way

our

benefits

us

scale
that
worldwide

community
at
some
point,

think
it's
a
good
way
to
bring
devs
to
learn
about
eos
experiment
on
it
and
build
prototypes

all

at
a
very
low
cost.

the
cost
for
the
30
junior
devs

right
now
is
maybe
500
per
team
for
a
period
of
about
four
to
eight
months,
full-time
that
they're
working

these
are
not
like
internships.

end-of-year
projects,
so
they
call
it
senior
year
projects.

think
it's

cool
because
they
get
to

play
with
the
technology
and
learn
and

once
they
do
that

already
learned

eos,
then
their
training

already
started,
and

we

hire
them
as
an
internship

good
for
us
and

after
school
they
already
have

senior
year

they
had

subsidied
internship
and

them

freshly

of

good
for

devices,

that
that
have

expertise

now

to

integrate
eos
with
their
iot
devices
and

just

good
opportunities

universities

bring
the
devs

is

idea
