D
D
Right,
I
have
a
few
pay
estimates
this
morning.
The
first
one
is
for
our
county
general
maintenance
for
2019
payable
a
compass,
minerals
America.
This
is
for
our
last
loads
of
salt
that
were
delivered
down
at
our
yard,
and
that
amount
is
twenty
three
thousand
five
hundred
sixty
dollars
and
ninety
two
cents
next,
is
for
our
County
general
maintenance
for
2019
payable,
Gallagher
asphalt.
This
is
for
coal
mix
picked
up
at
the
plant.
That
amount
was
one
thousand
five
hundred
fifty
dollars.
Fifty
eight
cents
next
is
for
our
county
general
maintenance
for
2019.
D
This
is
payable
to
Vulcan
Materials.
This
is
for
road
mix
picked
up
at
the
quarry
with
our
trucks,
and
that
amount
was
one
thousand
seven
hundred
ninety
three
dollars.
Eighty
five
cents
next
is
Kankakee
Road
district
section
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
section.
This
is
payable
to
compass,
minerals.
This
is
for
road,
salt
delivered
to
the
township
yard,
and
that
amount
is
four
thousand
six
hundred
fifty
eight
dollars.
Seventy
seven
cents
next
is
Pembroke
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance.
This
is
payable
to
the
Pembroke
Township
district
treasurer.
This
is
for
equipment.
D
Rental
then
amount
is
19
thousand
seven
hundred
sixty
one
dollars,
five
cents
and
last
is
Pembroke
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
payable
to
Vulcan
Materials.
This
is
for
road
mix
picked
up
at
the
quarry
with
their
trucks,
and
that
amount
is
five
thousand
eight
hundred
eighty
one
dollars
and
96
cents.
D
G
B
A
D
F
B
C
D
You
have
a
couple
of
things
in
front
of
you
there
for
some
of
our
Highway
Department
equipment
purchases.
I
came
to
this
committee
in
June.
For
some
purchases
we
are
going
to
acquire,
one
was
a
dump
truck.
Unfortunately,
the
state
of
Illinois
has
not
put
together
their
contract,
yet
so
we
are
not
going
to
get
that
in
and
in
this
budget
year.
D
So
instead
of
that
purchase,
we
are
going
to
get
it
in
2020,
though
we're
going
to
go
to
national
joint
purchase
ngpa
to
purchase
to
acquire
the
truck,
but
it
won't
be
here
until
March
of
next
year.
So
a
couple
things
have
come
up
we're
in
need
of
a
traffic
attenuator.
That's
the
trailer
there
that
you
see
with
the
arrow
board
on
it.
The
one
that
we
get
will
not
have
an
arrow
board
on
it.
D
Only
because
we
don't
do
four-lane
highways,
you
can't
have
an
arrow
board
if
you
only
have
a
two-lane
highway,
so
we
have
attenuators
but
they're
the
ones
that
actually
attached
to
the
dump
trucks.
We
found
that
we
have
some
circumstances,
especially
in
early
spring,
when
we
still
have
our
spreaders
on
the
back
of
those
trucks
for
snow
plowing
operations
that
we
don't
have
a
trailer
to
go
out
when
we're
trying
to
do
some
shouldering
and
and
the
light.
This
is
gonna
cost
about
nineteen
thousand
six
hundred
and
thirty
five
dollars.
D
So
just
it's
in
my
budget
and
just
looking
looking
to
bring
this
to
your
attention
and
for
your
approval.
The
other
thing
is,
we
have
a
hot
box.
Currently,
that's
a
1999
Chauncy
that
company
is
out
of
business.
For
the
last
few
years,
we've
been
scraping
to
find
parts,
we
have
to
go
to
furnace
companies
and
electrical
companies
trying
to
find
parts.
For
this
thing
we
need
to
purchase
this.
D
This
will
be
a
purchase
on
the
ngpa
and
JPA,
so
we
do
not
have
to
have
a
letting
it's
fifty
thousand
nine
hundred
and
fifty
dollars,
but
looking
just
for
your
approval
on
that,
it
is
in
my
budget
too,
purchased
that
those
two
pictures
are
these
shows
it
is
pulled
by
a
truck
and
it
does
dump
our
current
one.
Doesn't
dump
the
guys
got
a
shovel
everything
out
of
it.
So
this
will
be
an
improvement
from
that.
A
A
F
B
C
D
Couple
more
things
that
I'd
like
to
just
breathe
the
committee
on
one
is
the
road
projects
that
are
coming
up.
I'm
sure
everybody
has
realized
that
the
st.
George
bridge
over
high
57
was
closed
on
Monday.
Also,
the
bridge,
just
east
of
Cardinal,
Drive
and
and
5,000
has
been
closed
so
and
it
closed
Monday.
Also
that
that
project
is
a
Township
project
and
Toby's
construction
cartridges
is
constructing
that
one
just
want
to
make
everybody
aware
about
that.
The
other
thing,
while
the
st.
George
Road
bridge,
is
closed.
D
We
are
preparing
a
contract
to
do
some
shoulder
widening
in
there
and
overlay
it.
While
it's
well,
there's
no
traffic
on
it,
because
when
we
do
any
work
on
that
road
at
all
I
mean
it's
a
traffic
nightmare.
So
with
this
closure,
we're
gonna
do
some
work
on
our
section
so
that
we
don't
have
to
run
the
gamut
of
battling
traffic
one
when
it's
due
so.
C
C
A
H
E
A
D
Yeah,
it's
just
how
they
fell
in
funding,
I'm,
hoping
North,
I
heard
North
Street
was
gonna,
be
open
here
in
May
or
June,
but
yeah
the
the
Larry
Power
Road
bridge
should
maybe
take
two
months,
but
st.
George
Road
is
probably
going
to
be
closed
until
probably
November
or
December.
So
there's
a
relaxation.
E
D
Other
things
I'd
like
to
brief
the
Committee
on
is
the
EDF
wind
farm
situation.
I
included
a
letter,
I
added
a
letter
to
your
packet.
This
is
a
letter.
Now
it
was
subsequent
to
another
letter
that
I
wrote
in
May
to
ATF.
Edf
is
not
fulfilling
the
rhodius
agreement
by
actually
doing
the
construction
work
and
our
County
highways
have
not
been
maintained
or
upgraded
according
to
the
road
eased
agreement.
D
All
that
I
asked
is
that
they
do
is
come
out
and
do
the
work
and
do
everything
according
to
produce
agreement,
but
they
they
have
elected,
not
to
do
that.
They
would
like
to
pay
cash
in
lieu
and
have
us
do
the
work
well.
The
first
letter
that
I
sent
to
them
did
not
I
thought
that
they
were
gonna.
Give
me
the
cash
and
I
could
do
it
last
year.
Well,
that
didn't
happen.
Our
agreement
with
them
is
contingent
upon
all
the
townships
agreeing
for
a
settlement.
D
D
Since
that
would
cover
the
cost
of
construction,
there
is
a
repair
on
pilot
hill
that
needs
to
be
taken
care
of
I
added
15,000.
For
that
fifty
eight
thousand
six
hundred
twenty
four
engineering,
because
they
would
be
responsible
for
engineering
and
also
they
want
us
to
release
the
warranty
of
fifty
thousand
dollars
so
I
added
fifty
thousand
for
release
of
the
warranty.
In
case
something
happened.
They
have
agreed
to
that.
I
have
a
settlement
agreement
that
went
to
the
state's
attorney
yesterday
that
came
from
our
attorney.
D
Our
wind
farm
attorney
who's
working
for
the
road
authorities.
He
has
approved
it
I'm
waiting
for
response
from
the
state's
attorney's
office,
but
we
chairman
wheeler,
would
have
to
sign
this
agreement
and
I
need
to
get
that
money
as
soon
as
possible,
because
I
I
don't
want
to
have
a
lighting
without
having
the
money
in
the
bank
and
I
got
to
get
that
to
a
lighting
here.
So
we
can
get
it
done
this
summer.
So
I
just
wanted
to
apprise
you
of
that
situation.
There
will
be
a
resolution
probably
coming
ratifying
that
agreement.
G
H
I'm
about
this
came
about
after
the
agenda
was
out,
so
we
can't
vote
on
it,
but
it's
more
like
a
head
nod
that
we're
gonna
have
to
sign
it
and
then
we'll
get
like
finance
to
approve
this
at
the
end
of
the
month,
but
we'll
have
to
execute
it
before
then,
so
it
was
like
this
committees
like
yeah.
We
know
what's
going
on,
it's
not
done
without
knowledge,
but
technically
we
got
that
worked
out
between
when
the
agenda
went
out
and
today,
okay,
but
if
we
wait
until
next
month,
then
we
missed
the
letting.
H
C
H
We're
beating
today
to
make
sure
that
we've
got
everything
buttoned
up
on
our
end
and
with
CSL
full
knowledge
of,
because
we'll
be
the
permitted,
the
ones
who
get
the
permit
the
county
is.
So
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
all
together
and
then
we
could
make
sure
that
our
agreements
with
CSL
are
in
place
as
well.
So,
let's
just
say,
there's
a
little
bit
of
activity
last
week.
A
A
I
All
right
morning
facility
dude
report
for
the
month
of
March
at
148
work
orders,
which
is
pretty
typical
financial
report
that
you
have
in
front
of
you.
There
we
had
16
thousand
dollars
in
expense
last
month
or
last
in
March
for
2019
versus
just
over
ten
thousand
in
the
previous
year.
Five
thousand
of
that
is
a
heat
exchanger
that
went
out
at
public
safety
that
we
finally
got
billed
for
that
we
talked
about
in
this
committee
a
couple
months
ago.
I
Two
thousand
of
it
was
a
sell
motor
that
went
out
at
the
old
jail
and,
as
you
recall,
those
go
out
periodically
and
they're
very
expensive
to
get
there
about
two
thousand
dollars
each
every
time.
One
goes
down
I
think
while
I've
been
here,
we've
done
maybe
two
or
three
of
them
in
last
year.
So
five
thousand
of
the
six
thousand
is
in
those
two
expenditures.
I
The
in
just
under
two
thousand
is
the
courthouse
front
door
lock
that
we
installed
that
we
talked
about
if
this
committee
as
well
and
basically,
what
that
was,
is
came
from
the
sheriff's
department.
They
wanted
to
be
able
to
shut
the
front
door
down
and
lock
it
in
an
emergency
not
have
to
walk
over
there
manually,
lock
it
and
then
go
tend
to
whatever
they
needed
to
tend
to
so
in
those
three
expenditures,
more
than
cover
the
six
thousand
that
we
were
over
from
last
year.
So
any
questions
on
the
financial
report.
I
All
right,
if
not
we'll
move
into
the
building
report
well
and
there's
also
an
item
on
your
agenda
regarding
the
keyless
access
system
that
we
installed
here,
we'll
go
ahead
and
discuss
that
now,
since
we're
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
highlight
a
few
things
here
at
this
building
last
week
we
did
install
the
swipe
card
access
at
the
West
door.
If
you
came
in
the
West
door,
you
saw
a
little
swipe.
There,
I've
been
working
with
both
Andy
and
Anita.
I
I
Basically,
what
we're
going
to
do
is
each
department
heads
going
to
be
able
to
is
going
to
have
a
front
door
access
key
where
they
can
access
the
building
as
they
are
now
and
then
they'll
also
have
access
to
the
West
door
during
what
we'll
call
business
hours
and
that
is
I'm
hoping
to
get
everything
live
by
May
1.
What's
what
we're
shooting
for
that's
what
our
goal
is.
We've
got
a
few
things
we
need
to
do
over
the
next
couple
weeks
and
is
there
anything
else
you
want
to
discuss
on
this
point
just.
H
And
then
you
know,
board
members
will
get
the
swipe
access
to
come
in
the
side
door
and
still
be
able
to,
and
we're
gonna
end
up
installing
one
into
the
administration
room
as
well,
so
board
members
can
get
in
and
out
of
there,
but
the
department
head
will
choose
who
gets
that
access
because
of
its
lost?
Then
it
has
to
be
Ricky
and
that
will
go
to
the
department.
So
they
will
be
frugal
with
who
gets
those
24
hour
access
keys
to
get
into
there
into
the
front
door.
H
I
The
end
result
is
a
lot
of
keys
coming
back
to
the
county
that
we
can
put
into
our
locker
and
not
in
the
hands
of
employees.
So
and
then
we
can
program
the
badges.
However,
we
want
to
program
them.
So
that's
it's
a
good
thing.
It
kind
of
gets
us.
You
know
where
we
need
to
be,
and
then
Andy
touch
done.
We
do
have
the
keyless
access
system
on
six
right
now
we
can
add
one
more
door
to
that.
So
my
proposal
I
talked
to
Andy
a
little
bit
about.
I
I
You
know
I
guess
anyone
for
that
matter
that
had
business
that
we
wanted
to
grant
access
to
the
admin
department
would
be
able
to
receive
an
ID
badge
and
we
would
be
able
to
swipe
in
the
electronic.
Lock
is
already
there.
The
system
is
already
on
six.
It's
just
a
matter
of
buying
the
hardware
running
the
wires
down
to
the
fifth
floor,
so
not
looking
for
approval
on
that
at
this
point,
but
something
in
the
future
that
I
think
makes
a
lot
of
sense
for
security
reasons
and
given
the
cost
or
the
the
low
cost.
I
If
you
will
other
than
that
switching
equipment
over
from
winter
to
spring
knock
on
wood.
We
you
know-
hopefully
we
don't
have
any
more
of
that
wet
stuff
or
cold
snow
stuff,
but
you
know
ready
in
air
handlers.
You
know
switching
them
over
from
winter
cleaning,
coils
cleaning,
switching
filters,
you
know,
for
the
most
part,
I've
been
keeping
an
eye
on
things.
Everything
seems
to
be
working.
Okay,
we
got
a
couple
issues
that
we'll
need
to
tend
to
you
know
this
time
of
year
is
very
tough.
I
I
Grant
it
on
the
east
side
of
the
building,
that's
something
that's
been
hanging
out
there
for
a
long
time.
As
you
recall,
we
had
a
car
that
hit
the
building
over
a
year
ago.
Now
it
was
a
long
time
ago
previous
director
had
received
bids
for
that
work
to
be
done.
The
the
contractor
that
provided
the
bids,
has
gone
m.I.a
he's
not
returning
my
phone
calls
and
I
reached
out
to
another
one
and
I
think
I
figured
out
why
that
granite
is
not
readily
available
and
I.
Guess
that
shouldn't
surprise.
I
Anyone
that
granite
on
this
building
is
not
sitting
on
a
shelf
somewhere.
So
I've
been
kind
of
kicking
around
some
ideas.
You,
the
contractor
that
reached
out
to
said
we
could
go
to
you
know
a
restorative
type
contractor
that
would
be
able
to
maybe
match
it.
He
said,
but
you're
talking
well
in
excess
of
the
monies
that
we
received
for
that
repair.
So
then
I
started
thinking
about
you
know.
I
Are
there
other
areas
of
the
building
that
we
might
be
able
to
pull
granite
panel
from
move
it
over
there
and
then
put
a
different
color
granite,
something
that
matches
more
closely
elsewhere?
That's
something
that
I'm
working
on,
but
I
just
wanted
to.
Let
the
committee
you
know
be
aware
of
you
know.
What's
going
on
with
that,
that's
something!
That's
still
hanging
out
there
that
I
hope
to
hope
to
find
a
hole
to
resolve
that
here
this
spring
and
summer.
So
that's
it
for
the
admin
building.
I
The
courthouse
we've
had
issues
with
both
the
north
and
south
doors.
Over
there
the
north
doors
been
addressed.
What
happens
is
the
the
metal
framing
over
time
it
shifts
it
pulls
away
from
the
concrete
where
it's
anchored.
We've
got
the
front
door
fixed
now
the
South
door,
the
employee
access
door,
we've
tried
to
band-aid
it.
We've
we've
installed,
you
know
concrete
anchors.
We've
tried
to
secure
it
the
best
we
can,
but
it's
still
shifting
and
binding.
So
I've
got
a
contractor.
I
That's
gonna
come
out
and
take
care
of
that
for
us
I'm
waiting
on
numbers
right
now,
but
that's
something
that
I'll
have
more
information
on
it.
Next
month's
meeting,
also
working
on
I've,
been
receiving
communications
from
this
state.
Regarding
the
grant
that
we've
been
that
we've
applied
for
for
the
courthouse,
a
DA
repairs
that
need
to
happen,
that's
the
courtroom,
the
ramp,
the
sidewalks
and
curbs
that
are
in
terrible
condition
the
front
steps
that
need
need
attention
as
well.
I
I've
had
we've
had
a
lot
of
correspondence
with
the
state
over
the
last
couple
months,
they've
come
back
wanting
more
of
a
breakdown
on
our
estimates
that
we
provided
so
I
have
a
meeting
next
week
with
our
architect
I'm,
going
to
sit
down
with
him.
We're
gonna
try
to
break
it
out
to
their
liking
and
resubmit.
I
You
know
this
is
my
first
experience
with
this
I
assume
you
the
communication
that
we've
had
with
the
state.
That's
a
good
thing.
It
sounds
like
our
application
is
in
the
process
of
you
know,
hopefully
being
approved,
which
would
be
you
know,
terrific,
because
those
are
obviously
some
high
ticket.
Pricey
repairs
that
need
to
happen-
and
you
know
if
we're
approved
for
the
grant
that
would
be
as
far
as
I
can
see,
would
be
excellent
news
for
the
county,
so
an
ex
and
old
jail.
I
You
know
nothing
really
out
of
the
ordinary
there
I
will
just
highlight.
We
had
our
generator
contractor
out
last
last
week.
He
did
all
the
maintenance
on
all
of
our
generators.
Everything
looks
pretty
good.
Some
minor
repairs.
One
thing
we're
gonna
need
to
do
is
the
batteries.
We
run
a
three-year
rotation
on
the
batteries
and
all
of
our
generators,
and
that's
up
this
year
so
well.
We're
gonna.
I
Do
those
repairs
in-house
we'll
have
our
staff,
you
know,
go
purchase
the
batteries
and
install
them,
but
that's
something
that'll
be
scheduled
here
relatively
soon:
Jerome
combs
and
the
Public
Safety
Building,
the
garage
door
for
the
north
sally
port
is
now
fixed.
That
was
a
major
undertaking,
big
steel
door.
If
you
recall
at
the
last
meeting
that
broke
the
barrel
actually
broke
at
the
top,
where
it
rolls
up.
That's
now
fixed
the
dock
that
we
did
or
we
discussed
it.
Last
month's
meeting,
that's
scheduled
to
start
April
18th.
I
We
had
our
fire
department
inspection
last
week.
We
have
all
the
issues
corrected,
nothing
major,
some
exit
lights,
smoke,
detector
extension,
cord
kind
of
stuff,
very
minor.
We've
got
all
those
fixed
and
they'll
be
coming
out
to
re-inspect
here
soon
other
than
that,
just
getting
ready
for
summer
mower
repairs.
We've
got
some
mowers
that
need
some
attention,
starting
to
get
the
staff
on
some
cleanup
around
the
buildings.
It's
been
a
long
winter.
So
you
look
in
the
landscaping,
you'll
see
paper
and
trash,
and
things
like
that
so
trying
to
the
step
on
you
know
cleanup.
