Description
Community Services Committee Meeting 7/16/2019 9:00 AM
B
A
Thank
you.
The
minutes
from
June
18th
have
been
emailed
to
you
as
a
motion
to
accept
those
minutes.
Miss
Parker
mr.
Sandt
Swanson
seconds
it
any
discussion
about
them
all
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed,
say,
aye
motion
carried,
look
back,
I
know
any
of
the
three
of
you
back.
There
have
any
public
comments?
No
okay,
let's
go
forward!
Then
County
Clerk
Dan,
Hendrickson's
report.
A
C
If
you
haven't
gotten
yours,
yet
it
with
a
went
out
in
the
mail
I
got
mine
on
Saturday.
So
if
you
don't
get
it,
the
next
couple
of
days
give
me
a
holler
and
we'll
make
sure
we
get
you
on.
We
mailed
out
68,000
885
cards,
so
we're
required
to
send
those
out
of
every
couple
years.
That's
the
big
thing
that
we
do
to
make
sure
that
our
rolls
stay
as
current
as
possible.
C
Those
68,000
and
change
that
we
send
out
we'll
get
back
anywhere
between
3
to
6,000
cards
from
people
who
have
moved
at
a
different
look
to
a
different
address,
either
inside
the
county
or
outside
the
county.
What
we
do
with
those
we'll
send
them
for
those
that
are
inside
the
county
will
update
their
address,
send
them
out
a
new
card
for
those
that
are
outside
the
county.
We
send
affordable
mailing
to
them.
If
we
don't
hear
back
from
them,
they
get
moved
to
what's
called
inactive
status.
For
us,
it
doesn't
mean
that
they're
cancelled.
C
It
just
means
it
they're
on
the
way
to
being
cancelled.
So
if
they
don't
participate
in
an
election
in
Kankakee
County
in
the
next
two
general
elections,
then
we're
allowed
to
cancel
them.
So
if
you
do
know
of
anybody
that
doesn't
get
their
voter
card,
please
let
us
know:
does
anybody
have
any
questions
on
that
process?.
D
E
You,
mr.
chairman
dan,
so
when
you
sent
out
the
cards
and
you
get
them
returned,
is
that
the
only
way
you
know
if
somebody
moved
on
at
the
district
or
out
of
our
area?
What,
if
somebody
had
voted
some
other
place
previously?
Do
you
get
notification
on
that?
If.
C
They
voted
someplace
else,
you
know,
but
we
do
through
what
the
state
calls
IVR
se
I'm
going
to
come
up
with
a
different
name
for
it
to
the
Illinois
voter
registration
system.
If
somebody
does
register
another
jurisdiction
in
Illinois,
we
do
get
a
daily
report
of
those
activities
so
that
when
we
get
those
we'll
know,
okay,
that
the
person
is
no
longer
in
Kankakee
County.
So
that's
a
huge
tool
for
us
in
maintaining
current
roles.
A
F
C
Sometimes
you
know
the
post
office
does
a
as
good
a
job
as
they
can,
but
sometimes
carnal
bounce
back
to
us
by
mistake
and
and
that
mailing
you
know
it's
just
one
of
those
things
that
people
don't
always
pay
attention
to
and
and
then
you
know,
that
would
be
a
reason
why
people
get
put
into
suspended
state
inactive
status.
But
if
they're,
at
the
same
address,
regardless
of
whether
they're
active
status
or
inactive
status,
I
get
to
loco.
C
C
Sure
sure
just
well
I
want
to
make
sure
that,
through
whatever
mechanisms
are
possible,
whether
that's
community
leaders
or
other
groups
that
everybody
who
is
eligible
to
participate
in
the
census
participates
in
the
census.
A
good,
accurate
count
is,
is
what
you
know
is
critical
for
Kankakee
County.
G
Knock
on
my
door,
and
it
was
somebody
with
the
Census
Bureau
I
didn't
have
time
to
talk
to
her
and
she
said:
can
I
call
you
some
other
time
and
I
said
sure.
Well,
she
called
me
one
day
and
I
was
on
the
phone
for
oh,
it
was
almost
40
minutes
and
they
went
over
everything.
I
ever
did
in
my
life,
I
mean
they
wanted
to
know
part-time
job
salaries.
I
mean
it
was
forever
and
ever
no
time
they
can't
be
this
to
everybody.
G
G
D
D
A
You,
the
assessor's
office,
Eric
Blair
in
your
packet,
is
such
a
nice
thing
to
find
that
map.
Look
in
your
mitt
look
at
your
map.
Eric
was
able,
through
planning
Thank
You
mr.
planning,
to
provide
this
map
we
had
asked
about
of.
Where
are
the
selected?
Is
it
when
I
say
lottery
winners,
the
lottery
winners
for
soul,
solar
farms,
so
from
Drew
yeah
and
there's.
H
D
A
Renewable
credit,
energies
and
what
we
noticed
went
long
time
ago
when
they
were
first
chosen,
he's
a
diversity
in
the
county
that
they
were
arranged
that
in
every
almost
every
place,
maybe
up
in
Saline
a
little
bit
of
Rockville,
not
one
to
close
there.
But
all
the
rest
of
the
county
has
a
representative
star.
H
Thing
I
want
to
point
out
because
I
think
that
that
map
is
likely
in
black
and
white
in
your
packet.
Is
it
not
know?
Oh,
it
is
in
color,
okay,
you
can
see
the
yellow
store
in
Kankakee.
That
is
the
one
that
is
not
going
to
be
permitted
by
the
county.
Should
there
be
a
project
at
one
of
those
stars,
the
red
ones
are
all
under
the
county's
jurisdiction
and
that's
why
Delbert
is
here
this
morning
in
case
you
have
any
questions
about
the
math
he's
more
well-versed.
Obviously,
in
this
portion
of
the
process.
H
I
I
I
A
Something
you're
good
to
hear
you're
aware:
yeah,
that's
good
anything
else.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
coming
today.
I'll
go
back
to
our
agenda.
Is
that
there's
a
monthly
report
from
Eric?
Would
someone
move
to
to
accept
that
report?
Mr.
feather
Ling
miss
Pokagon
all
in
favor
of
accepting
his
report
say:
aye
Jose,
I,
emotions,
fear.
H
Thank
you,
I'll
be
brief.
This
morning,
I
just
want
to
go
over
a
little
bit
about
what's
been
going
on
in
the
department
and
what's
coming
up,
the
major
thing
that's
going
on
right
now
is
that
we're
in
the
process
of
collecting
Township
assessment
role,
vena
from
each
Township
I
do
have
I
have
received
the
the
assessment
changes
from
several
townships,
but
we're
still
waiting
on
some
others,
which
is
not
atypical.
At
this
time
of
the
year,
we're
usually
still
working.
H
They
got
a
change
of
assessment
due
to
anything
other
than
Equalization,
except
for
Bourbon
a
who,
as
its
kwadir
this
year,
so
every
personal
in
Bourbonnais
will
be
notified.
The
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
mention
today
that
I,
don't
think
I've
mentioned
prior
I
might
have
several
months
ago,
but
I
think
it
bears
repeating.
We
did
lose
a
couple
of
a
couple
of
newspapers
in
the
last
year,
so
the
st.
Anne
record
press
is
no
longer
in
in
existence.
It
doesn't
publish
their
assessment.
H
Changes
will
be
published
in
The,
Daily
Journal,
as
well
as
the
Bourbon,
a
Herald.
No
longer
published
as
a
paper,
so
we're
gonna
move
them
into
the
daily
Journal.
We're
now
down
to
three
publications
in
the
county.
It
would
be,
it
would
be
the
Daily
Journal,
the
Hirscher
pilot
and
the
momentous
progress
reporter.
H
H
We
publish
only
the
publish
and
notify
only
the
assessments
that
change
due
to
something
other
than
the
equalization
factor,
except
for
in
this
year.
It
is
the
general
assessment
year
or
the
quad
year
for
bourbon
AIDS.
It's
a
rotating
four
year
cycle.
We
split
the
county
20
25
years
ago,
split
into
sections
rather
than
doing
the
entire
county
in
one
year.
So
last
year
was
Kankakee
Township,
for
example,
everybody
got
a
notice
last
year
whether
they
got
it,
whether
their
assessment
changed
or
not.
H
A
H
Bourbonnais
will
get
all
of
them
published
and
notified
and
then,
if
you're
in
another,
tell
any
other
Township
this
year,
you
would
only
get
a
notice
if
your
assessment
changed
due
to
something
other
than
just
solely
by
equalization
and
also
along
with
that.
Only
those
that
got
notified
in
the
mail
would
also
be
the
only
list.
That's
in
the
newspaper.
So
it's
it's
a
truncated
list.
H
It's
only
those
that
that
change
mm-hmm
if
there
was
no
change
other
than
my
equalization,
that
won't
be
printed
in
the
newspaper
and
you
won't
get
a
letter
in
the
mail
good,
that's
clear,
okay,
anything
else!
So
that's
that's
the
extent
of
my
report
this
morning.
But
if
you
have
any
questions,
I'd
be
happy
to
answer
you
do
what.
J
Expecting
me,
when
it
comes
to
the
time
for
these
individuals
to
appeal
their
taxes,
how
would
they
ever
know
that
that
window
that
30-day
whatever
that
window
is,
if
they're
not
mailed
anything
the.
H
J
H
Like
I
said,
there
are
three
publications
left
in
the
county
that
we
were
able
to
use.
It's
the
it's,
the
Daily
Journal
mm-hmm,
the
moments,
progress
reporter
and
the
Hirscher
pilot
are
three
newspapers
that
we
use.
Not
all
of
the
assessments
get
published
in
each
newspaper.
It's
it's
most
of
them
are
in
the
Daily
Journal,
but
you
know
you
know,
for
example,
moments'
engineer
Township
get
published
in
the
moments
progress
reporter.
H
So
that's
how
they're
notified,
if
you
know
statutorily
that's
what
my
office
is
supposed
to
do,
I,
don't
know
of
any
better
way
to
communicate
in
mass
to
make
sure
that
people
are
aware
of
that
30-day
window.
We
do
try
to
keep
it
consistent
every
year
as
consistent
as
possible,
so
that
there's
no
surprises
this
would
be
I'm
intending
on
publishing
in
September.
Just
like
I
have
the
last
four
years
and
I
think
that
helps
as
well.
J
J
Not
of
them
right
I
mean
their
stuff
is
just
I
guess
you
haven't
acclimated
to
their
website
or
their
this
just
if
they
say
they
never
received
it.
So
that's
why
I
wanted
to
make
sure
there's
there's
a
way
that
we
can
get
it
out
and
maybe
on
them
to
access
channel
or
if
they
get
that
but
and
the
Pembroke
area
I,
don't
know
other
than
I
know
they
have
Taylor
newspaper
and
something
out
of
tea,
I,
don't
think
singing
I
rise
building
or
how
you
get
out
there
and
in
some
River
Terrace,
okay,.
H
We
do
publish
the
the
Pembroke
assessments
in
the
daily
journal,
so
you
know,
like
I,
said,
apart
from
that,
we
do
put
it
on
the
website.
If
there's
something
that
we
can
do
to
maybe
post
it
around
the
building.
We
could
certainly
look
to
do
that
and
and
see
how
we
can
improve
that
communication.
No.
J
G
H
Ago,
our
department
did
use
that
newspaper.
They
they
had
a
problem
back
then
with
actually
issuing
a
having
a
publication
date.
I,
don't
know
that
there
was
necessarily
a
date
on
it,
which
is
a
requirement
of
the
Department
of
Revenue
that
it
had
a
publication
date.
That
was
my
understanding
anyway,
that
was
prior
to
me
actually
being
the
supervisor
of
assessments,
and
we
also
you
know.
H
H
And
I
would
I
would
like
to
come
back,
hopefully
come
back
next
month
and
show
you
a
number
of
these
things
that
are
pending,
that
we've
actually
completed
and
we're
ready
to
send
a
file
off
to
our
vendor
to
start
the
notification
process,
and
we
would
have
already
communicated
with
the
newspapers
when
we
were
when
we
are
going
to
publish
back
to
mr.
Lachesis
point
as
well.
H
Maybe
it
would
be
a
good
idea
to
use
the
county's
Facebook
page
to
send
out
a
notification.
My
department
currently
does
not
have
its
own
Facebook
page,
but
we
could.
We
could
certainly
use
the
following
of
the
counties
page
as
a
broader
use
anyway.
I
think
that
would
be
the
faster
way
to
get
it
out
there.
Rather
than
trying
to
get
thousands
of
people
to
like
the
assessment
assessment
office.
We're
not
really
well-liked
as
it
is
so
I,
don't
know
how
quickly
that's
going
to
build
up.
H
D
A
K
So
good
morning,
no
first
of
all
any
questions
on
the
report
at
all
concerns.
Okay,
good,
so
I
have
with
me
here
this
morning:
Adam
Watkins.
He
works
for
fiddler
technologies.
Who
is
the
company
that
the
operating
system-
I
guess
my
IDoc
system
and
Lorado
system
comes
from?
So
fiddler
is
my
vendor
for
how
I
get
the
work
done
in
the
recorders
office.
K
Get
this
information,
but
cuz
they're,
reselling
this
and
making
money.
So
I
have
Adam
here
today
to
just
give
you
a
little
more
overview
about
cybersecurity
and
an
opportunity,
that's
available
to
me
as
I'm.
Moving
into
my
migration
of
my
new
system
as
I've
talked
about
before
the
avid
system,
this
is
something
I
also
want
to
bring
in,
at
the
same
time,
in
terms
of
a
measure
of
security.
Currently
I
do
what's
called
replication.
This
is
that
is
to
protect
the
images,
but
this
is
just
that
armored
opportunity
for
their
recorders.
So,
oh.
L
Thank
you
for
the
invite
this
morning,
as
Laurie
mentioned,
our
role
at
fiddler
is
basically
to
serve
the
recorders
throughout
the
state
of
Illinois
plus
we
do
operate
in
11
other
states.
We
typically
the
presentation
I'm
about
to
give
I'm
I
paired
it
down,
hopefully
to
10
or
15
minutes,
usually
over
an
hour
to
explain
what
the
recorder
does,
why
it's
important
that
she
continues
operate,
etc,
etc.
So
I
trimmed
out
a
lot
of
that
and
talked
more
about
cybersecurity
and
what
we
can
do
to
help
by
the
way.
L
The
gentleman
that
took
that
phone
call
just
word
of
warning
for
everybody
in
the
room
utility
companies
are
getting
fished,
a
lot
where
somebody
will
call
and
say
hey.
You
owe
us
so
much
money.
Give
me
your
bank
account
number.
Please
don't
do
the
hets.
That's
a
huge
problem
everywhere.
So
very
well
may
have
been
a
legit
since
this
call,
but
just
use
caution,
just
real
quick
to
talk
about
the
value
of
the
recorder.
L
This
is
an
example
about
10
years
ago
in
the
state
of
Texas,
the
Attorney
General
came
out
with
an
opinion
that
said,
if
a
social
security
number
is
found
on
a
document
in
the
recorders
office
that
the
recorder
herself
is
personally
liable,
meaning
I
could
sue
Lori
directly,
not
the
county.
I
get
sued
Lori.
So,
of
course,
when
he
offer
that
opinion
all
the
recorders
took
all
their
information
offline
and
not
made
it
not
available
in
their
office.
L
L
All
closings
and
transfers
stopped
as
well,
so
you
had
moving
trucks,
lining
the
streets
of
people
that
couldn't
buy
or
sell
their
homes,
and
in
about
three
weeks
the
Texas
economy
started
to
show
cracks
and
the
Attorney
General
came
out
and
changed
his
opinion
because
he
realized
at
that
point
what
the
recorders
responsibility
was.
The
irony
and
I
don't
know
if
it's
funny
or
not,
but
before
he
left
office
he
got
hacked
in
every
single
Texas
citizens.
D
L
We're
gonna
jump
into
some
of
the
nasty
stuff
that
exists
in
today's
cyber
world
generally,
when
you
think
of
a
hacker
when
I
used
to
think
of
a
hacker
you
thought
of
somebody
in
a
hoodie
buried
in
a
basement
or
a
garage.
That's
not
really
true
anymore.
These
organizations
run
out
of
offices
that
are
really
nice,
typically,
not
in
America,
and
they
actually,
they
just
kind
of
get
up
and
go
to
work
like
we
all
do
every
day,
and
you
asked
yourself:
why
do
these
people
do
this?
L
And
the
reason
is
last
year,
cybercrime
is
projected
to
have
brought
in
six
hundred
and
sixty-two
billion
dollars
and
to
put
that
into
perspective,
drug
trafficking
throughout
the
world
is
projected
a
four
hundred
twenty
six
billion.
So
cybercrime
itself
in
the
bad
side
of
the
world,
is
the
most
lucrative
thing
that
these
people
can
do.
L
Financial
fraud
falls
in
the
category
of
what
I
just
mentioned.
We
call
it.
Phishing
phishing
is
basically
when
somebody
is
trying
to
get
personal
information
from
you
in
a
bad
way
a
lot
of
times.
It
comes
in
form
of
an
email
that
looks
like
it
might
be.
A
company
that
you
have
done
business
with,
but
if
you
look
a
little
closer,
some
of
the
words
might
be
misspelled
things
of
that
nature.
A
common
one
you'll
see
is
Amazon
or
UPS
or
FedEx.
Those
are
the
three
most
fished
companies,
because
we
all
do
business
with
them.
L
Oftentimes
they'll
ask
you
to
click
on
a
link
put
in
your
personal
information
and
boom
they've
got
you
last
year
in
2018.
If
you
look
at
the
stand
on
the
far
right,
1.3
billion
dollars
were
reported
in
losses
due
to
financial
fraud.
That's
just
what's
reported
to
the
feds
most
people,
if
it's
a
small
amount
or
a
utility
bill,
aren't
calling
the
FBI
so
I
would
project
that
number
to
be
a
lot
higher
than
that,
but
you'll
see
it
also
doubled
from
17
to
18
in
Laurie's
world
or
the
real
estate
world.
A
common
one.
L
Now
is
a
hacker
we'll
get
into
monitor
an
email
chain
from
a
closing
agent
to
an
individual
buyer
and
they'll
monitor
the
email
traffic
for
that
30
days
up
to
the
closing
and
then
the
day
before
they'll
inject
themselves
into
that
email
chain.
So
it's
the
same
chain
of
email
that
you've
been
communicating
with
your
Realtor
or
closing
agent
on
and
they'll
say:
hey,
please
wire
a
quarter
million
dollars
to
this
account.
Many
many
people
have
done
it
and
many
people
do
not
get
their
money
back.
L
L
So
let's
jump
to
actually
what
I
think
is
even
more
scary,
if
you
haven't
heard
the
term
ransomware
or
malware
malware
in
general
is
basically
anything
that
you
contract
on
your
computer.
That
disrupts
your
day.
It
could
be
anything
from
just
an
annoying
pop-up
ad,
all
the
way
to
the
extreme,
which
is
ransomware,
which
it
completely
freezes
your
machine
and
the
only
way
to
recover
is
if
you
have
solid
backups
or
if
you
choose
to
pay
the
ransom.
L
L
The
city
of
atlanta
is
actually
happened
in
2018,
it's
the
largest
attack
on
a
municipality.
They
actually
went
in
and
manipulated.
The
hackers
went
in
and
manipulated
the
backups
and
in
atlanta,
so
they
thought
the
backups
were
working,
but
when
they
went
to
use
them
instead
of
ten
million
files
being
backed
up
like
ten
were
being
backed
up
all
the
body,
cam
footage
from
the
police
department
in
atlanta
was
lost
and
wasn't
recovered.
There's
debates
about
whether
they
paid
the
ransom
I
think
they
got
in
deep
with
the
FBI
and
we're
trying
to
find
them.
L
Baltimore
Maryland
is
another
big
one.
This
happened
this
year.
The
reason
I
point
this
one
out
the
city
of
Baltimore
is
a
little
bit
unique
in
the
sense
that
they
do
land
right
instead
of
the
county
recording
within
three
days
there
were
1500
home
sales
pending
and
it
caught
the
attention
of
congressional
lawmakers
and
at
that
point
got
involved,
because
homeowners
were
no
longer
able
to
transfer
property.
L
L
Just
just
some
crazy
numbers
out
there
from
ransomware
851
million
different
strains
of
ransomware
were
found
in
2018.
So
what
that
means
is
basically
our
antivirus
and
anti-malware
companies
out
there
that
we
are
the
good
guys
if
we
pay
to
protect
us
are
simply
playing
catch-up
all
day
long
in
2019,
based
on
those
numbers.
That
basically
means
there's
a
brand
new
infection
every
14
seconds,
so
it's
virtually
impossible
to
find
something
to
protect.
You,
100%
and
I
will
tell
you
you'll,
hear
me
and
others
from
fiddler
say
it's
not
about.
L
If
we
get
attacked
it's
about
win,
so
we
now
operate
in
the
sense
of
when
we
get
attacked
here's
how
we're
going
to
get
around
and
get
passed
to
protect
ourselves
for
it
some
stats.
This
is
in
2011.
The
bubbles
represent
industry
I'm,
sorry,
the
color
of
the
bubble
represents
industry
and
the
graph
down
the
bottom,
which
is
hard
to
see
kind
of
talks
about
government
or
private
industry,
the
point
being
from
2011
to
2013.
That's
how
saturated
got
and
from
13
to
16
basically
means
every
major
organization
has
been
hacked
to
some
extent.
L
L
D
L
If
you
use
that
number
at
least
two
pieces
of
information
from
every
single
human
being
on
planet,
Earth
has
been
taken
again.
Some
goofy
numbers
seventy-three
records.
Every
second
are
taken
or
destroyed.
That's
the
that's
the
world
we
live
in
and
again
it's
about
what
we
can
do
to
protect
ourselves
and
then
lastly,
not
cyber-related,
however
important
to
think
about
our
natural
disasters.
The
picture
on
the
left
is
Linn
County
Iowa,
which
is
Cedar
Rapids.
They
live
in
the
500
year.
L
So
that's
all
the
fun
scary,
stuff,
yeah
I
know
in
so
here's
here's
the
product
that
Fiddler's
offers
specifically
to
recorders
offices
to
help
prepare
them
for
this.
What
I
hate
saying
it?
But
what
we
believes
is
an
inevitable,
inevitable
event
for
basically
all
of
us
who
operate
online
to
some
extent.
So
we
have
a
product,
we
call
Bastion,
it's
basically
a
hosting
solution,
and
this
is
the
visual
of
it.
So
you
still
have
the
County
Recorder
in
the
courthouse
and
the
bottom
left
the
the
bright
yellow,
Bastion
environment.
L
That
is
a
data
center
that
sits
in
the
middle
of
Iowa.
It
sits
in
the
middle
of
Iowa
for
a
couple
reasons.
They
claim
that
it's
one
of
the
safest
locations
in
America
from
natural
disasters.
It
is
f5
when
proofed,
multiple
data
or
data
sources,
multi
power
sources-
you
pretty
much-
have
to
have
18
different
forms
of
ID
to
even
get
inside
the
building.
But
anyway,
what
this
represents
is
all
of
Lori's
information.
L
That's
critical
for
her
office,
so
the
indexed
data,
all
the
scanned
images,
all
the
financial
accounting
information
that
she
take
takes
care
of,
sits
and
that
facility
no
longer
sits
here.
What
does
sit
here
is
a
computer
like
what
I'm
sitting
at
or
what
you
see
in
her
office
and
that
communicates
over
the
wire
to
that
facility.
So
if
the
county
contracts
malware,
she
can
just
go
home
or
go
to
another
facility
in
the
county
that
has
a
computer
and
she
can
continue
to
operate.
L
L
It
actually
gets
replicated
within
it
and
it
also
gets
replicated
to
a
facility
in
New
Jersey
and
basically
we're
in
New
Jersey
for
the
second
facility,
because
it's
just
about
the
furthest
geographical
limit
away,
but
still
be
within
the
United
States
boundaries,
and
we
surely
do
not
want
to
get
out
of
the
boundaries,
because
the
data
rules
outside
of
this
country
are
not
something
we
want
to
get
into.
So
basically
that
gives
her
an
instantaneous
copy
or
basically,
three
instantaneous
sets
of
her
full-blown
recording
system,
like
I
said
before.
L
If
the
courthouse
gets
hit
with
a
tornado
fire
and
cyber
all
at
once,
it's
a
really
bad
day,
but
that
just
means
at
least
Laurie's
office
goes
home,
goes
to
a
local
bank
goes
wherever
she
can
get.
That
has
computers
and
she
can
operate
the
public
searching
folks.
They
won't
even
know
anything
happened
here
unless
they're
local,
the
one
thing
it
for
Laurie
and
others
who
still
have
paper
related
information
books
that
you
haven't
digitized
and
things
of
that
nature.
L
I
can't
help
you
there,
except
I,
can
help
you
digitize
them,
but
that's
something
you
and
everybody
needs
to
be
aware
of.
If
that
facility
in
Iowa
gets
hit,
which
is
the
primary
location,
we
literally
flip
a
switch
to
turn
on
New
Jersey
and,
yes,
there
might
be
an
hour
to
transition,
but
it's
definitely
not
days
or
weeks
or
months
or
whatever,
and
that
is
the
end
of
my
presentation.
I
will
mention
the
the
letter
that
Lori
handed
out.
Laporte
County
is
a
partner
of
ours
who
is
on
bastion.
L
They
got
hit
a
week
ago
Saturday.
So
it's
been
nine
days
since
they
got
hit.
They
got
her
internet
going
within
two
hours
and
she
was
operational.
She
was
the
only
office
in
the
county
still
operating
and
as
of
last
night,
no
one
in
the
county
had
email
yet
so
other
offices
are
down
now
nine
to
ten
days
where
this
has
allowed
her
to
basically
operate
relatively
without
disruption.
D
L
Died
so
there's
there's
kind
of
there's
a
lot
of
different
cyber
crimes.
There's
ones
when
we
talk
of
ransomware,
specifically
most
ransomware
attacks,
aren't
taking
things
there,
freezing
it
and
they're
trying
to
get
you
to
pay
for
it.
Now,
don't
get
me
wrong.
There
are
plenty
people
taking
things
too,
and
we
do
so.
Besides.
All
of
that,
we
are
protected
by
what
are
called
load
balancers.
L
We
use
Palo
Alto
firewalls,
which
are
the
industry-leading
firewalls
we
ourselves
about
six
years
ago,
maybe
seven
years
ago
now
went
to
battle
and
the
court
of
law
with
the
company
that
was
misusing
our
software,
essentially
taking
things
in
a
way
that
we
didn't
know
we
lost.
However,
we
now
have
built-in
things
into
our
software
that
identify
anything.
That's
unique,
but
I
will
tell
you
in
anybody
that
operates
in
our
space
or
any
space
that
is
online.
L
There's,
never
a
100%.
You
just
can't.
So
it's
whether
it's
for
us,
it's
all
about,
battling
and
continuing
to
find
new
and
innovative
and
better
ways
to
attack
it.
If
somebody
stole
data,
then
it
becomes
again.
Do
we
go
to
battle
in
the
court
of
law?
Do
we
change
our
software
again
those
types
of
things
we
also
have
a
lot
of
cyber
insurance
at
Fiddler's.
D
L
D
M
Just
bring
something
in
perspective.
First
of
all,
I've
talked
to
Lori
no
concerns
about
from
my
department
and
from
the
county
board.
Some
of
the
things
that
you
should
understand
is
Lori's
already
segmented
off.
Some.
Nothing
applies
to
the
rest
of
us.
One
of
the
first
things
that
Andy
did
when
he
came
in
is
actually
put
in
cyber
insurance,
so
you've
been
insured
for
this.
M
When
I
talk
to
you
an
executive
committee,
when
I
say
we
have
to
go
to
Windows,
10
and
we've
been
doing
updates
because
of
the
cyber
insurance
to
be
and
compliant
to
an
insurance,
you
have
to
be
at
a
certain
level,
so
all
of
that
his
handle
has
been
handled
for
a
while.
We
actually
do
the
one
step
that
it's
hard
for
a
hacker
to
do.
Something
about
is
our
backups
are
changed
out
and
taken
offline.
M
Even
the
larger
counties
when
they
do
have
something
happen
to
them
is
because
it
stays
online
and
they
do
something
called
sans
where
it
never
leaves
the
building.
Well,
if
it's
attached
it
always
chance
for
something
happened,
what
we
do
it's
physically
separated,
so
at
most
you
lose.
If
something
were
to
happen,
you
lose
say
that
weeks
or
that
days,
minute
or
but
you
can
always
recover.
We
know
we've
done
that.
M
We
actually
know
the
size
of
those
backups,
because
we're
always
recovering
certain
files
and
stuff
for
him,
so
we're
always
in
those
backups
on
a
daily
basis.
So
we
know
that
so
what
she's
going
to
do
is
something
good
for
her
that
addresses
her,
but
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
rest
of
the
county.
We've
already
got
all
those
things
taking
account
when
I'm
talking
to
you
Executive
Committee
and
where
you're
dressing,
that
that's
specifically
what
we're
talking
about.
So
this
has
already
been
addressed
for
us.
M
This
is
for
Lori
and
her
Department,
which
is
separate.
She
doesn't
log
into
our
servers.
That
has
nothing.
You
know.
This
is
what
she
feels
secure
about.
What
her
move
will
have
nothing
to
do
with
what
we
do
and
we're
already
handling
that
stuff.
The
courts
are
separate
from
us,
but
they're
doing
the
same
as
far
as
backups
taken
the
off-site.
We
make
sure
all
the
backups
go
to
a
different
building.
Then.
D
M
Building
they're
originally
in
so,
if
a
fire
happens,
you
can
recover
from
that.
So
all
of
this
has
been
done
for
this
she's
doing
something
specifically
that
addresses
her
issue,
but
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
county
so
when
he
says
the
county
that
has
nothing
to
do
with
whatever
what
happened,
the
county
would
have
nothing
to
do
with
her
and
whatever
happens
to
her
would
have
nothing
to
do
with
the
county.
M
So
not
only
does
she
have
the
right
to
do
it
elected
official,
they
they
don't
really
interoperate
and
when
she
does,
she
works
in
agreement
in
certain
departments
where
they
are
allowed
to
access
Fiddler's
they're,
actually
going
to
the
location
already
that
they're
talking
about
so
she's
really
going
to
migrate
from
what
she's
doing
to
having
it
always
there
and
then
they'll
point
to
their
which
again
to
us,
we
don't
do
anything.
Definitely.
M
M
She
has
to
do
something
she
has
to
deal
with
that
and
she's
worked
it
out.
Lori's
kept
very
much
up
on
this.
So
but
again
what
the
county
does
is
separate
from
Laurie
sort
of
like
I,
also
told
you
when
we
we
rebuilt
this
County
Clerk
based
on
their
segment
at
all.
As
you
can
guess,
with
election
concern,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
stays
separate
out
so
they're.
Basically,
what
everybody
gets
is
email
and
internet
from
us,
the
rest
it
up
there.
Those
elective
office
are
kind
of
separated,
so.
D
K
D
D
K
I'm
here
to
protect
that
that's
that's
part
of
my
charge.
So
what
does
this
mean
so
going
into
2020,
of
course,
I'm
working
with
Kevin
right
now
we
are
upgrading
the
computers
in
my
office
to
the
Windows
10,
we're
so
excited
about
that,
but
I'm
doing
it
in
slow
succession,
so
the
CPUs
have
been
ordered
and
come
in
we're
gonna
be
doing
some
other
upgrades
as
we
move
for
the
avid
product
that
are
required
to
operate,
that
they
can't
they
need
a
little
bit
more
than
what
we
use
today.
K
M
Don't
want
to
interrupt
one
also
thing
I
believe
if
I
remember
this
right,
one
make
sure
I'm
stating
one
of
the
things
that
Andy
has
said
to
me
and
I
believe
in
several
department.
Headed
meetings
is
I
believe
he's
promoted
departments
when
your
software
comes
up
for
renewal
to
can
actually
consider
whether
or
not
you
keep
it
in-house
or
hosted
he's
not
saying
to
do
one
or
the
other,
but
he
wants
people
to
consider
that
I
told
him
before
that.
M
One
of
our
upgrades
we
did
a
few
years
ago
is
we
put
in
fiber,
we
put
in
a
lot
of
bandwidth
in
anticipation
of
more
of
the
department's
potentially
going
to
do
that.
We
didn't
need
this,
or
this.
This
is
to
give
the
option
to
do
that.
One
of
the
benefits
that,
if
you
do
this
is
alright,
then
you're
you
in
effect
our
budgeting
long
term,
because
you
have
a
cost
to
host
it
somewhere.
Well,
that
includes
your
servers
and
all
the
other
stuff.
So
the
board
isn't
getting
a
surprised.
M
Every
five
years
a
large
hit
you're
kind
of
dividing
you
in
effect
you
budget
it.
It
won't
always
fit.
Usually,
to
to
post
it
somewhere
else,
it's
quite
a
bit
more
than
keeping
it
in
a
house,
but
then
you
have
all
those
risks.
Did
you
do
the
server,
or
is
the
budget
going
to
go
down
as
revenue
go
and
go
down
that
and
you
haven't
kept
up
with
so
if
I
understand
it
right,
Todd
made
more
remember
more
of
this
Andy
wanted
every
department
to
consider
and
you're.
O
N
L
K
All
the
customers
I
have
about
32
I,
think
right
now,
Lorado
customers,
those
are
people
who
are
accessing
my
records
and
information
every
day
night,
whatever
they
pay
for
a
subscription
to
get
into
the
system
and
are
able
to
work
so
they're
not
affected.
The
songs
are
in
internet
works,
so
those
customers
will
continue
to
be
able
to
be
customers,
it'll
be
just
literally
the
work
we
would
physically
do
in
the
office,
accepting
a
recordings
and
paper
recordings
and
then
processing
them.
E
D
K
E
M
M
To
address
the
board
members
questions,
so
you
know
in
a
house
our
main
internet
access
is
fiber
through
AT&T
I,
actually
keep
a
redundant
service
from
Comcast
and
other
vendor
force
we
haven't
had
to
do
it.
I've
had
to
do
it
for
my
my
case,
so
in
case
of
emergency,
we
actually
can
flip
over
to
another
one,
and
actually,
we've
also
had
a
case,
the
department
back
there.
Where
you
actually
can
run
horizon,
you
can
get
a
MiFi
and
you
run.
M
We
run
the
whole
Animal
Control
Department
on
my
phone,
so
it
could
be
a
third
option
because
of
how
they're
doing
it
and
to
the
other
issue
is
to
talk
to
your
issue
when
she
does
I
send
an
email
to
based
on
the
knowledge
of
after
our
conversation,
Tandy,
so
I
did
some
synopsis
of
what
how
I
understood
it.
None
of
this
comes
out
of
the
general
fund
she's,
paying
this
100%
or
not
of
her.
K
K
F
Nurture
I
have
a
question:
I
understand
that
the
cyber
security
is
a
big
issue
and
you're
looking
into
a
possibility
of
a
recovering
information
that
can
be
lost
and
all
of
those
things,
but
I
want
to
ask
some
question
of
regarding
to
prevention.
So,
let's
see
a
little
bit
more
into
preventing
an
issue
from
happening.
So
do
you
have
anyone
from
your
department
that
take
any
anyone
that
takes
out
cyber
security
training
by
any
chance?
No.
K
Not
really
other
than
just
with,
through
my
some
annual
symposiums
at
Fidler,
we
are
informed
and
updated,
but
the
prevention
is
Bastien,
because
it's
taking
it
literally
out
of
this
county,
that's
the
prevention
of
not
allowing
no
offense
Todd
Todd
from
taking
my
information
because,
through
the
county,
it's
not
here
it's
there.
So
that
is
the
prevention
and
the
opportunity
for
getting
back
up
and
running
in
the
case
of
a
situation,
because.
F
I
also
I
also
see
the
prevention
being
part
of
a
well
trained
employee,
shuriken,
properly
identifying
a
suspicions,
email
and
electronic
message
and
not
clicking
until
the
specific
link.
So
I
was
just
looking
into
like
it
is
their
form
of
a
prevention
included
with
this
and
your
department
or
any
other
employees
or
the
county
that
will
have
access
to
you
know
the
database.
L
I'll
respond
just
I
agree
with
you.
One
of
the
things
we
do
within
Fiddler's
is
one
of
the
top.
Things
is
existing
employee
education,
because
a
lot
of
this
stuff
does
come
from
a
clique
that
shouldn't
happen.
So,
okay
from
a
countywide
perspective,
I
again
would
applaud
you
all
what
that
probably
maybe
falls
under
Kevin's
department,
but
not
to
put
it
on
his
shoulders.
But
that's
a
I
I
backed
your
comment.
I
guess
is
what
I'm
trying
to
say
and.
K
Kevin's
Department
has
made
us
aware,
in
the
past
of
certain
things
that
have
been
coming
through
email
and
clearly
don't
click
on
it,
my
staff
and
I.
Whenever
I'm
informed,
we
get
a
weekly
or
monthly
newsletter
from
fiddler
and
it
brings
things
to
light
and
whenever
I
go
to
association
or
whatever
anything,
that's
brought
up
about
stay
with
Miss.
Don't
do
this
I
share
with
my
office
all
the
time
we
have
a
weekly
staff
meeting,
so
they're
made
fully
aware
now,
if
they
still
click
on
it,.
L
There's
a
company
of
about
10,000
people,
74
percent
of
that
company,
who
is
in
this
space
and
well-trained
clicked
on
it,
and
it
was
something
like
you
know-
click
here
to
get
a
hundred
dollar
gift
card
to
the
point
where
they
had
one
staff
member
click
it
three
times
and
argue
via
that
same
email
about
when
he
was
gonna,
get
his
higher
dollar
gift
card,
so
not
at
all
arguing
against
your
education,
because
it
is
a
huge
piece
to
all
this,
but
it's
still
not
gonna
put
it
into
it.
Well,.
F
I
understand
I,
understand
that
the
backing
up,
but
the
information
will
be
extremely
important,
though
I
was
just
pointing
it
out
a
little
bit
on
the
invention,
taste
for
the
fact
that
you
know
I'm
also
involved
with
you
know,
organization
that
we
have
to
take
yearly
cyber
security
training,
which
is
a
requirement.
Otherwise
we
just
lose
God.
You
know
I
access
to
the
data,
so.
D
F
K
A
F
A
J
D
J
K
Just
a
computer
front
budget,
it's
gonna
look
a
little
different
next
year.
I,
don't
know
how
much
you
guys
really
look
at
the
special
funds,
but
in
those
budget
line
items,
but
it
is
gonna
be
different
because
you
know
it
comes
with
a
cost
and
I
think
it's
it's
a
cost
that
is
Julie
warranted
to
protect
our
information
and
again
you're
always
welcome
to
come
in
to
the
recorders
office,
see
what
we
do,
how
we
do
it
and
why
do
it?
If
you
don't
know
so
or
just
look
up
your.
K
A
P
Not
necessarily
numbers
up
a
little
bit
for
the
month
which
of
animals
handled,
which
is
to
be
expected
at
this
time
of
year.
I
have
just
one
one
really
nice
piece
of
information
that
I
want
to
share
with
everybody.
It
was
posted
on
our
Facebook
page,
a
dog
that
had
been
with
us
since
January
I
think
I
may
may
have
mentioned
to
this
dog
before
oftentimes.
We
get
criticized
that
you
know
we
can't
get
out
from
underneath
that
oh
you're
going
to
put
him
down
in
three
days
and
no
longer
exists.
P
However,
this
dog
came
in
in
the
winter
was
found
nearly
froze
in
a
ditch,
as
we
fought
him
out
and
cleaned
him
up.
We
discovered
that
he
had
an
injury
to
his
head,
a
bite.
The
veterinarian
felt
we
had.
No,
no
information
on
this
dog
no
known
owner
came
forward,
so
we
had
no
idea
how
this
bite
occurred.
P
What
bit
him
and
with
a
looking
at
the
public
safety
aspect
of
rabies,
we
were
advised
that
we
had
one
of
two
choices
and
that
was
either
to
quarantine
him
for
six
months
or
put
him
down
and
he
appeared
to
be
a
lovely
dog.
We
opted
to
go
with
the
the
long
haul,
which
is
pretty
unprecedented
for
my
little
department
dogs
that
that
stay,
cooped
up
pinned
up
for
that
long
period
of
time,
sometimes
struggle
to
stay
emotionally
sound
in
our
shelter.
P
It's
even
harder
because
it's
small,
small
and
and
older
and
and
and
limited
people
were
allowed
to
interact
with
him
only
those
that
had
rabies
vaccinations
themselves.
So
we
were
happy
to
celebrate
his
freedom
day
last
week
and
one
of
our
shelter
partners
unbeknownst
to
us
over
the
months
watched
him
and
in
the
back
of
their
mind
they
were
keeping
track
of
his
when
his
quarantine
would
end
and
as
they
got
closer
they
they
spoke
up
and
said:
hey,
isn't,
you
know,
isn't
he
gonna
be
released
in
a
month
or
whatever
that
timeframe?
P
And
they
said
we
want
him,
and
so
he
was
transferred
to
one
of
our
shelter
partners.
Last
week
they
already
had
several
applications
or
interests
on
him,
so
they
sent
us
some.
Some
updated
pictures
he's
in
a
foster
home
just
decompressing
before
that
selection
is
made,
he's
got
another
canine
buddy,
a
feline
buddy
and
just
really
really
good
story
and
good
outcome.
Our
veterinarian
named
of
Jethro.
He
was
a
trained
walker
coonhound
and
we
just
are
really
happy
that
we
were
able
to
help
this
guy
through
this
really
long
process.
P
Transferred
a
shelter
partner
again
called
they
were
going
to
take
a
few
of
our
adults
and
they
said
hey.
You
know
we
have
room
for
kittens
and
we
went
yeah.
We
have
kittens
so
they're
transporter
came
down
and
I
said
how
many
do
you
want
and
he
said
we'll
take
whatever
you
have
and
he
literally
filled
his
vehicle
and
I
believe
walked
out.
That
day
was
with
29
cats.
We
again
were
elated
at
this
time
of
year,
that
usually
happens
late
or
early
in
the
year.
P
P
These
partners
wouldn't
pull
these
animals
if
they
didn't
have
the
knees
they're,
sometimes
that
the
difference
between
what
they
consider
on
a
national
level,
source,
shelters
and
destination
shelters.
We
are
a
source
shelter.
We
are
a
place
that
always
has
have
animals
to
move,
and
your
destination
shelters
are
those
that
are
looking
to
keep
their
there's
their
shelters
full
to
a
point
that
you
know
they're,
that's
where
the
people
are
going
for
adoptions
and
if
you
work
together
hand-in-hand
with
that,
it
can
be
a
really
beneficial
thing.
P
Have
them
all
over
I
mean?
Certainly
we
work
here
locally
with
our
partners
and
and
I
believe.
A
couple
of
our
transfers
did
go
here
locally,
but
you
know
predominantly
up
north
is
where
the
big
draw
comes
from.
They
move
the
animals
move
quick
or
up
there
and
we're
just
happy
that
they
they
have
enough
faith
in
us
that
they
know
that
the
animals
coming
from
us
are
our
sound.
P
Healthy,
well
behaved
animals,
nothing,
they
don't
have
some
lessons
to
learn
and
you
know
hurdles
to
get
over,
but
we've
you
know,
there's
just
a
wide
gamut
of
that
and
I
had
consider
trying
to
maybe
post
that
on
our
website.
I
guess
I
would
really
probably
need
to
get
clearance
from
all
of
the
shelter's
and
that
that's
you
know,
that's
it's
okay,
but
you
know
we
do
even
on
our
Facebook
page,
we'll
tag
the
shelters
that
that
have
have
taken
animals
from
us.
So
it's
none
secret
at
all.
P
A
P
Was
it
was
vote
for
truck
and
boat?
It
was
posted
in
the
Daily
Journal
on
two
different
dates:
Wednesday
and
the
following
Saturday
to
try
to
hit
the
what
would
be
out
there
to
them
the
most
of
the
people.
If
they
in
case
they
don't
get
a
weekly
or
a
daily
paper
and
I
also
posted
it
on
our
Facebook
page
and
again
reminded,
as
the
date
got
closer
to
put
bids
in
and
as
I
understand.
We.
A
P
Just
for
information
sake,
I
think
the
question
was:
what
would
it
bring?
You
know
on
a
salvage
type
of
value,
so
I
called
Acme
and
they
stated
the
boat,
and
this
is
what
I
had
been
told
before
the
boat
really
doesn't
have
any
value,
because
it's
fiberglass
they
would
take
the
boat
as
a
way
of
disposing,
but
it
must
come
with
the
trailer,
but
they
wouldn't
pay
us
for
it.
P
A
P
A
P
Well,
we
still
have
the
the
problem
of
just
disposing
of
this
boat
just
sitting
there
I
mean
I.
The
goal
for
my
department
is
to
get
rid
of
these
vehicles.
Boats
that
are
just
sitting
there
doing
nothing.
I
believe
my
cost
to
for
the
journal
ad
was,
if
I,
remember
correctly,
149
or
169
is
what
it
cost
me
to
put
the
ads
and
so
I'm
not
really
too
far
ahead
of
the
game.
Okay,.
A
J
J
P
A
F
Anything
it's
not
worth
anything.
It's
just
really
on
bad
shape
and
side
it
outside
the
only
thing
you
can
probably
put
any
value
to.
It
would
be
the
trailer.
So
that
would
be
gonna.
You
know
nice
to
see
if
you
can
get
rid
of
it,
both
of
them
at
once,
not
just
having
a
truck
out
and
the
boats
to
City
there,
but
I
just
want
to
bring
this
off
that
the
boat
to
me
concur.
A
M
P
F
A
J
I
was
wondering
to
read,
dispose
of
the,
because
we
had
a
motion
to
second
with
the
to
basically
salvage
it.
We
were
just
automatically
previously
just
going
to
you
know
not
except
to
be
it,
but
we
did
have
a
motion
in
the
second
two
with
me
and
address
to
go
ahead
and
Hammond
salvage.
So
we
went
back
to
the
other
and
suggest
it's
at
this
time.
So
I
wanted
sound.
Now
we
have
like
two
motions
to.
J
A
A
Yeah,
but
that
you're
saying
you
made
two
motions:
one
was
to
reject
them
bid
and
the
other
was
to
it
yeah
and
they
went
then
when
I
said
we
need
to
be
positive.
They
went
on
to
a
positive,
so
we're
gonna
say
that
there
there
was
there
was
here.
A
motion
is
that,
right
with
you,
men,
no
he's
not
all
right
with
you.
F
A
A
Because
you're
getting
money,
I
appreciate
that.
Thank
you
for
saying
so.
J
O
Morning
we've
been
busy
at
our
last
meeting.
There
are
several
items
on
the
agenda
that
we
are
not
able
to
discuss
this
at
this
time.
You'll
notice
that
there
is
information
about
reckless
owner.
That
is
not
ready
to
be
discussed
at
this
time.
So
we
have
to
take
it
back
to
committee
and
we
have
some
more
research
to
do.
Basically,
we
haven't
heard
from
Kankakee
City.
Yet
have
we
no
we're
kind
of
hoping
for
that?
But
with
things
happening,
there
probably
won't
be
a
while
that'd
be
a
while
before
we
hear
from
them.
O
The
other
that
we've
been
working
on
is
another
ordinance
for
extreme
temperature,
and
that
is
going
to
be
taken
back
to
committee
next
week
or
a
boat
and
then
we'll
be
able
to
present-
hopefully
both
of
those
ordinance
to
this
committee,
for
you
to
talk
about
em
vote
on
to
send
it
to
the
general
Board
meeting
other
than
that
we're
meeting
next
Wednesday
at
3
p.m.
if
anyone
would
like
to
come.
Welcome
you
and.
A
The
hardship
is
this
is
the
the
count,
the
dates
of
our
meetings
and
yes,
community
service
meets
then
a
no
animal
permits.
Then
the
board
meets
it.
So
we're
trying
to
we're
gonna
calculate
getting
these
meetings
in
better
order,
so
they
can
come
more
logically
and
if
there's
anything
that
we're
concerned
about
is
reckless
owners
and
extreme
temperatures
and
yet
we're
getting
behind
writin
dates,
and
we
can't
get
them
to
you
soon
enough.
So
we'll
do
our
best
to
be
in
the
Bakken.
We.
O
Have
that
to
be
discussed
at
our
next
meeting
to
change
the
date
of
our
meetings
still
on
a
Wednesday,
but
at
a
different
time
prior
to
this
meeting,
the
other
that
we
have
will
be
announcing
openings,
that
we
have
several
committee
members
whose
terms
are
up.
So
if
anyone
is
interested,
if
you
know
anyone
to
come
and
serve
on
a
whack,
we
welcome
them
to
apply
and
those
terms
will
be
up
in
September.

O
A
J
That
they
don't
you
they
gave
us
a
document
is
going
back
to
committee
and
I
just
want
to
state
I
looked
at
the
cousin
area,
where
it
gives
the
it
prohibits
the
innovator
from
owning
a
dog
for
like
three
years
I'm
wondering
if
that
is.
Is
that
Hodge
or
get
him
in
line
with
something
that
you
all
kind
of
like
you
read,
but
that's
something
to
consider
because
that'd
be
a
question
I
want
to
have
if
I,
for
maybe
a
one-time
expense
depending
on
the
situation.
J
Would
it
be
real
harsh
to
say
that
president
never
owned
a
dog
for
three
or
four
three
years
for
first-time
offense?
You
know
maybe
a
first
or
second,
you
know
you
be
little
I
mean
second,
third,
be
no
harsh,
but
the
first
time
something
I
will
probably
be
kind
looking
at
or
whether
it's
being
a
little
bit
hard
well.
O
A
But
it's
good
good
that
you
mention
it.
Yes,
it
is
a
long
time
if
you're
a
pet
owner
or
not
the
money,
you
have
to
be
pretty
bad
to
be
a
reckless,
though
things
have
to
have
happened.
So
would
someone
move
to
adjournment
I
still
adjust
mrs.
Polk
will
second
at
all
in
favor
of
a
journeying,
say
aye.
Any
opposed
motion
carried.
Thank
you
for
being
here.
