propagation

partner
oci,

that
we
will
transparently
charge
back
the
cost
from
oci.

dollar
budget.
For

will

monthly

of
updates
to
the
Coalition
on
the
progress

negotiating

contract
minutia
with
Fudan
as

reminder

the
price
has
already
been
accepted.
So
that's

Milestone
breakdowns
dates.

would
expect
this
to
be
signed
and
a
project
kickoff
to
occur
within
the
next
couple
days
or
early
next
week,
and
so
next
week
we
should
be
able
to
start
providing
updates,

very
least,

overall
project
schedule.

quo

integrate
faster
