Description
Community Services Committee Meeting 08/16/2022 9:00am
A
When
we're
on
the
air
so
welcome
everyone,
the
first
order
of
business
before
we
take
roll
call
is
to
would
someone
move
that
colton
eckhoff
at
10
by
zoom,
because
he
had
a
different
mr
smith,
mrs
polk
seconds
at
all
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed,
say
no
motion
carried,
you
can
attend
colton.
Thank
you
all
right
now,
we'll
have
roll
call.
Please.
C
A
Thank
you,
and-
and
this
is
the
august
16th
community
services
meeting.
Thank
you
for
coming
and
being
here
welcome,
I
don't.
I
do
not
have
any
requests
for
public
comment
unless
you
and
that's
there
later,
but
I
don't
have
any
comment.
So,
let's
go
forward.
You've
received
the
minutes
via
your
in
the
email.
A
So,
ms
hudson,
do
you
like
to
move
to
approve
them?
Okay,
mr
smith,
where'd
you
second
that
motion
any
comment
on
the
minutes.
All
in
favor
of
the
approving
the
minutes-
and
these
are
from
july
19.,
say
aye,
any
opposed,
say
no
emotion
is
carried
okay.
This
is
a
big
thing
right
now
going
to
happen
notice
on
your
agenda,
the
drawing
for
county
board
members
terms.
That's
you
and
me.
So
here
comes
mr
hendrickson,
and
this
is
so
exciting
because
I
thought
everybody
got
a
ping
pong
ball
and
that's
not
the
truth.
E
D
Good,
okay,
as
you
know,
the
county
board
redistricted
last
year
and
all
county
board
members
are
up
this
this
time
following
this,
because
we
think
we
don't
want
to
have
everybody
elected
at
the
same
time.
So
we
have
some
degree
of
continuity
of
government
every
10
years.
Once
once
we
do
the
redistricting,
there
is
a
lottery
to
determine
the
terms
for
the
county
board
members
we've
broken
up
the
the
county
board
districts
into
two
different
different
districts,
the
odd
number
districts
and
the
even
number
districts
in
this
bag.
D
An
official
lottery
ping-pong
ball
bag.
We
have
the
two
ping-pong
balls,
one
is
numbered
one.
One
is
number
two:
if
kelly,
who
has
been
gracefully
chosen
as
our
designated
ping-pong
ball
drawer,
whichever
number
she
pulls,
those
are
going
to
be
the
county
board
districts
that
have
a
four-year
term.
So
it
would
be
four
years
four
years
and
then
the
last
term
would
be
for
two
years
to
take
us
to
the
next
redistricting
and
then
the
other
district
would
be
would
be
serving
for
two
years
would
run
again
in
2024
and
then
2028..
D
A
A
D
Kelly
pulled
the
number
one,
so
odd
number
districts
will
have
a
four
year
term.
The
even
number
districts
will
have
a
two-year
term.
D
D
A
D
A
A
A
I
would
you're
here
who
did
misspoke
said
you
would
okay,
mrs
polk
said
she'll
move
to
accept
the
county.
Clerk's
report.
Miss
peters.
Will
you
second,
that
okay
and
there
is
there
a
question
at
all?
My
one
question
was
how
what
kind
of
miscellaneous
certificates
do
you
reach,
so
you
receive
eight
thousand
dollars
for
what's
an
example.
D
A
D
A
D
Just
a
few
other
things
to
touch
on
last
friday,
in
the
first
congressional
district,
there
was
a
discovery
recount
that
was
held
in
our
office.
The
losing
candidate
had
requested
to
look
at
six
precincts
in
kankakee
county
they've
also
looked
at
precincts
in
will
county
and
cook
county
in
the
city
of
chicago.
I
believe
that
cook,
county
and
the
city
of
chicago
are
going
on
this
week,
the
losing
candidate
lost
by
370
votes,
but
was
within
the
95
percent
to
to
request
a
discovery
recount.
D
So
we
went
through
counted
recounted
those
six
precincts
that
he
looked
at.
There
were
no
changes.
Everything
went
well
I'd
like
to
thank
mr
coughlin
from
the
state's
attorney's
office,
who
I'm
sure
we
bored
out
of
his
mind
that
friday,
but
he
was
there
for
any
questions
that
we
had
or
any
counsel
that
we
needed.
So
thank
him
for
that.
D
On
another
note,
the
postcards
we
are
required
by
illinois
law
to
send
out
postcards
to
all
the
registered
voters
in
the
county
asking
him
if
they
would
like
to
participate
in
the
november
election
by
voting
by
mail
either
for
one
time
for
this
election
or
to
sign
up
on
the
permanent
vote
by
mail
basis.
So
those
postcards
will
be
going
out
this
week.
D
It's
going
to
cost
us
approximately
45
000
to
send
all
those
out.
So
we
should
be
able
to
absorb
that
in
our
budget.
But
it's
going
to
be
a
little
bit
tight.
Just
so
that
you
all
know
we
will
be
required
to
send
those
out
again
in
january
for
the
april
consolidated
election.
D
So
speaking
of
the
elections
next
year,
I
received
this
morning
from
the
state
board
of
elections,
a
preliminary
calendar
for
events
that
are
going
on
for
the
consolidated
primary
election
and
the
consolidated
election
for
next
year,
the
date
first
day
to
circulate
for
those
that
potentially
have
a
consolidated
primary
election
and
that
would
be
city
of
kankakee
village
of
bourbon,
a
village
of
bradley
village
of
limestone
and
village
of
salmon's
point
the
first
day
to
circulate
petitions
in
those
areas
is
two
weeks
from
today.
D
So
we've
got
that
the
filing
period
would
be
november
21st
through
november
28th
of
this
year
for
everybody
else,
so
parks
and
schools
and
libraries
and
those
nonpartisan
municipalities.
The
first
day
to
circulate
is
september
20th
and
filing
period
is
december.
12Th
december
19th
election
days
for
next
year,
the
consolidated
primary,
if,
if
necessary,
will
be
february
28th
and
the
consolidated
election
will
be
april.
4Th.
A
D
D
E
So
it
was
my
understanding
that,
with
the
new
male
end,
balance
you're
going
to
have
a
male
expense
if
those
individuals
opt
to
receive
a
ballot
by
mail
every
election
year.
Yes,
and
so
when
that
law
was
created,
they
did
not
say
how
they
were.
Supplementing,
supplementing
that
oh.
D
D
Well,
there
certainly
are
a
couple
of
ways
on
step
august,
31st
and
september
1st.
We
will
have
training
classes
at
kcc.
The
state
board
of
elections
will
be
here
to
do
most
of
the
training.
We
will
have
some
specific
training
for
our
equipment
and,
if
not
that,
then
we
do
have
online
training.
D
A
D
A
The
end
of
every
section-
oh
that's
good,
because
then
you
don't
have
to
right.
Okay!
So
if
you,
if
you
all,
aren't
an
election
judge
and
would
like
to
be
stop
down
at
the
counter
as
you
leave
right,
would
that
be
good?
Okay,
anything
else,
mr
snipes.
E
There's
one
other
question
dan:
those
individuals
that
are
precinct
committeemans
or
those
individuals
that
want
to
be
deputy
registrars.
Do
you
have
I'm
sure
you
do,
but
could
you
share
with
us
the
information?
I
know
the
precincts
are
deputy
registers
or
something
as.
D
Far
as
training
for
deputy
registrars,
we
do
that
on
an
appointment
basis.
It's
about
a
15-minute
training
session,
just
book
that
with
lori
so
sounds.
A
G
Since
we
last
spoke,
I
did
receive
all
of
the
assessment
changes
from
the
township
assessors,
and
you
know
I
I
think
I
received
the
last
one
on
on
august
8th,
but
that
did
allow
us
to
set
up
to
do
the
supervisor
of
assessments
levels
today,
I'm
going
to
get
through
that
pretty
quickly.
I
just
have
a
couple
of
changes
to
make
there
and
then
what's
pending
really
is
tomorrow.
G
Excuse
me
tomorrow,
I
plan
to
get
into
equalization
and
get
that
finished
so
that
we
can
publish
and
notify
the
assessment
changes.
I
I
really
think
we're
going
to
get
in
the
newspaper
and
get
those
assessment
change
notices
out
on
september,
8th,
which
would
be
the
second
thursday
in
september.
That's
been
the
goal
every
year
since
I
took
over
and
and
we're
going
to
hit
that
mark
again.
I
really
believe
so.
I'm
really
happy
with
that.
G
I
want
to
thank
my
staff,
who
did
a
great
job
under
some
tough
conditions
with
with
you
know,
books
coming
in
at
all
different
times,
and
they
they
got
the
work
done
really
quickly
and
efficiently,
and
that
allowed
us
to
be
able
to
publish
on
that
second
thursday
in
september.
G
And,
as
you
know,
september
8th
would
be
the
earliest
that
you
could
possibly
have
a
second
thursday
in
september.
So
it
was
a
real
tight
squeeze
this
year,
but
I
think
we're
going
to
make
it
then
we'll
move
into
a
30
day
window
to
accept
assessment
appeals.
So
if
that
starts
on
september
8th,
I
haven't
counted
it
out.
G
Yet
I
was
going
to
do
that
after
this
meeting,
but
you're
looking
at
basically
october,
8th
october
10th,
by
the
time
you
take
in
consideration
for
columbus
day,
which
I
think
probably
comes
into,
that
into
play
there.
So
that's
kind
of
the
the
range
and
the
window
that
we're
looking
for
at
to
accept
appeals
and
then
we'll
get
from
there
we'll
get
into
the
board
of
review
level
and
start.
You
know
the
hearing
process
and
things
like
that.
So
that's
kind
of
the
the
schedule
of
events
for
the
next.
G
A
G
Yeah,
I
mean
the
assessment
really
determines
what
portion
of
the
overall
tax
levy
for
from
each
taxing
body
that
you're
going
to
going
to
pay,
and
it's
it's
supposed
to
be
according
to
the
value
of
your
property.
And
so,
if
you
disagree
with
the
value
of
your
property,
that's
why
we
have
an
opportunity
for
you
to
file
an
appeal
before
it
gets
to
the
point
where
the
clerk
would
cut
tax
rates.
And
it's
really
too
late
for
you
to
do
anything
about
the
value.
G
That's
right:
the
tax
cycle,
I'm
glad
you
said
that
the
tax
cycle
is
a
two
year
cycle
and
we're
on
the
front
end
of
that,
and
so
when,
when
we
finish
up
2022
the
clerk
and
treasurer
are
going
to
be
working
on
2022
in
2023
and
we'll
be
working
on
20
23,
so
we're
always
kind
of
a
year
ahead
of
the
other
two
departments.
Since
it's
just
a
two
year
cycle.
G
The
township
assessor
has
a
chance
to
respond
and
give
you
know
their
thoughts
on
the
property
and
the
value
and
there's
a
tentative
decision
issued
by
the
board
of
review
and
then
30
days
later,
there's
a
hearing
if
the
person
disagrees
with
the
tentative
decision,
so
it
takes
a
little
time
to
get
through
that.
That's
why
I
like
to
publish
in
september
so
that
we
can
hopefully
get
through
all
the
all
of
the
final
hearings
before
the
end
of
december
and
close
it
by
the
end
of
the
year.
E
Eric
for
the
purpose
of
I
guess
distinction
with
clarification
versus
clarification
with
distinction.
Could
you
distinguish
between
the
because
there's
a
question
I
get
asked,
so
I
can
refer
them
to
this
video,
the
difference
between
a
senior
exemption
and
a
senior
freeze.
G
So
the
senior
exemption
is
a
five
thousand
dollar
reduction
of
the
assessment
and
that
carries
forward
every
year.
You
don't
have
to
reapply
for
it,
but
you
do
have
to
be
owner
of
the
property.
You
have
to
reside
in
the
property
and
you
have
to
be
65
years
old
to
qualify
once
you
apply
and
you
qualify,
you
get
that
five
thousand
dollar
reduction
of
the
assessment
before
the
tax
bill
is
figured.
G
G
We
don't
make
you
reapply,
because
once
you
turn
65,
you
you're
never
not
going
to
be
65
again.
So
that's
something
that
carries
forward
this.
The
senior
freeze,
it
kind
of
goes
along
with
the
senior
exemption
you
have
to
be
owner
of
the
property.
You
have
to
reside
in
the
property,
you
have
to
be
65
and
it's
a
means-tested
exemptions.
So
your
income
has
to
be
65,
000
or
less
for
the
household,
and
that
needs
to
be
reapplied
for
for
every
year.
G
Excuse
me:
it
needs
to
be
reapplied
for
every
year
so
because
we
have
to,
we
have
to
re-verify
the
in
income
from
each
household.
E
Okay,
so
thank
you
for
that
clarification
and
the
senior
is,
as
you
stated,
65
and
not
62,
when
they
can
collect
social
security.
G
A
C
G
Sure
you
know
the
the
statute
on
this
particular,
even
though
solar
is
pretty
new,
it
seems
like
to
to
be
you
know,
being
used
on
on
residential
properties
and
things.
The
statute
was
actually
written.
I
think
back
in
the
80s
that.
G
If
you
have
solar
on
your
roof
in
order
to
power,
let's
say
like
a
a
pole,
barn
or
even
your
house,
and
it's
it's
to
be.
The
power
is
to
be
used
on
site
and
not
not
really
sold
back
to
the
grid.
G
If,
if
the
value
would
be
higher
with
determined
to
be
higher,
you
know,
if
you
have
solar,
it
could
be
that
the
assessor
thinks
the
property
is
worth
less
and
you
could.
You
could
get
a
little
bit
of
a
break,
but
at
this
point,
because
there
really
aren't
that
many
it's
hard
to
say
that
we
have
a
good
sales
study
to
know
what
the
effect
is.
G
A
G
G
Others
may
see
it
as
a
detraction
and,
like
I
said
it's
just
going
to
take
a
quite
a
while
to
get
some
sales
to
know
if
it's
a
detraction
or
an
attraction,
but
if
it's
an
attraction
again,
if
it,
if
it
bumps
up
your
value,
you're
not
actually
taxed
on
that,
because
you'd
be
taxed
on
a
home
as
if
it
had
conventional
heating
and
cooling.
So.
A
J
Thank
you.
I
just
wanted
to
say
I
knew
about
the
homestead
exemption.
I
did
not
know
about
the
senior
exemption
I
qualify
for
the
homestead,
so
I
guess
I'll
have
to
apply
for
the
senior.
J
G
G
The
senior
would
be
very
easy,
you'd
come
into
our
office
with
your
id
and
show
us
that
you,
you
know
you
live
at
the
if
your
id
shows
that
you
live
at
the
property
and
it
obviously
shows
your
birth
date,
so
we
know
that
you're
65.
G
G
We
do
have
you
know
what
you're
I'm
glad
you
said
that,
because
I
probably
should
have
touched
on
that,
we
do
have
applications
for
all
of
the
different
exemptions
on
on
our
website.
So
I
mean,
if
somebody
wanted
to
see
what
exemptions
are
available.
They
certainly
would
see
it
right
there
on
the
website.
A
A
I
Am
everything
is
going
very
well?
I
still
have
no
update
on
the
rest
of
the
books.
Unfortunately,
and
I
was
told
90
days
for
the
shelving-
I
know,
but
we're
not
discouraged.
Oh
yes,.
I
That
it's
gonna
happen
sometime
and
we
will
enjoy
that
moment
when
it
does.
The
other
good
thing
going
on
in
my
office
is
we're
hoping
we've
set
the
date
of
october
one
it
could
be
sooner,
but
our
office
will
start
accepting
credit
cards.
Listen.
Yes,
we
are
moving
forward
and
accommodating
those
who
choose
to
make
their
purchases
of
images
or
recordings
by
credit
card.
They
can
do
that
or
also
e-check
is
the
other
option
that
they'll
have
for
some
of
our
customers,
so
we're
just
trying
to
you
know
accommodate
every
way
we
can.
I
It
is-
and
you
know,
time
and
time
again
for
the
last
14
years,
people
have
come
in
and
said
you
don't
take
plastic
and
at
the
time
our
system
didn't
allow
it
our
new
system.
Does
our
staff
now
has
a
year
under
their
belt
with
the
new
system,
and
it's
feeling
very
very
confident
with
everything
so
now
we're
adding
this
next
layer.
I
Way,
we
can
yeah,
so
that's
happening
and
that's
about
it.
E
E
I
Come
with
the
feed,
the
e-check
is
like
75
cents,
though
okay
and
then
the
credit
card
fee.
This
is
going
to
be
through
illinois
e-pay.
So
I
believe,
don't
quote
me
100,
I
think
it's
2.3
percent
and
yes,
that
is
going
to
be
passed
on
to
the
end
user,
which,
as
you
know,
anywhere
else
in
the
building
that
happens
as
well
too
so
we're
trying
to,
of
course,
we'll
still
take
cash
or
check
and
then
there's
no
additional
fee.
I
So,
and
you
know
our
e-recording
customers
now
they're
paying
a
fee
per
batch
of
e-recording
documents,
so
they're
used
to
paying
not
only
the
recording
fee
but
an
additional
fee
as
well
too
from
the
third
party
submitter.
So
you
know
I'm
an
old
school
person.
I
still
carry
cash
and
have
a
checkbook,
but
there
are
people
out
there
that
live.
You
know
by
their
cards,
so
we're
just
trying
to
be
accommodating.
E
A
You
I
just
wanted
to
comment
on
your
second
or
I
guess
third,
page
of
your
report,
where
it
says
total
documents
recorded
for
july
2022,
1158
lots
of
documents.
Yes,
you
go
across
the
line.
The
total
deeds
in
july
were
369..
A
I
I'm
going
to
say
it's
a
majority
residential.
Yes,
you
know
our
commercial
transaction
now.
Also
there's
farms
in
there
too,
so
it's
been
in.
I
could
I'd
be
more
than
happy
to
do
a
study
for
you,
maybe
with
this
month
of
august.
Okay,
if.
A
A
I
I
I
Right,
so
there
is
information
we
can
somehow
get
it,
but
miss
hudson
has
all
kids
let's
go
ahead
and
do
something
credit
cards.
Is
it
debit
card
as
well
or
just
major
credit
cards
from
what
I
understand,
because
we
don't
have
it
yet,
but
a
debit
card
is
acceptable
but
ran
through
as
a
credit
card.
Okay,
does
that
make
sense,
because
I'm
not
a
debit
card
user
either?
Sorry,
I'm
probably
the
last
of
the
mohicans
here
when
it
comes
to
that.
So
would
it
be
the
same
fee
with
the
debit
card?
F
A
I
I
A
Yes,
mr
eckhoff,
will
you
second
that
yep,
okay,
all
in
favor
of
accepting
the
animal
control
department
report,
say
aye
aye,
any
opposed,
say
no
motion
carried
okay.
Looking
at
your
everybody,
look
at
your
reports.
Two-Sided
go
ahead.
What
do
you
have.
H
So,
as
you
can
see,
the
animal
inventory
the
end
of
the
month
was
32
dogs.
That
is
a
lot
of
dogs
in
our
building
and
we
had
three
cats.
We
were
a
couple
of
cages
away
from
making
some
really
tough
decisions
on
whether
you
euthanized
for
space
or
not,
which
is
something
we
haven't
done
as
long
as
we've
been
there.
So
it's
something
that
we
have
not
had
to
do
with
stuff
I
had
to
do
which,
hopefully,
we
don't
have
to
do
but
32
dogs
in
a
building
at
the
site.
H
Our
size
is
very
small.
We
only
have
about
40
cages
going
into
the
new
building
so
and
granted.
Some
of
those
were
puppies
was
a
mom
and
a
litter,
but
still
that's
a
lot
to
take
care
of
for
our
staff.
Every
day
we
get
questions
on
probably
four
or
five
people
a
day,
at
least
wanting
to
surrender
their
pets,
whether
it's
cats
dogs,
because
they're
moving,
they
can't
care
for
them
anymore.
H
We
try
and
solve
their
problem
by
you
know
giving
them
food
giving
them
options
things
like
that,
but
we
get
calls
four
or
five
calls
every
single
day
about
people
wanting
to
surrender
their
animals.
Yes,
so
it's
it's
a
tough
world
out
there
for
for
pets
right
now
and
pet
owners,
and
it's
just
gonna
get
worse.
I
think
with
the
evictions
coming
and
people
not
being
able
to
take
the
pets
with
them
anywhere.
So
it's
gonna,
be
it's
gonna,
be
tough.
H
It's
gonna
be
tough
for
our
shelter
and
hopefully
we
don't
have
to
utilize
for
space.
H
It's
not
it's
hard
on.
You
know
myself
and
kelly
who
have
to
go
through
with
that
or
make
those
decisions.
It's
hard
enough
staff
to
see
you
know
happy
healthy
animals.
You
know
have
to
make
that
decision
too,
but
in
the
other
sense
we
now
have
adaptable
pets
as
well.
So
that's
something
that
we
haven't
had
to
do.
Since
I've
been
there.
We
have.
We
have
about
12,
adaptable
dogs,
so
we're
running
a
program,
clear
the
shelters
right
now,
so
that
means
reduced
adoption
fees.
Our
shelter
is
open
for
everybody
to
come.
H
Look
at
the
animals.
We
have
all
dogs
for
adoption,
very
sweet
animals
and
they're
for
rescue
as
well.
So
if
somebody
arrest
you
were
to
take
them,
they
obviously
wouldn't
be
available
for
adoption,
except
for
at
that
rescue.
A
And
yesterday
the
photos
were
on
your
website.
Yes
right,
so
you
can
see
the
pictures
photos
of
the
they're,
mostly
dark.
Colored,
though
aren't
they.
I
don't
know
this.
H
We
had
a,
we
had
a
tina,
bina,
nina
and
they're
all
they
all
look
the
same
except
they're,
all
black
and
white
female
pits,
and
so
we
they're
all
their
names.
All
rhyme
think
we
have
a
new
one,
but
we
switched
it
up
a
little
bit
but
yeah.
I
had
quite
a
few
of
black
and
white
dogs.
Male
and
female.
Most
of
them
were
pits
but
they're
all
very
sweet,
very,
very
sweet
animals
and.
A
H
Socialized
majority
of
them
were
yeah,
a
couple
of
them
were
from
an
arrest
that
the
owners
still
currently
incarcerated
and
did
not
get
them
out.
A
couple
of
them
were
owner
surrenders,
and
most
of
them
were
just
the
other
ones
are
just
strays,
trees.
A
H
Only
in
certain
times
when
they're
injured,
these
ones
are
usually
sick.
They're
acting,
you
know,
usually
with
distemper
or
showing
signs
of
december,
or
severely
injured.
Where
you
know
rehab
isn't
in
the
question,
we
don't
have
a
lot
of
rehabbers
either.
A
So
that's
not
good
and
and
of
the
dogs
that
it
says
on
the
back
of
our
report
here
that
the
owner
surrendered,
isn't
it
behaviorally,
owner
owner,
surrendered
nine
of
those
dogs
so
and
then
the
other
were
something
was
going
on
with.
Yes,.
H
H
So
that
was
because
we
had
a
certain
case
at
the
beginning
of
the
year
where
an
animal
was
found
tied
up
outside
and
people
from
that
specific
breed,
put
it
out
to
their
people,
and
they
all
donated
to
our
shelter
to
help
the
that.
A
H
Yeah,
we
can
always
use
cleaning
supplies
as
such
as
bleach
dawn
dish.
Soap,
bowls,
some
kind
of
you
know
stainless
steel,
aluminum
bowls.
We
use
cat
food
dog
food.
Anything
like
that
litter
the
clay
letters
what
we
use.
What
else
is
on
here.
A
H
Always
food,
I
mean
we
go
through
food
like
crazy.
Some
of
the
pets,
like
I
said
before:
they're
picky,
they
they're
very
picky
with
their
food
and
they
turn
tend
to
be
snobs
that
sometimes
they
have
their
food
warmed
up
or
they
don't
like
certain
things
they
like
pate
or
they
like
gravy,
these
kind
of
things.
So
it's
we
cater
to
their
needs.
H
F
Just
a
question
and
then
maybe
a
comment,
the
this
fundraising
effort
through
a
third
party.
I
think
it
was
a
for-profit
company
heart
was
it
there's
the
are
they
matching
donations?
Is
that
what's
going
on?
Oh.
H
The
shelter
yes,
so
I
want
to
say,
I'm
not
quite
familiar
with
it.
This
is
the
first
year
doing
it
the
shell,
the
donations
that
go
to
it.
They
help
promote
the
program
and
they
go
to
us
as
well,
I'm
not
quite
sure
if
they're
matching
it
or
not,
but
they
do
any
donations
made
to
that
program,
help
promote
the
shelter
and
promote
our
rescues
and
our
adoptable
pets.
And
then,
once
a
day
we
get
a
majority
of
the
donations.
F
F
A
A
That's
right,
we
carolyn,
we
were
talking
before
carrie
and
I
were
talking
before
the
meeting
about
did
bradley
urban
bourbon
a
meet
with
their
village,
or
did
they
meet
with
the
zoning
about
the
new
building?
Oh
yeah,.
