Description
This is a brief preview of the content being covered in the upcoming UX Research Group Conversation.
A
A
A
Historically,
that's
been
very
difficult.
What
this
particular
project
does
is
creates
a
new
process
for
us
to
leverage,
and
that
is
a
usability
benchmarking
process,
where
we
can
take
a
given
stage
and
look
closely
at
those
jobs
to
be
done,
create
tasks
around
those
and
run
participants
through
those
tasks
with
very
specific
measures.
A
At
the
end
of
a
study,
we're
left
with
very
clear
recommendations
and
almost
a
grading
scale
on
how
task
by
task
participants
performed
along
with
a
grade
at
the
job
to
be
done
level,
and
even
perhaps
at
the
stage
level
too.
So
this
is
a
big
lift
for
us.
It's
a
lot
of
work,
but
we
think
that
we're
able
to
really
help
teams
make
some
changes
around
sus.
That
can
impact
that
score
in
a
positive
manner,
and
this
can
help
us
so
very
excited
about
this
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
A
A
So
this
is
essentially
researching
to
understand
what
gaps
that
may
exist
within
our
current
search
experience
and
also
learning
about
our
users
expectations
around
search,
how
people
search
today
what's
working
well
for
them.
What
isn't
so
this
is
about
to
kick
off.
It's
a
longitudinal
study,
so
very
excited
to
see
the
outcome
of
that.
A
This
is
a
great
example
of
a
research
project
that
was
utilizing
both
quantitative
survey
data
and
also
qualitative
interview
data
to
tell
a
more
complete
story.
So
michael
carrapolis
drove
this
one
and
he
did
a
great
job.
Some
really
good
findings
here.
So
I
would
just
want
to
draw
some
attention
to
this
one,
because
this
really
helped
us
understand
a
little
bit
about
that
pipeline
and
the
if
we
have
a
substantial
substantial
journey
from
free
to
paid
and
what
that
looks
like
and
what
the
value
is
for
our
customers.
There.
