
that
people
have
been
asking
about
somebody
that
can
hold
your
hand
in
a
specific
topic
area,
somebody
that
will
be
kind
of
an
expert
or
a
mentor
around
a
certain
topic
area,
and
we
wanted
to
kind
of
talk
about
that
role
and
how
maybe
we
could
build
that
out
and
get
more
people
involved
in
in
that
kind
of
activity.
So
those
are
some
of
the
high
level
topics
that
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
in
the
weeks
to
come.
A
I
am
going
to
also
start
pulling
in
some
of
the
topics
from
our
other
meeting
notes
from
our
previous
meetings.
There's
a
whole
bunch
of
stuff
that
I
left
out
for
now.
So
you'll
see
this
change
and
evolve,
but
those
are
some
of
the
things
that
we'll
talk
about
and
ben.
I
think
you
want
to
add
some.
C
Yeah,
I
was
just
going
to
mention
that,
if
you
scroll
to
the
top
of
the
notes-
jeremy,
I
added
a
little
this
description.
I
guess
for
each
of
the
the
folks
that
are
here
based
on
our
introductions
as
a
disclaimer
we've
been
talking
about
fundraising,
so
I
put
a
link
in
here.
The
media
coordination
was
a
project
that
was
proposed
on
lumio.
C
It
is
funded
and
there
are
there's
a
lot
of
information
within
that
project
about
oh
sort
of
what
it's
about,
and
you
can
see
the
community
involvement
on
how
how
it
was
shaped,
how
it
was
pulled
together
how
how
the
lumio
process
works.
A
Very
nice
yeah,
my
my
page,
is
slow
loading
here,
but
there
was
all
kinds
of
commentary
and
discussion
on
this,
so
let
people
go
and
look
at
that
for
themselves.
The
link
is
in
the
notes.
C
A
quick
shout
out
next
week:
I
can
wait
till
the
end,
but
we
do
have
a
guest
presentation
from
safe,
so
that's
may
28th
so
next
week
we
probably
won't
be
able
to
go
through
so
many
of
the
discussion
topics
but
safe
is
a
really
outstanding
community
member.
She
does
a
lot
of
research
looking
at
projects,
not
just
in
the
u.s
and
mexico,
but
also
in
the
global
south,
and
has
been
really
active
in
sort
of
open
source
resources
with
government
and
health
care.
A
Excellent,
thank
you
for
bringing
that
up
and
I
so
we'll
start
to
wrap
things
up
here.
I
think
the
there
was
a
lot
of
ideas
put
forward
as
far
as
kind
of
what
we
call
these
going
forward.
I
will
say
I'm
just
gonna
kind
of
put
my
personal
preference
out
there.
I
really
like
enable
town
hall.
A
But
let's
just
do
a
quick
poll
and
see
what
people
think
but
yeah,
I
think
picking
a
more
appropriate
name
would
be
a
quick
and
easy
change,
and
everyone
you
know,
like
I
said
like
ben,
was
explaining
next
week,
is
going
to
be
a
sort
of
a
special
guest
presentation.
We
do
those
from
time
to
time.
So
I
didn't
mention
that
earlier.
Sometimes
we'll
have
a
normal
spc
meeting
where
we're
going
to
focus
on
the
agenda
and
focus
on
the
the
dialogue
with
those
commenting
etc
and
go
through
our
notes.
A
So
we
we
it
can
be
one
or
you
know,
can
be
either
of
those
types
of
meetings
we
we
were
striving
to
kind
of
have
it
be
a
kind
of
an
alternating
thing
where
you
have
kind
of
a
guest
presentation
every
other
week
or
so,
but
it's
it's
usually
not
that
frequent.
As
it's
turned
out,
it's
been
more
like,
maybe
once
every
month
or
two,
which
is
fine,
but
it
is
an
opportunity.
A
If
those
out
there,
you
know
or
if
you're
doing
something
interesting,
you
got
a
chapter,
that's
running
a
program
that
might
be
worth
sharing.
Please
join
us.
You
know
just
reach
out
to
me
by
email
or
on
the
hub
and
we'll
be
happy
to
have
you
come
on
here
and
just
allot
one
of
these
sessions.
For
you
to
give
a
presentation,
it
would
be
great
anybody.
A
A
But
that's,
but
that's
up
to
I'll,
just
leave
it
to
the
community.
I
I
I'm
happy
to
go
with
with
anything
that
everyone
is
comfortable
with.
I
just
think
it
should
be
something
other
than
spc
and
as
far
as
the
platform
I
know
there's
some
shortcomings.
We've
we've
definitely
found
some
glitches.
I
I
specifically
for
the
people
joining
as
panelists.
You
see
a
little
bit
of
lag
on
your
own
video,
that's
unfortunate.
A
C
You
know
I
I
miss
the
chat
if
we
can
figure
out
the
chat,
I'm
I'm
in
there
was
a
handful
of
things
that
I
thought
this
is
a
wonderful
time
to
throw
some
links
into
the
mix.
Usually
the
chat
is
sort
of
a
holding
space
for
the
notes,
so
I
can
at
the
end,
scoop
well.
A
That's
one
thing
we
could
do
is
just
in
our
notes
document.
We
could
just
go
right
down
to
the
bottom
and
we
could
add
a
just
a
chat
section
here
and
during
the
meeting
you
can
just
use
this
as
a
chat.
We
can
type
there.
We
can
put
links
there
and
then
afterwards,
when
I'm
going
and
doing
my
thing,
you
know
to
follow
up,
I
can
move
the
relevant
links
and
stuff
that
we
want
to
save
up
into
the
notes
and
then
delete.
The
rest
right
is.
C
There
a
feature
in
the
document
platform
where
we
can
sort
of
have
like
a
little
notepad
in
the
corner.
I
know
you
can
do
some
of
that
stuff
with
google
keith
integrating
with
google
docs.
Is
there
something
like
that
that
you
could
do
with
this
workflowy.
B
A
B
There
is,
I
think
there
is
not
one
of
the
shortcomings
of
workflow,
which
I
noticed
right
now
is
that
if
you're
taking
notes
in
real
time
under
a
bullet
and
the
bullet
isn't
expanded,
no
one
can
see
it.
B
B
B
Short
answer
to
your
question:
the
shortcoming
that
we
have
is
that
between
chats
workflowy
and
things
that
are
off
screen,
there
are
too
many
places
to
look
to
try
to
integrate
all
of
this
in
today's
configuration.
B
But
to
answer
your
other
questions,
I
think
this
is
a
good
thing.
It's
great
to
know
that,
for
example,
yog
is
here
and
alexander
and
others,
and
their
input
and
insights
have
already
been
helpful.
So
I
think
this
is
this
is
worth
struggling
with.
Okay,.
A
We
will
continue
to
live
stream
these,
at
least
for
the
time
being
we're
going
to
continue
doing
it.
This
way
we're
going
to
live
stream
via
youtube,
I
will
do
my
best
to
work
on
some
of
the
issues
with
the
live
streaming
platform
here
on
the
back
end
for
us
in
terms
of
the
lag,
I
will
look
into
alternatives
behind
the
scenes.
Maybe
we
can
have
an
email
exchange
or
something
if
you
guys
have
ideas,
let's
figure
out
what
is
the
best
tool
for
the
notes
for
the
chat?
Look.
A
We
can
figure
that
out
that
doesn't
change
the
the
live
streaming
thing.
So,
let's
look
into
what
is
that
optimal
solution
for
the
notes
in
chat-
and
you
know
we'll
just
plug
that
in
sounds
great.
C
You
know
I'm
reminded
of
a
project
that
I
worked
on
with
rodrigo
in
mexico
city
in
2019,
where
we
were
finding
how
to
bring
the
captions
the
automatic
captions
from
youtube
live
into
a
document
into
a
google
doc.
There
could
be
some
really
awesome
ways
that
we
can
merge
this
stuff
and
and
rodrigo
actually
wrote
the
code
for
it
that
we
won.
You
know
an
amazon
prize
for
it.
A
It's
interesting.
You
brought
that
up.
I
forgot
to
ask
about
that,
but
I
I
did
set
this
up
to
where
there's
an
option
that
I
enabled
for
live
captioning,
I
theoretically,
those
of
you
watching
out
there
live,
should
have
an
option,
an
icon,
that
you
click
to
turn
on
captions,
and
you
should
see
what
we're
saying
on
screen
in
real
time.
A
I'd
be
very
curious
to
know
if
that's
working,
if
anybody
is
seeing
captions
and
if
it's
doing
a
decent
job
of
translating
our
words,
but
that's
hopefully,
would
help
with
the
international
folks.
It's
not
going
to
translate
it
into
their
language
in
real
time,
but
seeing
the
words
on
screen
when
it's
not
your
primary
language
can
be
helpful
yeah
by
the
way,
yoav
is
mentioning
that
discord
is
great,
which
is
funny
because
I
just
thought
about
that
a
moment
before
he
said
it.
A
A
I
know
my
son
does
but
he'd
have
to
teach
me,
so
we
can
look
into
that
yeah.
I
don't
know
what
the
right
tool
is,
but
we'll
look
into
that
between
meetings
here.
So
alexander
is
saying:
please
please
please.
Yes,
I
guess
he's
a
discord
fan
all
right,
so
we'll
we'll
check
in
it's.
C
So
wonderful
to
have
this
feedback.
A
Really
I'm
excited
for
I'm
excited
for
having
more.
I
I
wanna
see
you
know,
20
people
watching
and
participating
in
comments.
I
think
that
could
be
a
lot
of
fun,
so
yeah,
let's
find
the
right
tool
for
the
notes
in
the
chat
and
we'll
definitely
keep
going
with
the
youtube
live
thing
in
the
comments.
I
think
that
part
of
it
we're
gonna
we're
gonna,
stick
with
all
right.
C
A
A
quick
shout
out,
I
added
in
the.
C
Notes,
there's
a
link
to
the
new
member
meetup:
it's
not
just
for
new
members.
It
could
also
be
long
time.
Members
or
people
have
been
around
for
a
while
that
have
some
things
that
they
want
to
share
or
can
sort
of
help
to
do
some
mentoring
just
for
an
hour.
It
starts
in
in
an
hour
at
1
pm
eastern
time
again,
I
added
the
link
in
the
notes,
and
you
can
see
it
in
the
hub.
A
A
Cool
joaoff
says
captions
are
enabled,
but
nothing
is
displayed
interesting,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
look
into
that.
Maybe
ben
and
I
can
figure
out
what's
going
on
there.
I
think
ben
knows
more
about
the
captioning
than
I
do.
A
A
And
we'll
we'll
do
it
again
next
week
and
we'll
get
better
at
these
as
we
figure
out
the
technical
aspects,
but
I
I
do
hope
to
see
more
and
more
people
getting
involved.
So
thanks.
Everyone
see
you
next
time
and
hopefully
see
some
of
you
in
an
hour.
