disqualified
for
the

because
seemingly
they
created
multiple
accounts
to
try

do

pitches

websites
under
different
usernames,
but

got
caught

seemingly
that's
the
idea,
and
so
when
the
governance
report
comes
out,

really

attack

builds
an
extra
database
of

is
how
somebody
could
attack
the
system
and
so
now

just
feeding

harder

everybody
else
to
attack
the
system.

in
a
way,

seeing
more,

things

new
news
attack
strategies,
I'm
sure
that

people
studied
our
season,
one
report
and

adapted
their
game
just

adapting

game

two
and

much
as

agree
that
I
think
it's
a
poor
long-term
strategy.

trying
to

gaming

better
long-term
strategy
is
to
play
a
clean
game
and

go
for

getting

matched

potentially
getting
direct
contributions

who
knows
what
other

at
the
same
time
I
would
be
probably
sad
if
we
didn't
see
people
trying
to
gain
a
mellow,
because
you

it's

sign
of
our
success
at
the
same
time.
People
are,

people

trying
to
poke
at
it
game
it.

much.

I
think
it's
kind
of
funny
that
something
like
this,
where
we're
getting
free
white
hat
work,
you
know,
and
so
where,
as
if
they
would
have
made
a
legitimate
pitch
with
pomelo
exposing
these
vulnerabilities,
they
might
have
actually
gotten
approved
for
pabello
pitch
versus
trying
to
game
the
system
and
attack
it
and
then
getting
caught.
We
still
get
the
same
data
regardless
either
way
you.

ultimate
answer.
The
idea
is
to
build
the
web
of
trust
through
these
different
platforms.
Eden
has
its
aml
kyc
process.
Well,
it's

form
of
a
kyc
process.
Pomelo
has
its
form
of
kyc
process.
Ultimately,
what
you're
doing
through
these
platforms
is
building
reputation
in
the
system
and
you're,
unlocking
in
a
way
different.

potentially
unlocking
different
mechanisms
to
get
funded
from
the
system
in
the
future,
and
so
I,
as
a
decision
have
made
our
requirement
is
that
if
you
want
to
access
those
matching
funds,
you
need
to
go
through

kyc
process.
There

obviously
regulatory
advantages
to
doing
so
as
well
in
terms
of
kind
of
what
you
call
cover
your
ass,
but
really
it
is.
It
is
an
extra
layer
of
building
trust
within
a
particular
community
opening
doors
to
potentially
future
funding
and
non-funding
support
potentials.

and
to
come
back
on
the
you
know
the
mechanisms
that
pomelo
has
in
place
to
deter
cyber
attacks.
You
know
one
is
the
percentage
of
all
donations
that
is
reserved
for
the
next
match
for
the
next
round
of
matching
pools.
So
I
think
that's
10
right
now,
so
so
these
attackers
who
do
get
caught
they
lose
all.
They
also
lose
10
of
whatever
funds
they
use
to
try
to
attack
the
system.

not
surprised
that
people
are
attacking
pomelo,
I'm
kind
of
surprised
people

attacking
pomelo
at
the
same
time
as
well,
because
there's

not
much
upside,
especially
compared
to
the
upside
of
actually

pomelo

build

the
ecosystem
and
get
paid
for
it
right.

so
anyways,

kind
of

update
we

know
a
lot

people

asking.

they'll
be
able
to

we've
always

stream
to

anyway,

doesn't

same
functionality.
So
let's
say
your
korean
chinese,
spanish
turkish.
You
could
actually
be
listening
in
on
the
fireside
chat
on
twitter
or
you
could
listen
to
the
replay
because
I
set
it
to
record
and
allow
replays
after
the
fact
there's
like
a
text
transcription
on
there
and
it's
auto
transcribed.

cool

it's

real

while
it's
live,
if

interesting
thing
with
ours
is:
it's
almost
like.
It
took
a
much
more
academic
approach,
and
that

the
advantages
of
being
behind.

of
take
a
step
back

analyze

everyone
else
has
done
and
what
what
they
were
successful

slight
delay
on

think
this
would

interesting

done

something

and
things
like
that
compared
to
like
security
audits
or
wallets
or
court
code.
So
I'm
looking
forward
to
those
discussions.

add
a
few

I
think
even

zach
summarizes
really
well
the
yield
plus
initiative.
That's
gonna
come
along
the
way,
but
yeah,
I
think
the
teams
that
were
on
it
and
myself
included
and
all
the
core
team
members
like
we
really
thought
about
about
it
like
really.
This
exercise
is
about
thinking
of
how
the
chain,
as
eos
mainnet,
wants
to
operate
in
liquidity,
incentive
reward
program
and
spend
four
months
thinking
about
it.

Looking
at
all
the
different
scenarios,
looking
at
different
chains,
how
they
did
their
incentive
reward
programs,
so
I
think
this
this
exercise
reflects
in
the
paper
and
reflects
all
the
details
that
were
put
into
doing
the
research
and
I
would
have
full
confidence
in
on
the
delivery,
so
the
the
teams
that
are
core
to
writing
the
paper
also
have
the
technical
knowledge
on
delivering
what
is
in
the
paper.
So
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
the
the
final
delivery
of
this.

Phantom
actually
sunseted
their
original
liquidity
incentive
program,
which
was
very
successful,
but
they
literally
sunseted
it
to
move
towards

They
moved
from
a
liquidity
incentive
program
to
they
moved
their
incentive
program
to
get
coin
grants
which
is
the
same
thing
as
palmello,
essentially
to
kind
of
have
a,
I
guess,
a
different
mechanism
for
choosing
which
projects
are
getting
the
phantom
incentive.

it's
pretty
interesting
because
we
kind
of
went
the
reverse
order,
where
we
had
the
public
funding
through
through
pomelo
first
and
then
we're
rolling
out
the
liquidity
incentives,
but
they'll
kind
of
still
be
going
in
parallel.

thought
that
was
pretty
interesting
to
see
that
they
were
kind
of
following
the
same
path
with
the
quadratic
funding
and
matching.

this
is
a
recent

just
published

think
even
very,

recent
and
yeah
they're
going
kind
of
sun
setting
and
going
towards
a
git
coin
model,
so
maybe
maybe

goes

somehow

the
road
we
don't
know,
but
I
think
it's
really
interesting
to
see
these
chains
adapt.
So
every
chain
is
in
a
different
state
of
liquidity
incentives.

been
operating,

believe

year

half,
or
maybe
a
year
they're
in
liquidity
incentives.

as
long
as
they
apply
and
go
through
the

process,
which

are
several
minimum
requirements,
but
all
of
