From YouTube: April 2022 Global Campaigns reporting AMA
Description
AMA session on March 28, 2022 with Agnes Oetama, Sr Campaigns Manager on April 2022 Global Campaigns reporting.
A
B
A
You
know
it's
like
or
very
early
on.
I
guess
I'll
just
go
to
the
application
because
it
has
the
utm.
A
It's
attached
to
the
epic,
but
yeah
we
haven't
done
this
anymore.
I
think
we've
done
handbooks
now
kind
of
updates.
A
Yeah
I
mean
you
could
look
at
I
like
to
go
to
the
table
format.
I
mean
there's
also
this
chart,
but
it's
kind
of
hard
to
see,
but,
like
you
can
tell
like
it
stopped
january,
pretty
much
stopped
january,
like
2031.,
didn't
run
for
really
very
long,
because
there's
no
more
spam
for
this
third
iteration.
A
Yeah,
maybe
we
should
just
tell
jackie
that
or
even
if
you
want
to
just
give
a
quick
overview
of
until
when
it's
passed,
because
I
don't
think
we've
ever
done
something
like
that.
So
gently
21,
I
would
say
it's
the
only
you
know
you
can
say
like
it's
not.
I
just
want
facebook
year
2022,
but
just
in
case
they
want
to
like
reinstate
double
check
with
jackie,
though,
but
I
would
say
I
mean
it's
still
a
good
baseline.
I
don't
think
we've
ever
run
a
report
since
we
launched
it.
A
Right
and
especially,
you
are
doing
two
right,
so
maybe
we
can
like
get
rid
of
this
one
and
just
do
like
the
active
ones.
You
know
it
really
depends
also
on
like
are
we
planning
to
reinstate
this?
You
know
like,
if
not,
then
what
you
know
probably
not
a
good
time
to
have
a
good
use
of
our
time
to
like
re-pull
it,
especially
if
it's
been
inactive
for
a
while.
B
A
Yeah,
so
that's
how
I
would
look
at
that.
I
mean
I
know
we
still
have.
I
mean
those
are
the
paid
stuff,
but
we
we,
we
have
the
nurtures
and
everything
going.
You
know,
but
they're
all
just
I
haven't
touched
it
in
a
while
and
with
the
intelligent
nurture
to
be
honest,
like
I
don't
think
we
only
have
maybe
one
one
of
the
stuff
in
there
that
we
used.
B
A
B
A
B
A
Okay,
thank
you
cool,
any
other
questions.
C
Yeah,
I've
got
one
and
this
it
may
be.
I
feel
like
it's
redundant
because
I
feel
like
we
talked
about
it
in
a
meeting
the
other
day,
but
so
on,
like
the
the
png
dashboard
that
you
just
showed
like
what
about
getting
raw
data
behind
some
of
these
numbers
exporting
it
into
well,
it's
not
excel,
but
into
a
spreadsheet
format,
is
how
how
doable
is
that.
A
At
the
moment,
to
be
honest,
I
think
pmg
is
put
push
pulling
this
data
from
our
dashboard
actually
on
our
demand
dashboard-
and
here
let
me
share
my
screen
really
quickly,
but
in
the
demand
dashboard
there's
a
pivot
table
at
the
bottom
that
you
can
use
to
export.
I
guess.
A
No,
no
not
at
all,
and
but
the
only
thing
is
this
demand
dashboard
is
you
know
it's
only
accurate
for
global
view
right
now,
yeah
because
of
like
the
segment
region,
it's
still
being
fluxed,
but
I
would
say,
like
that's
the
closest,
if
you
want
to
use
spreadsheet
format
or
like
export
it,
which
is
this
one,
this
table
right
here,
you
can
actually
it's
I
made
it
the
pivot,
but
like
you
can
reset
it
to
default,
and
then,
if
you
save
this
will
allow
you
to
export
download
data,
you
know,
and
then
you
can.
A
C
A
Done
it's
the
closest
the
most
flexible
right
now
is
only
this
basically
but
yeah
you
can
export
the
csv,
you
just
have
to
say
download,
and
that
will
let
you
do
that.
Okay,.
D
Me
yeah,
no,
I
haven't
yet.
I
haven't
finished
working
on
the
template,
so
once
I
do,
I'm
probably
gonna
have
more
questions.
E
Cool
agnes
for
the
slide
number.
E
A
Yeah
just
follow
whatever
is
in
the
pmg
dash,
because
I
would
think
taking
the
data
from
there.
So
if
they
don't
group
it
as
such,
then
yeah
we
don't
group
it
as
such.
A
Right
now,
because
to
be
honest,
like
I'm,
managing
all
of
amer
and
jenny's
managing
late
time,
so
it
might
be
double
counted
in
party.
D
Yeah
because
I
have
la
tam
as
well
for
mid-market
smb,
so
but
every
every.
When
I
ask
those
questions
beforehand,
it's
in
the
united
states
portion
and
that's
how
sales
is
doing
it
too.
Yeah.
A
But
it's
quite
challenging
because
we
are
we're
trying
to
like
you
know,
report
on,
like
I
don't
know
like
optimize
within
late
time,
and
it's
gonna
be
a
bit
challenging
to
do
that.
E
Yeah
yeah,
and
so
the
other
question
I
had
was
sorry.
I'm
gonna
add
that
to
the
doc
as
well.
Are
we
adding
sort
of
like
disclaimers
here
in
terms
of
the
accuracy
of
data
yeah.
A
We
we
should,
I
mean
if
you
want
to
take
a
stab
at
adding
it
to
the
template,
so
everyone
can
use
that
same
one.
You
know-
or
I
can
try
to
do
that
too,
but
like.
A
E
E
I
think
so
I'm
gonna
haven't
decided
yet
I
was
thinking
to
put
like
the
percentage
discrepancy
there
and
choose
one
over
the
other.
I
just.
A
D
For
the
disclaimer-
or
you
know
that
part
about
accuracy
on
data
that
extra
insight,
instead
of
putting
it
on
every
single
slide
that
has
numbers
on
it,
should
we
put
it
on
the
front
page
on
the
executive.
A
D
A
But
then
also
like,
like
the
ga
inquiries
versus
visible,
that's
that's
something
that
is
a
data
issue
that
I
don't
think
can
be
corrected
by
msnp,
just
because
it's
a
visible
tracking
issue,
so
I
don't
know
when
or
how
we
would
fix
that.
I
think
it
might
be
a
lot
to
do
with
cookie,
to
be
honest,
like
people
opting
out
from
like
big
cookie
and
miserable
tracks
using
cookie.
So
if
they
opt
out,
then
there's
no
way
for
us
to
like
track
them.
A
A
E
E
Because
that
was
definitely
especially
it's
just
so
like
it
is
an
issue
mia
for
sure
like
because
everyone
just
like
blocks
cookies.
That's
just
like
the
experience
in
our
region.
Everybody.
A
A
E
A
D
It's
hard
because
gdpr
has
a
lot
of
restrictions
and
at
the
same
time
like
as
an
individual
person
right,
I'm
I'm
a
consumer
myself.
I
opt
out
my.
I
opt
out
myself
on
forms
because
I
know
what
could
potentially
be
done,
so
you
kind
of
have
to
adopt
more
traditional
ways
of
marketing
more
for
general
based
audiences
and
it's
like
hit
or
miss.
D
So
I
don't
know,
there's
going
to
be
a
learning
curve,
but
maybe
that's
good
to
point
out
that
insight
that
you
said
because
someone
who's
not
in
our
marketing,
I
mean
I
guess,
for
this
call
everyone's
in
marketing,
but
for
someone
who
might
not
know
to
just
mention
that,
like
oh,
when
you
decline
cookies
and
tracking,
it's
harder
for
us
to
know
which
audience
to
put
you
in
which
segment
and
so
like
that's
what
where
the
disparity
is
like.
Is
it
worth
it
to
to
mention,
or
do
we
assume
that
everyone
knows
that
already.
A
I
think
we
can
call
out,
like
the
reason
why
potentially
the
discrepancy
is.
You
know
why
there's
a
big
drop
off
with
ga
and
visible
just
because,
like
with
visible,
you
know,
unless
google
invented
some
way
and
we
can
marry
our
database
with
theirs.
That
might
be
an
option
at
some
point.
I'm
like
thinking
like
how
will
we
fix
this
cookie
issue?
You
know,
but
I
don't
I
don't
know
if
google
will
share.
A
A
Yeah,
but
I
think
we
can
mention
it
like
you
can
say,
like
the
drop-off
potentially
you
know
because
we
don't
know
for
sure,
but
I'm
pretty
sure
that
is
the
case
due
to
cookie
like
people
declining
cookies.
E
A
E
I'm
not
sure
I
think
you
know
other
use
cases
well
for
what
I've
seen
are
better.
Just
thinking
might
be
to
do
with
like
a
channel
as
well,
because
fallington
is
absolutely
fine.
I
think
where
I'm
seeing
it.
This
is
the
small
google
search.
So
I
don't
know
google,
maybe.
E
A
Google
account
manager,
you
know
yeah,
I
know
if
you're
a
big
client
in
the
past,
they
allocate
like
a
specific
account
manager
for
your
team.
I
know
that
that
happened
before
my
previous
job
and
you
can
like
really
ask
them
a
lot
of
things
and
how
they
could
you
know,
because
they
have
clients
too,
I'm
sure
their
clients
they
wanted
to
like
track
the
same
things
from
their
experience.
How
do
people
do
it.
A
D
They
did
yeah
how
they
determine
the
account
managers,
at
least
for
linkedin-
that's
how
they
did
it
and
google
is
at
a
bigger
scale.
So.
A
E
A
D
Are
we
going
to
switch
our
team
call
because
it's
the
same
time
as
your
github
review
and
jenkins
review.
A
Yeah,
I
should
probably
ask
jackie
to
do
that.
That's
the
earliest!
I
can
find
her,
I'm
pretty
sure
she'll
be
open
to
to
doing
that
this.
She
does
say
that
this
is
a
priority
so
and
honestly,
it
might
even
be
like.
I
feel,
like
our
jenkins
and
github
review
would
probably
be
very
short
because
there's
like
nothing
much
to
report
on
but
yeah,
maybe
like
even
scheduling
it.
D
E
A
Yeah-
and
I
don't
know
if
jenkins
would
still
be
the
focus
I
know
for
mine-
I'm
hearing
a
lot
of
github
so
like
definitely
like
in
as
part
of
that
presentation,
I
will
be
sharing
more
of
my
thoughts
on
how
we
would
grow
it
really
right,
but
I
don't
know
in
terms
of
jenkins,
like
have
you
all
been
hearing,
also
like
a
lot
of
asks
from
jenkins
for
more
github.
A
A
A
So
you
know,
like
that's
one
of
our
huge
differentiators,
so
I
guess
when
they
pitch
that
it
makes
sense
right
against
good,
because,
like
that's,
I
think
one
thing
that
we
have,
that
is
a
winning
feature
compared
to
github,
because
they
don't
really
have
anything
integrated
for
security.
But
I
guess
when
you
try
to
pitch
that,
then
they
run
into
our
security
competitors,
which
is,
I
don't
think,
it's
a
big,
a
big
player
in
the
security
space.
A
You
know
like
competitive
with
really
the
jackets,
that's
it
like
as
a
full
blown.
Maybe
that's
also
something
we
discussed
during
the
call
right
like
so
like
what
is
the
areas
of
focus
that
we
want
to
focus
on
for
competitive?
I
mean
clearly
github,
but
do
we
want
to
like?
Maybe
that's
something
that
I
really
can
ask
also
like
do
you
want
to
continue
jetkins
or
do
we
want
to
like?
It
seems
like
we
already
have
enough,
and
then
we
want
to
try
something
else
like.
A
E
A
B
A
I
think
that's
I
mean
in
general
what
we're
trying
to
for
the
enterprise
team,
at
least
in
terms
of
messaging
we
want
to
like
try
to
play
around
with
is
the
whole
is
the
migration.
I
actually
have
a
webinar
plan
to
test
that
out.
It's
called
the
get
laptop
value
working
with
professional
services
and
the
contract.
A
You
still
get
value
like
more.
Like
stage
by
stage
rollout,
which
is
what
we've
seen
kind
of
like
other
companies,
do
you
know
so?
I
feel
like
I
want
to
test
that
out
and
see
how,
if,
instead
of
turning
it
into
a
full-blown
campaign
yet,
but
if
it
seems
like
we
get
really
good
performance
out
of
that
webcast,
then
maybe
we
can
test
out
like
rolling
it
out
too,
because
I
feel
like
that
is
even
more
applicable
for
just
the
larger
companies.
A
E
A
E
A
A
Yeah,
but
maybe
you
can
use
that
same
webinar,
then
I
can
thank
you
that
I'm
working
on
to
test
out
you
know,
because
I
think
to
your
point
is
the
first
time
we've
tried
something
like
this.
Our
message
has
always
been
more
like
head-to-head,
you
know
so
I
feel
like.
If
we
get
this
right,
we
can
probably
figure
out
in
the
next
iteration
for
that
message
around
that
messaging.
You
know
like
repurpose,
that.
E
E
Maybe
that's
good,
like
you
know,
just
still
just
get
more
buzz.
Maybe
you
know
like
frank
and
bryan
team
can
use
that
for
like
as
a
cta,
even
because
we
were
thinking
about
like
different
options
for
that
launch,
like
you
know,
or
something
around
like
devops
career
day,
and
you
know
something
like
really
buzzy
to
get
the
awareness
out
there
so
not
necessarily
like
driving
leads,
but
but
just
creating
more
awareness
type
of
event,
but
yeah.
Basically,
brian
team
is
looking
out
for
as
many
options
for
ctas
as
possible.
A
Oh
really,
I
didn't
know
that.
Do
you
know
if
there's
an
issue
yeah.
E
Yeah
I'll
I'll
tag
you
in
there
it's
we
have
ideation
issue.
That
kind
of
is
sparking
all
the
ideas
right
now.
A
D
E
Just
tag
gin
well,
I
think
that
one
that
came
out
from
like
brand
team
planning
call-
and
basically
jackie
just
mentioned
that
you
know
this
devops
life
go
to
market
team
can
come
up
with
like
a
live
event
or
like
any
ideas,
because
they
were
looking
for
something
for
for
around
the
date,
and
so
I
think
any
ideas
would
would
definitely
work,
because
it's
not
one
city,
it's
not
too
late.
So
it
wants
to
do
two
days
before
leading
to
the
launch
something.
E
So
it
actually
starts
and
not
just
finishes
on
the
day,
but
actually
goes
on
for
like
a
month
or
something
so
they're
thinking,
gitlab,
15.,
they're
thinking
this
and
devops
career
day
there
like,
which
is
an
event,
would
kind
of
work
to
be
honest
like
but
one
specific
event,
we'll
definitely
have
to
mention
the
one
devops
platform.
I
think
that's
just
somewhere.
E
We'll
have
to
do
that
connection,
but
I
think,
in
terms
of
just
getting
on
the
page,
I
don't
know
like
they're
taking
doing
the
takeover
like
they
did
for
seeing
as
believing.
So
I
think
you
know
again
like
it's
a
good
opportunity
to
to
maybe
take
that
in
there.
A
Like
yeah,
because
it
is,
I
mean
it
is
the
devops
platform
theme
and
I
think,
that's
kind
of
like
where
I
did
tag
it
to
the
devops
platform.
Epic
though,
but
that's
why
I
feel
like
sometimes
you're
a
little
bit
like
disjointed
in
the
sense
that
like
because
we
are
responsible
for
segment
region
and
then
also
like
a
use
case,
but
actually
like
some
use,
cases
can
go
into
the
different
segment
regions
so
like.

No,
I
talked
to
jackie
about
this
because
he
said
well.
She
said
if
it's
specific
to
your
segment
region,
because
I
thought
initially,
this
is
something
I
just
want
to
try
for
enterprise.
You
can
run
it
like.
It
doesn't
mean,
which
is
why
I
know
it's
a
little
confusing
because,
like
you're
technically
done,
it's
weird
because
technically
andrei
is
the
devops
platform
person.
D
A
But
then
I
felt
like
this
message
like
resonates
most
with
the
my
segment
region.
So
then
you
know
like
who's
supposed
to
execute,
but
jackie
said
because
it
is
for
your
second
region,
you
do
it,
but
I
think
that
I
think
we
have
to
develop
as
a
team
more
of
a
process
around
like
when
these
things
happen
then
like.
How
do
we
communicate.
A
So
that
we
don't
it
doesn't
get
lost
because.
D
A

A

E
Handbook
page
and
it's
like
outdated,
very
quick
quickly
as
well
yeah
but
yeah.
I
think
you
know
like
as
as
long
as
it's
a
in
the
actual
epic
for
the
go-to-market
motion.
It's
fine
like
I
can
easily
find
it.
That's
all
we
need
really
for
now.
I
think.
A
Cool
well
more
questions:
should
we
end
early
to
let
you
all
work
on
it,
and
then
I
mean
again
like
feel
free
to
just
pick
me
on
slack.
Do
you
think
it's
helpful
to
have
these
office
hours?
Should
I
schedule
a
different
another
one
later
later
in
the
week?
Or
what
do
you
all
think
or
do
you
think
you
can
just
pick
me.
C
B
Group
channels,
so
we
can
all
have
visibility
into
the
questions
that
come
up
in
the
group
channel.
A
Group
channel,
or
even
if
you
want,
I
can
why,
don't
I
put
this
spreadsheet
in
there
just
so
that
it's
like
an
faq
dock
and
then
I
may
not
spread
it,
this
google
doc
and
then
feel
free
to
add
it
at
your
question
there
and
tag
me
in
the
channel
every
time
just
so
we
have
like
one
place
instead
of
having
to
look
through,
like
you
know,.
A
Yeah,
okay,
so
I'll
share
the
recording
and
also
this
google
doc
in
our
channel
and
then
every
time
you
have
a
question.
Add
it
to
the
doc
and
just
tag
me
at
agnes.
You
know
so
that
way
I
know,
and
I
can
respond
asap.
