project

out

personal
necessity,
because
you
were
working
on
other
projects
building
other
things,
you're
heating,
these
these
bottlenecks
and
the
these
price
limitations,
like
I,
saw
a
recent
blog
article,
the
free
accounts
that
are
now
possible
because
of
it.
So
it
was
it
a
product
of
necessity,
for
you
guys
so.

While
building
liquid,
EOS
and
being
in
the
block
producer
world,
we
understood
the
tech
really
really
well
towel
and
the
rest
of
the
team
dug
into
the
code,
but
one
day,
I
got
a
call
from
Tom
telling
me
he
found
something
and
I
had
to
tell
you
that
I
was
like
skeptic
is
a
small
way
to
interrupt
me
interpret
what
I
went
through
like
I'll
stop
lying
to
me.

it's
not
possible.

There
are
two
aspects:
I
think
there
is
the
Deaf
Network
in
the
end
at
that
layer
itself,
which
is
a
vision,
it's
not
an
opportunistic
or
or
tactic
solution
for
a
very
specific
problem,
but
it's
more
of
a
vision
that
we
feel
very
strongly
about
about
bridging
the
gap
between
what
developers
already
know
and
are
used
to
in
terms
of
operating
systems
and
frameworks
and
and
in
the
blockchain.
That's
supposed
to
be
an
alternative
for
that
now.

free
and
it
evolved
from
having
being
able
to
read
a
large
data,
set,
that's
stored
on
the
chain
history,
but
being
indexed
with
proofs
with
Merkel
proofs
to
basically
prove
that
that
what
you're
reading
is

correct

It
took
me
a
couple
of
days
to
understand
that
this
kind
of
mechanism
can
also
be
used
to
provide
the
other
direction.

but

I
pursued
it
without
really
knowing.

to

day
just
take
a
couple
of
days

I
did
the
first
prototype
I
was
able
to
read

were
highly
involved
in
the
ramp

after

had

idea

launch,
I
think

tweeted
it
out

something
just
like
a
whole
trashcan
filled
with

get
the
data
network.

even
a
lower
layer
than
that
I
compare
euros
to
the
Linux
kernel,
not
just
specifically
to
to
a
framework
or
to
an
actual
operating
system,
and
it's
more
it's
closer
to
an
operating
system
than
it
is
to
aetherium
or
two
platforms
for
transacting.
Every
half
a
minute
and
as
much
as
the
theorem
was,
is
groundbreaking
and
there's
not
much.
You
can
do
in
terms
of
trying
to
scale.

a

multi-layer
solution.

feels
like
a
layer,

solution
in
some
ways.

got
some
characteristics,

improved
scalability,

kind

sits

top

blockchain

to
change
things,
or

approve
its
existence.
Things
like
that.

it
reminds
me
of
a
lot
of
layer,
2
solutions
we're
seeing
on
in
some
ways.

things

this
has
the
unique
characteristic
of
being
a
layer,
2
solution
that
doesn't
centralize
things
but
actually
improves
decentralization,
which
I
think
is
fascinating,
because
any
os--,
especially
and
in
some
other
communities,
you
say,
layer,
2
and
people
immediately
think
a
centralizing
like
compromise
to
achieve
scalability
right.
That's
that's
what
they
think
right
away,
and
this
is
a
layer,
2
solution
that
improves
decentralization
and
if
our
listeners
don't
know,
can
you
can
you
go
a
little
bit
more
into
how
that
works,
and
is
that
a
fair,
characterization
sure.

think
viren
specifically
is
a
solution.
It
definitely
has
all
those
characteristic,
the
def
network
and
adduct
the
duct
network
itself.
We
I
kind
of
see
it
as
in
a
very
abstract
mechanism
to
provide
both
the
model
and
in
the
interface
and
the
technology,
to
build
layers
and
to
build
abstractions
in
general.

can
definitely
see
a
situation
where
different
DSPs
will
use
each
other
for
different
abstractions.

are
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
issues
that
were
raised
in
the
two
that
were
really
important
to
the
both
of
us,
so
one
of
them
was
not
to
introduce
any
additional
layer
of
trust
to
the
system
and
the
second
one
is
to
make
it
as
seamless
as
possible
to
the
users
and
dict.
Well,
that
was
the
mindset
of
the
team
while
building
this
system
and
that's
something
we're
trying
to
bridge
in
between
our
understanding
and
the
world
understanding
of
this
new
frame
of
a
decentralized
second
layer
solution.
So.
A
Right
now,
on
aetherium
on
toronto,
Neos
or
whatever
that
platform
you're
talking
about,
we
talk
about
decentralize
apps.
They
generally
mean
that
just
the
smart
contract
is
decentralized
right,
the
important
stuff
right,
the
things
you
want
to
keep
free
of
censorship
or
whatever,
but
there's
a
lot
of
centralized
things
along
the
way
from
other
databases
to
the
front
end
and
when
people
think
taps.
They
already
think
this.
A
You
know
it's
already
only
a
part
of
its
decentralized,
but
you
guys
had
a
recent
article
that
talked
about
using
ipfs
using
the
dap
network
to
make
the
entire
application
trustless
decentralized
from
not
only
not
only
the
contract
and
other
databases
that
all
the
way
up
to
the
front
end,
so
that
these
things
are
trustless
can't
be
compromised
and
so
on.
Can
you
tell
me
more
about
how
how
you
accomplish
that.

Sure
so,
a
couple
of
months
ago,
even
way
before
the
Deaf
Network,
we
released
an
article
and
and
a
contract
that
allows
contract
developers
to
associate
a
front-end
that
can
be
an
IP,
FS
or
anywhere
else,
but
we
encouraged
everyone
to
basically
host
your
content
on
ipfs
and
associate
it
with
their
contract.
So
it
will
be
official
to
the
the
pointer.
You
are
mentioning
that
if
a
part
of
your
system
is
off
chain
and
it's
the
weakest
link
of
of
being
trustless,
then
you're
entices,
then
your
entire
system
is
trustless.

Same
goes
for
decision-making
in
games.
If
you,
if
you
believe
that
only
game
items
should
be,
if
you
believe
that
only
game
items
should
be
hosted
on
the
chain,
I
think
that
you're
missing
a
big
aspect
of
the
opportunity
which
is
to
to
bring
logics
the
game
logic
which
is
which
is
decentralized
and
and
potentially
couldn't
be
cheated
by
anyone,
not
even
by
the
game
owner
and
for
me.
It's
really
interesting.

to
access
the
data
while
you're
playing

aspect
trying
to
rely
on
the
RAM
itself,
as
the
single
source
of
data
to
scale
games,
for
example,

very
scalable

in
terms
of

cost

in
terms
of
the
unit
economics
to
to
to
even
start
or
viral
engagement,

be
able

onboard

their

we

solve
this
barrier,
all
those
unique
opportunities

by
grading
existing
models

things

not
the
right

but

field
and

everyone

we
didn't
even
imagine
yet
what
are
the
possibilities
of

RAM,
because
until
now,

was

developers
were
sure
that
Ram
is
expensive
and
they
envisioned
their
dabs
in
a
certain
way
in
which

is
a
scarce
resource.
