In this Lunch and Learn, we host the team from Ingentis. Stephan Kohler from Ingentis shared information ahout their product org.manager, that works with SAP SuccessFactors.

He shared the capabilities of their product org.manager, which connects with SAP SuccessFactors using API's and helps in visualising the org structures in many different ways (including the sunburst view, which I personally found very cool).

He also showed the different functionalities that the tool has around simulating org changes and comparing them with the as-is model. The most phenomenal part of the conversation was that he said, that the customers who are live with SAP SuccessFactors can go live in a matter of days with the tool, if they decide to go with the templates provided by them.
