think

think
we've
done
a
poor
job

articulating.

think
we

basically
getting
twice
as
much
done
for

same
amount

money,

that's

save
about
40
percent
by
local
wages
around
the
globe
and
about
10
percent
for
not
having
it
by
not
having
an
office
and
I
think
we
could
do
a
better
job,
calculating
that.

we
kind
of
need
an
ROI
study
and
things
like
that
now,
the
next
couple
of
years,
that
might
on
one
hand
that
might
decrease
a
bit
because
the
local
wages
will
go
up
further
as
people
become
remote
on
the
other
hands.

think
people
will
really
want
to
join
an
automotive
company
instead
of
a
hybrid
company,
because
experience
will
be
better
for
them.
So
I
think
that
will
be
a
sustainable
advantage
for
for
longer.

interesting
to
see
if
this
is
possible
and
they
totally
understand
the
downsides
of
hybrid
I
mean
because
we've
all
lived,
that
it's
horrible
and
the
people
that
remote
never
feel
part
of
it,
but
it
might
be
more
explicit,
I
mean
especially
you
know,
over
the
next
year.
So
you
know,
as
you
talk
to
potential
investors
and
stuff
that
that
we
just
get
very
explicit
on
what
they're
you
know.

right

a
company
like
ours

downsides.
