Description
Special County Board Meeting 11/29/2017 9:00 AM
A
C
Good
morning,
I
won't
I'll
keep
your
meeting
any
longer
than
needed.
I'm
a
deputy
with
the
Sheriff's
Department
I
just
want
to
take
a
minute
to
acknowledge
a
couple
board
members,
this
past
Thursday
and
Thanksgiving
or
remember.
Pat
McConnell
brought
food
for
all
of
our
deputies
that
were
working
correction
officers
and
I
can't
tell
you
how
much
I
mean
sorry
guys
to
be
acknowledged,
working
a
holiday
all
the
time
you
guys
are
forgotten
because
most
offices
are
closed.
People
forget
that
guys
are
out
there,
but
they're
working
every
day
of
the
year.
C
So
that
means
a
lot.
So
thank
you
and
also
board
member
Jim
Burton
sacrificed
his
holiday
to
ride
along
with
our
guys
and
that's
very
important,
because
it
keeps
that
line
of
communication
open
between
our
guys
and
the
board.
They
often
have
questions
about
what
the
board
is
doing
and
why
it's
doing
stuff
and
for
him
to
go
out
there
and
and
ride
along
with
our
guys,
is
huge.
So
I've
got
a
couple
cards.
Thank
you.
C
So
we
appreciate
that
that
means
a
ton,
a
couple
of
things
over
the
next
month
you
may
see,
or
the
next
year
our
guy
is
wearing
a
new
commemorative
badge.
Our
guys
ordered
these
themselves
pay
for
themselves.
It's
acknowledged
the
200th
year
of
the
state
of
Illinois,
starting
to
Sunday
December
3rd,
our
guys
to
start
wearing
these
also
Sunday
December
17th
is
our
angel
shop
of
the
cob.
You
guys
are
all
welcome
to
participate
this
our
26
year,
we
take
kids
out
shopping
for
Christmas.
So
thank
you
to
the
board
members
for
Thanksgiving
and.
A
Along
with
that
Bicentennial
message
that
Brady
gave
it
reminded
me
that
we're
gonna
have
a
Bicentennial
ceremony
over
at
the
courthouse
with
a
flag-raising
that'll,
be
on
Monday.
The
4th
at
about
a
quarter
to
12
was
when
that's
kind
of
being
organized
through
the
chamber
and
the
CVB
and
the
county
have
all
gotten
together
to
to
get
this
going.
So
if
anybody
wants
to
attend
that,
was
you
know
all
the
the
local
you
know
the
media
has
been
invited
in
all
that
stuff.
So
obviously,
you're
welcome
to
attend
as
well.
B
D
D
A
Have
a
quorum
so
the
first
order
of
business
is
our
annual
budget.
We
had
that
on
display,
beginning
since
the
beginning
of
a
month,
so
basically
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
and
waive
the
reading
of
the
resolution.
Therefore,
mr.
wood,
just
a
second
mr.
Tripp
I
guess
for
in
your
packet,
it
has
the
obviously
obviously
the
resolution,
the
first
page
of
the
that
portion
of
the
packet
deals
with
our
major
fund
summary
we're
still
compiling
year-end.
So
this
may
shift
a
little
bit.
A
Our
year-end
is
looking
better
as
we
go
through
things,
but
again
we
get
receipts
in
as
we
get
through
December.
We
start
to
see
the
bills
hit
so
by
January's
when
we
start
to
get
a
final
picture
of
that,
Steve
may
talk
more
about
that.
At
some
point,
McCarty
will
talk.
Sorry,
I
have
lots
of
Steve's
I,
keep
forgetting
the
the
general
fund
summary
on
the
next
page
kind
of
gives
you
an
idea
of
where
we're
ending
up
this
year,
as
I
mentioned,
our
estimated
draft
year-end
is
moving
to
the
good
we've
been
notified.
A
Where
we're
seeing
a
lot
on
the
of
increase
on
the
the
rental
program,
so
revenue
should
be
up
more
and
it
looks
like
expenses
might
be
down
a
little
bit,
so
we
should
see
how
that
moves,
but
moving
through
the
budget.
I
guess,
starting
with
any
questions
that
we
might
have
I
put
in
the
just
the
general
fund
budget.
The
board
members
are
all
emailed
the
packet
containing
all
of
the
special
funds,
all
of
the
corporate
funds.
A
Everything
so
they've
had
plenty
of
time
since
I
think
believe
last
Thursday
to
go
through
everything
we
have
copies
of
those
of
anybody
needs
it,
but
in
order
to
save
a
tree
I
just
basically
or
three
that
would
have
been
a
lot
to
put
in
the
package.
So
if
anybody
has
any
questions
about
just
the
general
fund
side
of
things,
please
let
me
know
it's
pretty.
It's
pretty
exact
ly
what
you
saw
before
and
it's
on
the
website.
It
has
been
on
the
website.
A
So
I
guess
the
highlights
are
that
as
we
we
look
towards
next
year,
if
you
go
back
to
that
first
page,
we're
we're
gonna,
be
climbing
a
ever.
So
slightly
it's
a
big
chunk
out
of
the
hole
because
we
have
two
years
to
do
it
so
that
first
line
on
our
expense
budget,
interfund
debt
reduction-
is
a
1.5
million
dollar
number,
so
we're
building
that
into
the
budget.
That's
absolutely
essential,
so
I
want
to
make
sure
everybody
was
clear
on
that
and
had
any
other
questions
regarding
that,
so
utilities
I
will
mention.
A
This
might
be
a
good
time
to
bring
that
up.
We
may
see
what
we
are
going
to
see
a
reduction
in
that
on
the
natural
gas
side
we
are,
we
have
been
working
with
Vanguard
over
the
years.
You
may
remember
that
name
they're,
the
ones
who
purchase
our
natural
gas
for
us-
that's
a
commodity,
buy
so
you've
authorized
in
the
past,
the
the
Chairman
to
just
when
that
number
comes
in
you
look
at
the
most
advantageous
time
to
buy,
and
then
you
buy
what
I
did
was
this
year
and
Steve
was
in
on
that
meeting.
A
Mr.
leer,
we
can't
handle
an
predictability,
so
we
can't
handle
the
polar
vortex.
We
can't
have
something
show
up:
that's
gonna
make
that
spot
by
purchase
go
through
the
roof.
So
our
spot
by
market
and
our
the
the
daily
price,
you
know
what
you
can
buy
for
and
then
what
the
lock-in
price
have
come
really
close
together,
so
I
locked
in
a
raid
for
two
years.
So
we
have
predictability
and
natural
gas,
which
is
actually
a
four
percent
reduction
based
on.
A
If
we
had,
we
use
the
same
amount
of
therms,
so
we
and
and
Steven
comment
if
he
likes,
but
that's
that
was
our
decision
to
and
you
can't
bring
it
back
to
the
board,
because
if
we
would
have
had
two
weeks
of
zero
degree
weather
that
rain
would
have
shot
up.
So
we
have
to
lock
in
when
we
had
that
time
to
buy
it.
So
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
this
number
will
probably
be
lower
depending
if
the
apples
or
apples
on
you
know.
B
D
Lee
Jess
mr.
stoppin
burg,
mr.
Vickery
mr.
Hess
mr.
Sullivan
mr.
McConnell
Justin
ok-hee
mr.
Snipes
mr.
burn
mr.
C
Roy
hi
mr.
leer,
mr.
Hildebrand
hi,
mrs.
Weber,
mrs.
Peters.
This
is
Evans
mr.
Payton.
This
is
Parker.
This
Dunbar
mr.
Ritter
all
right.
Mr.
Kinzinger
mr.
Fairfield
mr.
wheeler
hi
motion.
A
Carries
I
did
fail
to
mention
that
this
is
a
balanced
budget
so
that,
even
in
with
the
debt
reduction
included,
so
I
think
that's
and
some
we
should
mention
for
the
public.
They
would
understand
that
moving
on
the
lease
purchase
of
vehicles
need
a
motion
to
waive
the
reading
as
Parker
and
an
adopt
Ansari
motion
to
weigh
the
reading
and
adopt
mr.
Hess.
D
A
This
was
a
situation
where
the
criminal
justice
committee
approved
sending
this
to
the
Finance
Committee,
with
the
request
to
let
the
Finance
Committee
know
how
much
of
the
vehicles
were.
We
knew
we
needed
two
vans.
We
have
old,
older
bands
that
are
breaking
down
in
the
corrections
the
department
division,
so
we
knew
that
and
somehow
they
got
lost
in
the
translation
and
Finance
Committee
didn't
see
it
this
communication
with
the
Sheriff's
Department.
A
They
ordered
them
so
they're
here,
so
we're
cleaning
up
the
it's,
not
necessarily
a
mess,
because
we
know
we
need
them
anyway,
but
we
have
to
make
a
decision
as
a
full
board.
Do
we
accept
the
payment
and
the
terms
and
all
of
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
we
have
to
execute
a
lease
agreement.
If
you
look
on
the
back
side
of
that
page
with
the
resolution,
our
payments
are,
a
total
number
of
payments
are
twenty
payment
amounts
are
from
Ford
Motor,
Credit,
five
thousand
one
hundred
twenty
two
dollars
and
18
cents.
A
E
I'm
all
for
the
purchase
of
the
vehicles,
however,
with
these
199
and
point
zero,
nine
interest
rates
out
there
and
I
know
they're
giving
them
cuz
you
see
most.
Even
then
in
the
end,
I
has
one
at
point:
o
9l9
nine.
Just
that
interest
alone
I
see
a
saying
up
to.
Is
there
a
way
that
that
can
be
bargained
down
to
those
more
couple
interest
rates
that
are
being
offered
at
this
time
or
utilizing
our
local
banks
of
credit
unit?
A
I
will
say
that
that
we
have
looked
in
the
past
at
other
ones
and
we
remember
the
last
big
purchase
we
did
on
eleven
vehicles.
That
was
shopped.
If
you
will.
This
is
a
little
different
than
those
year
and
things
that
you
see
on
the
commercials.
Those
are
overstock
vehicles
that
they
want
to
get
off
a
lot.
These
are
specialized
vans
with
police
packages
in
them
on
transport.
So
it's
not.
A
You
know,
I'm
not
going
to
say
that
that
while
I
completely
dismissed
a
statement
and
the
sheriff
may
be
able
to
speak
to
this
a
little
bit
better
as
he
has
direct
experience
with
it,
but
those
rates
are
available.
For
you
know
car
X,
that's
on
the
lot.
You
know
that
they
have
sitting
there
that
they
want
the
New
Year's
model
on
okay.
This
is
not
that
type
of
vehicle.
This
is
a
corrections
ban,
so
I
don't
know
if
the
sheriff
you
have
comment
on
that
and
how
this
typically,
this
purchase
works.
F
D
A
H
While
I
agree
that
we
have
to
have
these
vans
as
critical
that
we
have,
these
is
just
again
I
can't
understand
why
we
have
to
rob
Peter
to
pay
Paul
and
we're
taking
the
money
out,
which
should
be
a
cost
of
doing
business
with
the
Sheriff's
Department
and
of
what
he
does.
Then
we
take
the
money
from
him
and
we
make
him
go
borrow
money
to
me
again.
It
just
makes
that
play
no
sense,
but
I'm
not
smart
enough
to
figure
all
of
this
out.
B
H
A
D
G
D
A
Carries
I
did
also
want
to
mention
that
the
Sheriff's
Department
is
giving
us
after
the
they've
been
decommissioned.
If
you
will
two
vehicles
for
our
planning
department,
so
I
know
del
is
back
there
jumping
for
joy,
I
believe
as
much
as
a
man
sitting
in
a
chair
can
jump
for
joy,
but
so
that
is
that
sim
process,
so
the
Sheriff's
Department
is
helping
us
out
with
those
vehicles
instead
of
just
setting
up
to
auction.
So
moving
on
I
guess
we're
going
into
executive
session
per
five
ILCs
120
/
si
for
collective
bargaining
reasons.
A
I
D
B
D
A
B
A
All
righty
we're
back
from
executive
session
everybody,
except
for
mr.
C
Roy,
is
still
present
and,
let's
see
here,
I
guess
the
first
item
of
business
authorizing
the
chairman
of
the
Kankakee
County
border
as
designee
to
sign
a
collective
bargaining
agreement
between
the
Kankakee
County
coroner's
office
and
laborers.
A
A
For
effective
12
one
of
16,
it's
a
zero
percent,
increased
12
one
of
17
2
percent
12,
one
of
18
2
percent
6,
one
of
19,
one
percent
12,
one
of
19,
two
percent
12,
one
of
22
percent
and
six
one
of
20
21,
two
percent,
the
increased
part-time
employees
on
twelve
one
two
2016
to
2017
is
130
dollars.
That's
that's
not
the
increase!
That's
a
total
four
12-hour
shift
and
they
read
that
correctly
and
$140
twelve
one
of
18
to
12
one
of
19
and
$150
twelve
one
of
effective
12
one
of
20.
A
So
that's
that's.
What
we're
voting
on
right
now
and
I'll?
Do
it
the
other
language
changes
that
are
in
the
packet?
This
is
authorizing
me
to
sign
the
final
agreement
once
it
has
been
drafted.
It
already
has
been
ratified
by
the
laborers
labor
group.
So
have
a
motion,
a
second
roll
call
vote.
Please
any
questions.
Roll
call
vote.
D
A
Carries
next
item
authorizing
the
chairman
of
the
Kankakee
County
border
as
designee
to
sign
a
collective
bargaining
agreement
between
the
khaki
county
auditor
recorder,
treasurer
and
local
751
Great
Plains
Labor's,
District
Council
in
this
agreement;
the
wages
effective
12
1
of
2016,
zero
percent,
2%
12
1
of
17
1%
6
1
of
18
2%
12
1
of
18
1
%
6
1
of
19
2
%
12
one
of
19
1
%
6
one
of
22
percent
12,
one
of
20
and
1%
6,
one
of
21,
so
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
mr.
Peyton
mr.
D
Tripp
aye
mr.
llege
ass
mr.
staff
and
bird
mr.
Vickery
mr.

mr.

miss

miss

he
mr.

mr.
Byrne
mr.
leer
mr.
Hildebrand,
mrs.

mrs.
Peters,
mrs.
Evans
mr.
Payton,
mrs.
Parker,
this
Dunbar
mr.
Ritter
aye
mr.
Kinzinger
mr.
Fairfield.
Mr.
wheeler
hi
motion
carries.
A
December
1st
2015,
zero
percent
December
1st
2016
zero
percent
December
1st
2017
2%
increase
corporals
$500
increased
sergeant's
$900
increase
June
1st
to
2018
1%
increase
December

2018
2%

December

2019
2%

December

percent
increase
$500
increased
corporals
$500,
increased
sergeants
and
June
1st
2021
1%
increase,
so
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
mr.
Mulcahy
mr.

that'll,
be
unless
any
questions
roll
call
vote
there.
Mr.

A
Motion

I
failed
to
mention
on
the
last
two
that
all
the
other
language
included
in
the
changes
will
be
part
of
those
final
documents
as
well.
That
is
also
included
in
your
packet
moving
on
the
authorizing
the
chairman,
the
keiki
County
Board,
where,
as
doesn't
need
to
sign
a
collective
bargaining
agreement
with
the
Illinois
Paterno
Police
FOP
Labor
Council
on
behalf
of
the
keiki
County
lieutenant's.
A
Those
changes
of
note
financial,
the
retirement
incentive
with
at
least
50
years
of
age
has
20
years
or
more
of
continuous
services
$12.50
a

and
the
effect
to
December

2017
0%
increase
December
1st
2018
0%
increase
December
1st
2019
2%
increase.
This
has
also
been
ratified
by
the
the
Union
mr.
Snipes.
Let
me
make
the
motion
all
right.
A
second
miss
Dunbar,
any
questions,
roll
call.
D
A
Carries
next
item
and
this
one
has
not
been
ratified
by
the
collective
bargaining
agreement,
so
this
is
authorizing
me
to
sign
this
pending
its
ratification,
that
meeting
boat
would
be
Thursday.
The
main
thing
is:
is
we're
trying
to
make
it
so
this
first
payroll
everything
hits
on
this
first
payroll,
so
we're
not
going
back
in
and
catching
up.
So
this
one
is
authorizing.
A
There
are
other
incentives
that
are
included
in
the
packet
that
will
be
in
the
final
document
as
well
also
sets
and
there's
some
other
language
around
the
work
week.
That
has
been
mutually
agreed-upon,
so
motion
to
approve
there.
Mr.
Stauffenberg,
mr.
Fairfield
welcome
you
got
in
any
questions.
Alright
roll
call
vote.
Mr.
Tripp.
D
H
You
mr.
chairman
I
applaud
the
our
negotiation
team
and
our
unions,
I've
been
a
part
of
for
50
years
that
have
worked
together
on
this
they've
accomplished
a
great
deal
from
what
has
happened
in
the
past
and
they
are
to
be
commended
and
I.
Think
it's
appropriate
that
somehow
we
get
this
out
to
the
media
in
the
public.
What
went
on
between
the
two
entities
and
how
they
cooperated
together
and
the
give-and-take
in
the
what
has
been
accomplished
going
forward.
It's
a
beneficial
to
County
and
also
beneficial
to
the
unions
that
we've
negotiated
with.
H
But
our
union
negotiation
teams
did
an
extremely
effective
job
and
the
unions
cooperated,
everybody
cooperated
and
it's
a
depth.
It's
a
it's.
A
testimony
to
will
end
us
to
move
this
county
forward
in
a
positive
note
and
not
going
back
the
way
we
used
to
do
things
but
moving
on
and
a
a
very
positive
thing,
and
that
we
can
get
on
a
right
foot
as
far
as
our
finances
ago,
so
they're
to
be
commended
both
sides.
But
you
need
to
figure
out
some
how
to
get
this
out
to
the
public
sure.
G
Addition
to
that
I've
been
on
the
border
a
long
time
and
George
and
I
agreed
many
years
ago.
We
need
to
work
together
and
I
think
this
is
the
best
I've
seen
this
board
working
together
thanks
to
Andy
and
Steve,
in
the
leadership
we
have,
but
in
addition
to
all
the
union
thing
I
think
it's
a
tribute
to
this
board
being
able
to
set
aside
this
side
and
that
side
and
work
together,
which
we've
done
and
I
think
we're
all
kind
of
one
yeah
we're
conservative
to
a
person
on
this
board.
G
A
A
Hold
back
I
tell
you
and
I
was
mentioning
before
that
we
had
an
every
labor
agreement
up
for
negotiation
and
with
our
last
one
has
really
been
agreed
on.
We
just
have
with
corrections
and
it
has
to
be
ratified
by
the
rank-and-file,
but
what
we
saw
is
one
of
our
biggest
problems
coming
into
this
year
has
turned
out
to
be
one
of
our
biggest
successes
for
both
the
employees
and
the
county.
A
We
have
predictability
and
expenses,
and
so
do
thee
and
and
employees
had
predictability
on
income
and
we're
not
always
negotiating
back
pay
which
nobody
wins
at.
We
all
lose
in
the
end.
So
I
want
to
thank
personally
Lynne
Mackin
the
department
heads
Dave,
given
our
attorney,
who
worked
with
us
and
the
negotiating
team,
we
put
in
a
lot
of
time
and
effort
and
sitting
around
the
table.
There'd
be
they
are
to
be
commended
as
well,
because
you
know
when
you
get
your
labor
unions
to
agree
to
no
back
pay
and
you
give
longer-term
security.
A
B
B
A
It
feels
good
you
actually
get
something
done.
That's
really
positive
for
everybody.
Over
now,
moving
on
to
the
opening
of
bids
for
the
surplus
truck
for
animal
control
or
the
bid
should
I
say
this
was
a
bid
that
we
received.
So
would
you
like
to
do
the
honors
yeah?
This
is
official
motion
to
open
the
bid.
Mr.
hat
see
this
this
guy
he's
here,
though
mr.
McConnell,
all
those
in
favor
those
opposed
all
right.
A
A
Oh,
the
names
on
the
front,
I
was
going
to
say
we
have
the
nameless
person.
We
have
a
phone
number
that
one
this
is
from
Jim
Bunning
and
this
is
for
a
2003
GMC
truck
that
is
animal
control's
property.
You'll
pay
five
five
hundred
dollars
cash
for
the
truck
in
the
in
its
condition,
not
running
in
parentheses,
so
roll
of
the
dice.
So
if
it
runs,
do
we
still
accept
this?
No
I'm
just
kidding
we
charge
more,
so
I
guess
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
the
bid.
Mr.
Vickery
mr.
A
A
This
next
item
here
is
the
work
confident
I
wanted
to
bring
this
to
the
board's
attention,
because
the
last
time
we
we
did
the
change
on
the
liability
insurance.
We
didn't
realize
that
we
had
a
great
big
chunk
of
money
to
pay
upfront,
even
though
we
save
a
lot,
it
put
a
real
strain
on
our
cash
flow.
A
So
when
we
talked
about
this
earlier
in
the
month
for
the
combination
of
the
liability
in
the
work
comp
we're
going
to
save
roughly
about
$250,000
of
what
we
would
have
had
to
pay
with
an
increase
in
other
things,
so
it's
a
good
deal
for
us,
but
accordingly
we
had
to
pay
upfront
on
this
as
well.
So
I
had
to
make
sure
that
the
board
knew
about
this
and
that
you're
authorizing
me
to
sign
these
agreements.
A
So
I
worked
it
out
with
Steve
McCarty
that
we
do
have
the
cash
flow
you
know
to
handle
this
over
over
the
next
year.
It's
a
nine
payment
thing
on
the
other
work
comp,
so
we
had
to
spend
a
little
more
upfront
to
save
substantially,
which
is
a
good
thing.
Just
puts
a
little
cramp
in
our
cash
flow
or
the
short
throw,
so
those
contracts
will
be
coming
to
me.
A
I
just
need
your
authorization
to
to
sign
them,
based
on
the
numbers
that
you
see
here
in
the
packet
and
shouldn't
you
should
I
read
in
those
premiums,
probably
into
the
record
yeah.
Let
me
get
to
that
real
quick
here,
no
I'm
just
putting
in
what
the
new
agreement
is:
I'm
a
renewal,
all
righty,
so
this
will
be
authorizing
the
chairman.
The
can't
kick
County
board
to
sign
liability
and
workers,
compensation
insurance
policies,
the
total
premium
for
let's
see
here,
it's
from
I
am
I
see
our
Mt,
and
this
is
for
liability.
A
A
The
work
comp
portion
is
an
additional
$590,000
540,
which
is
a
ten
point:
nine
three
percent
reduction
so
together
the
two
1
million
six
hundred
sixty-eight
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
three
dollars
so
that
and
as
the
payment
plan
that
is
set
forth
on
the
back
page,
only
that's
where
we
have
it
yeah
we
have.
The
payment
plan
is
on
the
back
page,
so
I
guess
I
would
need
a
motion
to
approve
mr.
Snipes.
A
D
C
D
C
A
B
A
I
would
agree-
and
you
know
they
base-
that
on
that
total
number
is
it's
based
on
the
total
that
we
have
it's
not
like.
You
get
a
better
rate.
You
know
we
may
get
a
better
rate,
but
we
still
have
more
people,
because
we
have
the
census
that
we
have
out
at
our
detention
facility.
So
you
know
that
that
is,
we
were
getting
a
decrease,
but
we
have
more
people
than
we
did
last
year
when
this
all
went
down
so
like
he
said
it's
kind
of
remarkable
that
it
even
happened.
E
I,
just
loop
is
as
I
and
I'm
really
nervous,
just
really
new
business
buddy,
because
Pat
pokers
I
have
a
difficult
walking.
We
need
to
kind
of
have
a
set
of
phone
conference
or
whatever,
so
she
can
participate
because
she
cannot
get
here
due
to
the
the
88
issue
that
I
believe
she's
having.
So
if
I
know
that
we
have
allowed
phone
cards
in
the
past
and
because
she
cannot
get
it
because
of
medical
reasons,
I
don't
want
I,
believe
the
17th
district
to
be
not
represented
when
she
says
she
can
do
it
by
phone.
A
I'm
not
saying
I
don't
want
to
do
it.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
there's
precedent,
because
it
may
think
in
the
counties
code.
It
says
you
have
to
be
and
I'm
more,
unless
the
chairman
says
is
okay
and
I
want
to
make
sure
yeah
yeah
well
we'll
check,
but
I
am
I
would
like
to
make
it
more
accessible.
Well,
the
one
thing
I
don't
with
in
her
case.
Obviously
you
know
it's
because
of
what
I
don't
want
to
somebody
say
you
know
I'm
I'm,
going
with
mr.
A
It
maybe
even
Skype
who
knows:
no,
because
we
have
the
video,
maybe
there's
a
way.
We
can
work
the
video
into
so
you
know.
Well,
yes,
she
can
actually
watch
from
home
and
then
comment
you
know,
so
she
can
look
at
looking
you
she
computer
Simon
there.
You
go
anything
else
motion
to
adjourn
mr.
Lee
Jess,
mister
Mulcahy,
all
those
in
favor
aye.
Those
opposed
never
good
want
to.
Thank
you.
