propose

ideas

can
submit
proposals

software

events,
marketing,
onboarding,
Outreach
and
engagement.

Whatever
you
really,
you
think,
is
a
problem
that
needs

be
solved.
The
community
then
assesses
these
proposals,
reviews
them
gives
their
opinions
and
then
ultimately
votes
on
which
proposals
they
they
would
like
to
see
funded.
All
this
funding
comes
from
the
cardano
treasury,
so
every
transaction
on
the
the
Carolina
blockchain
a
very
small
chunk
of
that
slice.
That
transaction
fee
goes
into
the
Carolina
treasury,
which
is
there
to
be
spent
on
growing
the
ecosystem
through
Innovation
research
and
development.

and
mainly

speaking
Community,
by
creating
easy

understand
accurate
objective,

content

YouTube

the
telegram
chat,

providing
a
platform
where
chinese-speaking
people
can
discuss
cardano.
That
is
mostly
the
telegram
and
then
also
Discord
channel.
The
budget
for
the
proposal
was
13
526.8
dollars
over
three
months.

started
in
November
and
finished
this
year.
2023
in
February
the
project
was
Live
Like,
the
First
video
was
live
in
the
middle
of
November.
The
progress
was
steady,
nothing
surprising
because
I
have
finished
similar
proposals
in
the
past

terms
of
learnings
and
challenges,
definitely
being
in
the
bear.
Market
makes
this
Mission
a
lot
more
challenging,
especially
in
terms
of
growth.
Like
growing
the
community.

have
much
less
engagement,
as
you
might
have
observed
in
the
bear
Market,
but
still
I
have
a
steady
and
loyal
base
of
followers
and
subscribers
for
the
Cardinal
content
and
the
Chinese
Community.
Yes,
I
was
able
to
keep
the
project
within
the
scope
of
my
application
in
terms
of
milestones
and
kpis,
so
the
kpi
is
increasing
subscriber
counts
on
YouTube
by
four
percent.

end
result
was
a
six
percent
increase
which
I'm
very
happy
about,
especially
considering
the
market
sentiment.
The
other
kpi
was
the
telegram
group
member
six
percent
increase.
Now
that
is
a
bit
more
challenging
because
the
data
was
not
accurate
in
the
beginning,
because
there
were
some
Bots
bot
members
in
the
team
which
my
moderators
later
helped
delete.
So
I'm.
Judging
this
kpi
by
the
activity
and
engagement
in
the
group-
and
you
can
find
a

but
tldr
is,
it
is
still
daily
active
even
in
this
market
condition.

process

a

agreement

created

suggestions

improving
the
current
section
aversions.

voting
on

suggesting

participants
signal
which
of
the
suggestion

the

and
by
setting
an
approval
threshold,

can
calculate
which
suggestion
receive
enough
support
and

enter
into
the
most
updated
draft

agreement.

threshold
is
dynamic
and
adjusted
according
to
the
number
of
participants
and
