Jason Colyer, Support Operations Manager, takes us through how the manage agent signatures via Zendesk
A
A
So
to
start
with,
you
need
to
go
to
the
user's
page
that
you're
going
to
edit.
So
if
we
were
editing
our
own,
we
could
click
this
top
right
icon
and
go
to
view
profile
and
access
it
pretty
quickly
there.
But
otherwise
you
really
need
to
know
this.
You
know
the
user
you're
doing
so
we
could
do
you
know
type.
A
Now
this
isn't
an
agent,
so
it's
not
showing
so,
for
example
there.
But
you
get
the
general
idea
so
to
actually
edit
a
signature.
You
need
to
go
over
here
and
click
in
the
box
and
make
whatever
changes.
So,
let's
say,
for
whatever
reason:
I'm
going
to
get
rid
of
this
thing
about:
we
can
assist
in
other
languages
because
that's
a
pretty
old
blurb.
A
I
just
delete
it
and
once
I
click
outside
of
the
box,
I'll
get
a
message
saying
my
user's
been
updated,
or
whichever
user
you're
in
and
that's
all
there
is
to
it
now
as
a
caveat,
we
really
should
not
be
actually
editing
the
agent
signatures.
This
way
we
want
to
do
it
via
the
sync
repo
there's
a
reason
we
do
every
week
maintain
every
agent.
You
know
support
agents
signatures
via
the
repos
themselves,
so
it's
preferred
to
do
it
that
way,
but
there
might
be
situations
where
you
need
to
do
this
yourself.
