From YouTube: GitLab 14.10 Kickoff - Configure:Configure
A
Hi,
my
name
is
victoria.
I'm
the
product
manager
of
the
configure
group
here
at
gitlab-
and
this
is
the
14.10
milestone
kickoff
video
for
the
group.
What
do
we
plan
to
work
on?
First,
we
have
a
bunch
of
carryover
from
the
previous
milestone.
Actually,
we
managed
to
ship
all
our
signed
up
deliverables
so
that
we
wanted
to
ship,
which
is
great.
A
At
the
same
time,
there
is
one
specific
issue
that
we
still
feel
failed
to
get
progress
with,
which
was
around
the
deployment
management
direction
that
all
the
issues
that
we
want
to
prioritize
highly
in
the
coming
milestone.
At
the
same
time,
we
shipped
a
huge
amount
of
work
that
we
had
to
ship
around
the
15.00
applications
and
we
managed
to
ship
most
of
the
security
issues.
Actually,
all
the
due
deadline,
security
issues
were
fixed
in
the
past
milestone.
A
A
In
more
detail,
you
can
see
here
basically
everything
what
I
described.
The
first
item
is
deliverable
is
related
to
applications.
Then
we
have
deployment
management
tooling
and
the
other
ones
are
related
to
the
costs,
the
request,
routing
and
some
issues.
We
have
around
cost
management.
A
The
we
have
a
few
more
items
around
making
the
whole
registration
flow
a
little
bit
improved
by
turning
it
to
ham
charts.
For
that
we
need
to
ship
the
agent
k
hem
chart
first
as
part
of
the
charts.github.io
site.
We
want
to
add
the
proxy
option
as
well
to
the
agent.
This
is
one
of
the
blockers
to
deprecate.
This
certificate
made
certificate
based
integration
to
fully
deprecated
and
removed
from
the
from
gitlab.
A
And
finally,
we
are
continuing
our
work
as
well
on
enabling
cars
by
default.
We
did
this
in
omnibus
two
months
ago.
We
would
like
to
ship
it
in
the
gitlab
charts
as
well,
and
you
can
see
other
stretch
items
here
again.
Some
high
memory,
consumption
issues.
We
have
feature
flagging,
steady
cluster
creation
page.
This
is
a
front-end
issue.
This
is
onana
she's
in
ukraine
right
now,
so,
while
she
does
her
best
and
she
does
an
amazing
job,
even
in
this
period
to
work,
we
don't
expect
anything
from
her
to
deliver.
A
As
you
can
see,
these
are
primarily
what
we
plan
to
work
on,
so
the
majority
is
related
to
deprecation
work,
to
fixing
gas
related
issues
and
to
deployment
management
direction
that
we
are
super
happy
about.
If
you
have
any
questions
reach
out
to
me
on
the
configure,
slash
channel.
Otherwise,
thank
you
very
much
for
your
attention
and
have
a
nice
rest
of
your
day.
