A
All
right
so
building
a
rapport.
Let
me
start
by
just
asking:
who
wants
to
give
me
a
your
definition
of
rapport?
What
does
that
mean?
What
does
it
mean
to
you
if
you
have
an
answer,
just
go
ahead
and
unmute?
Let
us
let's
hear
it.
B
A
A
B
A
Yeah,
a
working
friendship,
yeah,
so
you're
on
the
right
track.
Thank
you.
Both
caitlyn
duncan
yeah
rapport
is.
Is
that
beginning
of
a
relationship
of
some
sort,
it
is
a
sense
of
connection
that
you
get.
Sometimes
you
get
that
just
when
you
when
you
meet
someone,
and
it
can
be
one
of
those
things
that
happens
like
that,
where
you
know
you
start
talking
to
somebody
like
within
a
minute.
You
feel
like
what
we
would
say.
You
know
you
just
clicked
with
them
right,
you
kind
of
get
each
other
a
little
bit.
A
A
It's
it's
something
where,
when
you've
got
rapport
going,
you'll
notice
that
you're
paying
attention
to
each
other
because
you're
respecting
each
other
you're
trusting
each
other,
you
tend
to
relate
very
positively
with
each
other
friendly,
maybe
happy
showing
some
concerns
and
care.
It
really
gets.
You
started
along
a
good
positive
path.
A
You
can
feel
in
sync
that
might
be
another
phrase.
You'd
use
to
describe
how
you're
working
with
someone
when
you've
developed
some
rapport
and
keep
in
mind
that
this,
as
I
said,
is
something
that
can
can
just
happen
just
like
that,
or
it
can
be
something
that
develops
slowly.
It
can
also
be
something
that
happens
naturally
without
any
intent
or
that
you
deliberately
work
to
build
and
for
the
most
part,
when
we
are
communicating
with
people
through
electronic
means,
like
a
ticket,
we're
going
to
have
to
put
some
intention
into
building
rapport
right.
