Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
A
So
there's
quite
a
few
seconds
from
last
week
or
it's
just
like
dead
silence
and.
A
Probably
it
was
there's
a
second
Kendrick
in
third
points
are
in
fourth
wow
hi,
everybody.
How.
C
B
Yeah,
it's
really
amazing
that
everybody's
made
it
on
time
with
all
this
summer.
Wintertime
changes
like
it's
a
little
bit
all
over
the
place,
but
I
did
learn
a
lesson
last
year,
not
to
move
the
times
outside
of
the
UTC.
It's
like,
let's
keep
it
UTC
and
UTC
all
the
way.
Now
because
it's
like
it
never
changes.
D
B
C
B
B
See
how
the
blockchain
is
evolving
things,
so
that's.
B
Oh
oh
yeah,
Elton
John
was
is
on
the
tour
these
days
and
he's
like
going
into
the
sunset
retiring,
and
he
announced
this
I
think
in
2021,
but
then
there
was
a
covet
in
Corona
and
everything
else,
and
only
like
two
two
and
a
half
years
later
now,
they're
finally
allowed
him
to
run
the
concerts
and
yeah
there's
quite
fun.
It's
like
can
you
imagine,
he's
been
at
it
for
more
than
50
years,
the
the
fellas
like
70
years,
and
he
has
not
skipped
the
beat
or
a
tone.
B
E
D
E
B
And
the
Jets
yeah
yeah,
but
I
think
we
we
do
need
to
keep
moving
all
right.
So
thanks
everyone
for
tuning
in
good
morning,
good
day,
good
afternoon,
good
evening,
maybe
good
night
or
early
early
morning,
for
some
thank
you
for
tuning
in.
Thank
you
tuning
in
for
being
on
time
as
well.
It's
a
5,
PM
UTC,
even
though
it
may
have
changed
in
few
places
where
you
are,
but
it's
no
other
place
on
Wednesday
and
it's
the
Catalyst
main
Town
Hall.
So
thank
you
for
being
here.
B
If
you
are
watching
this
Live
on
YouTube,
hopefully
that's
working
as
intended.
You
will
be
able
to
join
us
in
in
a
few
minutes.
B
If
you
would
like
to
then
in
the
description
below
the
stream
itself,
you
will
also
find
a
link
how
to
join
us
and
you'll
be
able
to
be
with
us
in
the
zoom
in
in
few
moments,
and
it's
interesting
because
the
main
live
stream
is
only
for
the
you
know
the
first
part
of
the
broadcast,
but
if
you
would
like
to
participate
in
the
after
Town
Hall
discussions,
the
best
way
is
to
jump
in
right
into
the
zoom
itself.
So
I
do
warmly
invite
you
to
do
so
all
right.
B
So
let
me
bring
the
deck
for
today
we
have
lots
of
things
exciting
things
to
go
through.
Hopefully,
everybody
will
be
able
to
follow
along.
We
should
have
those
slides
in
the
in
the
chat
and
let's
kick
it
off
now
we're
going
to
have
a
bit
of
a
interesting
welcome
to
the
experiment.
Experiment
today,
I
think
we
have
Maro
with
us
Maro.
How
are
you.
C
B
Done
Myra,
thank
you
so
much
for
bringing
in
the
energy
now
speaking
of
it.
Where
are
you
bringing
in
the
energy
from
like
for
people
who
may
not
be
familiar
with
Kumar
Royce?
Who.
C
Is
he
well
guys?
How
are
you
my
name
is
catalyst?
Yes,
I'm
Maura,
Andreoli
I'm
star
working
in
cardano
in
found
seven
to
an
open
position
on
a
project
founded
by
Catalyst.
That
was
an
amazing
experience,
I'm
currently
studying
in
the
law
school
in
my
country
and
I'm.
E
C
Will
present
today
the
after
Tong
Hall
slides?
This
is
a
task
of
a
swarm
I
want
to
thank
swarms
today
and
to
encourage
more
people
of
the
community.
To
present
there
is
a
bounty
on
the
work.
If
you
want
to
present
the
after
Town
Hall
size
you
can
bring
here,
you
feel
the
D
work
and
you
can
present
it
and
get
a
reward
for
it.
B
Awesome
amazing:
well
we're
going
to
be
looking
forward
to
that.
So
thank
you
for
kicking
us
up
with
all
that
energy
and
enthusiasm
appreciate
you
doing
that
for
us.
Thank
you
very
much
and
for.
B
So
like
we
are,
we
have
people
watching
on
YouTube
there,
maybe
some
of
them
here
for
the
first
time
just
to
quickly
level
set
what
is
Project
Catalyst
and
where
did
they
found
themselves
in
watching
this
broadcast
Chris?
Can
you
help
us.
A
Out
yeah
sure
thanks
Danny
and
welcome
to
the
experiment,
everybody
on
a
Wednesday
it's
a
great
day
today,
Carano
and
catalyst
is
full
of
great
ideas.
Right
catalyst
is
cardano's
grant
funding
Innovation
engine
where
we
take
economic
energy
through
the
transactions
that
you're
making
on
the
Carolina,
blockchain
or
a
small
slice
of
transaction
fee
goes
into
the
treasury.
A
That
treasury
is
there
and
we'll
soon
in
the
future,
be
used
for
many
different
purposes,
and
the
main
reason
that
it's
being
used
for
today
is
to
allocate
resources
to
project
Catalyst,
whereby
you,
you
guys
in
the
community,
propose
ideas
and
request
funding
from
the
treasury
to
solve
problems
in
your
space
or
the
area
or
business
that
you're
working
in
or
blockchain
innovation.
And
then
the
community
will
review
those
ideas,
provide
their
feedback
and
opinion,
and
then
the
community
will
vote
on
those
to
determine
which
of
those
proposals
should
go
forward
to
receive
funding.
A
So
this
is
a
great
symbiosis
of
collaboration.
It's
a
great
way
if
you've
got
a
good
idea
or
you're
looking
to
seek
feedback
for
your
good
idea
to
come
and
step
into
our
Catalyst
World
find
people
find
like-minded
folks
that
want
to
share
their
ideas
with
you.
Your
ideas
with
them
get
feedback
understand
where
there
could
be
opportunities
to
further
collaborate
and
then
put
forward
proposals.
B
I
think
it
is
if
anyone
else
wants
to
chime
in.
Please
drop
your
impressions
in
the
chat
as
well,
and
we
can.
We
can
bounce
off
some
of
the
ideas
there
as
well.
So
today
is
going
to
be
pretty
packed.
We
have
lots
of
a
couple
of
videos.
We
have
a
closeout
for
the
challenge.
Teams,
I
think
that
one
of
them
will
be
addability
one
another
one
nation
building
dab,
so
we're
gonna
play
some
of
those
videos.
B
Then
we
have
a
special
guest
from
Philly
who's,
gonna
talk
about
the
cardano
talent
project
and
then
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
challenge.
Setting
categories
proposal
for
the
future
iterations
as
well,
so
Chris
will
be
coming
back
in
the
broadcast
later
today
to
talk
about
those
topics
and
then
we're
going
to
go
and
have
some
fun
in
the
after
Town
Hall
breakouts
day.
So
quite
a
pack
then
packed
agenda.
So
let's
just
keep
on
moving
and
let's
kick
it
off
with
the
first
fund,
a
challenge
team
closeout.
B
Now
this
is
the
nation
building
dabs
Challenge
from
fundate
that
was
behaded
by
Nana
sapo
and
Barry
Hoover
and
they've
come
around
to
put
together
a
close-up
report,
trying
to
look
look
back
and
reflect
upon
what
the
challenge
was
about
in
the
first
place.
What
was
achieved
during
the
course
of
that
challenge?
What
are
the
lessons
learned
that
we
can
take
together
collectively
going
into
the
future,
so
you
will
be
we'll
be
able
to
find
the
original
challenge
proposal
via
hyperlinks
here
on
the
slides
themselves.
B
F
Good
day,
everyone,
my
name,
is
Nana
safo
and
I'm
here
to
share
with
you
a
presentation
on
the
nation
building
apps
find
it
final.
Deliverable
nation
building
jobs
is
a
challenge
setting
in
Project
Catalyst
that
received
approval
for
fund
8
with
a
budget
of
800
000
US
Dollars.
The
primary
goal
of
this
challenge
was
to
provide
a
platform
for
proposals
that
seek
to
build
up
solutions
that
would
be
the
building
blocks
of
enabling
sustainable
prosperity
for
developing
nations
with
New
Foundations
to
stand
on.
F
We
want
to
encourage
cardano
blockchain
solutions
that
will
be
able
to
provide
nations
with
decentralized
solutions
to
the
infrastructure,
by
eliminating
a
single
point
of
failure
and
protecting
National
corporate
and
individual
data
property
and
assets.
Our
challenge
received
a
total
of
46
proposals
during
the
proposal.
Submission
stage
with
our
hope
and
guidance
to
proposes
44
proposals
with
the
two
tablets
of
about
3.3
million
U.S
dollars
sold
through
the
finalizing
stage
and
at
the
end
of
the
voting
process.
F
40,
which
is
90.9
percent
out
of
the
44
projects,
were
approved
40
for
the
total
approved
proposal
to
the
total
budget
of
792
800
US
Dollars
by
funded
with
7
200
US
dollars
remaining.
The
challenge
budget
was
just
not
enough
to
fund
the
other
24
projects.
In
total.
Our
proposals
were
worth
more
than
2.8
million
US
dollars.
With
75
percent
of
the
funded
projects.
Cylinder
construction,
25
percent
have
successfully
completed
their
deliverables.
These
projects
do
have
a
hundred
percent
concept,
diversity,
which
helps
us
to
satisfy
the
challenge
intentions.
F
Four
projects
have
completed
their
implementation
successfully
and
their
full
reports
have
been
hyperlinked
on
this
slide.
1.
21st,
Century,
agric
Supply
Chain,
has
created
new
models
between
farmers,
Brands
and
consumers
to
elevate
the
efficiency
of
agricultural
practices,
as
well
as
better
access
to
services
such
as
micro
insurance
and
Micron
Finance.
There
are
many
multi
billion
dollar
Industries
related
to
agriculture,
Supply
chains,
food
certification,
carbon
markets,
trading,
finance
and
microfinance
insurance
and
more.
F
The
key
challenge
with
current
systems
is
that
the
financial
benefits
are
not
getting
to
the
ground
and
there
is
a
disconnect
between
customers
and
the
ground.
Most
of
the
financial
benefits
are
being
captured
by
intermediaries
and
are
not
getting
to
the
rolling
courses
in
a
new
verification
model
proposed
by
this
project.
The
big
certification
bodies
have
been
cut
out
and
replaced
by
the
facilitating
decentralized
Community.
F
The
goal
is
that
by
using
technology
to
increase
efficiency
and
Trust,
we
will
be
able
to
reverse
the
above
numbers,
so
70
to
80
percent
will
go
directly
to
the
local
people
working
on
the
ground,
because
a
direct
link
has
been
established
between
the
customers
of
either
the
agricultural
crops
or
carbon
credits.
Money
will
be
saved
from
cutting
out
other
actors
within
the
supply
chain.

the

on
how
a

could
be
developed.
F
The
team
has
been
studying
the
microfinance
sector
for
useful
information
on
how
blockchain
technology
could
be
used
to
provide
a
One-Stop

to
some
of
these
catastrophic

posed
by
the

By

Three,
the
hospital

app
is
now
part
of
the
hypocritis

Solutions.
In
addition
to
the
pharmacy
management
system
and
vaccine
management
system,
which
are
also
funded
by
project
Catalyst,
the
developed
product
is
a
fully
integrated,
Hospital
management
solution
that
will
help
the
hospital
and
Aid
staff
in
executing
their
specific
roles
and
responsibilities
to
their
patients.
The
system
is
made
of
several
modules
and
notable
among
them
are
registration
and
admission.
Electronic
medical
records,
emergency
room,
kitchen,
laboratory,
Etc.
F
The
main
purpose
of
the
system
is
to
help
with
the
hospital's
business
processes
like
patient
registrations,
audit
and
requisition
and

been

has
hard
interactions
with
a
few
ngos,
including
the
forest
conservation
politics,
real

carbon
and
World

One
key
area
that
was
explored
and
developed
by
the
pond
Foundation
was
biochar.
It
provides
an
opportunity
for
additional

farmers
and
has

their

In
addition,
we
have
good
news
from
our
fund
7
cohort
where
two
more
projects
have
completed
their
deliverables.
F
This
has
to
do
with

which
has

that
we

it's
a
good
milestone
for
us.
F
We
still
have
12
amazing
fan
8
projects
who
are
yet
to
be
completed
by
their
developers.
I
will
give
a
very
brief
highlight
on
what
is
expected
as
end
products
at
the
end
of
their
implementation.
One
geniality
registry
in
Goma
is
focused
on
building
a
website
to
generate
family

and
visualization
tools
for
family

in
Dr

F
The
Democratic

one
of
a
handful
of
countries
with
no

and
a
project

provide
them
with
dids
and
allow
them
to
have
a
family

on
the
blockchain
and
allow
users
to
build
a

Two,

The
rural

in
Mozambique
do
not
have
an
accessible

F
Hence
the
need
for
this
project.
Today,

is
because

clearly
that
the

had
been
taken
into
careful

from
the

also

to
ensure
that

Also,
the
feedback
we
see
from
Community

and
proposals
provided
a
clear
understanding
that
the
challenge
has
created
a
platform
for
genuine
problems.
People
have
identified,
but
probably
didn't
know
any
better

Building
that

while
doing

about

either
as
it's
very
crucial
for
the

to
know
what's
going
on

the

abandoning
it
would
only
create
an
impression
that
they
are
probably

they
may
be
working.

They
should

a

Our
interaction
with
projects
highlights
the
need
of
having
this
challenge
category
as
part
of
the
next
fund
rounds.
F
There
are
several
fantastic
projects
who
couldn't
be
funded
in
previous
fund
rounds
due
to
budget
exhaustion.
This
genius
project,
We
Believe,
must
also
have
another
opportunity
to
perhaps
win
funding
to
execute
their
projects.
Therefore,
we
are
selling

have
planned
to

a
possible

more

to

We
will
also
keep
in
touch
with
funded
projects
who
are
here
to
complete
their
project
as
we
try
to
provide
relevant
feedback
to
the
community.
F
We
believe
that
funded
and
even
not
funded
project
will
always
need
the
help
of
challenge
teams
in
one
way
or
another.
Hence
we
must
and
will
always
be
available
to
support,
even
after
this
last
believable.
Thank
you
for
listening
and
we
look
forward
to
your
support
in
bringing
back
this
challenge
as
part
of
the
many
challenge
categories
in

and
subsequent
fund
rounds
have
a
blessed
day.
B
Amazing,
thank
you,
Nana
and
the
team
I
think
there's
some
fantastic
effort.
I
think
this
highlights
how
much
there
is
information
that
actually
goes
unnoticed
across
all
these
different
challenges
and
what's
happening
under
the
hood,
with
all
these
different
projects
and
having
somebody
like
a
challenge
team
to
actually
go
through
that
in
detail
and
take
a
stock
of
everything.
B
Whether
it
was
the
medical
implementations,
whether
it
was
agriculture
fashion
and
all
the
other
things-
and
it
just
shows
like
how
many
different
opportunities
out
there
are
available
to
start
thinking
where
there's
a
use
case
for
the
decentralized
apps
and
how
to
go
about
it.
So
it
really
kudos
to
all
the
proposals
funded
or
not
funded
under
this
challenge
that
have
been
able
to
take
on
this
wonderful
but
yet
challenging
concept
forward.
So
again,
thank
you,
Nana!
Thank
you,

Everyone
yeah,
let's
go
to
the
next
one,
perfect,
that's
better!
Now
we
have
another
closeout
today
and
this
one
is
from
fun7.
So
it's
one
of
the
original
challenge
team
members,
when
we
collectively
launched
the
concept
of
the
challenge
teams
for
the
first
time
so
again,
amazing,
patience
and
endurance
to
make
sure
that
that
information
is
resurfaced
with
the
community
today
and
that
challenge
was
improve
and
grow.
B
Audibility,
a
big
Topic
in
the
community
at
large-
and
this
was
put
together
by
a
great
team
of
Stephen,
Joe,
Vanessa,
thorsten,
Eric
and
Naveed.
Again.
If
you
would
like
to
find
out
what
was
the
topic
of
the
original
challenge,
there
is
a
link
on
the
slide
here,
there's
also
a
full
report
in
PDF
and
then
we're
gonna
play
the
video
and
learn
what
the
insights
are
so
enjoy.
D
Hiya
this
is
The
auditability
Challenge
from
fund
Seven's,
closeout
report.
So
first
a
few
basic
facts
about
the
challenge.
The
challenge
budget
was
a
hundred
thousand
dollars,
so
it
was
quite
small.
The
number
of
proposals
submitted
was
23
and
of
those
eight
were
funded
and
four
have
been
completed
and
closed
out.
As
of
March
2023.
D
D
But
in
practice
most
of
the
proposals
in
the
fund,
7th
auditability
challenge
were
actually
about
Building,
Systems
and
platforms
and
methodologies
to
audit
proposals
with,
rather
than
actually
doing
the
auditing
itself.
So
proposals
were
working
on
the
hows
and
the
whys
and
getting
the
groundwork
in
place.
D
D
There
was
a
second
challenge
aim
as
well,
which
was
that
there
should
be
different
audit
approaches
for
different
challenges
and
that's
a
really
important
idea,
but
in
most
of
the
proposals
that
were
put
in
in
front
seven,
they
didn't
really
feature
that
that
much
so
maybe
it
was
an
idea
that
was
it
was
too
soon
for
it.
It
was
certainly
addressed
much
more
in
the
fund,
eight
or
disability
challenge.
D
Here's
a
little
picture,
a
little
pie,
charts
of
the
state
of
proposals,
but
this
diagram
is
from
January
2023.
So
you
can
see
that
there
are
three
at
that
stage
that
were
closed
out
and
finished
and
there
was
one
that
was
finished,
but
the
closeout
report
was
still
in
progress
that
has
now
been
closed.
D
Then
there
were
three
that
were
stalled
because
they
were
facing
insurmountable
blockers
and
then
there
was
one
that
had
just
disappeared.
The
Proposal
team
never
gave
proof
of
life
and
has
claimed
no
funds
which
is
interesting
and
a
bit
weird,
yeah,
okay,
so
some
key
learnings
for
us
as
a
challenge
team
foreign,
those
three
projects
that
were
stalled.
First
of
all,
it
was
due
to
issues
beyond
their
control.
D
We
feel
that
a
better
funded
challenge
team
could
possibly
have
liaised
between
these
proposals
and
iog.
So
perhaps
they
could
have
closed
out
with
the
work
that
they
did
achieve,
which
was
really
good
and
really
interesting,
but
unfortunately,
challenge
teams
at
this
point
in
front.
Seven
didn't
have
a
lot
of
funding,
so
neither
we
nor
iog
nor
anybody
else
have
the
resources
to
work
with
those
proposals
to
get
them
closed
out
with
the
work
that
they
had
done.
D
There
was
one
proposal
as
he
said
that
never
even
gave
Proof
of
Life.
We
have
tried
contacting
them
through
ideas,
scale
and
got
nothing
and
they
never
received
any
funding.
D
Maybe
they'd
never
realized
they
were
funded
at
all,
we'll
never
know,
probably,
but
it's
interesting
that
their
proposal
aimed
to
Pilot
something
very
similar
to
iog's
new,
well
new
ish,
now
Milestone
based
funding
approach.
So
perhaps,
if
that
proposal
had
been
carried
out,
it
could
have
given
some
useful
background
input.
D
Those
worked
best
when
they
identified
a
small
engaged
cohort
to
Pilot
new
approaches
with,
but
difficulties
came
when
they
tried
to
get
a
new
approach
adopted
more
widely.
So
this
raises
the
question:
do
we
need
less
centralized
order
in
Catalyst
a
range
of
audit
methodologies
that
people
can
choose
from?
D
What
can
we
do
to
make
sure
that
proposers
who
adopt
New
Order
approaches
will
not
be
sanctioned?
There
was
some
worry
from
proposers
who
might
have
otherwise
been
interested
in
trying
out
and
piloting
these
new
approaches
that
were
done
by
these
projects,
but
they
weren't
sure
if
they
would
then
suffer
because
they
weren't
doing
the
the
standard
audit
process
as
well.
D
D
It
was
the
first
time
that
audit
had
been
funded
specifically
in
a
catalyst
challenge,
so
it
was
an
important
and
a
really
necessary
Nursery
challenge.
At
that
stage
it
made
order
issues
much
more
prominent
in
the
community
and
it
gave
space
for
Builders
and
thinkers
to
actually
focus
on
it
for
a
while,
which
was
really
important
and
useful.
D
But
then
the
limitations
did
show
up
as
well
the
lack
of
access
to
ideas,
scale
data
was
a
problem
for
some
of
the
proposals
and
obviously
it's
absolutely
right
that
they
shouldn't
have
had
access
to
it
because
of
data
protection.
People
who
had
signed
up
and
given
their
information
on
idea
scale
hadn't
consented
to
their
data
being
used.
That
way,
so
it's
completely
right
that
they
that
that
should
have
happened,
but
it
was
a
barrier.
Nevertheless,
then
there
were
problems
of
centralization,
because
proposal
audit
is
so
strongly
led
by
iog.
D
So
what
about
future
directions
for
auditability
in
catalyst?
Well,
obviously,
this
was
a
fund
7
challenge.
So
when
we
talk
about
future
directions,
we're
talking
about
the
future
in
the
past,
but
nevertheless
for
the
future,
what
we
did
get
was
a
fundate
auditability
challenge
with
a
bigger
budget
and
more
chances
for
proposers
to
think
about
and
address
auditability,
and
we
also
got
an
ongoing
community
of
people
who
are
interested
in
order
both
the
challenge
team
members
and
the
proposers
and
their
teams.
D
D
People's
contribution
to
that
property
should
be
funded
at
some
point
and
we'd
like
to
see
a
decentralized
approach,
realizing
the
original
challenge
aim
of
taking
different
approaches
to
audit
for
different
kinds
of
proposals,
and
we
really
hope
that
can
come
to
fruition.
It
would
be
great
if
there
could
be
a
range
of
options
for
how
to
audit
that
proposals
could
choose
from
depending
on
what
kind
of
proposal
they
are.
B
There
was
a
great
presentation.
Let
me
I
always
never
figure
out
how
do
I
get
out
without
playing
all
right,
fantastic
work.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
also
your
calm,
boys
and
and
a
great
narrative
throughout
the
entire
video
Vanessa
great
work
to
put
behind
the
the
entire
team
that
has
supported
this
outcome.
I,
particularly
liked.
You
know
the
opportunities
of
like
what
can
we
do
and
look
forward.
I'll
be
equally
so
interested
in
like
what
actually
comes
out
of
the
fund.
B
8
Challenge
team,
close
up,
because
I
think
that
would
be
interesting
on
how
that
iteration
between
the
challenges
and
different
funds
went
on.
B
So
it
will
be
extremely
insightful
as
well,
but
really
cool,
I
I,
really
like
specifically,
that
we
were
able
to
identify
a
project
that
essentially
never
picked
up
funding
and
then
never
went
on
to
do
something
which
could
have
been
very
interesting
insightful
project
in
the
first
place
because,
like
at
the
end
of
the
day,
there's
you
know,
we've
funded
collectively
more
than
1100
projects,
but
it's
safe
to
say
it's
not.
B
Everything
always
goes
according
to
plan
and
figuring
out
when
that
happens,
and,
most
importantly,
why
that
happened
is
extremely
valuable
point
of
reference,
because
then
it
helps
us
anticipate.
How
can
we
avoid
or
better
support
such
situations
in
the
future?
So
that's
very,
very
valuable
and
definitely
the
call
out
for
the
audibility
working
group
I
think
that
might
be
actually
a
second
slide.
Let
me
see
if
that
is
so.
B
Let
me
see
which
one
was
the
second
and
no
I
didn't
hide
the
there.
We
go
perfect.
So
speaking
of
the
audibility
group,
there's
lots
of
projects,
there's
lots
of
things
happening
in
the
ecosystem,
and
it's
a
it's
quite
mesmerizing,
but
also
challenging
at
the
same
time.
To
figure
out
is
everything
going
according
to
plan?
Is
it
not
like?
Why
is
it
not?
Where
can
we
support?
B
What
are
the
gaps
in
between
and
how
can
we
address
them
and
a
lot
of
the
effort
is
also
directed
towards
figuring
out
what
is
the
output
and
what
are
the
outcomes
of
the
project
catalyst?
So
we
can
collectively
understand
whether
what
we're
doing
actually
makes
an
impact
and
what
kind
of
impact
and
is
it
impact
that
we're
all
desire
and
all
the
other
important
questions,
and
one
of
them
is
that
that
is
what
I
signed
in
previous
message
has
highlighted.
It
was
there's
a
call
to
action.
B
There's
been
I,
think
two
recent
meetings
that
we've
helped
with
the
community
on
the
topic
of
the
accountability,
and
you
know
audibility
itself,
and
next
one
is
happening,
I
think
towards
the
end
of
April.
So
if
you
would
like
to
participate,
there
is
call
to
action
on
this
slide.
Please
do
reply
with
your
email
address.
B
A
lot
of
people
have
already
I
think
the
group
is
has
about
70
people
signed
up
right
now,
so,
if
you'd
like
to
join
them
and
participate
in
the
ideation
and
community
workshopping
of
what
the
what
those
next
steps
could
be
like,
we
would
warmly
welcome
you.
There
so
again
you
just
either,
let
me
know,
or
anyone
under
team,
your
email
address
or
just
go
directly
through
these
call
to
action
and
the
next
time
the
meeting
is
scheduled.
B
You
will
receive
an
invite
as
well
and,
of
course,
it
will
be
publicly
announced,
there's
also
the
outcome
of
the
previous
meetings.
So
if
you
would
like
to
see
what
happened
in
the
past
two
meetings,
there's
a
minor
board,
there's
a
wealth
of
information.
So,
if
you'd
like
to
get
a
context,
I
do
invite
you
to
dive
in
otherwise,
if
you'd
like
to
explore
what
other
projects
are
doing
on
any
given
point,
there
is
Project
Catalyst
at
IR
website.
B
You
can
go
to
slash
funds
or
you
can
also
utilize
amazing
Community
tools
like
light
donation
and
many
other
elements
that
you
can
use
between
the
two,
so
I
do
invite
you
to
go
and
check
it
out.
If
you
are
interested
in
spreadsheets,
we
still
have
that
available.
That's
what
actually
informs
most
of
the
front-end
General
user
interface.
So
if
you
like
any
of
that-
and
you
would
like
to
create
your
own
dashboards,
you
can
still
do
so.
The
spreadsheets
are
currently
still
available
all
right.
B
Having
said
that,
we
have
another
special
guest
today,
also
a
long
timer
in
the
project,
Catalyst
community
and
that's
Philip
Philip.
Are
you
with
us
still
I.
E
It
was
a
combination
of
mid-journey
and
Felix's
effort.
B
E
You
it
sounds
exciting,
thank
you
and
it's.
It's
really.
Nice
I
haven't
lately
been
a
regular
in
the
in
the
town
halls,
but
it's
always
nice
to
to
be
back.
Cardano
Talent
is
basically
a
Discord
server.
It's
a
hub
for
professional
networking
and
job
opportunities.
E
I
I
always
found
let's
say
difficult
to
to
transfer
from
you
know:
Enthusiast
status
in
in
the
cardano
ecosystem
to
a
professional
status
where
that
kind
of
you
know,
effort
at
some
moment
can
get
you
know,
can
can
bring
in
income.
That
is
satisfactory.
E
Of
course,
it's
easier
for,
let's
say
developers
and
things
like
that,
but
I
know,
especially
in
the
Catalyst
ecosystem,
where
I
started
as
well.
There's
a
lot
of
very
talented,
very
dedicated,
very
knowledgeable
people
that
simply
maybe
sometimes
lack
that
motivation
to
step
up
and
say:
okay,
I
I
want
to
do
this,
so
Discord
server.
You
can
maybe
go
to
the
next
slide.
E
Please,
the
Discord
server
enables
you
to
find
the
job
opportunities
tailored
to
your
skills
and
experience
network
with
professionals,
development,
marketing,
Finance
HR.
You
know
social
media,
Community,
Management,
etc,
etc,
engage
with
recruitment
agencies
and
companies.
There
is
a
there
are
a
few
recruitment
agencies
already
inside
the
server
that
are
looking
forward
to
you
know
to
talk
with
the
Carolina
ecosystem.
I
spoke
with
them,
they
have
issues
getting
into
cardano
Community,
they
don't
have
Inns
and
they
were
very
excited.
E
You
know
to
kind
of
join,
join
the
server
and
and
discuss
these
possibilities.
There
is.
There
is
a
leveling
system
that
kind
of
gives
you
recognition
and
maybe
down
the
line,
some
some
rewards,
and
maybe
some
special
statuses
kind
of
put.
You
put
you
up
front
to
other
projects
and
companies
and
soon
we
would
like
to
start
doing
some
events,
discussions
I.
We
would
like
to
engage
project
Founders.
We
would
like
to
engage
people
within
the
ecosystem
here.
E
There
experiences
hear
their
thoughts
and,
of
course,
if
you
are
a
Founder,
if
you're
a
company
hiring
and
looking
for
cardano
talent,
of
course,
you're
very
welcome
to
promote
yourself.
All
all
participation
is
free.
No
one.
No
one
has
any
preferential
treatment
in
any
way,
and
we
we
kind
of
made
a
vow
that
anyone
looking
for
work
will
not
be
able.
E
We
will
not
have
to
in
any
way
shape
or
form
have
to
pay
for
this
service,
no
matter
what
happens
down
the
line,
if
we
monetize
it
one
day,
we
would
like
to
monetize
it
from
you,
know:
companies
or
or
recruitment
agencies,
so
yeah
you
have
the
links
here.
I
should
have
probably
copied
them
when
I
finish,
I
will
copy
them
join
the
server.
Of
course.
Only
thing
we
would
like
to
ask
in
return
is
Be
Active
in
the
server
share.
Your
knowledge
share
your
experiences.
E
There
are
dedicated
channels
for
everything,
don't
be
afraid
to
speak
your
voice,
because
someone
can
see
your
posts,
and
that
can
mean
something
to
them.
They
can
contact
you
and
that
can
lead
to
a
gig
a
job
or
who
knows
what
thank
you
for
the
time.
Thank
you,
Danny
for
the
opportunity
and
yeah
happy
to
be
here
again.
B
E
I
I
would
say
that,
like
with
anything
in
in
this
space,
it
depends
on
the
on
the
prices.
Unfortunately,
but
you
know
I,
I,
think
and
I'm
quite
aware.
E
I
I
started
here
in,
like
maybe
2019,
and
it
was
not
so
easy.
Let's
say
to
get
into
something,
but
if
you
started
in
2021
it
was
rather
easy
to
to
get
somewhere.
So
in
one
year,
I
would
like
to
have
a
few
hundred
thousand
people
that
are
actively
communicating
with
each
other
that
are
well
known
in
the
server
I
would
like
to
have
professional
agencies
or
companies.
I
see
here
in
the
in
the
chat.
We
have
people
from
TX
pipe.
We
have
people
from
drip
drops.
We
have
people
from
gimba
labs.
E
These
companies
are
all
great
and
I
like
them,
and
I
would
love
to
for
them
to
have
to
have
a
status
inside
that
that
Discord
server
and
whenever
they
need
people
they
go
there
and
they
find
people
that
are
high
quality
and
that
are
happy
to
work
with
them.
That's
what
I
see
I
see
I
see
a
place
where
people
go
to
find
work
and
where
companies
go
to
find
great
people
in
this
ecosystem.
B
Well,
I
wish
you
best
of
luck.
I
know
you
didn't
choose
an
easy
path
and
thank
you
so
much
for
persevering,
and
hopefully
people
have
heard
the
call
to
action.
If
you
are
interested,
please
get
in
touch
with
Philip,
it's
really
amazing
to
even
to
talk
to.
So
if
you
want
to
pick
up
some
conversation
and
have
an
interesting
conversation
on
the
list
and
then
you
know
explore
the
options
for
opportunities.
I
I,
do
everybody
everyone
to
encourage.
B
Much
Philip
all
right
awesome.
Well
now
we're
just
gonna
go
and
switch
the
gears
a
little
bit.
I
think
we're
gonna
go
back
to
Chris.
So
let
me
just
stop
sharing,
so
he
has
an
easier
way
with
the
slides
and
is
that
so
or
did
I
cut
the
presentation
too
early?
No.
A
I
think
that's
good
I
mean
there
may
be
another
slide.
Let
me
just
double
check
on
this
hold
on
one.
Second,
oh
yeah.
No.
A
Yes,
Chris,
maybe
just
before
that
everybody
can
see
my
slides
yeah
a
little
bit
of
a
nod.
Okay,.
A
Before
we
get
into
that
just
a
little
bit
of
a
recap
on
the
discussion
from
last
week
last
week,
we
we
talked
about
some
changes
that
are
being
proposed
to
the
community
review
stage,
proposing
improvements
that
will
make
Community
review
incentives,
more
predictable
and
providing
a
simplified
merit-based
system
for
participating,
and
we
also
demonstrated
some
of
the
proposed
changes
to
the
voters
user
experience
in
using
the
voting
app
where
voters
will
no
longer
see
the
community
review
scores
immediately,
and
this
is
really
to
encourage
a
deeper
exploration
of
the
proposals
and
also
not
to
Prime
them
with
those
scores
prematurely.
A
Really,
we
want
voters
to
obviously
be
able
to
make
up
their
own
minds
and-
and
we've
certainly
seen
a
bit
of
a
shift
in
in
how
the
the
review
stage
has
been
operating.
So
that's.
What's
prompted
a
lot
of
these
changes
and
I'd
encourage
anybody
that
didn't
catch.
The
the
Town
Hall
last
week,
click
that
that
link
there
to
the
to
the
project.
Atlas,
Town,
Hall,
118
and
you'll
be
able
to
re-watch
the
town
hall
and
its
time
stamped
at
a
specific
section
just
to
dive
deeper.
A
But
this
week,
I'd
like
to
talk
to
you
all
about
another
important
topic
and
propose
changes
that
will,
you
know
in
part
impact
fun
10,
but
it's
actually
casting
our
sort
of
thoughts
out
and
Visions
out
Beyond
fund
10.,
so
oops
I'm
not
gonna.
Do
that
because
that's
going
to
get
Town
Hall
started
I'd
like
to
talk
to
you
today
about
cats.
A
Important
cats
very
important
cats,
not
these
kind
of
cats,
another
cats
of
another
kind,
but
really
before
we
get
there.
Let
me
give
you
some
more
context:
hey
so,
since
fun2
there
have
been
a
hundred
challenges,
most
of
which
have
been
set
by
the
community.
A
These
challenges
have
been
really
varied
in
size,
in
scope,
in
focus,
and
each
challenge
really
has
its
own
set
of
ideas
on
how
to
measure
impact
or
return
on
intention,
and
this
has
made
it
quite
difficult
and
I
think
if
I'm
really
honest
with
ourselves
because
of
this
variety.
Quite
often
it's
not
really
been.
You
know
objectively
clear
if
the
challenge
has
been
successfully
addressed
or
not,
and
and
I
think
we
we
can
do
better.
A
So
equally,
over
the
last
five
nine
funding
rounds,
we've
also
seen
a
real
significant
growth
of
our
minimum
viable
grants,
ecosystem,
and
you
know
I
think
we
could
add
in
you
know
decentralized
and
distributed
grants
ecosystem,
because,
ultimately
it's
you
guys
that
are
actually
doing
a
lot
of
the
work.
Now
you
know
you're
reviewing
the
proposals
you're
voting
on
the
proposals,
you're
submitting
the
proposals,
you're,
also
verifying
where
the
proposals
have
done
what
they
said
that
they
were
going
to
do
so.
A
You
know
what
we
can
see
is
that
you
know
there
are
all
these
varieties
of
different
roles:
proposers
voters,
reviewers,
moderators,
proof
of
achievement,
verifiers
mentors
challenge
teams
and
equally
there's.
You
know
as
many
different
problem
spaces
and
we've
just
seen
within
a
hundred
different
challenges
and
obviously
there's
you
know
a
a
level
down
to
this
is
very
different
types
of
project
asks.
A
You
know
different
sizes,
Scopes,
you
know
funding,
request,
amounts
and
focuses
objectives,
kpis
and
there's
many
many
different
perspectives
on
how
to
improve
things.
Many
many
different
opinions
are
coming
from
the
community
and
and
also
from
within
our
team
on
on
how
to
level
up
what
we're
doing,
but
really
I
think
we
we
need
to
consider
things.
A
On
the
other
hand,
which
is
all
these
different
perspectives,
make
it
quite
difficult
to
align
on
what
are
the
right
funding
priorities
in
the
current
shape
and
also
to
really
maintain
a
good
and
overall
accountability
for
the
decisions
that
are
being
made
right
now?
No
one,
you
know
whether
you're
the
challenge
setting
proposer
or
the
Catholics
team
or
the
the
proposer
themselves
are
really
accountable
for
whether
a
challenge
is
successful
or
a
complete
failure.
A
So
moving
on
I
want
to
talk
you
through
a
couple
of
projects
that
were
funded
by
Catalyst
by
you
guys
voting
for
them,
and
you
know,
members
of
the
community
really
recognize
that
there
were
some
of
these
issues
that
were
beginning
to
emerge
and
some
work
was
funded
under
the
the
fund.
Eight
and
fund
nine
funds
to
better
understand
these
issues
and
the
potential
solutions
to
them.
A
So
I
want
to
talk
you
through
two
such
examples
back
in
fund
eight,
the
Catalyst
GPS
team,
which
is
a
community
team
of
Nadia,
Tommy
and
Andre,
and
other
collaborators
I
believe
delivered
a
project
that
outlined
the
framework
that
aimed
to
improve
catalysts
strategy
decision
making
their
key
takeaway
was
that
challenge
based
funding
really
led
to
scattered
Solutions
without
much
alignment
or
collaboration
between
those
making
those
challenges
and
the
the
they
proposed
creating
strategy.
A
That
brings
everybody
together
on
the
same
page,
in
a
way
that
shows
that
all
of
our
efforts
are
really
part
of
a
bigger
picture
and
they
imagined
that
catalysts
could
be
made
up
of
organizational
functions
like
you
see
here
on
the
slide,
so
collaboration
engagement,
structures
and
processes,
infrastructure
and
the
ecosystem,
Outreach
and
impact,
and
then
products
and
services
they
could
imagine
how,
instead
of
having
challenges
that
you
just
have
these
pillars
that
you
know
we
could,
you
know,
decide
on
the
Scopes
or
determine
you
know,
priorities
and
sort
of
lean
into
One
Direction
versus
another,
and
each
of
these
pillars
would
have
its
own
sets
of
objectives
and
goals
that
would
need
to
be
met.
A
And
then
the
second
project
came
from
George
and
George
proposed
a
project
to
research
and
do
a
cost
benefit
as
analysis
of
funding
categorizations,
which
would
really
look
at
you
know.
How
much
does
it
cost
to
do
challenge
setting
both
from
a
perspective
of
you
know
the
time
spent
proposing
the
challenges
and
campaigning
reviewing
these
challenge
proposals
and
the
amount
that's
paid
out
from
the
treasury
for
those
people
in
the
community
that
they're
reviewing
those
challenge?
A
Setting
proposals
and
again
you've
got
to
remember
last
week
when
we
were
talking
about
the
the
decision-making
process
within
the
community
review
function,
at
least
we
do.
We
have
to
recognize
that
there
are
non-experts
and
other
non-experts
that
are
giving
their
opinions
and
that's
been
informing
voting
decisions,
so
essentially
Georgia's
takeaways
from
his
analysis.
With
that,
there's
a
really
high
cost
to
voters
with
challenge
settings.
A
It's
really
difficult
for
voters
to
understand
each
of
the
challenges,
motivations
and
this
effort
really
requires
voters
to
participate
in
a
really
increased
Manner
and,
and
this
total
cost
for
drastically
increases
the
the
cognitive
load
on
the
voting
process
and
decreases
the
likelihood
of
scalable
participation
if
you've
got
to
decide
whether
or
not
the
challenges
that
you're
voting
on
from
you
know,
100
or
200
different
proposals
are
the
right
ones
for
the
next
fund.
A
It's
it's
very
difficult
to
get
on
board
with,
and
also
we
analyzed
that
there's
a
real
high
proposal,
cost
there's
so
much
time
and
energy
wasted
on
finding
or
creating
challenge
areas,
and
then
George
and
the
GPS
team
were
their
two
respected
projects
then
came
together
and
aimed
to
align
on
their
approaches,
and
this
is
what
you
see
in
this
slide
on.
The
left
is
a
notion
of
the
funding
categories
and
on
the
right
are
the
the
sort
of
strategic
focuses
that
were
proposed
by
the
GPS
and
then
within
the
Catalyst
team.
A
We
also
carried
out
a
gap
analysis
across
the
status
quo.
So
of
these.
These
projects
that
were
looking
at
these
these
these
efforts
and
also
across
you,
know
the
the
rest
of
the
portfolio
of
projects
that
are
funded
by
Catalyst
over
the
last
nine
funds
really
to
to
think
about.
How
do
we
consolidate
and
begin
to
converge
on
something
that
becomes
simplified?
A
A
We
also
see
that
few
challenges
persist
fund
to
funds.
We
know
that
you
know
the
atala
challenges
are
pretty
regular
products
and
Integrations
is
pretty
regular.
Dev
ecosystem
is
pretty
regular
and
then
the
only
other
one
that's
fairly
regular
is
the
miscellaneous
challenge,
and
you
know
with
that
in
mind.
Many
ideas
coming
from
the
community
for
proposals
not
for
for
challenges,
but
for
Solutions
and
requests
for
funding.
A
Many
are
out
of
scope
for
an
entire
funding
round
if
they
don't
have
a
really
strong
alignment
and
a
good
fit
to
a
challenge,
and
what
that
encourages
is
people
to
shoehorn
in
ideas
to
try
and
make
it
fit
for
a
challenge
which
might
make
the
overall
proposal
a
little
bit
difficult
to
to
get
on
board
with
and
then
coming
back
to
this
other
idea,
there's
a
real
enormous
amount
of
time
spent
campaigning
for
challenge
proposals,
and
you
know
what
we
see
is
I
I
lovingly
term
this,
as
we
we've
seen
the
cardano
for
cats.
A
People
on
social
media
argue
with
the
cut
line
of
the
dogs
people
over
which
of
the
priorities
and
causes
are
more
relevant
today
than
others,
and
then
you
have
other
groups,
you
know
maybe
smaller
groups
that
are
less
well-known,
less
share
of
voice
and
it
makes
it
difficult
for
those
challenge
groups
to
then
get
any
traction
with
the
audience
and
gain
a
share
of
voice
amongst
the
community
and,
needless
to
say,
these
conditions
they
they
currently
cause
divisiveness
and
force
people
to
choose
where
to
align,
which
is
really
the
antithesis
of
collaboration,
I
hope,
you'd,
agree
and
then
once
the
voices
happens,
if
it
doesn't
go
one
group's
way
over
another
and
they
still
believe
that
their
challenge
setting
priority
is
the
priority.
A
A
That's
always
been
a
mantra
of
what
we're
here
to
do
it's
to
come
together
to
solve
real
world
problems
in
all
together
new
ways
Okay.
So
some
of
the
Catalyst
teams
objectives
has
really
been
to
look
at.
How
do
we
simplify
the
experience
for
all
in
preparation
to
bring
on
hundreds
of
thousands
of
new
users
that
are
able
to
operate
and
participate
within
the
the
constructs
of
decentralized
governance
and
voting
for
causes
that
they
care
about?
A
And
then
you
know,
we
really
want
to
drive
a
goal-oriented
vision
that
empowers
the
community
to
collaborate
and
and
and
and
the
funding
is
aligned
with
ecosystem
goals
around
collaboration
rather
than
competitive,
combat
and
and
ultimately,
to
enable
a
real
hype
level
of
participation.
A
A
So
this
is
just
a
proposal.
Just
let
me
be
really
clear.
This
is
something
that
we
want
to
put
to
you,
the
community,
to
feed
back
on,
to
give
input
and
we're
going
to
look
to
refine
this
and
we'll
talk
about
how
we're
going
to
be
going
about
refining
these
ideas
in
in
the
following
slides.
But
you
know
the
idea
here
is
that
not
from
fun
10
but
from
fund
11
and
because
frontenes
already
had
the
challenges
voted
for
in
fund
nine
from
fund
11.
A
Almost
every
single
one
can
be
just
sliced
and
diced
and
be
popped
into
one
of
these
buckets
and
then
there's
always
those
projects
that
are
left
of
center
or
are
simply
so
fresh
and
Innovative,
with
their
great
ideas
for
different
types
of
use,
cases
all
their
round
pegs
trying
to
fit
into
square
holes,
and
they
don't
fit
into
one
of
these
three
categories
and,
as
we've
seen
in
previous
challenge
team
closeout
reports,
this
idea
of
miscellaneous
and
an
open
challenge
is
really
well
received
and
something
that
is
really
valued
by
by
the
community
I
believe.
A
So,
let's
look
at
these
categories
in
as
a
proposal
in
a
bit
more
detail,
so
category
one
is
products
and
Integrations
are
AKA
for
proposals
that
are
building
on
cardano.
These
are
your
damps,
your
cross
chain,
Integrations
and
applications,
bridging
Services
tools
that
enable
you
know
greater
understanding
of.
What's
going
on
in
the
marketplace.
Libraries,
explorers
marketplaces
and
anything
else
that
you
could
imagine
being
a
product
or
a
service
that
other
people
are
going
to
be
using
and
Builders
of
cardano
on
cardano
are
able
to
to
relate
and
resonate
with.
A
Tattoo
is
all
about.
Community,
this
is
about
Civics
and
expansion,
so
you
can
imagine
a
lot
of
the
marketing
efforts
or
education
efforts
or
the
creation
of
different
alliances,
or
you
know
adoption
campaigns,
Catalyst
standards.
You
know
efforts
towards
regulation,
understanding
the
where
policy
is
going.
You
know,
levels
of
research
that
you
know
wouldn't
necessarily
fit
within
a
products
and
Integrations
challenge
or
would
sort
of
be.
You
know
somewhat
different
to
to
most
of
the
challenges
that
are
oriented
around
developers
and
building
out
product
Services
developer,
ecosystem
type.
Tooling.
A
This
cap
means
that
at
any
time
any
Community
focused
proposer
from
anywhere
in
the
world
would
be
able
to
find
a
home.
It
wouldn't
be
just
limited
to
grow.
Latam
grow,
cardano
grow,
East
Asia
grow
cardano.
It
would
be
you're
putting
your
proposals
in
and
over
time
we're
going
to
build.
A
And
then
we
have
cardano
infrastructure
development
of
cardano
protocol
code
base
level
projects,
layer,
twos,
side
chains,
things
that
really
extend
the
capabilities
of
the
core
platform
and
then
there's
everything
else.
Right-
and
this
is
this
idea
around
Catalyst
open
the
miscellaneous,
the
square
pegs
trying
to
fit
into
round
holes
and
I.
We
talked
about
this
some
time
ago,
but
you
know
just
as
an
idea.
A
You
could
imagine
that
these
would
be
really
well
suited
to
very
early
stage
very
nascent
projects
that
could
be
focused
on
any
sector,
any
cause
any
use
case,
maybe
they're
short-term
projects
or
maybe
they're
not,
but
these
are
just
ideas
right.
These
are
just
a
proposal
to
get
our
you
know:
creative
juices
and
Food
For
Thought,
beginning
so
yeah
in
in
in
in
together
or
so
hanging
together.
These
are
the
ideas
around
the
different
cats
right
and
the
main
benefits
of
this
approach,
really
that
it
streamlines
catalyst.
A
So
it's
really
easy
for
users,
Builders
and
voters
to
participate
in.
Ask
yourself
this.
How
often
have
you
talked
to
someone
that
doesn't
know
about
catalyst?
You
talk
to
them
about
it.
They
go
to
find
out
more
about
it
and
then
there's
25
different
challenges
for
them
to
understand
the
nuances
of
it
gets
overwhelming
really
quickly
when
they
try
to
dive
in
and
then
you
know,
another
key
benefit
is
that,
and
we've
already
talked
about
this-
is
that
categories
really
equals
continuity?
A
So
we
believe
that
this
also
helps
when
it
comes
to
community
review
and,
as
we
talked
about
last
week,
particularly
in
the
breakout
session
being
at
a
focus
people's
time
and
efforts
into
areas
where
they
want
to
contribute
and
pursue,
rather
than
forcing
them
to
pick.
You
know
areas
to
review,
or
you
know,
opposing
them
to
sort
of
align
with
and
pick
challenges
that
they
may
have
limited
knowledge
or
or
about.
A
Is
it's
not
really
the
the
ideal
user
experience
but,
as
I
said
importantly,
this
idea
of
continuity
and
there
being
a
home
for
everyone
and
and
every
type
of
proposal
seems
to
be
really
Central
to
this
idea
of
categories.
A
What
you
see
there
on
the
left
are
all
of
the
10
challenges
that
have
already
been
voted
for
in
fund
9
to
be
on
the
fund,
the
vote
plan
and
the
ballot
for.
Oh,
no,
not
the
ballot
on
the
on
the
fund
campaign
for
fun.
10.
we'd
like
to
introduce
this
notion
of
catalyst,
open
and
install
Catalyst
open
as
an
additional
challenge
in
fun.
10.
A
over
the
coming.
You
know
weeks
we'll
talk
about,
maybe
how
we
sort
of
Imagine
That
to
get
realized
and
yeah,
and
you
know
how
do
we
budget
for
that
and
that
that'll
come
really
really
soon.
But
this
is
just
a
a
an
idea.
A
We
do
notice
if
you
look
at
fun,
10,
there's
a
you
know,
I
wouldn't
say
it's
necessarily
an
imbalance,
but
there's
definitely
a
leaning
towards
you
know
technology
development
right-
and
this
means
that
there
is,
you
know,
limited
opportunities
for
those
projects
that
sort
of
sit
outside
of
the
the
constraints
of
building
dapps
products
and
services,
developer,
ecosystem
tools
and
this
kind
of
stuff.
So
you
know
if
we
want,
sir,
to
test
out
whether
there's
a
demand
for
this
Catalyst
open.
A
Maybe
this
is
a
really
good
opportunity
and
moment
to
do
that.
So
coming
back
to
our
own
internal
teams
objectives,
it
feels
like
that.
You
know
from
this
approach.
We
are
able
to
streamline
the
experience
for
all,
but
how
do
we
propose
to
address
the
other
two
goals
here?
A
Well,
what
we
suggest
is
that,
during
the
fun
10
campaign,
we'd
like
to
propose
that
a
series
of
community-led
workshops
are
held
with
the
aim
to
create
the
scope
and
Converge
on
the
scope
for
each
of
these
categories,
so
I
should
be
really
clear.
A
I,
don't
really
believe
that
each
scope
needs
to
be
particularly
complex
or
an
opus,
but
it
needs
to
be
broad
enough
with
a
clear
enough
Direction
and
a
set
of
you
know:
I
guess
objectionable,
metrics
and
measures
of
success
so
that
when
we
come
together
the
next
time
round,
whether
it's
in
one
or
two
fun
time,
we
can
revisit
and
look
to
see
objectively,
as
has
the
aims
been
somewhat
achieved
or
you
know
what
are
the
data
points
that
we
want
to
to
lean
into
to
better
understand?
A
You
know
what
are
then
the
next
opportunities
to
then
further
refine
these
these
scopes,
and
then
you
know,
perhaps
in
frontent
fund
11
should
I
say
we
run
the
process
again
or
maybe
in
fund
12.
We've
got
when
we've
got
a
better
body
of
data
to
be
able
to
make
some
some
clear-cut
and
concise
and
and
objectionable
decisions.
But
importantly,
this
is
community-led
right.
This
isn't
us
within
the
Catalyst
team,
an
input
output
saying
this
is
how
it
needs
to
be.
A
But
you
know
it's:
it's
I
think
it's
the
team's
belief,
and
you
know
in
conversation
with
Captain's,
Circle
and
other
people
that
we've
talked
and
spoken
about
this
too
at
cardano
foundation
and
within
the
community
at
large.
More
broadly
that
this
direction
of
being
able
to
simplify
and
and
lean
into
this
continuous
set
of
objectives
and
and
categories
makes
a
lot
of
sense.
A
One
of
the
potential
possible
future
directions
could
be
that
you
know
each
of
these
cats
have
different
tracks,
so
you
could
imagine
a
big
cat
track
where
proposals
over
a
certain
value
are,
and
you
know,
conversely,
you
could
imagine
a
small
cap
track
where
smaller
proposals-
those
that
are
you,
know
small
early
stage,
they
don't
require
a
lot
of
resources
are
going
through.
A
You
know
the
the
same
cats
track
or
a
different
cataracts
should
I
say
so
what
I
mean
by
this
just
to
sort
of
summarize
it
make
a
bit
clearer,
each
cat
so
say
products
and
Integrations
will
have
two
two
tracks:
there's
a
small
cat
and
a
big
cat
trap.
A
You
could
imagine
perhaps
that
projects
up
to
20K
are
on
the
small
cat
track.
They
group
together
and
then
voters
are
deciding
which
small
cats
are
being
approved
for
funding,
and
what
this
really
means
is
that
the
really
small
projects
aren't
necessarily
competing
against
the
big
projects
that
are
maybe
more
mature
or
more
well
known
or
have
you
know
larger
communities
or
this
kind
of
things?
A
And
then
you
know
the
same
goes
for
sort
of
large
cats
that
large
cats
projects
over
a
certain
number
I'll
put
20K
there,
but
maybe
it's
not
that
number
at
all
I've
grouped
together
and
they're
decided
on
in
the
mix
of
other.
Similarly,
the
sized
projects
again.
This
is
all
food
for
thought,
and
these
are
all
potential
variables
or
discussion
points
that
we
as
a
community
need
to
come
together
and
decide
upon
so
I'm
going
to
pause
there.
A
The
next
steps
for
this
really
is
about,
first
of
all,
really
Keen
to
get
your
feedback
we're
going
to
hold
an
after
Town
Hall
breakout
session
today,
if
you're
watching
on
YouTube,
you
want
to
join
that
conversation.
Click
on
the
link
down
below
to
come
and
join
us
live
in
Zoom.
A
Do
that
really
soon,
so
that
the
the
broadcast
doesn't
end
on
YouTube
and
you
can
come
and
join
us
and
then
you
know
importantly
going
forward
if
this
is
the
direction
that
we
want
to
go
in
and
I
think
we'll
know
really
soon.
Whether
this
is
the
direction
we
want
to
go
in.
The
community
is
obviously
Keen
to
to
move
forward,
One,
Way
or
Another.
A
Then
during
fun
10
we
will
look
to
coordinate
with
the
countless
Circle
and
you
know
other
stakeholders
community-led
workshops
where
you
know
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
the
definitions
of
these
categories.
Thinking
about
things
like
the
scope,
how
much
budget
needs
to
go
to
each
of
these
cats?
What
subcategories
or
metadata
can
we
generate
from
this
process?
A
And
you
know
if
you
come
and
join
the
after
Town
Hall
breakout
session
today
and
there's
great
sessions
today,
so
I
hope
you
know
that
you
know
you
choose
to
go
to
to
all
of
them,
or
certainly
not
just
this
one
but
I'm
going
to
show
you
some
of
the
data
that
we've
We've
pulled
together
around
subcategories
and
it's
really
really
interesting
to
see
how
different
cats
can
be
sliced
and
diced,
and
what
segments
within
the
ecosystem
have
been
received.
Funding
so
yeah
I'm
going
to
leave
it
there
next
week.
A
I'm
excited
to
have
a
we're
super
excited.
Not
just
me
entire
team
having
Steve
Johnson
who's.
Our
lead
architect
within
in
catalysts
team,
join
us
for
a
discussion
about
the
the
future
directions
to
Catalyst
architecture
and
the
open
source
approach.
B
Awesome,
thank
you
so
much
cats
everywhere,
I
love,
it
so
I
hope
everybody's
as
excited
as
we
are
on
a
catalyst
team
and
there's
definitely
loads
of
to
unpack.
It's
fresh
we're
going
to
be
deliberating.
For
you
know
much
of
the
time
ahead
and
especially
as
Cruz
has
said,
there
is
a
many
opportunities
in
in
advance
of
us
where
we'll
be
able
to
talk
about
and
deliberate
and
workshops,
so
I'm
super
excited
for
everyone.
B
Even
if
it's
not
the
day,
do
not
despair,
you'll
be
able
to
join
in
the
future
installations
of
the
workshops
of
the
of
the
alpha
town
halls
or
any
other
community-led
events,
but
I
do
also
recognize
that
we
are
at
a
bit
of
a
length
with
time
today.
I
do
also
equally
hope,
so
that
it
wasn't
too
bad
listening
to
about
what
the
next
proposed
iterations
for
project
Catalyst
are
and
equally
so
we
do
feel
they're
quite
important
topics
to
go
through.
B
So,
thank
you
for
your
patience
and
with
that
I'll
hand
it
over
straight
to
the
after
Town
Hall
team
to
so
basically
returning
back
to
our
introduction
and
and
was
it
Mario
that
will
be
looking
us
to
kick
us
off
today.
So
Maro
off
to
you.
C
Yes,
thanks
Danny
and
thanks
Grace
I
I'm
going
to
need
help
with
not
sharing
screen
and
congratulations
for
another
successful
town
hall
and
to
you,
Daniel
and
Chris.
Thank
you
so
much
for
the
presentation
about
what
is
going
on
with
the
challenge
and
workshops
and
now
I'm
going
to
present
thanks
to
swarm
the
cattle
this
one
after
somehow,
next
slide.
Please.
C
So
there
you
can
see
the
dates
the
times
in
UTC,
as
Daniel
said
in
the
first
part
of
this
town
hall,
and
this
Thursday
we
will
have
with
their
European
Town
Hall
a
great
meeting
with
a
lot
of
projects
in
accordance
and
I
mean
the
blockchain
ecosystem
and
this
Saturday
at
tone
a
tourist
space
with
Latin
Soha
next
slide.
Please
remember
there
is.
There
is
also
some
Community
bands
handled
by,
for
example,
Gmail
apps,
a
cardano
for
climate
swarm
and
little
Nation.
C
And
The
Innovation
Community
handled
some
activities
with
the
community
to
interact
and
networking
Nexus
line.
So
swarm
asked
you
to
join
us
on
Discord
and
you
will
be
able
to
present
day
after
Chung
hall.
There's
also
rewards
and
bounties
to
make
some
tasks
and
to
help
grow
in
the
ecosystem
and
some
activities
of
the
community.
C
C
B
Awesome,
thank
you
Mara.
First
of
all,
congratulations
on
being
the
first
one
and
Having.
The
courage
to
you
know
stand
up
in
front
of
the
crowd
again
and
and
taking
on
the
challenge
that
this
morning
put
forward
through
the
bounties
again,
if
you
like
this-
and
you
would
like
to
be
in
the
position
yourself
next
week-
do
check
out
the
pantico
that
the
Swarm
has
put
out
I,
think
it's
exciting
I
think
it's
always
nice
to
be
hearing
from
different
voices,
different
people
and
just
highlighting
like
what
the
community
is
all
about.
B
So
thank
you,
Maro
for
stepping
up
setting
the
the
email,
I
can't
wait
to
see
who
might
that
be
next
week.
Having
said
that,
I
think
we
have
reached
the
end
of
the
main
broadcast
so
again,
thank
you.
Mara
for
the
afternoon
introduction
great
choices
today.
Once
again,
I
hope
everyone
has
found
at
least
one
that
they
fancy
now.
There's
great
topics
all
around
do
not
fear
most,
if
not
all
will
be
recorded
and
you'll
be
able
to
catch
them
later
on
in
a
catalyst,
Forum
YouTube.
B
So
if
you
are
unsure
about
which
one
to
go
just
go
with
the
feeling
where
you
feel
the
most
comfortable
today
and
everything
else
that
you
won't
be
missing
out
because
you'll
be
able
to
catch
those
conversations
later
on.
So
don't
worry
about
that.
Having
said
that,
our
main
broadcast
here
on
YouTube
specifically
concludes
the
first
part
of
the
Town
Hall
again.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
patience.
We
went
a
little
bit
over
more
than
an
hour
of
our
usual
broadcast
time.
So
again,
thank
you
so
much
for
persevering
through
it.
B
You
will
soon
find
the
link
in
the
YouTube
video
description
just
below
this
window
and
you'll
be
with
us
just
in
very
few
moments
and
for
everyone
who
is
out
of
time
for
today,
whether
it's
here
or
on
YouTube
Once,
More
I,
appreciate
you
spending
time
with
us
here
together
and
I'm,
hoping
to
look
forward
having
you
here
with
us
one
week
from
now
again
should
be
April
5th,
5,
PM
YouTube,
see
and
that's
it
for
today.
So
thank
you
very
much
and
have
a
wonderful
rest
of
the
day
and
this
week,
bye,
bye.
