marcus
carter

I'm
based
in
houston,
texas,
I'm
a
senior
sales
recruiter
here
at
get
lab,
focusing
on
filling
roles
on
both
the
enterprise
and
commercial
team.
I
have
a
unique
role
where
I
get
to
be
intentional
in
my
efforts
to
recruit
the
best
talent
for
git
lab.
In
doing
so,
I
partner
closely
and
meet
regularly
with
sales
vps,
and
during
these
calls
we
discuss
everything
from
open
roles
to
needs
of
their
organization
to
even
what
representation
is
needed
by
several
diversity
dimensions
that
could
include
gender
race
region,
etc.

In
my
efforts
to
diversify
teams,
as
I'm
not

and
as
a

hire
the
