Support Ops Sync - 2023-02-28
A
L,
it
is
the
28th
of
February
I
think
so,
let's
can
I
get
started
with
the
up
scene.
Dylan
mentions
that
sandusk
is
going
to
start,
allowing
multiple
sign-in
options
per
user
type
and
user
and
agent
it's
great
for
our
end
users
not
really
relevant
to
us,
because
we
can
only
sign
in
through
OCTA
SSM.
So
it's
a
good
thing
to
kind
of
read
about
and
see.
A
Okay,
here's
some
other
methods
being
enabled
for
users
to
sign
in
and
kind
of
Link
their
account
to,
but
as
far
as
it
goes
for
agents,
nope
still
single
sign-on
with
OCTA,
it's
only
option
you
got
so
this
is
kind
of
a
thing
you
know
you
might
have
noticed.
The
new
or
method
has
or
note
method
has
been
implemented.
Please,
let
me
know
of
any
issues
we
saw
some
last
night
they've
been
fixed,
turns
out.
I
left
the
debug
symbol
in
the
code,
which
wasn't
ideal,
but
that's
been
fixed.
A
I
saw
one
nil
value
that
gets
parsed
weird,
so
I
just
went
and
set
it
to
force
it
to
a
string
which,
if
you
don't
know
in
Ruby,
setting
nil
to
a
string
sets
it
to
double
quotes
empty
space,
does
nothing
other
than
makes
it
an
actual
string
object.
Instead
of
a
nil
object,
we've
created
converting
objects,
but
not
when
it's
nil.
It
just
does
not
like
nil.
A
It
hasn't
been
changed
so
much
as
I
added
a
workflow
picture
to
clarify
what
it
was
right,
yeah
kind
of
hard
to
put
some
of
that
into
words
and
very
easy
to
get
lost
in
words.
So
I
did
add
a
workflow
diagram
chart
mermaid
thingy.
That
kind
of
makes
it
a
little
easier
to
kind
of
just
follow
a
flow
chart
and
go.
This
is
what
I
need
to
do
with
the
ticket,
but
good
call
out
cool,
well
I'll,
go
ahead
and
stop
the
recording
again
thanks
all.
