From YouTube: SDP for RTP over QUIC HotRFC
Description
This is my HotRFC talk on SDP for RTP over QUIC at IETF 112
A
Hi,
I'm
spencer
dawkins,
and
I
want
to
talk
with
you
this
week
about
stp
for
rtp
over
quick
rtp
over
quick,
is
just
part
of
the
media
over
quick
galaxy
and
we're
still
exploring
that
galaxy
just
to
set
the
stage
for
media
over
quick
or
mock.
For
short,
there's
been
considerable
interest
in
using
quick
as
a
transport
protocol
for
various
media
types
culminating
around
the
ietf111
time
frame.
A
Mock,
probably
isn't
the
same
thing
for
everyone
who
is
interested
in
mock,
whether
it
is
as
simple
as
using
http
3,
quick
for
media
transport
with
no
changes
or
whether
it
is
using
entirely
new
application
protocols
over
quick
or
whether
it
is
encapsulating
existing
protocols
like
rtp,
and
that
is
where
I'm
spending
most
of
my
time.
But
I'm
not
the
only
one
working
in
this
space,
I'm
focusing
on
media
over
rtp
and
encapsulated
and
quick,
because
that's
obviously
applicable
for
many
applications.
Today.
A
If
we're
going
to
encapsulate
rtp
and
quick
we're
going
to
need
to
use
sdp
to
set
up
those
encapsulated
rtp
sessions
and
encapsulating
an
existing
protocol
seems
easy,
but
there
are
nuances
and
those
nuances
will
have
an
impact
on
what
the
sdp
for
those
sessions
looks
like
what
kind
of
nuances
you
ask.
Well,
these
are
most
of
the
questions
that
I've
run
into
so
far,
while
working
out
what
an
sdp
description
would
look
like
and
I'm
not
sure
I've
identified
all
the
questions.
A
A
A
The
tuesday
meeting
will
focus
on
use
cases
and
requirements,
and
the
friday
meeting
will
be
our
effort
to
organize
our
work
in
ways
that
the
ietf
can
carry
out
we're
using
the
mock
mailing
list,
which
you
can
subscribe
to
in
the
usual
way.
If
we
make
changes
to
the
side,
meeting
logistics
I'll
try
to
make
sure
that
they're
announced
on
that
mailing
list
as
well,
you
can
send
me
email
about
any
of
this
in
the
usual
way
and
I'll
be
doing
my
best
to
stay
logged
in
together
during
ietf
112.
