Description
Executive Committee Meeting 9/28/2021 9:00 AM
A
Like
to
call
the
executive
committee
meeting
for
september
28th
to
order
and
by
the
way
good
morning,
I'm
sorry
if
we
could
get
a
roll
call
please
to
start
with.
A
A
C
Yeah,
just
just
stop.
A
Okay,
thank
you
under
for
mr
carrico
he's
away
right
now,
so
we
need
to
be
able
to
vote
him
in
mr
carrico.
You
wanted
to
speak
to
the
committee.
D
Sure
yeah
on
friday
night,
I
was
actually
in
contact
with
someone
who
was
positive
or
closed.
So
the
protocol
is
for
me
to
attend
the
meeting
virtually.
A
All
right
and
mr
hunter,
mr
featherling,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye.
Those
opposed
same
sign
motion
carries.
Thank
you
under
public
comment.
I
have
one
from
neely
pinazzo
bourbon
a
back
at
the
microphone
there.
Thank
you.
E
Yes,
first,
I
want
to
make
a
disclaimer.
I
am
not
here
representing
any
health
organization,
I'm
not
representing
my
employer,
I'm
not
representing
any
board
that
I
may
be
on.
E
I
come
here
today,
not
only
as
a
conservative
concerned
citizen,
but
also
as
a
health
care
provider
with
24
years
of
experience
and
I'm
currently
serving
this
community.
The
covid
vaccine
mandates
that
have
been
implemented
by
both
riverside
and
amida,
st
mary's
will
place
undue
hardship
onto
this
community.
E
A
healthcare
crisis
is
imminent,
as
the
deadlines
are
quickly
approaching
to
the
staff
who
are
unvaccinated.
Riverside's
deadline
is
october,
31st
in
saint
mary's
being
on
november
12th.
This
community
is
at
risk
of
losing
approximately
1
300
health
care
workers
that
is
not
including
other
facilities
such
as
mantino,
va
or
shapiro.
E
E
Will
there
be
enough
nurses
to
work
in
labor
and
delivery,
or
will
those
units
close
due
to
lack
of
staffing,
forcing
pregnant
mothers
to
drive
miles
out
of
their
community
just
to
be
able
to
have
their
baby
delivered?
A
large
amount
of
paramedics
have
already
left
local
services,
with
several
more
leaving
prior
to
the
vaccine
mandate
deadline.
E
E
E
They
diagnosed
him
with
a
severe
concussion
and
the
er
doctor
said
that
they
could
not
admit
her
son
under
neural
observation,
because
the
pediatric
they
had
no
pediatric
nurses
or
staff
during
the
pm
shift,
and
she
would
have
to
have
her
son
transferred
to
a
chicago
pediatric
hospital.
E
He
also
said
that
they
are
not
admitting
rsv
cases
right
now
either
and
those
are
automatically
being
transferred
to
chicago
for
lack
of
staffing.
This
is
all
prior
to
the
the
mandate
that
is
coming
up.
How
many
health
care
workers
will
leave
this
community
and
find
work
elsewhere,
never
to
return
to
their
hometown.
E
Religious
and
medical
exemptions
to
such
mandates
are
highly
protected
by
illinois
law.
Yet
almost
all
exemptions
have
been
blankly
denied,
with
no
other
reasonable
accommodation
such
as
weekly
testing.
Some
health
care
workers
have
tested
weekly
for
18
months,
yet
will
still
lose
their
jobs.
Should
they
not
vaccinate.
E
This
community
has
extremely
competent,
dedicated
health
care
workers
that
help
others
is
their
passion.
Most
have
never
missed
a
day
in
18
months
and
have
been
on
the
front
lines
of
this
fight
against
kovid,
while
many
in
this
community
were
sent
home
to
work
remotely
or
qualified
for
unemployment,
health
care
workers
never
left
their
post.
A
large
majority
of
workers
contracted
covet
from
their
patients
yet
returned
without
hesitation
and
the
uncertainty
and
believe
me
there
was
they
pushed
through
risking
their
own
lives,
not
truly
even
knowing
the
risk
they
were.
E
Taking
as
guidance
on
covet
from
leaders
constantly
was
changing
and
it
still
is
changing.
Today
the
ppe
standards
were
lowered
to
meet
the
supply
under
on
hand
as
something
was
better
than
nothing.
The
healthcare
workers
of
this
community
feel
abandoned
as
they
are
told
to
vaccinate
or
lose
their
job.
They
feel
betrayed
and
are
angry
heroes
for
18
months
to
zeros.
E
They
gave
so
much
and
continue
to
give
yet
can
be
removed
in
an
instant
as
they
are
replaceable,
but
here's
the
fact
they
are
not
easily
replaceable
and
the
impact
that
the
loss
of
1300
healthcare
workers
will
have
on
this
community
come
october,
31st
and
again
november
12th
will
be
devastating.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
A
Already,
having
no
other
public
comment
today,
moving
to
approval
in
minutes
august,
24th
2021
a
motion,
mr
payton.
Second,
mrs
parker,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye,
those
opposed
same
sign
ocean
carries,
I
don't
have
anything
under
presentations
or
legislative.
Today,
mr
lear
is
out-
and
frankly
I
didn't
prepare
anything.
Springfield
is
obviously
the
energy
bill
and
that's
I
want
to
say
old
news
at
this
point-
maybe
a
little
bit
it
was.
It
was
out
last
week
so
beyond
that.
A
If
anybody
has
anything
else
to
share
under
legislative
questions,
you
want
me
to
find
out
the
answers
to
be
happy
to
take
those
now
or
after
the
meeting.
So
I'm
going
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
amend
the
agenda
to
move
ms
speckman
up
she's
we've
got
a
10
o'clock
claims
review
meeting,
so
I'll
go
with
mr
siroi.
Second,
mr
featherling,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye.
F
So
a
few
things
we're
working
on
right
now,
of
course,
our
insurance
renewals
are
all
in
the
works
we
have
applications
submitted
for
liability
work,
comp
in
the
marine
and
cyber
security,
so
we're
waiting
on
those,
as
andy
mentioned,
as
a
piece
of
our
liability
work
comp.
F
What
we'll
do
at
10
o'clock
is
go
through
any
large
claims
and
try
to
determine
exposure.
We
work
with
the
insurance
company
to
talk
about
maybe
there's
extenuating
circumstances
that
may
minimize
the
risk
that
they're,
not
aware
of
so.
We
talk
through
those
larger
claims,
so
we'll
do
that
at
10
o'clock
work
comp.
We
only
have
three
large
work,
comp
cases
right
now,
that'll
be
discussed,
but
liability.
F
We
have
quite
a
few
of
those,
so
we'll
be
going
through
that
starting
at
10
o'clock
today
and
then
group
health
mike
lynch
will
be
here
tomorrow
to
talk
about
the
group,
health
renewals
and
where
we're
at
with
that
and
some
options
we
may
be
looking
in
that
and
he'll.
I
guess
that's
my
teaser
for
tomorrow,
so
don't
miss
tomorrow.
A
lot
of
information
coming.
F
Yes,
recruiting,
we
have
made
some
headway.
We
have
14
openings
right
now.
Let's
see
do
I
have
14,
yes,
14.
We
had
16
last
month,
but
we
actually
of
the
14
one
is
coming
down.
Today
we
made
an
offer
yesterday
that
we
anticipate
being
accepted.
F
We
did
go
to
last
month.
I
told
you
the
next
day
or
the
day
after
I
was
going
to
the
job
fair
which,
if
you
read
the
paper,
had
mixed
results
and
we
only
saw
30
people,
which
is
true.
That's
about
the
number
del
skimmerhorn
went
with
me,
because
dell
had
three
to
four
positions
open,
so
we
had
great
conversations
a
lot
of
engagement
and
he
actually
made
a
hire
of
someone
that
was
at
that
job,
fair,
so
kudos.
F
You
know
so
a
little
bit
of
positive.
The
other
good
news
is.
We
had
well
not
good
news
per
se,
but
we've
got
three
highway
openings.
Of
course,
marx
is
one
of
them
that
opening,
while
it's
posted
on
our
website,
is
re.
It's
also
posted
on
the
illinois
association
of
county
engineers,
which
goes
to
all
county
engineers,
but
it
also
goes
to
would
be
those
professional
engineers
that
work
with
idot,
so
it
may
not
be
county.
Engineers
might
be
an
affiliated.
F
You
know
company
engineering
firm
and
then
we
also
posted
it
on
the
illinois
society
of
professional
engineers,
and
that
goes
to
all
engineers,
whether
or
not
they're
related
with
the
highway
industry,
so
that
just
got
one
out
last
week
and
we
did
get
one
response.
Our
first
response
yesterday
really
that'll
come
from
that
professional
group,
rather
than
more
than
likely
from
our
website
the
other
highway
equipment
operator
position.
F
He
had
a
retirement
and
one
termination
in
the
last
30
days,
and
we
got
of
that
posting
that's
been
out
since,
let's
see
the
16th,
we
got
17
responses.
He
started
interviewing
yesterday
and
did
I
think,
seven
to
eight
I
talked
to
him
last
night.
He
said
it's
going
to
be
a
very
difficult
position
to
fill
because
he's
got
so
many
great
candidates.
F
So
that's
wonderful
news
so
and
he's
not
even
done
with
his
interviews
yet
so
we're
really
looking
forward
to
getting
that
one
filled
by
the
end
of
the
week
we'll
have
hopefully
that
one
taken
care
of
so
I
think
in
terms
of
recruiting
dell
has
just
one
opening
left
for
a
transportation
manager
that
wasn't
actually
posted.
We
talked
yesterday
kind
of
where
he
was
at,
but
he
did
fill
both
his
transportation
planner.
F
Let's
see,
I
think
that's
it.
The
only
other
thing
I
just
wanted
to
touch
on
the
eeo
reporting
is
a
biennial
report
that
we
do
and
we
just
verified
with
the
eeo
or
I
think
we
got
a.
We
got
an
email
in
the
last
week.
That
said,
that
portal
will
start
to
open
on
october
26
and
all
the
reports
are
due
january
4th
so
over
the
next
30
to
60
days.
F
C
Thank
you.
Will
you
be
able
to
provide
us
with
that
information
on
the
e01
or
e04
report.
A
Any
others.
Okay,
thank
you
great
need.
Another
motion.
Mr
rowe
wants
to
go
to
court.
I
think
we
have
we've
reached
our
quota
of
lawyers
in
the
room.
We
have
three,
so
we've
got
a
jettison
one.
Thank
you
for
policy.
So
is
there
a
motion
on
that
to
move
him
up?
Mr
faithful
fairfield,
miss
polk,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye,
all
right.
Those
are.
H
Today,
what
I'd
like
to
present
to
you
is
a
lease
for
approval
to
provide
space
in
the
court
well
and
county
property
down
in
the
probation
building
to
provide
mental
health
services
for
youth.
H
So
some
years
ago
there
was
this
kaiser
study
done
and
it
gauged
trauma
in
youth
and
how
it
impacts
not
only
their
behavior
but
their
their
actual
development
of
their
brain.
The
physical
development
of
the
brain,
it's
called
adverse
childhood
experiences,
the
abbreviation
is
aces
and
what
they
found
is
that
children
from
that
0
to
17
18
range
when
they
experience
certain
types
of
trauma
growing
up
their
brain
forms
differently
than
perhaps
children
who
experience
less
or
no
trauma,
and
they
they
gauge
that
by
on
10
types
of
trauma.
H
So
if
a
child
has
experienced
any
of
these
ten
types
of
trauma,
you
get
a
point
for
each
one,
so
kids,
with
a
five
or
a
six
when
they
did
brain
scans,
their
brains
were
completely
different
than
than
the
others
for.
If
we
all
took
a
piece
of
paper
and
we
crumbled
it
up,
each
piece
of
paper
would
look
different.
That's
how
their
brains
develop.
Children
with
lower
ace
scores,
0
1
2,
which
is
pretty
common
for
the
general
population.
H
Their
brains,
like
in
a
flip
book,
looked
almost
a
mirror
image
of
each
other.
So
there's
there's
science
to
show
that
trauma,
impacts,
brain
development
and
then
later
in
life.
That
impacts,
of
course,
judgment
mental
health.
It
can
lead
to
risk
factors
for
cancer
diabetes.
It
actually
has
physical
indications
as
well.
So
knowing
that
and
knowing
that
individuals
and
young
kids
with
higher
ace
scores
are
more
likely
to
enter
the
criminal
justice
system,
we've
got
a
duty
to
find
a
way
to
interrupt
that
behavior
and
treat
that
trauma.
H
A
lot
of
kids
we
see
coming
into
the
system
are
in
need
of
mental
health
services.
The
gap
in
providing
those
services
usually
quite
honestly,
lies
with
the
parents
or
these
these
health
care
system.
That
makes
it
difficult
to
access
services.
Perhaps
transportation
is
a
problem.
We
see
parents
who
either
if
their
child
was
a
victim
of
abuse
or
neglect
or
if
they're
charged
with
a
crime.
H
On
the
delinquency
side,
they
they're
supposed
to
follow
up
with
mental
health
services,
for
whatever
reason
they
may
make
an
appointment
not
show
up
or
never
even
make
the
appointment.
So
what
we
want
to
do
is
provide
those
mental
health
services
at
the
point
of
service
in
the
criminal
justice
system.
It's
really
unique.
H
This
is
one
of
the
few
models
in
the
country
where
a
court
system,
a
criminal
court
system,
is
also
providing
access
to
these
services,
and
with
this
partnership
with
riverside,
we
have
the
opportunity
to
provide
it
at
virtually
no
cost
to
the
county.
So
the
way
it
would
work
riverside
employs
a
licensed
clinical
social
worker.
They
can
provide
cognitive,
behavioral
therapy,
dialectic
behavioral
therapy,
which
is
counseling
around
addiction.
H
It
would
be
like
if
any
of
us
were
working
in
that
office,
except
it's
an
outside
provider.
The
law
allows
us
to
do
this
because
that
is
providing
a
public
benefit
and
the
public
benefit
is
access
to
those
services
for
kids,
we're
going
to
tie
their
appointments
as
best
we
can
into
their
court
dates,
so
they
may
not
make
it
to
the
doctor.
H
They
may
not
make
it
to
counseling,
but
the
one
thing
they
rarely
miss
is
court
because
they
don't
want
a
warrant
issued,
so
it
seems
to
they
seem
to
find
a
way
there
and
while
they're
there,
we
want
to
make
sure
we
provide
them
access
to
that
service,
and
the
hope
is
that
you
know
this
is
of
course
a
long-term
solution.
H
So
I'm
hoping
the
board
this
committee
and
then
ultimately
the
board
will
will
support
something
like
this.
We
have
the
lease
here.
They
are
paying
125
dollars
a
month.
They
might
be
overpaying
because
it
really
is
one
little
small
room,
but
there
is
some
market
value
to
that
space,
so
they
are
paying
that
and
it's
a
one
year
lease.
So
we
want
to
do
it
kind
of
on
a
pilot
project.
We
want
to
make
sure
riverside
is
able
to
sustain
on
their
end
and
that
we're
able
to
coordinate
the
appointments
on
our
side.
H
So
it's
a
one-year
pilot
project.
Hopefully
it
goes
well
and
we
can
renew
it
in
a
year
I'll
come
back
before
you
and
have
good
results,
but
it
is
a
long-term
solution.
You
know
it
could
be
years
before
we
see
those
numbers
start
to
go
down
through
this
treatment,
but
it's
important.
We
start
investing
in
that.
A
A
So
any
other,
let's
start
with
questions.
I
guess
mr
hunter.
C
Yeah
jim,
I
applaud
your
your
efforts.
I
I
know
you
identified
the
clinical
social
worker.
Can
you
identify
the
treatment
team,
the
the
membership.
C
H
So
riverside
is
devoting
those
resources
to
those.
When
the
child
comes
into
the
system,
they
will
have
someone
assist
them
with
getting
medicaid
if
it's
needed
or
if
they
have
private
insurance
with
navigating
that
system,
getting
them
signed
up
for
services,
doing
the
initial
assessment
and
then
providing
the
ongoing
psychotherapy
services
yeah.
But
this
is
a
coordinated
effort
between
the
prosecutors,
the
public
defenders
offices
on
board,
with
this
they're
a
necessary
party
to
this
program,
the
courts,
I've
spoken
with
judge,
leschen
who's,
a
former
juvenile
judge,
he's
says
he
wishes.
H
H
You
know
it's
really
it's
unique,
but
we
want
to
try
it.
A
Other
questions
go
with
miss
parker
and
then
mr
sierra.
I
Thank
you,
mr
chief,
mr
rowe.
Thank
you.
I
really
believe
that
this
is
going
to
be
a
wonderful
program.
Long-Term,
yes,
is
going
to
take
some
time,
but
this
has
never
been
addressed
before
in
any
of
the
other
parts
of
the
the
child
having
to
go
through
court
really.
This
will
probably
save
a
lot
of
those
children
from
falling
through
the
cracks
because
we
can
identify
maybe
what
some
of
the
inner
issues
are
and
then
they
can
realize
it
and
then
maybe
change
their
behavior.
So
I
think
this
is
great.
I
totally
support
it.
I
H
I'm
going
to
bring
to
the
board
meeting
the
full
board
meeting
I'll
bring
one
of
those
ace
surveys.
You
can
look
it
up
yourself.
There's
ten
questions,
it's
a
self-assessment,
it's
pretty
eye-opening!
You
know
some
of
the
things
that
you
wouldn't
think
are
so
traumatic
for
kids
can
be
like
if
you've
ever
had
food
insecurity.
You
didn't
know
if
you
were
going
to
have
food
that
evening.
If
you
ever
saw
specifically,
your
father
strike
your
mother
in
the
home.
I
J
Mr
siroi,
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
jim.
I
applaud
you
for
thinking
outside
the
box
and
trying
to
stem
some
of
the
the
youth
intervention
that
we
have
in
our
in
directly
in
our
neighborhoods,
but
I'm
wondering
and
just
because
I
have
youth
that
I
am
around
all
the
time
if,
if
any
of
these
violent
video
games
that
they
play
where
you
can
just
hit
the
reset
button
after
you
shoot,
kills
people
and
then
you're
back
in
the
game.
J
And
if
that
stems
to
any
kind
of-
and
I
don't
I
don't
want
to
say,
unpsychological
aspect
for
when
people
shoot
people
you
know
on
the
street
with
real
weapons,
real
guns,
if
anything
in
this
program
will
direct
or
find
out
if
these
kids
that
are
in
the
program
were
involved
in
these
games-
and
I
know
this
is
bigger
than
what
we
can
handle
here.
But
I
think
that
it's
a
problem
for
our
society.
When
you
have
these
games
that
are
violent
and
then
the
streets
become
violent.
J
H
You
got
to
think
that
it,
regardless
of
whether
they're
playing
the
video
games
or
not
they're,
seeing
those
situations
play
out
right
out
in
front
of
their
home.
True,
you
know
we
saw
what
happened
at
the
courthouse
and
everyone
involved
in
that
incident
had
access
to
grief,
counselors
ongoing
counseling,
whatever
resources
they
needed,
but
kids
in
our
in
our
neighborhoods.
You
know
two
blocks
from
the
courthouse,
see
a
situation
like
that
play
out
all
too
often
and
they're
not
really
provided
with
those
resources
right.
H
You
know
so
this
this,
hopefully
provides
the
needed
resources
for
kids
who
have
experienced
trauma
in
their
life,
and
you
know
maybe
games
be
damned
right.
You
know
whether
they're
seeing
it
in
real
life
or
on
tv
or
wherever.
Hopefully
this
can
help.
H
No,
you
know
children
already
go
into
that
building
juvenile
probation
is
housed
out
of
that
building
so
that
won't
that
won't
be
an
issue.
There
was
an
insurance
assessment
that
the
chairman
asked
to
be
completed
and
this
lease
should
comply
with
all
that,
as
well
as
with
the
insurance
limits.
Oh
yeah
yeah,
so
I
I
don't
see
any
changes
that
would
need
to
be
made
right
now.
G
A
Do
you
see
any
like
what
roadblocks
down
the
road?
Might
you
see
that
would
impede
the
progress
of
this?
I'm
just
curious
like
what
I
know,
there's
measurables
and
accountables,
that
usually
you
don't
see
for
years
down
the
road.
But
what
roadblocks
is
it?
Maybe
is
it
temporary
funding?
Is
it
grant
funded?
You
know
that
kind
of
stuff.
Maybe
so
we
know
so.
H
H
Let's
say
twice
a
month,
but
only
have
a
once
a
month
court
date
so
so
trying
to
work
those
logistics
getting
you
know
making
sure
that
the
court
is
ordering
this
or
that
there's
some
consequence
when
they're
refusing
to
come
to
complete
it
kind
of
that
carrot.
You
know
it's
been
all
stick
and
no
carrot.
There's
got
to
be
some
carrot
at
the
end
of
that.
Stick
sometimes
so
working
that
out,
but
we've
got
a
great
team.
This
is
not
you
know.
H
This
is
not
just
the
state's
attorney's
office
doing
this
between
the
judge.
Again,
the
public
defender's
office,
riverside
juvenile
probation,
has
been
a
great
blessing
they've
been
so
supportive
of
this
they've
been
involved
in
the
meetings
tom
and
grace
and
evan
marlo
jones
from
my
office
he's
the
chief
of
the
criminal
division.
H
He
has
been
very
involved
in
juvenile
I'd
say
over
the
last
18
months,
basically
because
we
couldn't
get
a
juvenile
prosecutor
for
a
short
period
of
time,
but
then
we
couldn't
pull
him
out
of
there,
because
he's
so
invested
in
that
and
he's
kind
of
taking
the
bull
by
the
horns
with
this
project
as
well.
So
there's
a
lot
of
people
coming
to
the
table,
I'm
sure
we'll
be
able
to
work
it
out,
but
there's
going
to
be
some
hiccups
along
the
way.
Funding
is
not
going
to
be
an
issue
for
this
initial
pilot.
H
A
A
That's
for
the
next
contract,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye
aye
opposed
same
side.
Ocean
carries
thanks.
Thank
you.
A
All
righty
is
there
anybody
else
we
can
put
before
mr
beavis?
No,
I'm
just
kidding
he's
in
the
back.
That's
right
information
services,
kevin
duvall!
Do
you
have
anything
for
us
today,
kevin.
L
A
About
it,
they
did
all
the
work.
So
it's
it's
one
of
those
is
it
is
it?
Is
it
working?
Do
you
need
the
paper
anymore?
M
A
Thanks
and
I'm
not
joking,
one
of
the
worst
problems
is
when
that
thing
jams
she
wants
to
take
it
outside
with
the
ball
bat
like
that
movie,
you
know,
I
mean
it's
just
it's
yeah
office
space,
it's
it's
brutal
and
it
it's
unforgiving.
You
know,
try
two-sided
and
then
your
day's
just
shot.
So
that
is
a
big
part
of
it.
Actually,
you
know
you
know.
L
Anyone
else
one
last
last
thing
is
in
case
you
hear
about
these
things
earlier.
I
think
it
was
monday.
Maybe
yesterday
there
was
a
short
power
outage
in
the
courthouse.
I
took
everything
down
and
partially
took
down
some
items
and
annex
we
took
several
hours.
We
got
things
reset
and
back
up,
I
couldn't
tell
you
what
it
was.
People
live
in
kankakee
told
me:
I
don't
live
in
genki
that
it
was
a
large
part
of
kankakee
had
the
issue,
but
it
wasn't
our
systems.
Our
systems
were
protected.
L
We
got
back
up
and
another
issue.
These
are
things
that
happen
on
a
monthly
basis.
For
us
random
things
go
wrong.
The
vac
and
auditor's
office
last
friday
lost
power.
We
had
to
hunt
that
down
found
out
what
it
was.
It
was
the
device
that
we
an
older
switch,
which
took
out
two
departments.
If
you
hear
about
that,
we
were
able
to
replace
it
with
a
backup
switch
which
something
we
normally
we
have.
L
I
put
in
a
request
I
put
in
an
order
for
a
new
one,
so
we're
not
using
that
backup
one
longer
than
we
need
to,
because
these
things
can
happen.
The
coroner's
office
over
the
last
couple
weeks
had
actually
their
server
go
out.
L
We
went
out
and
we
got
it
back
going,
but
jason
told
me
something
was
a
little
funny
seeming
with
it.
So
I
had
them
give
me
the
data
from
that
data.
I
was
determined.
I
could
determine
that
it
was
basically
the
age
of
the
server
had
been
going
too
long,
so
I
gave
them
the
the
the
specs
to
see
if
they
could
order
one.
L
They
did.
We've
gotten
that
back
up,
so
their
depart
department
has
been
running
on
that
for
the
last
few
days,
they're
running
in
parallel.
We
hope
to
today,
or
tomorrow,
pull
the
old
one
out,
but
we
were
able
to
get
that
up
and
going.
I
don't
know
if
the
corner
will
be
working
out
of
their
budget
for
that
request
or
they'll
be
coming
for
arpa
funds
or
whatever
for,
but
that
would
have
been
a
an
expense
that
they
wouldn't
have
known.
L
That
was
coming,
but
we
did
fix
something
right
away
as
soon
as
we
can.
I
I
I've
discussed
the
the
next
issue
with
the
the
chairman.
Is
we've
been
getting
requests
over
the
last
few
months?
I
don't
know
it's
tied
more
to
arp
or
whatever,
but
departments
wanting
me
to
quote
them
for
equipment
now,
most
replacement
equipment,
desktops
laptops.
L
I
provided
those
figures
for
them,
based
on
figures
that
I've
the
chairman
I
had
already
discussed.
So
what
I've
provided
with
the
chairman
is
basic
figures
for
replacement
costs
for
modern
hardware.
It
doesn't
mean
that
you're
going
to
do
that,
but
he
needs
to
have
that
information
available
to
him.
So
when
requests
come
in,
he
knows
what's
reasonable
on
that.
L
I
know
what
all
the
vendors
require
for
hardware,
so
I
take
that
figure
and
I
exceeded,
and
then
I
take
in
account
the
fact
that
over
the
years
we
hit
times
where
the
budget
goes.
So
I
want
to
know
anytime
that
you're
providing
funds
for
hardware
do
you
know
for
at
least
that
hardware
is
going
to
go
five
six,
seven
years,
if
you
had
to
you'd
like
to
not
to
do
that,
but
you
never
know
when
revenue
is
going
to
be
cut
on
you
and
you
couldn't
control.
L
L
At
that
point,
that's
not
something
that
I
would
ever
provide
to
the
chairman
unless
he
asks
me
specifically
and
you've
never
really
asked
that
you
always
want
to
know,
what's
what's
reasonable
and
what's
the
best
for
that
situation,
so
and
specifically
on
the
next
issue
tomorrow,
I
believe
the
chairman
and
jasmine
are
going
to
do
a
presentation
for
something
that
I've
been
wanting
to
do
for
quite
some
years.
If
the
question
I'll
be
here
tomorrow,
but
if
the
question
comes
up,
I
fully
support
it.
L
I've
worked
closely
with
them.
I
could
not
tell
you
how
much
I
support
this.
I
really
would
like
if
you
could
find
the
way
to
either
fund
it
or
I
don't
know
what
the
process
actually
would
be,
but
what
their
presentation
is
going
to
be
has
worked.
They've
worked
with
me,
they
consulted
with
me
it's
something
I
our
department
really
really
would
support,
and
it
helps
us
dramatically
if
you
can
do
this
because
it
does
with
the
lesser
amount
of
people.
A
It's
it's
more
than
a
website.
It's
a
true
community
engagement
tool
and
apparatus
to
to
connect
us
to
the
public.
It's
and
report
on
arpa
do
all
the
things
that
we
need
to
do.
It's
complete
bleeding
edge
as
far
as
what
governments
are
doing.
So
it's
it's
critical
infrastructure
for
the
county,
because
we
legally
have
to
have
a
lot
of
this
stuff
available
online.
So
it's
coveted
funds
that
are
going
towards
this,
but
it's
it's.
Let's
just
say.
A
I
think
that
if
you're
you're
not
on
finance
tune
in
because
it's
it's
really
interesting,
where
we're
going
with
this
in
terms
of
the
the
connecting
to
the
public,
the
feedback
loop,
the
the
alerts
that
they
can
sign
up
for
to
get
from
the
county,
based
on
the
type
of
content
that
we're
pushing.
A
So
it's
it's
I
don't
say
I
think
I
hope
you
you'll
be
pleasantly
surprised.
It's
not
just
web
1.0
with
you
know,
pdfs
out
there
and
pixelated
graphics,
it's
going
to
be
a
true
engagement
tool.
It
could
be
communication
device,
not
only
just
a
repository
for
agendas
and
minutes
and
all
of
that
kind
of
stuff.
It's
really
a
true
community
resource
so
and
fully
expandable
by
the
internal
team,
and
that's
a
big
part
of
this
is
invest
in
the
infrastructure
on
the
front
end,
but
to
be
able
to
maintain
it
over
the
years.
L
C
L
Hess
was
here
during
the
whole
time,
so
we've
done
some
things
in
the
beginning
in-house
we
we
hired
people
to
do
it
from
2009.
2013
was
a
rewrite,
all
of
which
was
trying
to
get
to
some
form
of
what
you're
getting
ready
to
do.
But,
as
you
know,
over
the
years
we
had
an
economic
downturn
that
we
only
recently
came
out
of
well
that
actually
put
a
load
on
us
that
was
never
designed
to
do.
That's
not
we
can
do
stuff
on
the
web.
That's
not
our
skill
set
yeah.
L
So
at
that
point,
you're
not
doing
what
you
really
should
have
we're
hitting
the
bare
minimum,
and
what
he's
talking
about
is
not
only
not
hitting
the
bare
minimum
anymore
is
taking
it
beyond
that
and
again.
I
cannot
tell
you
how
much
I
support
this.
There
are
no
security
issues.
Most
of
this
is
going
to
be
take,
if
not
all
of
it
out
of
house
absolutely
want
to
do
that.
L
L
A
A
K
Good
morning,
good
morning
boy,
so
I'd
like
to
report
where
we
are
currently
in
the
county,
with
our
cases
positive
cases
for
covid19
we
just
recently
over
the
weekend,
went
over
17
000
we're
at
17053.
The
health
department
will
be
posting
new
numbers
today,
from
over
the
weekend,
we'll
probably
have
a
few
hundred
more
there.
K
K
The
regional
positivity
rate
is
4.4,
that's
kankakee
and
will
county
combined?
However,
will
county
is
at
4
percent?
Their
numbers
are
coming
down.
Our
number
has
stayed
about
the
same
last
month
it
was
6.2
this
month
it's
at
6.1,
so
kankakee
is
still
staying,
pretty
steady
with
the
number
of
cases
that
it
has
seen.
K
So
you
can
see
now
that
we
are
the
one
driving
the
bus
over
will
county
in
terms
of
the
numbers
there
for
our
positivity
rate,
vaccinations
we
have
just
gone
over
90
618
is
the
total
doses
of
vaccines
that
we
have
given
so
far
this
year,
fully
vaccinated
in
our
county
is
45
930.
As
of
yesterday's
numbers
with
the
state,
the
percent
of
our
county
is
41.76,
fully
vaccinated
and
again
remember
as
I've
answered
before
that's
of
our
total
population
in
regards
to
fully
vaccinated,
it's
not
necessarily
eligible.
K
If
you
go
to
the
cdc's
website
and
look
at
their
statistics,
then
you
get
a
little
bit
of
a
different
number.
That's
about
46,
because
they
do
go
by
population
breakdown
as
best
as
they
know,
per
the
census
or
the
last
census,
and
and
they
have
kankakee
at
about
46,
it's
a
little
better
than
41,
but
it's
still
low.
It's
still
low,
based
on
a
conversation
that
I
had
with
mr
hunter
last
month
and
what
I
did
was
I
changed
that
number
five
total
ethnicity
fully
vaccinated.
K
I
computed
that
out
and
so
basically,
then,
per
five
and
six
you
can
see
based
on
the
population
ethnicities
in
our
county
that
the
white
population
is
42
percent
vaccinated
african
americans
are
30
vaccinated
per
their
population
and
hispanics
are
at
36
percent
fully
vaccinated.
So
we
can
see
that
that's
where
we're
trying
to
get
more
education
out
into
those
areas
to
increase
vaccination
rates,
we're
stuck
in
the
mud
right
now.
I
think
part
of
that
is
the
the
word
I'm
hearing
now.
K
Outreach
for
the
county,
we've
we've
been
to
a
number
of
places.
We've
we've
continued
to
go
to
bbc
hs
to
try
to
get
teachers
and
students.
That
was
a
large
facility,
so
it
wasn't
just
for
bbc
hs
that
we
were
trying
to
accomplish
the
work
there.
We
were
trying
to
send
out
information
to
dr
murphy
so
that
he
could
let
a
lot
of
schools
know.
K
We
had
also
gone
out
to
moments
to
get
another
area
of
the
county.
There
we've
gone
to
some
churches
locally.
We
have
been
to
the
recently
over
the
weekend.
We
were
at
that
strong
house
open
house
that
they
did
in
south
kankakee.
We
were
able
to
get
some
vaccines
there,
the
big
news.
Now,
obviously
we
put
out
a
press
release.
Yesterday,
boosters
are
available.
It
is
for
pfizer.
K
Only
currently
moderna
and
j
j
are
seeking
to
get
their
approval
soon
and
as
soon
as
we
hear
anything
about
those
bless
you,
then
we
will
obviously
put
out
the
information
when
that
comes
down.
But
right
now
pfizer
is
approved
for
the
booster.
The
health
department
is
going
to
be
having
a
clinic
on
october
7th
next
week.
K
K
K
People
who
are
18
to
49,
with
underlying
medical
conditions
may
receive
a
booster
shot
after
six
months
of
their
primary
series
and
people
aged
60
to
16
18
to
64,
who
are
at
increased
risk
because
of
occupational
or
institutional
exposure.
So
those
would
be
individuals
that
retail
workers
work
in
a
grocery
store,
they're
exposed
to
people,
lots
of
people,
people
who
work
in
hospitals,
healthcare,
settings,
factories
around
large
groups
of
people.
K
They
could
get
a
booster
shot.
So
in
essence,
pretty
much.
Everybody
is
eligible
for
a
booster
shot
at
this
point
as
long
as
it's
been
at
least
six
months
in
the
since
their
primary
series,
so
you
can
get
those
booster
shots
at
any
of
the
pharmacies
locally
at
the
health
department.
When
we
have
our
clinics
at
the
hospitals,
you
can
check
with
your
primary
care
physician.
You
can
go
to
vaccinefinder.org
on
the
state's
website.
K
They'll
list
those
locations
if
you're
traveling
and
want
to
find
those
places,
obviously
follow
the
health
department's
internet,
our
website
and
our
social
media.
We
will
be
putting
out
information
in
addition
to
the
flu
shots,
that
we
are
now
doing
it's
flu
season,
and
it
is
expected
that
the
flu
season
will
be
more
rampant
this
year
than
last
year,
because
it's
had
a
year
to
grow
through
our
resistance,
a
lot
less
people
are
wearing
masks.
K
Now
kids
are
in
school
versus
last
year,
where
they
were
a
lot
of
them
were
doing
the
end
learning
so
we're
expecting
a
lot
more
exposures
and
at
our
board
of
health
meeting
last
week,
a
couple
weeks
ago,
dr
long
had
indicated
that
he's
already
seen
a
number
of
increased
flu
positive
cases
coming
through
his
office
with
his
patients.
So
I
would
imagine
we're
seeing
that
all
over
the
county
or
beginning
to
so
any
questions.
M
Is
you
got
this
campaign
going
on
trying
to
get
these
people
that
haven't
been
vaccinated
to
get
vaccinated
a
lot
of
people
just
aren't
going
to
do
it?
No
matter
how
hard
you
try
have
you
tried
helping
these
people
get
healthy
with
vitamin
d
capsules,
giving
them
away
or
something
to
people
to
help
them?
You
know,
take
their
vitamins
and
their
citric
acid
and
all
their
things
they
need
to
take.
You
got
any
brochures
telling
them
how
to
stay
healthy
or
anything.
K
K
K
It
or
to
our
health
educators
we
can.
We
can
get
that
information
if
people
contact
us
up
and
obviously
I'm
sure
when
they
go
to
their
doctors
for
any
kind
of
annual
checkups
they're,
probably
told
you
drink
too
much
you
smoke
too
much.
You
need
to
lose
too.
You
know
some
weight
and
they're
told
those
kinds
of
things,
and
you
know
the
information
on
how
to
stay.
Healthy
is
out
there
just
as
much
as
the
information
is
out
there
on
how
to
get
vaccinated
and
how
to
prevent
covid.
M
A
Sure,
mr
hunter,
do
you
have.
A
C
Yeah
john,
thank
you
for
the
empirical
evidence
and
data
that
you
you
have
here
and
looking
at
number
three
I
mean
this
is
real
stuff.
Here
I
mean
you,
you
provided
information
which
indicates
that
251
people
in
this
county
have
died
of
covet
out
of
those
251.
C
50.2,
african,
american
and
10.
10.04
are
hispanic
the
information
which
you're
providing
today
and
you've
reduced
to
writing,
and
also
the
stuff
that
you
you
have
articulated.
It
seems
like
that
is
the
antithesis
of
what
mrs
pinazzo
has
indicated.
What's
your
response
to
that.
K
Anybody
is
able
to
voice
their
opinions.
I
have
my
own
she's
entitled
to
have
her
own
opinions.
I
do
know
that
I
don't
know,
on
the
one
hand,
that
we
have
300
people
that
are
ready
to
leave
the
hospital
settings
and
health
care
settings.
So
I
I
don't
know
if
that's
a
number,
that's
accurate,
I
guess
we'll
find
out.
K
I
know
that
within
our
staff,
for
example,
we
don't
have
everybody
fully
vaccinated
and
the
ones
who
are
arguing
against
the
vaccinations
have
their
reasons
and
the
ones
who
are
vaccinated
are
just
as
concerned
about
their
health
and
safety
and
their
families,
health
and
safety
against
the
ones
who
aren't
vaccinated
as
the
other
ones
are,
for
whatever
reasons
they
don't
want
to
get
vaccinated.
So
the
the
point
is
from
my
public
health
perch
wearing
my
public
health
hat.
A
J
J
I
I
think
the
maybe
the
medical
field
has
learned
a
lot
about
how
to
treat
it,
and
I
don't
I'm
concerned
that
maybe
the
death
rate's
current
are
not
the
same
as
what
they
were
when
it
first
started.
You
know
we
don't
have
as
many
people
on
ventilators
and
ventilators
was
the
the
big
thing
to
start,
and
I
think
they've
changed
the
protocol
on
how
they're
treating
this.
J
J
Just
kind
of
put
them
out
side
by
side
to
see
are
we
doing
better?
Are
we
not
doing
better?
You
know,
that's
what
I
would
really
like
to
know
and
I'd
encourage
people
on
this
committee
to
watch.
True
investigative
journalism
and
project
veritas
is
uncovering
some
of
the
the
ins
and
outs
of
the
push.
D
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
I
have
a
question.
Mrs
vivas.
Do
people
call
the
health
department
asking
any
information
on
the
monochrome
antibody
infusion
as
a
alternative
or
a
form
of
treatment
for
covet?
If
they
do,
what
kind
of
information
do
you
provide,
or
are
you
already
providing
some
of
that
information
as
one
of
the
treatment
options
for
the
positive
individuals.
K
I'm
not
aware
that
individuals
are
contacting
the
health
department
for
treatment
purposes,
and
if
they
do,
I
would
suggest
my
staff
have
those
people
contact
their
primary
care.
Physicians
in
regards
to
what
forms
of
treatment
are
best
for
them.
We
are
not
a
facility
that
treats
covid
or
the
symptoms,
that's
done
at
the
hospitals
and
the
health
care
settings.
G
D
G
A
All
right
anybody
else
on
the
committee,
I
just
had
a
couple
of
quick
ones:
okay,
sorry,
I'm
like
coming
at
the
end
like
colombo
of
the
deaths,
I
got
251,
do
you
anecdotally
or
specifically,
how
many
of
those
were
vaccinated
individuals
or
do.
K
You
keep
that
data,
I
don't
keep.
The
health
department
does
not
keep
that
data.
Specifically,
I
could
attempt
to
try
to
see.
I
know
that
the
state
has
on
their
website
an
indication
if,
if
I'm
and
I
could
be
wrong,
but
I
believe
that
it
indicates
something
along
the
lines
of
what
mr
cereal
was
going
at.
Is
that,
as
of
january,
this
number
or
percentage
of
deaths
would
be
representative
of
unvaccinated
individuals,
so
I'll
try
to
get
that
number
next
month.
Also
with
mr
cyril
is
impressed.
I.
A
Just
think
it
speaks
to
the
people
that
absolutely
should
be
getting.
The
vaccine
are
getting
it
that's,
what's
kind
of
where
I'm
I'm
at
a
little
bit,
those
that
are
at
risk
of
life
and
limb,
and
I
know
there's
the
other
outliers
that
were
its
children,
and
you
know
things
like
that.
But
I
just
wanted
to
see
what
we
were
seeing.
K
That's
definitely
a
you
know,
I
guess
I
would
say
in
answer
to
mr
sirois
question
right
now
and
and
to
follow
up
andy
with
what
you're
saying
is
that
you
know
obviously
right
now
the
statistics
are
showing
that
95
plus
percent
of
the
individuals
who
are
getting
sick
are
unvaccinated.
K
K
That
being
said,
that
96
plus
percent
of
individuals
who
do
become
seriously
ill
and
end
up
having
to
go
to
the
hospital
are
unvaccinated
and
almost
all
of
the
individuals,
not
all,
but
a
large
percentage,
97
98
of
those
who
die
are
unvaccinated.
Currently,
it
speaks
volumes
to
me
that
the
vaccine
does
do
what
it's
supposed
to
be
doing
and
if
individuals
want
to
attempt
to
take
risky
behavior
such
as
not
wearing
their
masks
and
asking
our
kids
not
to
do
that,
and
I'm
not
going
to
argue
the
fact.
K
K
How
many
kids
do
we
need
to
sacrifice
before
it
becomes
important
and
then
how
many
deaths
are
not
important
enough
to
worry
about
where
we're
at
from
a
month
ago,
to
this
month,
these
eight
deaths
have
individuals
and
families
tied
to
those
over
the
last
month
that
I'm
sure,
if
they
weren't
vaccinated,
maybe
they
regret
those
decisions.
It's
not
my
job
to
stand
here
and
say
I
told
you
so
it's
my
job
to
just
say:
if
you
want
a
vaccine
now
we
got
it.
A
K
A
About
you
know
if,
if
I'll
just
leave
it
alone
from
there,
I
don't
want
to
extrapolate
that
and
distract
from
the
fact
that
I
think
we've
done
a
pretty
good
job
of
the
people
that
are
highly
at
risk,
protecting
themselves
in
this
community
you're.
Just
seeing
that
now
we
I
think
we
haven't
done
a
good
job
in
other
areas
and
that's
not
you
it's
collectively,
but
that's
our
own
mirror.
We
have
to
look
into
the
one
question
I
had
about
ethnicity
of
the
fully
vaccinated.
A
Do
you
break
it
out
by
age
as
well,
because
I'm
curious
that
that
would
also
speak
to
you
know
the
deaths
and
the
age
groups
of
the
people
that
can
get
vaccinated,
the
ones
that
aren't
approved
yet
under
12..
You
see
where
I'm
going
with
that
question.
I.
K
Think
I
can
get
that
information
too
side
by
side
on
these
graphs
on
the
state's
website.
It
is
broken
down
into
the
age.
That's
not
typically
been
a
question
that's
been
asked
before,
but
I
can.
I
can
look
at
that
too.
A
I
just
as
as-
and
I
don't
know
if
we
spoke
of
this-
I
think
you
were
in
the
crowd
that
day.
Jasmine
is
mainly
going
to
be
working
with
taylor
publications,
who
has
a
more
prominent
distribution
in
the
in
the
black
and
brown
communities,
to
try
to
throw
at
not
throw
advertising
but
target
advertising
towards
the
people
that
need
to
be
exposed
to
have
the
option
to
take
the
vaccine
if
they
want
to
or
not
and
incur
those
images
need
to
be
in
line
with
the
types
of
communities
that
that
vaccine
would
serve.
A
Yes,
so
my
question
would
be
you
know
who
do
we
need
to
target?
The
second
thing
is
based
on
the
the
readership
of
taylor
publications.
A
The
second
thing
is
would
be
to
to
kind
of
you
know:
is
there
stock
ads
that
you
have
access
to
from
cdc
that
would
save
us
design
time
and
cost
to
be
able
to
have
jasmine
connect
that
to
the
communities
that
we're
trying
to
access.
K
No
right
and
and
yeah
jasmine,
if
you
could
reach
out
to
me,
we
can
coordinate
with
our
health
educators
and
and
probably
tag
team
with
mr
taylor
on
on
information
that
he
would
need
to
be
able
to
to
publicize
that,
and
then
we
could
also
share
and
put
on
our
facebook
and,
and
hopefully
the
community
would
would
share
that.
A
I
just
I
look
at
the
the
percentage
of
white
people
that
have
been
vaccinated,
african-american,
hispanic
and
they're
within
reason
of
being
the
same,
you
know,
but
of
the
age
groups
are,
are
the
white
kankakee
county
residents
that
are
at
risk
more
highly
vaccinated
than
other
groups?
That's
where
I'm
going
at
with
the
age
thing.
K
A
So
we
can
target
the
advertising
to
where
we're
missing
and
then
again,
if
people
make
a
choice
to
do
it
or
to
not,
do
it
it's
on
them,
because
if
you're
not
vaccinated,
then
you're
rolling
the
dice
yourself-
and
I
got
nothing
to
say
about
that,
because
I
am
and
that's
all
I
care
about
because
I'm
not
going
to
die
from
that.
Probably
for
the
most
part
and
me
and
mine
aren't
going
to
die
from
you
being
unvaccinated.
K
If
there's
not
other
questions
I'll
I'll
end
it
with
in
some
just
one
of
the
things,
that's
good
news
that
I
could
say
is
that
you
know
you
know,
through
this
map
process,
that
the
health
department
does
through
the
census.
The
biggest
subset
of
our
population
is
18
and
under
in
kankakee
county.
Currently,
as
a
result
of
that,
a
lot
of
those
are
probably
represented
right
now,
as
not
even
being
eligible
to
receive
a
vaccine.
K
Yet
so
I
understand,
as
andy
just
said,
that
this
side
of
the
fence
is
probably
set
pretty
much
and
that
we're
going
to
only
get
a
few
more
percentage
points
of
individuals
who
may
change
their
mind
and
get
vaccinated.
But
we
have
a
lot
of
younger
individuals,
kids,
whose
parents
will
have
to
get
them
vaccinated
by
signing
that
consent
form.
K
When
that
vaccine
is
available,
we
are
hearing
anywhere
from
halloween
to
thanksgiving
that
pfizer
will
have
one
available,
for
I
think
it's
5
to
11
now
and-
and
we
would
hopefully
then
see
a
lot
more
individuals
getting
vaccinated,
which
would
be
our
younger
populations
that
are
in
the
school
that
are
currently
right
now
driving
the
positive
cases.
A
third
of
our
positive
cases
are
under
18.,
maybe
they're,
not
the
ones
dying
per
se,
but
they
are
spreading
it
and
possibly
having
those
individuals
end
up
in
the
hospital
that
are
dying
so.
D
So
much,
mr
chairman,
yes,
mr
divas,
by
now,
I
think
we
all
know
that
the
unvaccinating
features
when
contaminated
can
actually
spread
covet
or
transmit
covey.
A
little
bit
ago,
you
mentioned
that
the
fully
vaccinated
individuals
can
also
get
infected
or
reinfected.
D
K
D
Answer
I
can
give
you
yeah
what
you
think
that
you
don't
have
that
information.
I
don't
know
right.
Okay,
you
don't
know
the
reason
I'm
asking
it
and
I
really
don't
go
along
with
your
answer
a
little
bit
on
that,
because,
during
the
board
meeting
that
we
had,
I
think
that
was
confirmed
during
the
meeting
so
on
the
health
department.
So
I
just
feel
like
a
little
bit
of
a
discrepancy.
What
comes
to
the
to
the
answer.
D
Yeah
the
question
from
now
or
the
question
from
the
previous
meeting.
D
Well,
the
question
was
that
was
brought
up
during
the
board
meeting
on
the
health
department
was
if
the
individual
is
fully
vaccinated
in
contracted
colbit.
Can
that
individual
also
transmit
covert?
And
then
the
result
of
the
answer
was
yes,
because
it
makes
more
sense
if
you
have
the
virus,
of
course
you
know
it
can
also
spread
so
and
then
the
the
follow-up
situation
was
well.
If
that
happens
then
sold
out
individuals
regardless
vaccinated
unvaccinated.
D
If
they
feel
sick,
then
should
they
also
be
tested
or
if
they
are
sick,
they
should
stay
home
and
avoid
being
contact
with
other
people,
and
the
major
thing
will
be
hygiene
making
sure
you
keep
yourself
healthy
and
then
and
take
care
of
your
body,
so
that
was
what
was
brought
up,
which
I
remember
correctly,
because
I
have
notes
on
that.
But
I
guess
you
already
answered
my
question.
I
appreciate
that.
Thank
you.
K
K
D
C
Yeah,
mr
chairman,
this
was,
it
was
going
to
take
you
back
as
to
what
you
were
talking
about
in
terms
of
targeting
specific
marketing.
Regarding
the
vaccinations.
C
You
know,
john,
you
may
remember
some
months
ago.
I
can't
remember
how
long
ago
it
was
we
did
a
a
town
hall
virtual
thing
on
vaccinations.
You
remember
that
yes-
and
I
thought
it
was
very
positive.
The
point
I'm
trying
to
make
is
that
we
had
major
players
targeting
a
minority
community
and
and
and
it
kind
of
ties
to
what
the
chairman
was
talking
about
in
terms
of,
for
example,
reverend
crawford,
who
is
the
pastor
of
the
largest
african-american
church
in
the
county,
caldwell
chapel
church?
C
If
we
had
him
doing
some
psas
and
doing
some
articles,
some
ads
and
so
forth,
people
can
relate
to
reverend
crawford
people
know
him.
He
has
standing
township
supervisor
peyton,
you
know,
represents
52
square
miles
out
on
the
eastern
hinterlands
of
the
county.
People
know
him
and
they
can
relate
to
him.
C
So
it
speaks
to
the
stuff
that
the
comments
that
the
chairman
made
in
terms
of
targeting
stuff-
maybe
a
few
people,
know
who
I
am,
and
I
can
articulate
that
I
have
had
the
moderna
vaccination
and
I'm
gonna
do
the
booster
as
well
too,
and
I
I
think
that,
if
you
guys
can
work
together
based
on
what
the
chairman's
indicated
that
may
have
some
profound
impact
additionally
to
some
of
the
african-american
leadership
theodis,
I
think
did
some
of
that
stuff
too,
and
some
of
the
african-american
doctors
as
well
too.
C
Additionally,
I
think
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
debbie
case
was
the
moderator,
yes
yeah
and
the
emcee
for
that
and
and
that
that
has,
I
think,
a
profound
impact
too
in
terms
of
somebody
who
is
not
necessarily
from
our
community
but
conveying
information.
Empirical
information,
which
had
a
profound
impact
as
well
too.
Thank.
M
You
thanks
mr
featherweight
john,
a
quick
question.
I
noticed
the
last
couple
months
you
gave
it
to
me.
I
forgot
to
bring
it
up
to
you
when
it
says
total
dose
is
90
000
rough
numbers
fully
vaccinated
only
45..
K
K
There
are
a
number
of
individuals,
apparently
through
the
statistics
that
seem
to
demonstrate
that
they
may
or
may
not
have
gotten
their
second
shot.
Maybe
they
didn't
like
the
way
they
felt
after
the
first
one,
their
symptoms,
their
their
side
effects,
so
to
speak,
we're
also
determining
that
through
the
state
system.
K
If
I
listed
myself,
as
you
know,
john
beavis,
on
my
first
shot
and
john
j
beavis
on
my
second
shot,
it's
going
into
the
state
system
as
two
single
shots
and
not
putting
me
together
as
one
individual
with
two
shots,
and
so
there
are
a
number
of
individuals
out
there
indicating
that
they
only
have
one
shot
when
they
do
in
fact
have
two,
because
they
have
their
maiden
name
or
their
married
name
or
whatever.
We
also
had
jay
and
jay
then
enter
the
fray,
which
was
a
one-shot
deal.
K
A
M
A
Okay,
thank
you
all
right,
oh
by
the
way
mixed
in
and
matching
so
what's
the
one
you
can
get
a
a
booster
for
pfizer.
K
K
Now,
if
you
want
and
fall
under
one
of
these
categories
and
pretty
much
all
of
us
do
moderna
and
j
and
j
are
in
the
process
of
seeking
theirs
and
should
have
it
shortly.
I
don't
have
a
magic
date,
however,
it's
possible,
you
may
go
to
a
pharmacy
and
get
them
to
give
you
a
shot.
It
shouldn't
be
that
way.
But
it's
I
I'm
hearing
that
some
people
have
gotten
modern
or
whatever,
and
I
knew
that
people
were
getting
boosters
before
boosters
were
even
approved
again.
It's
not.
K
We
won't
be
doing
that
at
the
health
department,
but
some
individuals
are
getting
them
at
the
end
of
the
day
if
they
approve
modern
nj
eventually-
and
you
already
got
your
j,
j
or
moderna-
I
I
don't
think
that's
going
to
hurt
you,
but
it's
not
being
recommended
and
not
to
mix
and
match
the
studies
weren't
done
on
mixing
and
matching.
It
was
done
on
your
particular
vaccine
that
you
got.
A
All
right
so
schools,
we
don't
have
any
report
this
month,
but
there
is
one
item
relating
to
schools.
I've
been
working
with
shoot
manufacturing
on
their
intent
to
acquire
a
couple:
small
slivers
of
land
that
schools
opera
or
occupies
it's
kind
of
obviously
county
land.
They
need
little
pieces
of
it
to
do
the
drainage
for
their
building
expansion
they're.
A
You
know,
obviously
there's
you
know,
there's
a
a
booming
company,
they're
doing
very
well
they're,
adding
jobs,
they're,
adding
production
and
warehousing
space,
but
they
need
a
little
space
from
us
and
that
it's
a
corner,
unoccupied
corner
of
the
school's
property.
Where
there's
current
drainage
issues,
amazingly
already
so
they're
there,
they
need
to
correct
the
flow
to
build
retention,
and
so
this,
if
you
allow
this
appraisal
for
1200
bucks
it'll,
allow
us
to
proceed
because
we
just
can't
give
them
the
land
for
economic
development
purses
purposes.
A
I
would
have
loved
to
have
sold
it
for
a
dollar
because
they're
creating
jobs,
but
we
can't
do
that.
We
have
to
get
an
appraisal
of
the
land,
to
figure
out
exactly
what
it's
worth
and
then
convey
that
to
them
as
part
of
a
land
deal.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
everybody
knew
the
process.
This
is
the
first
part,
so
we
can
get
the
contracts
and
everything
drawn
up,
they're
moving
dirt
they're
working.
So
I
expect
this
to
be
turned
around
really
quickly.
A
A
I
don't
know
hundreds
of
square
feet,
not
that
much.
They
just
need
a
little
bit
inside
the
fence,
maybe
a
thousand.
So
it's
not.
The
field
is
huge
next
to
schools,
and
you
know
where
that's
at
correct.
So
everybody
know
where
that's
out
towards
walmart
south
of
town.
Here
it's
on
the
right
hand,
side
by
a
billboard,
there's
a
big
field
next
to
it,
between
our
schools,
building
the
regional
office
and
shoot
it's
just
a
portion
of
that
in
the
south
west
corner
and
a
little
bit
on
the
southeast
corner
of
that
property.
G
A
A
All
right,
that's
all
I
had
for
that
vac.
We
have
the
monthly
report
here
karen
well.
She
was
here
she's
gone
now,
motion
to
put
the
monthly
report
on
file
for
vac,
mr
fairfield
miss
polk
with
a
second
all,
those
in
favor
say
aye
aye.
Those
opposed
same
sign.
A
All
right
motion
carries.
Let's
see
here,
got
quite
a
few
things
here.
Forgive
me,
I'm
gonna
read
through
these
as
quickly
as
possible.
The
resignation
of
jim
lamotte
from
the
etsb
that's
9-1-1
can
come.
That's
the
board
more
to
come
on
that
resignation
of
bob
parkinson
from
the
keiki
township
fire
protection
district.
A
This
one
came
in
after
the
agenda
was
produced,
so
I'm
putting
it
on
here
to
get
this
committee's
vote,
but
I
am
going
to
also
put
it
on
the
full
board,
so
the
notice
is
met
on
48
hours,
but
I
didn't
want
to
hold
him
up
for
two
months
on
getting
another
board
member
to
vote
on
things,
because
you
see
what
would
happen
it
would
have
to
go
to
next
month.
So
we'll
we'll
go
ahead
and
put
it
here
and
then
potentially
have
an
appointment
for
that
meeting
as
well.
A
I
just
want
to
make
it
legal,
I'm
just
letting
this
committee
know
now
appointment
of
chad,
miller
to
the
economic
alliance
of
kankakee
county
appointment
of
mike
ruble
to
the
keiki
key

A
Sorry,
we've
got
a
spelling
thing
there
we'll
fix
it.
District

A
Mr
long
second,
miss
polk,
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
aye
those
opposed
same
sign.
If
we
could
just
wait
for
full,
we
need
to
make
sure
that
that
one
for
keys
on
there.
Thank
you
announcing
a
few
openings
one
in
the
following
areas:
claussen
park,
drainage,
district,
gar,
creek
drainage,
district,
one
opening
on
the
zoning
board
of
appeals.
A
Those
have
township
requirements
for
the
openings.
We've
discussed.
Those
before
can't
have
two
people
from
the
same
township,
so
exline
creek

district
etsb,
which
is
cancom
911
board,
kenke

fire

district,
mcgilvery,

Canavan.
Excuse
me:
two
openings
on
mcgilvery
special

two
on
canavan

two
openings
on
mantino
number,
nine
drainage
district
and
six
openings
on
the

regional

commission
all
righty
new
business.
A
You
have
a
list
of
the
holidays
as
approved
by
the
courts.
Where
are
we
going
to
adopt
those
holidays
for
the
county
as
well?
Is
there
a
motion
on
that?
Mr
miller?
Second,
we'll
go
with
mr
fairfield,
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye,
those
opposed
same
sign,
you'll
notice,
a
new
one
on
there
this
year.
A
Let's
see
here,
we
already
did
mr
rowe
and
his
lease.
It
said
timeshare
and
boy
my
radar
went
off.
He
sent
me
something
that
said
timeshare
lease
made
sure
it
didn't
say
florida
on
it:
old
business.
A
New
business
new
motion,
mr
hess,
mr
hess,
with
a
motion
that
we
adjourn,
mr
featherling,
that
be
a
second
or
is
that,
okay,
all
those
in
favor,
say
hi.
