we're
going
to
be
talking
through
how
we
can
deploy
a
fabric
2.0
network
in
just
a
few
clicks
using
chain
stats
services.
So
what
is
chain
stack?
Well,
we
provide
managed
blockchain
services.
We
aim
to
make
it
extremely
simple
for
companies
and
our
customers
to
experiment
to
launch
and
scale
nodes
and
networks.
A
Using
you
know
a
multitude
of
different
protocols
today,
I
want
to
focus
on
the
flexibility
of
the
platform,
the
intuitiveness
of
it
and
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
pricing
as
well.
So
just
a
little
bit
about
chase
tech.
We've
been
around
for
about
two
and
a
half
years
now
and
we
support
quorum
quota
multi-chain.
We
can
deploy
nodes
to
a
theorem
in
Bitcoin
as
well
and
today
we're
here
to
announce
our
support
for
hyper
ledger
fabric.

So
why
would
we
use
chain
sec?
Well,
I
wanted
to
focus
on
a
few
things
that
we've
heard
from
our
customers
of
why
they
find
it
a
useful
platform
for
them
and
the
first
one
is
the
ability
to
save
time.
So
you
know
has
any
of
you
know
who
are
working
in
blockchain
today:
there's
a
lot
of
complicated
network
configuration
and
resource
provisioning,
that's
required
when
you
set
up
any
network
from
the
get-go,
particularly
with
fabric.

We
know
this
is
quite
a
complex
protocol
to
work
with
and
we
want
people
to
be
able
to
get
up
and
off
the
ground
running
as
quickly
as
possible,
so,
whether
that's
being
able
to
test
something
move
past
your
PHP
OSI
into
you,
know,
pilot
project
and
then
scale
up
into
production.
We
want
that
to
be
all
as
seamless
and
painless
as
possible
in
terms
of
agility,
so
we
are
multi
cloud
out
of
the
box.
That
means
our
customers
can
deploy
their
networks
in
their
nodes,
wherever
it
makes
most
sense
for
them.

That's
one
of
our
strengths
is
we
go
where
our
customers
go,
whether
they
want
to
deploy-
and
you
know
any
of
the
popular
cloud
providers
in
their
region
of
choice
or
on-prem.
These
are
all
things
we
support
and
we
work
closely
with
our
customers
to
make
sure
we
can
be
in
the
places
that
make
most
sense
for
them
and
their
network.

hope
that
change
that
can
be
something
that
either
replaces
or
probably
more
realistically
augments
the
existing
team
that
people
have
and
help
them
do
these
kind
of
things.
In
a
you
know
these
orchestration
and
management
tasks
in
a
much
more
cost-effective
way
and
finally,
every
project
we
hope,
scales
past
the
test
stage
and
with
chainset.
We
want
our
customers
to
be
able
to
scale
confidently
and
have
the
confidence
in
the
availability
of
your
network
and
their
resources
on
the
networks.

So
here
we
have
the
chain
stack
dashboard.
These
are
all
different
projects
in
my
chains
that
account,
as
you
can
see,
we
split
them
out
by
either
public
chain
or
consortium.
Essentially,
the
public
chain
projects
are
ones
where
you're
deploying
a
node
onto
an
existing
network
such
as
aetherium
or
Bitcoin,
and
what
we're
interested
in
today
are
the
consortium
projects
where
we
can
deploy
our
consortium
networks.

So
within
this
project
here
we
have
this
concept
of
members
in
chain
stack,
and
what
we
can
do
here
is
invite
people
to
participate
in
this
network
with
us
solely
through
an
email.
So,
just
by
providing
an
email,
someone
can
either
sign
up
with
chain
stack
or
come
in
with
an
existing
account
and
participate
in
this
project
with
us
and
by
participate
I
mean
they
can
deploy
their
own
infrastructure.
You
know
together
in
this
shared
environment,
so
here
in
this
project,
I
have
three
networks
running
already
and
I'll.
A

So
will
this
be
a
network
and
that
will
be
running
in
the
cloud
or
is
it
gonna
be
a
hybrid
environment
with
some
nodes
running
on
Prem,
we'll
select
where
we
want
these
initial
two
nodes
to
three
nodes
to
be
running
in
this
case,
I
will
go
with
AWS
in
Singapore,
but
of
course
you
know
you
can
select
whatever
makes
most
sense
for
you
and
your
customers
and
then
we'll
create
the
network.
So
you
know
this
now
will
perform
all
of
the
orchestration
that
some
of
you
may
be
doing
with.
A
You
know
complex
scripts
that
you're
maintaining
and
updating
all
the
time
to
ensure
that
they
work
with
whatever
changes
that
are
happening
on
your
network
and
with
the
protocol
itself.
So
we're
always
monitoring
protocols
always
making
sure
up-to-date
with
the
latest
trends
and
well
not
trends,
but
changes
rather,
and
we
perform
the
orchestration
for
you
in
the
background.
So
now
we're
configuring.
This
Network
we're
creating
an
initial
channel.
A
We're
deploying
peers,
we're
provisioning
the
resources
to
ensure
that
these
peers
are,
you
know,
meet
the
minimum
requirements
to
perform
well
on
this
network
and
once
that's
done
in
about
five
to
ten
minutes
or
so
it'll
be
ready
for
you
to
deploy
your
applications
on
top
of
to
interact
with,
as
if
it
were
a
full.
You
know
real
world
application
running
in
the
cloud
or
where
it
makes
most
sense.
So
let's
look
take
a
look
at
this
network
here,
which
has
just
one
peer
on
it
that
I
would
I
deployed
earlier
now.

Let's
say:
I
was
another
organization
that
was
participating
in
this
network,
it's
for
me
to
join
and
and
interact
with
the
one
participant.
That's
there
already
it's
as
simple
as
just
adding
a
note
and
I
can
choose
to
use
GCP
for
this
one
or
deploy
it
on
Prem.
If
that
makes
more
sense
for
me,
and
just
like
that,
we
will
create
new
participants,
create
the
you
know,
all
the
required
certs
and
whatnot
the
organization,
and
you
just
need
to
sit
back
and
wait,
and
in
a
couple
of
minutes
the
no.

It
will
then
be
ready
to
operate
on
this
network
as
well.
So
it's
have
a
look
at
this
one
I
created
earlier,
which
has
three
different
organizations
with
multiple
peers.
We
can
look
at
our
network
details
export
the
connection
profile
if
we
want
to
start
building
applications.
On
top
of
this,
using,
for
example,
some
of
the
SDKs
that
are
available
with
fabric,
we
can
export
the
TLS
certificates
for
the
solo
order
that
was
deployed.

Initially,
we
can
look
at
other,
the
other
peers
and
endpoints
for
other
organizations
that
are
participating
in
this
network
and
also,
if
we
look
at
our
own
peer,
we
have
a
lot
more
information.
That's
required
for
us
to
be
able
to
connect
to
this
and
build
on
top
of
it.
So
our
MSPs
we
for
the
MSP
for
our
organization.
We
can
export
the
peer
JSON
and
admin
JSON
that
are
required
to
work
with
the
IBM
vyas
code
extension
that
we
love
to
work
with
and
if
we
export
the
organization
here
we
get.

You
know
all
the
certificates
for
the
peers
and
users
and
whatnot
on
this
network
so
that
you
can
perform
any
actions
with
your
node
as
you
would
be
able
to
if
you
owned
it
yourself,
so
I'm
just
quickly
show
you
an
example
of
what
that
would
look
like.
So
here
we
have
vs
code,
setup
and
I've
already
imported
those
peers
and
admin
identity
that
I
showed
previously,
and
so
actually
we
can
browse
our
network
on
the
left
in
this
panel
here.

Unfortunately,
the
plug-in
currently
only
supports
fabric
1.4,
so
we're
a
little
bit
ahead,
but
we
know
they're
working
on
2.0
and
as
soon
as
they
do
you'll
be
able
to
stray
from
your
IDE
you're
not
connected
to
a
remote
peer,
that's
running
in
chain
stack
and
you
can
install
and
instantiate
change
a
chain
code
from
this
interface.
You
can,
you
know,
initiate
transactions
and
what
have
you
all
from
your
IDE
and
here
what
I
have?
Are
two
terminals

Each
one
is
connected
to
a
different
pier
on
that
network.

believe
it's
this

also

the
other
organizations

we're
working

fab

chain
code
demo.

we
can

I
know
it's
not
that
easy
to
read,
but,
as
you
can
see,
these
are
actually
peers
connected
to
you
see
a
default
channel
on
this
network
and
essentially
what
I've
done.

defining

few
environment
variables
in
the
pure
CLI
here,
which
were
made
available
on
the
previous
screen
here
were
able
to
connect
to
up
here.
Install
and
sanshi
a
chain
code
run
transactions,
and
what
have
you
so
I
previously
went
through
the
chain
code
lifecycle
that
is
new
in
fabric
2.0,
to
ensure
that
we
have
this,
you
know,
endorsed
and
and
committed
to
the
channel.
We
can
query
that
chain
code
and
see
that
we
have
a
bunch
of
cars
on
our
network.

As
you
can
see,
we
are
tied
to
this
network
and
we
would
get
all
the
the
responses
that
we
would
expect,
and
so,
of
course
we

build
applications
on
top
of
this

connect
to

SDK.
And
what
have
you
so
yeah?
That's
the
platform.
In
essence,
we
also
saw
I
want
more
things
to
mention
with
every
organization
that
joins
us
network.

deploy
an
instance
of
hyper
ledger
Explorer,
which
is
a
project
that
we
like
very
much,
which
means
you
can
come
in
and
you
can
take
a
look
at
the
transactions
that
are
taking
place,
which
organization
performing
transactions
look
at
the
blocks
and
the
individual
transactions
themselves,
and
you
know
see
who
is
reading
and
writing
from
the
network
and
when
on
this
channel,
will
skip
this
all
right.
So,
let's
take
a
look
at
how
chase
that
compares
to
some
of
the
other
similar
matters
services
options
out
there
available.

services,

IBM
blockchain
platform

be

the
head

the
game
when
it
comes
to
not
just
fabric
with
the
other
protocols
that
we
support.

version

makes
sense

them

if

on

we
can
help,
deploy
and
configure
that
network
in
a
way
that
makes

we
don't
people

need
to
spend
time
thinking
about.
What's
the
right
version
for
me.

work
if
I
upgrade
or
whatnot,
we
inform
them

break

changes,

we
work
quite
closely
with
them
to
ensure
that
everything
is
stable
and
working
100%
of
the
time

we

offer
a
multi
cloud
and
on-premise
straight
out
of
the
box
as
I
demoed.

when
it

we
talk
about
the
simplicity
of
the
platform
and
the
usability
of
it,
as
you
saw
this,
then
it's
very
you
know
simple
and
easy
to
get
going
straightaway.
We
automate
all
the
provisioning,
so
we
ensure
that
you
know
the
nodes
that
we're
deploying
are
capable
in
terms
of
performance
and
speed
and
scale
that
are
required
for
your
network.

there's
a
lot
involved
in
terms
of
policy
and
whatnot
and
we
try
to
you
know
mm
make
it
simple
for
our
customers
to
get
up
and
running
and
then
customize
that
when
it
makes
sense
for
them,
and
finally
so
yeah
like
I,
mentioned
just
a
shout
out
for
the
BS
code,
blotching
extension,
we
are
compatible
with
it
out
of
the
box.
We
explored
the
right
files
and
what
not
so
that
you
can
take
your
nodes
and
import
them
there
and
work
with
them
from
there.
So
about
roadmap
for
the
product.

have
an
API
for
network
and
node
orchestration
available
so
that
our
customers
can
programmatically
deploy,
networks
and
nodes
in
a
way
that
makes
sense
for
them
and
their
own
customers.
We
have
existing
people
who
are
looking
at
using
change
deck
and
integrating
it
into
their
CI
CD
pipeline
so
that
they
can.
You
know,
programmatically,
spin
up
and
destroy
networks,
install
their
applications
very
quickly.

have
our
early
pricing
for
usage,
so
you
only
pay
for
what
you
use
in
essence,
we're
looking
at
external
HSM
integration,
which
is
something
that
our
enterprise
customers
have
been
very
interested
in
when
it
comes
to
security
and
sovereignty
of
their
keys
deployments
into
custom
clouds
and
generally
additional
interfaces
for
advanced
chain
code.
Channel
and
network
management
will
add
these
features
in,
as
we
see
it
useful
for
our
customers
and
and
and
find
the
areas
that
make
most
sense
for
them
to
have.

be

code

the

or
whatnot

the
multi-protocol
angle

multi-cloud,

we
have
customers

us

fabric
or
quorum
or
whatever
on
a
theorem
nodes.
We
try
to
you,
know,
work
with
them
across
the
board
and
also
the
the
flexibility
and
deployment
options
is
something
that
we've
seen
our
customers
really
value
that
they
can
set
this
network
up
wherever
it
makes
sense
for
them.

they

quite
advanced
configuration
options
in
terms
of
you
know,
there's
still
a
lot
more
involved
in
getting
your
network
up
and
running,
and
you
know
ensuring
that
you're,
CAS
and
orders
and
everything
is
set
up

configured

try
to
take
a
lot
of
the
hassle
away
from
that,
so
that
we
automate
as
much
as
possible
and
add
in
complexity.

see
it
makes
sense
for
our
customers,

clusters.

configuration,
that's
required

the
node,

we

customers

are
interested
in
that

we
work

them

up

the
correct
way.

interface

it

now
in
chain
stack,
but
it's
something
that
we're
working
on.
