One
of
the
interesting
topics
of
conversation
was
that,
like
do
we
want
to
change
that
boundary.
So
do
we
want
it
to
be
region
based
or
country
based,
or
do
we
want
to
change
allocation
for
certain
regions
based
on
like
how,
like
geopolitical
changes
are
happening
in
the
world
around
us?

There's
also,
a
second
general
thread
of
just
wanting
to
increase
the
total
number
of
notaries,
and
so
like
we
sort
of
were
like.
Let's
also
look
at
the
data
that
we're
getting
from
the
applications
that
are
coming
in
so
out
of
the
61
applications
is
actually
like,
quite
a
bit
of
distribution,
this
time,
much
more
symmetric
across
several
regions
compared
to
the
past
two
election
cycles
that
we
run,
and
so
I
do
think
that
in
general,
we're
probably
going
to
end
up
having
more
arrays
and
then
more
notaries
per
region.

removing
the
geo
limit
is
is
pretty
interesting
because
I
think
the
reason
it
was
put
in
to
begin
with
was
that
we
wanted
a
balance
of
people
that
were
experts
at
different
things
right,
and
so
there
are
two.
There
are
two
proxies
for
this
there's
the
use
case,
diversity,
one
which
is
like
what
are
you
actually
good
at,
and
what
are
you
excited
to
bring
on
clients
for
and
then
regional,
which
is
basically
a
proxy
for
like
do
you
understand
regional
business
practices,
or
do
you
understand
local
languages.

you
to
be
disproportionately
capable
of
reviewing
and
verifying
a
client
coming
in
from
the
specific
region.
So
I
I'd
actually
say
that,
like
the
the
motivation
behind
this
issue
is
just
to
say
that
let's
get
more
data
cap

more
regions
or
let's
get
more
data
cap
out
there
in
general
and
not
get
it
based
on
each
region.
But
I
actually
think
the
regions
are
an
interesting
lever.
I
don't
know
if
I'm,
if
you're
here,
to
talk
about
this,
but
I
would
rather
approach
this
from
the
angle.

building
expertise
in
different,
like
business
practices
in
different
regions
and
regulatory
environments,
and
also,
I
think
it
serves
as
a
pretty
good
tool
figuring
out
like
where
we
have
distribution
and
where
we
have
gap
and
where
we

bring
on
net
new
people
to
the
network.
So
I
agree
with
the
sentiment
behind
this
issue,
I'm
down
to
sort
of
look
at
how
we
can
overall
continue
to
bring
on
more
and
more
active
notaries.

know
chinese,

don't

the
chinese
government

prove
something,

potential
risk.

people

doing
another
best
investigation,

diligence

there

issue
is
basically
saying

don't
we
look
at
power
distribution

suggestion.

think
that,

as
I
was
reading
over
this

thing

came

mind

me
was
a
lot
of
how
data
cap
is
going
on
today
is
based
on
large
data
set
notaries.
So.

there
may
not
be

best
way
to
do
it,

so
I
had
one
proposal
for
this,

basically
that
maybe
we
have
some
sort
of
combination
of
the
do

could
be
as
simple
as

adding

them

parameters

getting
diversity
in
the
world
that
we
want
to
see
in
terms
of
presence
in

this
sort

disproportionately
accentuate:

it
harder

smaller
regions
to
then
start

get
more
notaries

cap

the
intent
here
is:
let's
have
more
notaries,
where
we
need
more
notaries,

makes
sense.

even
harder
to
get
a
notary
to
begin
with,

maybe
I'm
misunderstanding

the
calculation
score
would
happen.

do
think
that
it's
interesting
to
say,
let's,
like
make
sure
there
is
abundant
and
sufficient
data
cap
in
regions
where
there
are
where
there
is
like
high
client
demand
and
network
power,
but
again
to
your
point
of
like
the
number
of
ldns,
with
the
amount
of
untapped
data
cap
at
ldns
and
those
ldns
are
not
necessarily
restricted
by
region
or
by
notary.

talking

think
I'm
trying
to
change
my
mind,
because
I
think
one
of
the
one
of
the
flaws
with
this
proposal
is
that
it
doesn't
take
into
account
the
fact
that,
like
deals
themselves
are

distributed
across
different
regions
and
as
we
get
better
as
a
community
at
doing
that
and
pushing
that
as
a
best
practice
across
clients.
So
I'd
be
very
interested
in
hearing
from
those
of
you
that
are
doing
a
bunch
of
business
development
and
working
with
clients
they're
bringing
into
the
network.

all,
there
are
two
different
things:
the
district,
the
network
power
and
the
fireplace
are
totally
different
things.
The
purpose
of
fireplaces
for
landing
data

about
the
raw
power.

that's
two
different
things,
which
means
that
it's
really
relevant.

the

power

the

distribution

have

proof

concept
with
them
that

around
10
petabytes
and
they're,
eager
to
move
forward,

looking

start
mining
immediately
as
soon
as
we
can
secure
data
cap

available

this
organization,
and
certainly
from
the
perspective
of
you,
know,
trying
to
store
the
world's
most
important
data.

would
fall
in
line
with
storing
the
world's
most
important
scientific
data.

keen
to
work
on
the
poc,
because
as
a
science
organization,
they
have
a
lot
of
data
that
they
have
on
tape
as
well,
and
they
can't
do
the
financial
justification
of
keeping

always

shuffling
data
between
their
what
they
have
on
disk.
But
then
they
have
a
massive
pool
of
tapes
out
there,
but
with
the
unique
kind
of
value
proposition
with
falcoin,
we
can
kind
of
you

subsidize

cost
of
storage
because
of
the
block
rewards
we
get.

on
that
use
case
to
kind
of
drive
things
forward.

this
is
like
a
really
important
use
case
for
the

the
size
and

are

sensitivity

public
that

organization,

once
we
prove
that
it
works,

versus
unencrypted

remember

unencrypted

want

private,

data
would
be
a
public
and
other
people
could
do
retrieval
deals
on
those
data
sets.

encrypted

sensitive
scientific

data,

that

situation

sensitivity

and
folks
want

retain

group
them

pick

top

of
each

so
we've
had
cutoffs
at
five
or
seven
notaries
per
region
operation
in
the
past.

this
issue,
or
this
discussion
is
basically
the
idea
by
trying
to
get
more
notaries
on
the
table
and
also
limit,
remove

geographical
limit.

so
the
conversation
this
morning
was
around
like
dividing
up
these
two
different
sort
of
goals:
increasing
the
total
number
of
batteries,
removing
the
geographic
limit
and
adjusting
each
of
them
separately.

the
first
part,
I
think
everybody
was
sort
of
in
agreement
that,
like
getting
more
nurtures
on
board,
is
a
general
goal
that
everyone
is
aligned
on.
It
would
be
great
to
have
more
people
participate
in
discussions,
participate
in

community,
help
verify
clients
and
generally
improve
the
client
experience
by
bringing
on
people
that
are
familiar
with
the
doing
familiar.
The
process
can
help
with
education
but
most
importantly,
help
with
faster
verification
for
clients
to
get
them
onboarded
onto
the

majority
of
the

actually
talk

the
second
case,
where
we
talked
a
little
bit

usefulness
of
having
notaries
that
are
coming
from
different
geographies
and
why
it's
important
to
have

so

centered

we
had
the
regional
limit
in
the
first
place
and
the
idea
there
was
basically
that
we
ensure
we
have
notaries
that
are
coming
in
from
different
locations
that
aren't
being
shut
out
because
they'll
never
like
hit
the
ranking
because
they
can't
compete
with
people.

they
understand
the
regulation,
understand
business,
understand
language
and
conserve
clients,
especially
those
who
may
not
have
like
english
is
their
first
language
and
can
are
interested
in
working
with
somebody
onboard
onto
the
network.

so

of

that

the

think

this

angles

increasing
diversity

type
of

network

accidentally

that

thing
driving
the
usage
data
cap
is
actually
client
demand,
not
supply,
and
so
we
should
be
anchoring
based
on
ensuring
clients
have
the
experience
that
they
need
and
their
needs
are
met.
So
their
requirements
when
it
comes
to
onboarding.
Something
onto
the
network
is
actually
available
to
them
and
they're
able
to
do
that
and
work
with
the
search
fighters
of
their.

And
so
the
crux
of
this
issue
is
effectively
just
that,
like,
let's
just
make
sure,
there's
an
updated
gap
available
in
the
regions
where
there's
a
lot
of
supply
and
ideally
in
the
future,
a
lot
of
demand-
and
I
think
the
one
of
the
big
ways
in
this
this
gets
addressed
actually
is
that
effectively.
The
large
data
set
notary
path
is
where
we're
seeing
a
majority
of
data
cap
coming
in
going
to
clients
and
being
used.

fact,
like
right
now,
falcon
plus
is
20-ish,
probably
bytes,
of
deal
data
done,
of
which
you
know.
Direct
notaries
had
a
max
of
eight
terabytes
to
begin
with,
so
we've
already
more
than
doubled
in
eclipse
sort
of
where
the
the
individual
verification
path
exists,
and
it's
becoming
much
more
focused
on
ensuring
clients
that
are
coming
in
at
large
scale
are
supported.

multiple
notaries
like
having
their
opinions
in
the
mix,
a
lot

people
sharing
the
responsibility
of
due
diligence
and
holding
clients
to
a
higher
bar,
and
so
I
actually
think
that,

my
opinion

it

need
to
do

feedback
in
terms
of
thinking
about

turning
another
eye
towards
analytics
and

paying

filecoin
plus
ecosystem

working

bring
many
very
large
clients
into
the
filecoin
ecosystem
and
sort
of
going
through
all
of
the
steps
of
actually
educating
them
about
the
benefits
of
filecoin.

them
understand
helping
to
understand.
You
know
what
is
their
actual
use
case
and
the
actual
data
set,
and
then
actually
you
know
figuring
out
what
the
process
would
look
like
to
prepare
that
data
set
for
storage
on
file
point
and
then
actually
working
with

client
to
go
through
all
the
steps
and
and
actually
get
that
data
onboarded.

so
some
of
the
big
components
here
are.
Basically,
you
know
finding
a
client
that
is
has
at
least
one
pebby
byte
of
data
in
terms
of
just
like
the
unique
data
in
their
data
set
and
working
with
them
to
kind
of
structure,
a
plan
helping
to
kind
of
do
a
test,
with
the
smaller
proof
of
concept,
to
make
sure
that
the
plan
will
work
for
the
larger
data
set
and
then
ultimately,
on
boarding
that
full
data
set,
and
I
think
honestly,
it's
like
if
you're
already
doing
this.

work
with
clients,
it's
actually
pretty
straightforward,
because
you
probably
have
a
lot
of
the
documentation
and
everything
already
in
process.
But
if
not
it's
something
you
know
it's
an
opportunity
to
create
this
like
really
valuable,
set
of
documentation
and
case
studies
and
knowledge
for
our
ecosystem,
so
that
we
can
scale
this
process
of
bringing
petabyte
scale,
clients
onto
the
falcon
network,
much
more
easily
down
the
road
and
so
yeah.
So
that's
kind
of
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
folks
knew
about
this.
