The purpose of this demo is to share the process by which a salesforce user adds a single contact to an account record and the time it takes to do it.

going
to
be
demonstrating
the
time
and
effort
involved
in
adding
a
contact
into
Salesforce.
So

example
I've

here
is
the
account
team
covering
Zelo
has
received
a
calendar,
invite
from
a
member
of
the
compliance
team
at
the
Zillo
who
appears
to
not
already
be
in
Salesforce
and
I'm,
making
that
judgment
based
off
of
this
great
dot
here.

other
folks
are
in
blue,
which,
at
the
very
least,
means
they're
in
outreach
and
I
would
also
bet
that
they're
already
in
Salesforce,
because
I
recognized
most
of
these
names
and
it's
probably
blue,
because
the
data
has
been
pulled
down
from
Salesforce
into
outreach
so
to
track
how
long
this
takes.
I'm
gonna
run
a
stopwatch
here
and
demonstrate
the
process
I
go
through
to
add
Dinesh
into
Salesforce.

make
sure
I've

Salesforce
open,
I

okay,
so
the
first
thing
I'm
going
to
do
is
see
if
Dinesh
is
already
in
Salesforce,
because
that
blue
dot
doesn't
necessarily
mean
he's
already
in
and
I'm
running.

he's
not
looks
like
he's
been
on
a
couple
emails,
so
I'm
going
to
now
go
to
the
account
that
Dinesh
is
part
of.

if
there

last
