From YouTube: CEO Shadow Program - Retrospective
Description
Retrospective of my experience in the CEO Shadow Program
https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/ceo/shadow/
A
Hi,
I'm
philipp
a
distinguishing
generic
git
lab,
and
today
I'm
going
to
talk
about
my
experience
with
the
ceo
shuttle
program.
The
ceo
shadow
program
is
a
two-week
program
to
give
participants
an
overview
of
the
functions
of
git
gitlab.
I
found
the
most
challenging
part
of
this
seo
shadow
program.
To
be
the
note
taking
sure
the
end
book
is
helping
a
lot
with
this
essential
task
by
giving
you
a
few
tips,
but
I
think
it's
working
well
for
meetings
with
a
few
back
and
forth
and
few
questions.
A
A
We
should
clean
up
afterwards,
but
we
often
don't
have
time
after
the
meeting,
so
we
leave
the
notes
just
as
it
and
that's
the
most
difficult
part
of
not
taking
you
don't
know
if
something
is
important
until
it
becomes
important
in
the
conversation
and
at
that
time
the
attendees
already
moved
on
to
something
else
that
you
so
need
to.
Listen
to.
A
During
my
two
weeks,
I
had
a
chance
to
walk
with
two
girl
shadows.
We
did
a
coffee
chat
for
onboarding
and
we
did
another
for
off-boarding
and
thought
that
the
sporting
wasn't
as
as
floral
as
the
unborn.
So
that's
why
we
created
a
dedicated
and
boring
issue.
Templating
physics
on
the
importance
of
this
part
there's
a
shared
responsibility
at
the
start
of
the
program,
and
there
is
one
at
the
end
too.
A
You
may
lean
on
your
co-shadow,
but
they
may
also
lean
on
you.
Now
I
have
a
few
tips
for
the
next
shadows
that
will
do
the
program.
The
first
one
is
just
be
prepared.
The
program
can
be
exhausting,
especially
if
you're
on
the
east
coast.
Like
me,
the
meetings
are
starting
at
11am
for
you,
but
if
you
have
kids
like
me,
you
will
start
the
day
at
seven
and
they
can
finish
at
10
pm.
A
Of
course,
remember
that
all
meetings
are
optional,
but
if
you're
doing
this
program,
you
will
want
to
attend
all
the
meetings,
so
that
can
leave
you
with
very
very
long
days,
also
trying
to
avoid
taking
notes
on
the
laptops,
such
as
the
macbook
pro.
The
keyboard
is
absolutely
terrible
and
it's
not
suited
for
fast
typing
and
you
will
lose
just
too
much
time.
Fixing
your
tickles
while
typing
the
next
tip
is
with
regards
to
sid's
request,
do
not
always
seek
for
seeds,
advice
or
validation
directly.
A
Also,
if
you
are
using
airpods
like
these
or
airport
airports
pros
like
this,
you
may
not
have
enough
battery
to
go
through
the
day,
especially
with
the
the
first
version
of
the
outputs.
That's
never
going
to
work
with
the
number
of
meetings
that
you
would
have
to
go
through.
Even
my
airpods
pro
have
difficulties
remain
charged
enough
and
every
minute
between
the
meetings,
you
will
need
these
minutes
to
put
them
in
the
case
to
charge
my
last
tip.
Last
but
not
least,
in
the
meetings,
the
name
are
recurrence.
A
You
have
a
list
of
attendees
and
therefore
it's
beneficial
to
have
a
tool
to
enter
what
we
call
clipboard
history.
There's
an
application
on
mac
called
alfred.
That
is
doing
exactly
that.
It
lets
you
manage
your
clipboard
and
keep
a
copy
and
pass
this
history,
so
that,
if
you
copy
multiple
names,
you
can
pass
multiple
names
in
the
future
as
well,
just
by
typing
the
first
letters
of
the
of
the
name.
So
that's
very
handy
and
will
save
you
a
lot
of
time
in
his
meetings,
so
that's
it
for
today.
