Description
Biweekly GitLab Marketing All Hands
B
Looks
like
we
have
most
of
the
people
based
off
of
number
of
attendees
that
we
have
on
the
last
one.
Let's
do
it
all
right,
so
we
already
welcomed
christina,
so
we're
on
to
any
any
other
new
hire
announcements,
any
other
introductions,
oop
all
right,
parker!
You
gonna
play
a
drum
solo
for
us.
B
All
right
so
over
to
updates
and
get
ups
updates,
so
somebody's
not
on
the
call.
Does
anybody
else
want
to
verbalize
them.
F
F
There's
a
link
there
to
have
a
read
if
you'd,
like
it's,
the
infrastructure,
automation,
sales,
playbook
and
we
hosted
the
partner
roundtable
this
week
and
we've
had
four
partners
curix
and
danny
palumi
and
bridge
crew
joining
it
was
on
securing
the
gear
ups
workflow
and
we've
had
252
registrations
and
about
84
unique
attendees,
we're
considering
promoting
that
on
demand
as
well
moving
forward.
F
There
is
a
new
optimized
nurture
stream
that
is
live
following
the
work
that
the
whole
team
did
to
identify
content
gaps
and
create
the
prescriptive
virus
journey
and
there's
also
a
link
here
for
a
calling
script
for
land.
So
we're
that
the
team
is
in
discussion
with
sdr
teams
and
preparing
calling
scripts.
F
So
we
are,
we
can
make
sure
there
is
enough
information
to
follow
up
with
any
leads
that
are
relevant
to
the
gitops
go
to
market
and
that
sdrs
are
armed
with
everything
they
need
to
follow
up
on
that.
So,
there's
that
as
well
and
then
there's
monica
post,
which
I
think
is
for
all
the
gtm
watson.
So
is
there
anyone
from
the
brand
team
that
would
like
to
verbalize
this.
G
A
What
a
what
a
hype
train?
That's
awesome!
Thank
you.
I
just
thought
I'd
give
an
update
that
brandon
lyon
has
pursued
an
opportunity
outside
of
git
lab.
We
miss
brandon,
he's
awesome.
If
you
worked
with
him,
you
knew
to
love
him
we're
working
to
backfill
him,
and
I
just
wanted
to
share
that.
Our
team
digital
experience
would
we'll
need
to
backfill
and
replied
our
quarter
a
bit.
So
if
there
is
a
to-do
or
a
mention
that
has
been
sitting
there
and
you're
like
does
michael
like
me.
A
Yes,
I,
like
you,
I
just
I'm
a
little
behind
and
we're
a
little
behind,
so
I
just
wanted
to
to
share
that
news
and
also
share
the
next
point.
Is
me
so
we
just
did.
Our
group
conversation
had
a
lot
of
excellent
conversation,
kind
of
about
growth
on
our
team
and
what
we're
all
doing,
there's
a
specific
call
out.
I
kind
of
put
it
under
tegan,
so
I'll,
just
kind
of
roll
it
in
about
some
destructive
changes
that
happened
to
our
google
analytics
data
for
the
past.
A
18
months
had
to
happen
like
there's,
no,
no
blame
but
we're
working
to
get
that
fixed
up
and
we're
going
to
be
in
a
really
good
future
state
kind
of
like
high
level,
seeing
digital
experience,
inbound
marketing
group
having
cleared
data
and
metrics
and
understand
how
we
pass
things
over
to
justin
ferris
and
the
fulfillment
group,
and
then
how
that
potential
customer
or
current
new
customer
gets
passed
over
to
sam
in
the
growth
group.
So
some
exciting
things
going
on
there.
A
H
Yeah,
so
I'm
sure
you've
seen
the
buzz
of
it,
but
I
don't
think
it's
been
mentioned
on
this
call,
yet
that
remote
by
get
lab
is
coming
up
on
june
29th.
This
is
our
remote
event
about
without
leadership.
We
have
like
a
stacked
lineup
of
speakers
from
twitter
zoom.
H
We
confirmed
facebook
yesterday
and
we
also
had
our
stretch
goal
of
2000
plus
registrations
yesterday,
so
there's
also
a
team
member
enablement
and
contest
so
make
sure
you
go
share
on
social
about
the
event
and
a
promo
video
launched
yesterday.
So
if
you've
already
shared
it,
this
is
a
great
opportunity
to
reshare
and
add
some
extra
information
and
over
to
you,
dunk.
A
I
I
Last
week
we
put
together
a
plan
matt
and
I
put
it
together
and
then
we
started
basically
to
increase
our
spend
pretty
dramatically
in
smb,
so
the
tldr
is
just
to
help
everybody
understand
we
spent
about
15
000
a
day
overall
in
terms
of
our
campaigns,
which
is
about
450
000
a
month
about
a
million
one
million
to
a
quarter,
but
of
that
fifteen
thousand
dollars
a
day.
Very
little
goes
to
smb.
I
88
of
our
spend
is
on
enterprise
and
mid
market.
So
this
plan
that
you'll
see
is
really
designed
to
bump
up
the
volume
so
to
speak,
of
s
b
sales.
This
quarter
to
offset
some
of
this
weakness
that
we
see
in
enterprise
and
it's
it's
not
a
systemic
weakness.
It
was
just
one
large
deal
that
got
slipped
down,
so
we're
trying
to
help
offset
that.
I
So,
if
you're
interested
take
a
look
at
the
plan
hannah,
it's
coming
to
you
right
so
make
sure
your
reps
are
ready
because
we're
generating
three
to
four
times
the
number
of
daily
inquiries,
as
we
typically
do,
and
we
started
that
campaign
basically
last
friday,
thanks.
J
I
Faster
velocity
29
days
versus
150
days
so
and
that's
the
median,
so
some
people
are
earlier
than
that
some
people
are
later
than
that.
So
think
of
the
bell
curve
and
also
about
half
of
our
smb
transactions.
Don't
go
through
a
sales
rep.
They
go
through
the
ecom
cart,
so
those
are
faster
still
at
23
days.
J
G
Up
yeah,
so
I
just
wanted
to
reiterate
from
the
announcement
yesterday
that
I'm
so
thrilled
for
erica
ty
brock.
Everyone
I
listed
here
the
video
is
so
beautiful.
It's
only
three
minutes
take
a
minute
to
watch
it
and,
if
you'd
like
to
join
the
conversation
about
where
it
should
be
embedded
or
the
overall
distribution
rollout
plan,
if
you're
looking
to
get
the
raw
assets
so
that
you
can
put
it
somewhere
else,
then
these
are
the
issues
where
you
can
participate
to
get
that
all
going.
G
K
Yeah,
so
I
apologize
about
screening,
I'm
and
taking
the
kids
to
take
care
in
a
minute
yeah.
So
this
started
out
seven
eight
months
ago,
where
we
needed
to
revise.
I
think,
if
everyone's
seen
there
used
to
be,
there
is
a
demo
that
has
a
10
13
minute
long
demo.
K
It's
always
been
the
one
where
we
drive
traffic
towards
started
back
and
I
think
october
november,
where
we
all
decided
todd
and
our
both
teams
that
this
demonic
to
be
revised
and
william,
erica
and
bronco
want
to
give
those
three
a
great
amount
of
credit,
because
they've
worked
so
hard
on
this
started,
collaborating
way
back
in
november,
there's
been
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
between
the
third
party
and
trying
to
find
the
right
fit
for
how
to
present
this,
and
they
did
a
really
really
great
job.
K
K
All
right,
I
also
want
to
say
gonna.
I
have
a
question.
You
just
said:
there's
an
issue:
they're
gonna
reuse.
This
I
wanna
put
this
on
the
the
gitlab
learn
pages
as
well.
I've
already
started
rebranding.
I
talked
to
erica
about
this
using
some
of
the
the
illustrations,
the
personas
and
placing
it
on
the
gitlab
learn
page,
and
so
it's
gonna
have
a
nice
flow
and
be
across
the
website.
B
It
ty,
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
real,
quick,
some
great
work
that
came
from
emily
and
team,
so
I'm
I'm
jumping
the
line
with
kudos
and
giving
kudos
out
to
emily
and
her
team,
but
also
wanted
to
share.
I
linked
to
the
slides
for
the
abs
strategy
iteration
effectively.
I
think
most
folks
know
we
moved
to
an
account
centric
motion
last
year
in
the
second
half
where
we
were
focusing
on
4
300
target
accounts
in
the
large
face
and
4
400
in
the
mid
market
space.
B
B
Last
week,
but
if
there's
questions
obviously
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
me
or
emily,
but
I'm
pretty
proud
of
the
work,
I'm
proud
of
the
execution
and
really
happy
with
what
emily
put
together
here
so
over
to
the
kudos
and
I'm
actually
first
on
that.
One
too,
I
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
sarah
daley.
B
B
I've
already
gushed
over
her
in
the
team
meeting
and
to
her
personally,
but
I
want
to
say,
I've
had
the
privilege
of
working
with
sarah
directly
many
many
many
times
she's
seen
she
can't
seem
to
get
away
from
me,
and
I
really
appreciate
all
the
amazing
work
you
did
here,
you're
going
to
leave
a
big
hole
in
the
team
in
more
ways
than
just
the
work
you've
done,
but
also
as
a
friend
and
just
a
generally
awesome
person
to
have
around
to
gitlab.
So
we
will
miss
you.
B
We
appreciate
you
and
we
wish
you
the
best
of
luck,
because
you
are
awesome
so
over
to
leslie
for
the
next
one.
D
There
you
go
awesome.
Well,
I
just
want
to
do
a
huge
shout
out
to
amy
waller
the
field.
Marketing
team
constantly
relies
on
ops
and
and
we're
all
getting
antsy
to
potentially
get
back
in
person.
So
all
the
processes
that
we've
been
kind
of
you
know
ignoring
because
we've
been
building
brand
new
processes
for
the
last
year
or
coming
coming
up
to
play
right
now.
So
thank
you
so
much
to
amy
for
for
all
of
her
help
for
the
with
the
org.
D
So
and
with
that
it
looks
like
ken
and
katie,
plus
one
a
thousand
percent,
wonderful
and
I'll
hand
it
over
to
ken.
M
Thank
you.
I
want
to
give
a
big
shout
out
to
billy
phillips,
I'm
not
sure
if
lily's
on
the
call,
but
she
is
leaving
us
tomorrow's
her
last
day
she
has
been
an
extremely
valuable
member
of
our
team.
We're
going
to
miss
her
so
much
rich
and
rachel
are
devastated
and
freaking
out,
but
we're
gonna
be
okay
and
we
wish
lily
all
the
best.
She
is
moving
on
to
do
two
really
cool
things.
M
She
started
an
ice
cream
business
a
little
while
back
she'd
been
doing
on
the
weekend,
so
she's
gonna
take
that
full
time
while
managing
her
airbnb
out
in
washington
state.
So
two
really
cool
ventures
for
lilly
wish
her
all
the
best
and
success
and
hope
she
stays
in
touch
and
we
will
miss
her
a
lot.
E
Thanks,
I
wanted
to
say
a
big
big
thank
you
to
haley
haley's,
been
supporting
both
the
land
and
expand
sdr
teams
in
emea,
she's
been
hiring
supporting
the
development
and
the
promotion
of
the
members
on
her
team
and
just
doing
a
fantastic
job.
So
a
huge
huge
thanks.
It's
one
of
those
behind
the
scenes,
things
that
you
might
not
realize.
So
I
wanted
to
call
it
out
here,
because
it's
been
just
incredible
and
thank
you.
Haley.
N
I
think
I
am
up
next.
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
shout
out
to
megan
o'dowd.
She
has
done
an
insane
amount
of
incredible
documentation
in
preparation
for
christina
coming
on
board
and
our
team
growing,
there's
kind
of
a
side
shout
out
to
katie
rogel,
who
has
been
amazing
with
your
superpower,
of
everything,
operational
and
logistics
and
kind
of
being
a
resource
for
megan,
as
we've
gotten.
All
of
that
built
out
so
huge.
Thank
you
to
both
of
you
appreciate
it.
J
Thank
you.
Sorry,
I'm
on
phone,
I'm
going
to
continue
with
the
kudos
for
the
field
marketing
team.
J
I
just
want
to
say
a
huge
huge
huge
thank
you
especially
to
leslie
blanchard,
but
definitely
for
ken
and
katie,
for
all
the
work
they've
done
to
sort
of
continue
growing,
acadia
and
making
it
better
and
just
really
appreciate
it,
and
for
those
of
you
that
aren't
aware,
I'm
starting
on
a
leave
on
monday,
seeing
if
I
can
figure
things
out
with
my
mom,
so
I'm
leaving
alec
katie
in
the
hands
of
of
leslie
and
crystal
mcclure.
So
hopefully
all
will
go
well.
I
trust
it
will.
I
Thank
you,
I'm
next,
thanks
darren.
I
just
want
to
give
a
huge
shout
out
to
the
design
team
matt.
You
know,
and
the
team
have
just
been
fantastic
to
work
with.
I
think
some
of
you
know
our
digital
display
ads
were
getting
a
little
old.
The
creative
was
getting
a
little
tired
and
I
just
wanted
to
share
with
you
all
some
of
the
cool
new
creative
that
the
design
team
has
worked
up,
that
we're
using
and
running
right
now
in
our
display
campaign.
I
So
you
can
see
some
of
those
really
great
partnership,
huge
thanks
to
the
entire
team,
we're
already
seeing
some
pickups
relative
to
click-through
rates
since
we
launched
all
these
for
the
new
campaign.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
D
Yeah
and
I
just
have
a
an
add-on
for
that
and
I'll
go
grab
the
link
so
y'all
can
see,
but
the
design
team
monica
specifically
taking
the
designs
that
everyone
worked
on,
helped
us
create
new
imagery
in
that
follows
suit,
with
all
the
design
that
our
digital
team
is
doing.
So,
if,
if
you
are
coming
to
an
advanced,
ci
cd
workshop-
and
you
see
the
the
ad
for
that,
it
would
look
and
feel
consistent
to
the
design
or
sorry
to
the
ad
that
the
digital
team
is
running
as
well.
O
Awesome,
thank
you.
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
quick,
but
a
small
but
mighty
huge
shout
out
to
both
teagan
and
emily
chin,
who
are
running
full
tilt
on
our
first
ever
remote
event
on
a
short
runway,
also
along
with
jessica
and
betsy,
on
that
as
well,
but
tegan
and
emily
emily
happy
two
year
anniversary
as
well,
but
are
working
really
hard
on
this
in
conjunction
with
a
lot
of
the
elements
for
commit
and
contribute
and
a
packed
actual
sponsor
lineup
in
the
fall.
O
So
a
lot
of
things
going
on
at
the
same
time,
amongst
just
a
few
people,
so
big
shout
out
to
them
and
thank
you
all
for
your
patience
with
us
as
a
team
as
we
try
to
keep
up
with
everything
across
the
board.
