really
driving
towards
creating
growth,

products

adoption
for
the
cardano
blockchain
protocol.
We
run
a
grants
program
here
within
Catalyst,
for
you
guys
submit
requests
for
funding
with
your
great
ideas
for
maybe
new
products,
new
gaps,
new
developer,
tooling
events,
activations
marketing
assets,
anything
that
you
can
conceive
that
you
think
would
help
to
grow
cardano's
ecosystem.

community,
having
submitted
those
proposals,
then
have
an
upper
opportunity
to
review
everybody's
proposals,
provide
input
and
opinions
on
what
you
think
about
them
and
then,
ultimately,
you
use
your
Ada
as
voting
power
to

vote

which
those

want
to
see
funded
and
these
are
funded
from
cardano's
treasury,
so
we're
pretty
much

only
blockchain
protocol
in
the
industry

dedicated
treasury,
that's
built
upon
the

We
have
successfully
become
a
club
on
campus,
so
in
our
proposal
we
propose
to
do
a
technical
series
to
inform
students
about
blockchain
tech
and
cardano,
specifically
and
onboard
them
into
the
ecosystem
for
the
club.
So
throughout
this
year
we
have
put
up
on
YouTube
publicly
available
and
free
the
series
which
includes
an
introduction
to
cardano.

the
goal
of
this
was
to
be
able
to
give
it
to
students
in
subsequent
years
as
an
introductory
onboarding
material
for
when
they're
joining
the
club,
and
then
this
would
allow
them,
after
taking
this
to
start
their
own
project
for
the
year
within
the
club
because
of
the
nature
of
starting
clubs
this
year
there
was.
This
was
the
project
of
the
year.
So
in
subsequent
years
yeah,
once
someone
looks
at
these
videos,
they
would
be
able
to
then
move
forward
with
this
and
then
decide
what
their
project
would
be.

Whatever
they
decide,
they
want
their
goal
to
be
moving
forward,
enabling
them
to
do
that
with
a
better
understanding.
Was
the
the
idea
behind
this
and
we've
successfully
passed
the
club
on
to
subsequent
year.
So
those
are
all
really
good
things.

naturally
it
started
in
October.

October

and
we
finished
at

a
month
that
kind

going

the
blockchain
ecosystem

cardano
as

a
Maybe
have
a
conference
with
different
Canadian
institutions
would
be
really
cool
or
have
a
cardano
conference
at
queens.
That
would
be
a
really
cool
thing
to
set
up
and
run,
and
things
like
that,
so
yeah,
it's
really
up
to
them.
But
since
we've
ensured
the
longevity
of
this
club,
now
I
think
I'm
happy
and
excited
to
see
what
they
do
for
the
next
years
to
come.

impact
collabs
project
closeout
report
for
F7
proposal.
Objective
was
simple:
lots
of
spos
are
out
there
that
may
be
brilliant
technically,
but
need
support
in
building
their
business
they're
the
Bedrock
of
the
kidano
blockchain
network,
so
they
need
all
the
support
they
can
be
given.
What
does
the
program
look
like?
So
what.

We
took
a
program
and
in
that
program
it's
got
a
series
of
modules
and
the
modules
then
version
one
of
that.
The
modules
start
off
with
understanding
and
auditing
the
the
organization,
the
business
and
then
looking
once
we've
done
that
and
it's
purpose
and
then
dropping
into
its
vision
and
then
its
value
proposition
in
terms
of
its
markets,
its
products,
its
customers
and
its
channels,
and
then
look
at
its
leadership
and
drawing
up
a
baby
business
plan.

Now,
when
we
were
doing
this
in
the
program
itself,
this
is
version
one
and
on
version
one
we
had
swarm,
we
had
fluid
seven,
we
had
carpool,
we
had
Goma
and
we
had
those
guys
are
amazing
and
they
get
us
such
a
lot
of
input.
Big
spin
was,
it
took
us
probably
two
or
three
times
longer
than
we
thought
we'd
need
to
get
the
program
rejig
we
spent
two
or
three
months
building
it
to
start
with.
Then
we'd
ran
it
with
the
guys,
which
probably
five
months,
and
then
we
recut
it
again
afterwards.

So
it's
been
quite
a
journey,
but
that
was
well
worth
so
the
way
we
did
it
for
each
module.
Then,
as
I
say,
we've
got
modules
to
run
through
to
build
you
fantastically
scalable
business
for
each
one
of
those.
Then
we
loaded
up
the
IP
and
we
cut
it.
That
was
all
up
on
the
site,
so
each
module
had
IP
to
guide
it,
not
that
we
stuck
to
it
necessarily
and
once
we've
done
that
and
we've
run
the
exercises
with
the
guys.

One
of
the
pivotal
points
was
actually
SPO
is
such
a
new
model
and
it's
such
a
new
industry
where
it
will
run
into
Financial
Services.
Eventually
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
scoping
out
the
big
market
and
the
big
product
and
the
background
business
environment
for
sbos,
which
was
very
useful,
but
there
was
a
lot
of
effort
and
the
guys
put
an
amazing
amount
of
effort
into
it.
So
that
was
version
one
where
we
got
to
was
really
fantastic.

Was
we
then
looked
at
it
again
and
we
did
a
version
two
and
the
version
two
then
was
much
more
structured
and
that's
the
version
we've
been
using
till
now.
So
this
this
initial
project
was
a
beta
level
MVP.
So
it
was
really
pretty
hardcore
and
quite
Rough.
Around
the
Edges,
hence
the
amount
of
effort
the
guys
put
into
it
version.
Two
then
much
more
structured
modules
running
downwards
that
you
go
through
to
get
to
the
end
result.

Each
module,
then,
has
a
page
that
you
can
spin
out
to
and
fill
the
content
in,
but
for
a
guidance
along
the
top
there's
Theory
and
the
Deep
dive
on
the
left
hand,
side,
and
then
you
move
through
from
the
theory
and
project-based
learning
methodology
into
the
business
plan,
sandbox
or
the
module
sandbox,
and
then
the
slide
at
the
end,
so
that
process
for
building
that
through
for
your
business.
So
that's
pretty
much.
We
did
for
version
two
version,
three,
a
sneaky
peak
of
version.

Then
you'll
have
the
elements
of
purpose
which,
for
this
one
say,
would
be
purpose
itself
and
they
could
do
the
exercises
and
then
fill
in
the
business
plan
which
are
those
slides
in
there
and
then
off
we
go
so
that
was
the
build.
What
happened
in
terms
of
what
was
going
on
with
the
program?
The
Challenge
kpis
were
around
business
ideas
and
then
the
value
of
those
they
were
addressed
during
the
program.
Their
projects
metrics,
were
then
how
many
guys
went
through
the
program
successfully
and
that
they
all
Firefly
went
through.

They
all
did
their
audits,
they
got
Visions
out
and
they
got
business
and
product
ideas
sorted
the
key
metrics.
Then
we
did
a
full
set
of
review
slides
for
the
guides
which
they
filled
in
and
it's
gone
into.
The
document
I
think
to
give
you
an
overview
of
the
comments
they'd
come
up
with,
and
then
we
did
a
scalability
rollout,
which
has
gone
exceptionally
well,
it's
gone
through
to
fund
eight
and
then
fund
nine,
as
I
was
saying
the
feedback,
the
summary
of
the
feedback
that
guys
on
it
was
very
supportive.

They
were
Trojans.
They
were
really
really
hard
for
a
long
period
of
time
and
they
helped
us.
We
felt
an
incredibly
useful
program.
So
that's
all
thanks
for
the
guys
and
the
key
learnings.
Then
this
stuff
really
is
important,
but
it's
a
new
industry
and
it
needs
support
over
the
long
term.
That's
the
main
conclusion
really
next
steps
in
so
how
did
it
all
work
together?
The
F7
program,
as
we
said,
they've
got
Five
Guys
on
it.

It
started
off
as
an
incubator,
but
it
was
really
an
accelerator
because
they'd
already
got
product
a
fun
date.
Fundy
proposals,
then,
which
were
running
at
the
moment
with
the
learnings
from
fund
7,
the
MVP
was
spun
into
a
product
MVP
and
in
there
we've
got
an
indie
program
which
has
got
some
small
spos
on
and
we've
got
a
community
program
where
we're
doing
the
same
sort
of
thing,
but
we've
got
CNC
in
their
pools
on
it
and
that's
really
helping
us
build
an
exponential
organization
growth
program
which
is
fabulous.

The
next
thing
we've
done,
then,
is
we
have
an
f8
program
and
that's
really
about
training
the
trainer,
but
some
of
the
guys
that
were
on
the
original
programs
have
been
helping
us
coach,
the
cohort
II
program,
and
then
we've
been
spinning
that
out
Intel
our
Associated
accelerator
as
well.
The
idea
is,
then:
we've
got
a
exit,
EXO
growth
program,
a
decentralized
exo
growth
program
and
then
the
plan
then,
is
for
a
decentralized
SPO,
Community
Academy.
So
that's
pretty
much
where
we
got
to
in
terms
of
the
the
program
itself.

are
we
spinning
things
out
for
edify?
Well
up
here,
we've
got
our
audit
program,
which
is
just
the
audit
that
we
do
and
we're
getting
that
built
up
with
the
help
of
Tebo
and
some
of
the
guys
into
an
Excel
and
maybe
an
online
app,
and
then
it
will
go
to
web
203,
site-based
program
product
and
then
from
there.
We
can
build
web
3
community
and
we
can
start
to
analyze,
Big
Data,
we're.

pretty
much
what
we've
been
up
to
and
it's
been
Speedy,
but
thank

discussions

community
developers

define
a
standard

the
round
table
calls
we
we
invite
the
most
influential
players
in
the
Cardona
nft
space,
artists,
developers
and
Tool
creators,
and
we
do
this
to
get
input
from
a
diverse
set
of
people.
All
the
Roundtable
calls
are
recorded
and
can
be
found
on
the
nft
guild
websites
to
be
able
to
get
some
input
from
all
of
these
participants.
We
created
a
survey
and
posted
this
to
to
the
participants
for
for
input.

The
project
identity
data
can
be
updated
without
any
remitting
of
the
nfts.
For
simple
nft
policies,
simple
Scripts,
the
ID
can
be
published
in
a
random
transaction,
but
we
found
a
obstacle
for
the
nfts
that
are
minted,
using
a
plutus
smart
contract
and
to
be
able
to
prove
the
ownership
of
a
smart
contract
minting
policy.

need
to
prove
that
you
have
minted
something
with
it.
So
in
this
case
we
see
that
you
need
to
provide
the
metadata
as
part
of
a
mint
operation,
so
the
identity
token
needs
to
be
minted.
Using
the
minting
policy
in
March
2023,
a
new
CIP
called
crp88
it
was
published,
and
the
similarities
of
the
designs
of
this
CIP,
with
the
design
of
the
standard
that
we
have
been
working
on
is
so
similar
that
we
have
decided
to
support
this
CIP.
Instead
of
pursuing
a
separate
standard,
it
has
the
same
properties
as
ours.
It's
decentralized.

access
as
a
service.
Thank

Nami
to
send
and
store
multiple
assets,
interact
with
smart
contracts,
delegate
your
Ada
sign
to
approve
transactions
or
to
integrate
with
existing
products.
Trade
and
mint
tokens
perform
multi-signature
transactions
and
much
more
Nami
gained
Mass
adoption
within
the
ecosystem
very
quickly
and
by
October
2021.

The
smart
contract
integration
went
live
in
the
spacebuds
marketplace
became
the
first
Marketplace
on
cordana,
with
smart
contract
capabilities
by
November.
2021
Nami
released
its
first
version
with
Hardware
wallet,
support,
allowing
users
to
connect
their
Ledger
or
Tresor
for
extra
security
and
require
withdrawals
to
be
signed
with
your
Hardware
wallet,
Nami
reached
100
000
users
by
December
2021,
and
today
it
has
over
300
000
users.
That's
a
lot
of
volume
for
an
open
source
tool,
not
providing
customer
support.

We've
considered
the
possibility
of
adding
support
for
mobile
but
decided
against
it,
as
it
is
not
sustainable
for
the
time
being
and
can
pose
an
unnecessary
risk
for
the
community,
especially
when
we
have
other
wallets
available
in
the
ecosystem
that
provide
Mobile
support.
Nami
is
an
open
source
tool
without
the
resources
necessary
to
support
and
assist
with
the
demands
of
a
mobile
application
at
the
moment,
but
we
will
consider
the
possibility
of
reaching
out
to
Catalyst
for
support
if
we
decide
to
make
Nami
a
bigger
platform,
that's
more
sustainable
for
those
needs.
