This
tmrg
was
born
of
the
joint
efforts
of
romer
chris
and
ugo
chris
recognized
the
need
for
a
latinx
group
here
at
git
lab.
Having
noticed
that
it
is
normally
one
of
the
major
diversity
groups
available
within
other
companies.
Industry-Wide
hugo
and
romer
had
similar
observations,
noting
that
over
five
percent
of
gitlab
employees
are
of
hispanic
backgrounds
globally,
and
that
indicates
an
opportunity
to
grow
and
nurture
that
community
and
in
doing
so,
support
the
get
lab
culture
of
diversity
and
inclusion.
