get
everything

one

I've
been
doing
over
the
last
weeks
has
been
taking
your
github
application.

confirmations
that
you've
sent
in
your
email,
your
slack,
your
wallet
id
and
essentially
building
up
a
repository
of
all
this
data
of
how
to
communicate
with
you
how
to
make
sure
that
you
were
the
one
communicating
for
that
application
that
if
you've
changed
your
wallet,
we
have
the
correct
wallet
on
file.

challenge,
so
we're
coming

the
end
of
that
process
and
here's
what's
next,
it's
getting
you
set
up,
so
you
can
start
doing
notary
things,

you
might
see
a
new

three
main
points.
The
first
is
communications:
how
to
communicate
effectively
with
applicants
as
they
ask
for
data
allocation,
as
well
as
other
notaries,
as
well
as
file
coin
foundation
and
pl.

do
you
find
data
allocation
requests
for
your
region?
How
do
you
know
what
steps
you
should
take
once
you've
found
them
and
then
let
everyone
know
remember
the
goal
of
the
notary
process
is
that
it's
open
and
transparent
in
the
public.
So
we're
really
going
to
stress
like
not
having
off-chain
communication
for
these
things,
keeping
everything
open.

we
currently
have
a
process
where
we
create
a
new
notary
multi-sig
for
every
approved
large
data
set
application.
We
give
that
entity
the
existing
signers
and
we
give
it.

five

lower
petabytes
that
the
client
is
requesting
and
then,
ideally,
we
have
kind
of
a
one-to-one
relationship
of
that
notary
entity
to
the
one
client
address
were
especially
as
we
wrap
up
this
election
cycle
running
into.

massive
amount
of
technological
debt
to
roll.
These
there's
also
issues
when
notaries
change
their.

so,
if
some
of
that
tooling
and
modeling
works,
this
is
kind

what
we're
trying
to
have
with
the

subsequent
allocation
bot
and
as
we
can
get
that
closer
and
closer
to
dialed
in,
we
really
want
to
see
how
we
can
get
the

time
without
data
cap
for
an
already
approved
client
even
lower.

once
a
client
has
been
approved
and
they're
continuing
to
operate
in
good
faith,
we
want
to
get
them.

working

market
potential
right
now
we
are
collaborating
with
alibaba
cloud.

we
still,
it
is
a
centralized
storage,
it's
not
so
safe
and
the
cost
is
very
high.
That's
why
we
think
ipfs
protocol
and
the
file
coin
will
be
a
very
good
choice
for
us.

this
is
about
china's
copyright
market.

right
now,
the
market
value
is
more

10
billion

1.5
billion
us

only
23
percent
has

legitimate

sitting
in

committed

clients

has

yet
reached
client
addresses.

is
closer
to
