A
A
Okay,
I'm
in
preferences
by
default.
It's
the
user
preferences
here,
but
I
can
see
on
the
side.
There's
a
section
for
billing
and
it
says
I
am
currently
using
the
free
plan
if
I'm
looking
to
purchase
or
manage
a
subscription
for
a
group,
I
need
to
go
to
the
group
settings
and
billing
yeah.
So
this
isn't
ideal.
A
A
A
So
it's
telling
me
to
navigate
to
my
group
and
go
to
the
settings
and
building
from
there.
So
click
on
my
group.
Okay,
let's
bring
into
my
group's
view
I
want
to
purchase
a
subscription
for
my
latest
group
here.
A
And
okay
I
have
to
go
to
settings
for
the
group:
okay
settings:
okay,
Billings
kind
of
tucked
away
click
on
billing;
okay.
So
it's
telling
me
I'm
currently
using
the
free
plan
and
we've
got
three
different
plans
here
that
I
can
choose
from,
but
I
want
to
try
purchase
ultimate
so
I'm
going
to
upgrade
to
ultimate.
A
A
Yep
similar
feedback
to
what
I
said
in
the
initial
sign
up
with
the
free
trial
and
purchase.
This
is
a
little
confusing
for
Irish
users
having
the
state
there
and
zip
code.
We
do
sometimes
use
zip
codes
or
error
codes,
but
state
is
never
is
never
used
here.
I'll
continue
the
payment
and
again
the
lack
of
alternative
payment
options.
Here
is
something
that
maybe
could
be
a
big
fix.
A
That
would
be
really
beneficial,
I,
think
everyone
hates
filling
filling
out
payment
information,
so
the
likes
of
Apple
pay,
which
is
becoming
very,
very
popular
in
Europe
and
then
obviously
PayPal
is
pretty
much
ubiquitous
across
the
world
now
for
purchasing
and
subscriptions
what
I
like
about
Apple
paying
PayPal
is
it
takes
into
account
your
payment
and
billing
information?
A
So
all
of
the
billing
details,
you
fill
out
all
of
your
payment
method,
details
your
card
details,
that's
all
saved
and
it's
secure
and
done
with
one
click
or
biometric
information,
and
so
it
just
makes
the
kind
of
tedious
part
of
a
checkout
experience
a
lot
better
like
as
before.
The
button
turns
green,
which
is
a
weird
change.
A
It
kind
of
catches,
your
eye,
I,
don't
know
if
that's
intentional
or
it's
the
standard
payment
button
we
use,
but
I,
don't
know
why
it
has
to
change
from
Bluetooth
to
green
and
the
last
step
I'm
going
to
review
my
order.
A
Again,
I
don't
know
if
this
is
the
default
messaging,
we're
actually
showing
on
the
live
environment,
but
it's
not
actually
written
in
real
human
language
and
it's
got
transaction
errors.
It's
got
brackets,
it's
got
a
declined
code,
but
maybe
that's
different
on
the
live
environment.
I
need
to
check
that,
but
I've
updated
my
expiration
or
review
my
order.
A
Oh
okay,
I'm
not
ready
to
buy
it.
We
understand
which
I
would
say:
I'll
start
a
free
trial.
I
mean
that
came
up.
Pretty
quick
I
mean
I
I've,
seen
that
on
sites
where
maybe
you're
hesitating
or
you're,
you
haven't
filled
anything
out
and
might
pop
up,
but
I
mean
I,
clicked
the
screen
about
five
seconds
or
less
before
I'm
gonna
close
that
because
I
am
ready
to
buy.
A
A
And
again,
there's
obviously
something
not
allowing
us
to
show
the
right
information
here,
but
I
think
it
may
shock
a
few
people
if
they've
just
purchased
and
they
see
that.
Obviously
we
are
telling
them
that's
good,
but
being
able
to
update
the
plan
when
we
load
the
new
page
would
be
useful.
I'll
refresh
that
to
see
if
it
actually
is
active,
yeah,
so
test
date
is
currently
using
the
ultimate
plan,
and
so
that's
worked
now.
I'm
all
set
up
and
on
my
scorecard,
similar
to
the
free
trial
sign
up
with
a
purchase.
I
graded.
