have
been
like
pretty
disproportionate
or
actually
even

the
last
month.
We've
seen
like
tremendous
growth,
I
think,
overall,
coming
into
the
new
year,
there

huge
rise
in
the
amount
of
data
cap
being
allocated
to
like
ldn
notaries.

But
what's
been
interesting
over
the
last
few
weeks
is
a
lot
of
deals
are
actually
happening,
and
so,
unlike
the
the
rate
of
utilization
in
the
past,
I'm
at
least
I'm
starting
to
notice
a
trend
where
more
and
more
data
cap
is
being
used
faster,
and
so
that's
awesome.
So
for
those
of
you
that
are
that
are
involved
with
that
directly,
you
know
feel
free
to
share
like
learnings
takeaways
in
in
here
or
even
in
the

once
it's
back
up.

election

So

review

get

you

notaries
are
the
ones
that
look
at
the
allocation
requests
for
data
that
come
in
and
say
hey.

is
verified.
They're
who
they
are-
and
we
trust
that
this
based
information
is
something
that
we
can
grant
that
data
to
and
then
you're
making
sure
that
it's
going
out
equally,
so
we're
not
self
dealing
we're
not
making
this
go
to
like
one
large
account
but
we're
spreading
this
out
and
that
you're
making
sure
that
this
flow
is
monitored
like
how
we
agree
in
the
community
if
you've
never
been
a
notary
before
and
you're
curious.

Who
is,
we
have
an
active

everybody,
who's
been
taking
part

then
last

we

an

we
kind
of
have
just
above

are
participating
as
notaries
right

we're

So

taking

look

notary

all
zeroed

applications

industry
reputation.
This
gives
us
a
way
to
kind
of
demonstrate
it's
not
just
in
the
box
on
how
we're
looking
at
these
fields.
It's
all
been
weighted.
All
the
weights
are
on
github.

to
look
at
them,
but
essentially
what
we're
going
to
be
doing
is
filling
out
all
that
data
so
that
it
gives
a
clean
score
for
each
application,
so
somebody
might
have
a
substantial
time
commitment,
but
not
a
lot
of
stake.
So
what
we
can
do
is
we
can
balance
these
out
with
weights
and
go
through
the
application.

There
was
some
changes
to
this
template,
so
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
kind
of
call
out
those
changes,
and
these
were
made
in
issues
a
few
weeks
ago
before
we
started
the
election
and
those
have
to
do
with
engagement
in
the
program,
and
this
is
a
little
different
than
last
election
on
the
second
round
and
what
we
mean
by
that
is
we're
looking
at
how
much
time
a
notary
applicant
can
take
part
in
the
program.
So
when
you're
going
to
be
looking
at
this,
the
categories
that
we're
going
to
be
filling
out
is
like.

These
notaries
have
been
the
most
active,
closing
out
the
most
tickets,
responding
to
the
most
things
and
we
can
just
say
yeah,
clap.
Thank

kind

this

to
say
like
this
is
a
really
good
job,
you're
helping
the
network
so
just
making
sure
that
this
change
is
on
your
radar.
We
close
this
issues,
I'm

if

think
some
people
are
gonna,

which
is
there's
a
decent
variety
in,
like
these
levels,
specifically
for
engagement.
Right,
like
there's
like
30
minutes

low

effectively,
it
means
you're
coming
to
the
governance,
calls
and
then
you've
got
eight
hours,
which
means
it's.
It's
quite
likely
that
you
work
for
an
organization
that
is
probably
making
it
part
of
your
day
job
or
for
some
reason.

time
for
almost
like
a
second
job,
almost
like
a
part-time
kind
of
thing,
and
so
I
kind
of
think
it
might
be
interesting
to
chat
through
what
the
implications
are
there.
It's
it's
not
that
necessarily
you'd
be
more

less
of
a
notary
per
se,
but
like
we
wanted
about
the
people
that
are
not
reward,
I
think
rewards
wrong
word.

give
people
the
platform,
if
they're
being
given
the
platform
in
their
organizations,
to
be
a
leader
in
this
space,
to
also
do
that
here
and
sort
of
make
the
most.
We
we've
had
a
couple
of
notaries:
who've
worked
for
organizations
where
it's
literally
their
job
to
participate
here,
and
so
you
want
to
make
sure
that
you're,
given
the
platform,
the
the
leverage
to
contribute
in
your
maximal
capacity,
which
then
leads
to
the
next
question,
which
is
how
are
we
actually
going
to
track
it
right?
Because
some
people
might
just
say?

a
great

a
stopwatch
timer
and
we
don't

like
a
firm
fixed
way.
So
what
I
mean
by
that
is
when
we
talk
about
the
30
minutes,
it's
not
like
we're
going

log

pull
analytics
and
say:
like
did
you
watch
this
governance
call
and
then
give
you
credit
like
some
kind
of
online
coursework
that
you're
doing
it's
more
of
like?

you
somebody
that,
when
an
issue
comes
in
when
a
question
comes

you
are
active
in
responding
to
it
and
what's
nice
is
with
the
different
regions
covering
the
world?
There
might
be
a
question
that
comes
in
a
time
zone

someone's

We
know
that
we're
going
to
have
one
part
of
the
world
that's
covering
down
on
that,
so
what
we'll
be
doing
is
probably
pulling
the
response
times
from
like

response
times
from

we're
going
to
be
looking
at

manually
counted

start,

we
start

work

are
you
somebody
that
we

dedicate

affect
the
amount

given

think
it
might
not
be
sensible
to
give

same
amount

cut
to
someone
who
will
dedicate
like
30
minutes
versus
someone
who
will
dedicate
like
eight
hours.

it
definitely
is
reflected
it's
not
like
the
highest
weight
factor,
but
it's
part
of
the
math
calculation
and
so
effectively.

I'll

That
would
be
helpful,
but
basically
this
is
one
of
the
factors
that
go
into
figuring
out
like
the
math
calculation,
for
how
how
high
somebody
scores
and
then
we
basically
use
the
floor
level
on
that,
as
well
as
like
a
limit
from
like
a
reputation
and
past
performance
as
a
nursery
to
figure
out
like
the
eligible
maximum.

worth

cap
that
you
can
be
allocated
say
you
have
500
of
that
left,

You
apply
this

You
get
reallocated
one
peggy
byte
you're
just
going
to
be
topped
back
up
to
your
eligible
maximum.

it's
not
that
you'll
get
net
new
one
very
wide.
But
if
your
eligible
maximum
is

pivot,

number
to
go

acceptable
and

conversations.

don't
know,

you

that
happened
regarding
snap
deals
last
week,
if
you
weren't,
you
should
definitely
check
out
the
recording.
For
that.

those
of

that
don't
remember
off
the
top
of
your
head
is
a
recent
fip
that
was
passed
or
approved
and
will
be
shipping
as
part
of
the
upcoming
network
upgrade
which
I
think
is
in
in
march,
and
that
effectively
gives
the
community
an
option
to
remove
data
cap
from
a
client.
And
so
that's
not
just
total
data
cap.

So
you
can
actually
pick
how
much
you're
removing
or
remove
all
of
it,
and
if
you
remove
all
of
it,
it
also
removes
the
verified
client
status
for
that
client,
and
so
it
requires
that
tune
or
resign.
And
then
you
pitch
it
to
the
ldns
via
a
template
as
well
and
push
it
to
them.
So
that
there's
like
a
there's
like
more
objective
audit
tracking
available
to
remove
that,
and
so
you
effectively
end
up
getting
four
signatures
in
total
to
remove
data
cap.

It's
also
a
little
bit
conservative
at
the
start,
at
least,
but
it's
a
you
know,
good
takeaway,
as
we
sort
of
figure
out
how
we
continue
to
use
these
kinds
of
mechanisms
to
increase
the
leverage
that
we
have
to

things
wrong
if
needed.
So
that
long
term
we
can
get
things
right,
and
so
what
molly's
proposing
here?

there's

a
dispute
against
that
nurturing
and
we're
likely
to
remove
that
notary
status
to
begin
with,
then
it
should
follow
logically,
that
the
clients
that
end
up
also
receiving
data
cut
from
that
notary
should
effectively
be

double
clicked

the
additional
durations,
as
required
to
re-audit
those
clients
and
in
the
case
that
it's
it's
found

effectively.
It's
a
trigger
to
say.
Please
read
it
in
the
case
that
things
go
well,

fine

client
has

cap
and
they're
welcome
to
use
it.

in
the
case
of
the
not
then
this
is
basically
just
stating
that,

part
of
that
dispute
process
against

notary,
we
do
the
check.

we
also
remove
data
cap
from
clients
that
are
found
to
have
basically
exploited
that
nurturing
or
exploited
the
the
abuse
of
the
falcon
plus
system
through
that
notary
and
so
effectively.

think
this
is
like
kind
of
not
super
controversial.
It's
basically
just
like
double
check
the
clients
that
fraudulent
nurturing.
Maybe
even
data
cap,
do
and
in
the
case,
they're
found
to
be
good,
then
no
problem
in

case
that
they're
found
to
have
abused
the
system
as
well,
then
we
should
probably
recommend
that,
like
the
community
should
move
forward
with
removing
data
cap,
so
I
think
that
should
be
yeah,
hopefully
not
too
controversial,
but
I'd
love
to
hear
if
people
have
thoughts,
ideas
or
suggestions
for
this.

decide

it's

questionable,

effectively

through

diligence

the
removal
or

risk
with

that
a
client
could
go
ahead
and
use
the
data
cap
while

pro

dispute,

pretty
bad,

user
experience,

being
a
client
that,

it's
just
misunderstood,
suddenly
gets
banned
from
this
because
they
work
accidentally
with
the
notary
that

abusing

system

don't
actually
do
