method

part
of
governance,
and
it
soon
became
evident

not
everyone
saw
the
project

the
same
lens

some
parted
ways,
even
so,
a
core
group

us
held

original
tenants
and
continued
to
attract
a
community
of
like-minded
people
who
are
working
to
deliver
on
the
original
version.

iterations

our
logo

we
delivered

marketing
portion

this
proposal.
As
for
governance,
originally
we
intended
this
proposal
as
simply
a
collaborative
effort
to
build

nft
framework

expand
it
to
include
a
dao
structure
framework
which
we
knew
would
take
a
year
or
so
to
complete.

simply
produce
some
minting
policy
scripts,
but
instead
we
took
it
much
further

built

acadia
ticket
sale,
app
a
cardano
based
nft
marketplace
that
fully
integrates
a2pay

allows

to
view
your
nft.
Since
this
feature
is
missing
in
the
main
wallet
at
our
release,
date,
acadia
will
launch
its
first
sale
february.

was
done
on
establishing
an
nft
metadata
standard
in
fund
3
and
is
included
in
our
fund
4
completed
projects.

asked

the

is

half

another
month
to
go
where
we'll
develop
all
of
the
governance
and
the
contribution
tokens
and
the
governance
tokens
for
nft
doubt
and
it's
going
quite
swimmingly.

we've
hired
two
students
out
of
uw
to
be
interns
with
us.

idea
of
of
these
contributions
to
the

the
acadia
marketplace
will
allow
us
to
build
up

treasury

we've
committed

interns

the
universities,
not
just
that
one.

started
a

blockchain
club
in

baylor.

arkansas.
Northern
arizona
and
purdue
are
all
getting
involved

us

we'll

hire
interns

universities
to

grow

build

next
generation

technology
folks

cardano
foundation,
he's
building
they've,
got
about
20
years
of
experience
in
payments
and
so
they're
building
out
the
easy
pay
for
us,
and
that
should
be
done
in
about
a
month
at
the
most

that's
a
six
months
ahead
of
schedule.

that's
a
plug-in
to
the
framework
where
you
can
do
credit
cards
and
and
all
kinds
of
other
kinds
of
cryptos,
so
we're
building
out
these
components.

that
we're

moving

proposals,
but
to
that
end
we
did
have
a
proposal
in
that
mimics
what
we
did
in
2020
at
the
wyo
hackathon,
where
we
put
people

community

hackathon

hack
cardona
wanted
us
to
put
them
into
the
beginnings
of
idea
scale.

like
liquid
fun
track

All
those
people
were
at
the
hackathon

they
went
into
fun

we
said
hey
that
makes
good
sense.

we
had
to
work

timing

partnered
with
the
inevitable
world
summit
which
a
lot
of
people
from
the
cardano
community
went
to
last
year
for
free,
because
we
gave
away
a
bunch
of
tickets
to
that

what
we
decided
to
do
is
put
a
hackathon
in
front
of
that.

bought
a
bunch
of

tickets
from
the
iws
to
give
people
an
opportunity
when
they
buy
a

ticket
from
the
acadia
marketplace.

tickets
will
actually
have

world
summit

hackathon

three
days
ahead
of

it's
on
the
25th

27th
and

building
out
the

competition

have
to
learn

code

anything.

it

winner

cool

hackathon

we're

them
to
get

being
funded

decentralizing
stewardship
of
catalyst
challenges

the

pilot
in
fund
seven,
and

experiment

participating
as
a
challenge
team

deliverables

be
able

earn
their
ada

of

themselves

a
challenge
team
and

once
that
team
has
formed
coming
to
town
hall
and
presenting

challenge.

people

the
challenges.

experiment
and

take
shape
and
the
real
impact

a

new

projects
funded

catalyst

under
the

stewardship
of
the

what
we
call

coordinator.

expect

the
challenge
team,

part

this
experiment
for
this
pilot,

be
accountable
to
the

role

being
able
to
surface

of
these

outcomes

to
commemorate
him
as
really
a

man
of

purpose.

someone

throughout
his
career,

dedicated
himself
to

impact,

he
was

worked
before

worked
in

and
contributed
a
lot
to
the
governance
process

before

he

was
part
of

in
wikipedia
and
was
basically
one
of
the
people
that
was
responsible
to
make
wikipedia
accessible
on
mobile,

like
basically
leading
to
millions
of
people,
probably
more
like
hundreds
of
millions,
if
not
billions,
of
people
to
be
able
from
all
over
the
world
to
access
a
wikipedia
content.

so
he

he
truly
made

mark.
You

in
wikipedia
in
blockchain,
through
through
mentoring,
entrepreneurs
through
all
sorts
of
contributions
throughout
his
life

family

honor

his

get
yet
to
