Description
Monitor 14.3 Planning Issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/monitor/monitor/-/issues/76
A
Hi,
I'm
alana
bellucci,
and
this
is
the
14.3
kickoff
call
for
the
monitor
team.
So
in
this
iteration
two
of
our
team
members
will
be
working
on
infradeb
issues
for
the
verify
stage,
but
we
will
also
be
completing
some
work
that
we've
been
working
on,
so
that
includes
notifications
on
manually
created
incidents.
A
Some
things
may
get
pulled
in
from
our
last
iteration,
where
we
focused
on
technical
debt
and
bugs
so
that
some
of
those
may
carry
over
and
then
we're
also
going
to
be
focusing
on.
How
can
we
continue
to
iterate
on
incidents?
This
is
something
that
the
infrastructure
team
has
been
dog
fooding.
We
kind
of
want
to
take
advantage
of
that
and
see
if
we
can
kind
of
mature
some
of
the
offerings
that
we
have
in
there.
A
So
with
that,
that
includes
doing
a
technical
breakdown
of
incident
timelines
incident
timelines
are
currently
included
in
kind
of
under
the
summary
tab
within
the
incident
issue
type.
But
we
kind
of
want
to
expand
upon
that
because
it's
a
feature
that
they
have
been
asking
for
and
then
amelia
will
also
be
taking
a
closer
look
at.
Can
we
reevaluate
the
incident
management
category
and
she'll
be
working
through
kind
of
going
through
the
cms
for
that?
A
A
Another
one
that
we'll
be
working
on
is
adding
an
escalation
policy
drop
down
to
the
incident
issue
type.
This
can
be
edited
if
it
needs
to
be,
and
then
lastly
kind
of
wanted
to
highlight.
This
is
what
we'll
be
doing
the
technical
breakdown
for
for
incident
timelines,
and
this
is
what
this
will
look
like.
So
it
will
have
its
own
tab.
Users
will
be
able
to
modify.
What's
in
here,
add
things
and
then
some
things
will
also
be
automated.
So
we're
looking
forward
to
a
great
milestone
and
thank
you
for
watching.
