A
First
item
on
the
agenda
is
a
review
of
previous
action
items.
Then
we
have
a
proposal
from
oleg
namirov
to
do
the
next
doc
cig
meeting
in
two
weeks
as
a
jenkins
online
Meetup,
so
that
we
can
highlight
the
process
and
the
techniques
used
to
migrate
documentation
from
the
wiki
to
jenkins
io.
That's
both
for
documentation
in
general
and
for
plugins
jenkins
dot
io
for
its
specifics.
A
A
A
The
meeting
notes
have
been
serving
as
my
summary,
but
for
purposes
of
governance
it
would
be
good
to
highlight
those
to
the
Jenkins
developers
and
the
Jenkins
users
mailing
lists,
as
described
in
the
Jenkins
enhancement
proposal
document
that
outlines
SIG's
in
terms
of
the
item
three,
the
next
doc
cig
meeting
as
a
Jenkins
online
Meetup.
We've
got
really
excellent
progress
there
in
terms
of
the
migration
away
from
the
Rick
wiki.
Now
that
the
wiki
is
read-only,
more
and
more
content
is
arriving
on
Jenkins
at
I/o,
and
it's
better
and
better
content.
A
Looking
forward
to
that,
we'll
have
that
discussion.
Oleg
Natasha
will
likely
be
a
lead
on
presenting
that
and
we'll
capture
that
information
and
share
it
in
terms
of
hecto
BER
fest.
There
were
60
poll
requests
closed
with
the
oktoberfest
label.
There
are
four
remaining
open,
each
of
which
has
some
specific
reason
why
it's
still
open,
really
great
contributions
from
the
new,
first-time
contributors,
thanks
very
much
to
the
contributors.
For
doing
so,
it's
been
wonderful
with
regard
to
the
latest
data
on
contributors.
A
We've
got
an
a
challenge
that
our
time
from
pull
request
open
to
merge
has
increased
over
time.
It
didn't
increase
further
in
the
last
two
weeks,
but
it's
still
higher
than
we'd
like
we
need
more
reviewers
to
help
us.
Please
feel
free
to
step
up
and
assist
in
reviewing
submissions
to
the
Jenkins
at
I/o
github
project.
We'll
look
forward
to
the
help
there.
In
the
last
month
we
had
74
merged
pull
requests
and
our
our
total
contributions
graph
looks
very
good,
very
healthy
that
people
are
continuing
to
contribute
to
the
project.
A
Thanks
again
in
terms
of
open
pull
requests,
we
have
fewer
open,
pull
requests
than
we
had
last
time,
but
only
sit
down
slightly,
but
significant
number
of
pull
requests
have
merged
that
need
for
more
more
authors,
more
contributors
and
more
reviewers
continues.
As
last
item
I've
now
been
appointed,
the
documentation
officer
by
way
of
nominations.
I
was
the
only
one
nominated.
There
won't
be
a
vote.
Therefore,
we'll
take
continue.
This
process
running
the
documentation
special
interest
group
thanks
very
much
onward.
We
go.
