Description
What the CEO Shadow Program taught me.

A
I
witnessed
multiple
times
since
making
sure
that
everyone
was
aligned
with
the
right
metrics.
It's
easy
to
get
swamped
in
them,
especially
if
teams
are
using
different
ones
or
different
versions
of
the
symmetrics.
A
A
It
sounds
because
it
requires
a
lot
of
anticipation,
sometimes
watching
a
short
presentation
video
the
day
before,
but
in
the
end
it
helps
jumping
directly
to
the
point
starting
a
meeting
with
the
presentation,
drifts,
the
focus
of
the
engine
and
leads
to
more
casual
conversations,
because
not
everyone
has
to
focus.
At
the
same
time,
I
could
see
some
very
strategic
meetings
being
held
in
25
minutes,
sometimes
with
more
than
20
items
covered.
A
It
was
great
also
to
see
how
sid
is
a
servant
leader
with
these
reports.
It
doesn't
doesn't
drive
one
once
it's
the
reports,
time
and
they're
responsible
for
organizing
the
agenda
either
multiple
times.
People
saying
where
do
we
start
and
see
is
answering
it's
your
meeting.
That
was
great
to
see
that
in
action.
A
To
see
how
transparency
is
always
in
its
mind,
in
everything,
we're
doing,
but
also
in
the
relationship
with
the
with
invent
stores
in
other
ways
being
used
to
the
way
of
conducting
business
at
gitlab
being
transparent
is
hard
from
the
security
standpoint,
but
also
financial,
legal
and
so
on,
but
in
the
end
it
makes
everyone
in
the
company
feeling
included
and
more
inclined
to
contribute
thanks
for
watching.
