The
next
one
is
for
our
the
county's
general
maintenance
for
2019
payable,
can't
eval
a
construction
company.
This
is
for
coal
mix
that
we've
been
using
a
lot
of
lately
to
to
fill
potholes,
and
that
amount
is
two
thousand
five
hundred
$12.75
next
is
for
Kankakee
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
payable
to
compass
materials.
This
is
for
rock
salt
that
was
delivered
to
the
township
that,
in
my
was
1997
dollars,
20
cents
and
last
is
a
bourbon
erode
district
section:
zero
6-0
105
zero
one
BR.
This
is
payable
to
engineering
resources,
so
shi'ites.
C

A
B
G
G
A
couple
things
on
this:
this
report
gets
repair
prepared
and
sent
to
me
and
while
I
was
going
through
it
the
other
day,
I
noticed
there
were
some
errors
in
it.
So
I
gave
you
kind
of
marked
up
copy
in
more
detail.
Then
I
typically
do
you'll
see
the
spreadsheets
that
follow
in
them
and
to
follow
the
first
page.
So
the
the
biggest
error
on
that
is
going
to
be
under
the
miscellaneous
column,
which
is
the
building
repairs
by
outside
contractors.
You
can
see
the
spreadsheet
total
was
seven
thousand
four.
G
Seventy
96
I'm
not
sure
what
happened,
but
that
number
was
actually
thirteen
thousand
nine
twenty
five.
Ninety
six
so
I
crossed
it
out
and
drew
the
arrow
up
to
that.
So
we'll
go
through.
You
know
some
of
this.
The
the
first
line
is
service
contracts
for
the
month
at
total.
Seventy
four
thirty
five
sixty
four
I'll
call
out
a
couple
of
expenses.
If
you
go
to
the
spreadsheet,
there's
a
spreadsheet,
that's
entitled
service
contracts,
and
that
gives
you
a
breakdown
of
the
money's
spent.
G
G
Let's
see
it's
a
little
more
difficult
with
this,
let's
go
to
miscellaneous
on
your
spreadsheet.
There
I
identified
down
the
right
column.
What
some
of
those
expenses
were
for,
obviously,
with
the
big
discrepancy,
I
thought
it
was
important
to
give
you
guys
a
rundown
of
what
that
money's
or
what
the
what
those
expenses
were.
So
you
can
see
one
of
our
vendors
there
we
winterized
our
chiller
that
was
$1,000
eleven.
G
Ninety
sixty
two,
the
first
one
there
roughly
ten
fifteen
that
was
for
first
floor
drains
at
the
old
jail
they
were
seized
up
in
one
of
our
dorms,
had
to
have
a
plumber
come
in
and
help
us
get
those
cleared
it
was.
It
was
actually
pretty
bad.
Effie
Moran
is
on
there.
The
annunciator
out
at
the
jerome
combs
was
bad.
The
annunciator
is
the
panel
on
the
right
when
you
walk
in
the
door
where
the
fire
department
can
access
the
alarm
system.
That
was
bad.
G
We've
been
having
issues
with
it,
so
they
came
out
and
replaced
that
moving
on
down
the
list
there.
The
2580
was
for
the
compressor
and
master
control
at
the
old
jail,
which
we've
talked
about
at
this
committee
numerous
times
and
then
the
2200
there
was
for
a
board
replacement,
which
again
we
talked
about
that
at
this
committee
several
times
as
well.
That
was
for
one
of
our
air
handlers
that
the
board
had
gone
out
and
the
technology
had
changed
and
we
had
to
upgrade
to
the
newer
board.
So
so
that's
what
that
was
for.
A
D
G
I
I
do
spread
it
around.
It's
happens
to
be
the
way
they
invoice
either
they're
quite
slow
and
the
way
they
invoice
and
they
all
come
together.
So
I
I
do
utilize
a
couple.
Different
contractors,
I
will
say
the
one
we
currently
use
the
most
as
far
as
response
time
and
pricing
is
excellent.
I
bid
out
things
on
occasion
for
smaller
type
repairs
and
just
to
make
sure
we're
getting
a
fair
price
and
I've
never
had
an
issue
with
with
thank.
E
G
H
Most
of
time,
I
kind
of
leave
them
up
to
the
discretion
but
I
when
I'm
looking
from
side
to
side,
I'm
kind
of
looking
for
a
you
know
what
they
have
budgeted
in
that
area
and
basically
kind
of
what's
you
left.
So
we
can
have
an
idea
to
you
in
case
there's
like
a
little
trouble
area.
We
can
address
it
kind
of
like
you
know
sooner
then,
when
it
just
happens
and.
E
H
G
Well,
I
I
can
see
if
they
can
add
something
like
that.
Most
of
our
expenses.
You
know
the
service
contracts
are
what
they
are
they're
budgeted
on
an
annual
basis
and
that's
gonna
be
very,
very
close
at
the
end
of
the
year.
The
the
hardest
one
to
budget
for
me
is
going
to
be
that
miscellaneous
column,
which
is
the
service
repairs
by
outside
contractors,
because
when
I
always
have
our
staff
look
at
the
issue
first,
if
they
can't
fix
it,
then
I
go
to
plan
B,
which
is
to
call
in
a
professional
to
do
it.
G
H
The
Sun
is
way
up
taking
what
I
was
looking
at
is
if
I
see
the
compare
to
us
of
numbers
of
what
you've
already
utilized
right
and
then
I'm
looking
at
I'm
looking
at
now
that
buzz
that
budget
percentage
is
kind
of
like
down
almost
to
zero
and
we're
probably
like
in
September
I'm
gonna,
know
automatically
that
that
line
item
needs
to
be
increased
and
we
need
to
kind
of
take
some
action
on
it.
As
far
as
that's
concerned,
that's
the
only
reason:
I'm,
the
guy
yeah.
G
G
A
G
Gonna
look
into
that
when
they
come
out,
but
they
said
as
long
as
it
works.
It
should
be
great,
so
we'll
know
more
when
they
come
out
start
so
courthouse
I
received
an
email
the
other
day
from
Adrian
Haley
at
the
courthouse.
The
state
legislature
passed
a
law
that
we
have
to
provide
a
room
for
mothers
to
breastfeed
so
I'm
working
on
that
you
know
the
issues
that
we
have
at
the
courthouse.
It's
obviously
an
old
building.
G
Every
room
is
being
used
for
something
right
now
so
I'm
working
with
the
chief
judge
and
trying
to
find
a
location
for
this.
We
have
until
June
to
figure
this
out,
but
it's
something
that
we're
gonna
have
to
implement
over
there.
So
we
can
talk
more
about
that.
Probably
at
the
next
meeting,
I'll
have
a
report
as
to
you
know
where
we
can
put
it
and
how
it
might
work.
Hopefully
there
we
can
put
it
somewhere
where
there's
a
minimum
of
you
know,
improvements
that
need
to
be
made.
G
A
H
Noticed
that
when
the
school
district
kind
of
remodel
they
put
theirs
in
the
they
have
a
room
off
for
the
break
the
break
area
in
the
break
room,
and
they
have
it
up
in
there.
But
I,
don't
know
with
all
that
crunch
space
in
the
courthouse
and
you
trying
to
that.
If
there
even
exists
a
break
room
with
our
area,
where
you
just
put
that
in
the.
G
G
We've
had
some
elevator
issues
at
the
old
jail.
Just
so
everybody's
aware
over
the
course
of
the
last
couple
weeks.
I've
had
our
contractor
out
several
times.
They
replaced
the
board
on
it.
They
did
replace
some
relays,
that's
up
and
working
as
of
right
now
so
again
knock
on
wood.
Hopefully
that
continues
to
operate
the
annex
the
security
station
that
we've
talked
about
at
this
committee.
We
are
ready
to
go.
The
magnetometer
is
in
I,
just
have
to
go
out.
Have
our
staff
go
out?
G
The
drĂ´me
combs
pick
it
up,
bring
it
out
there
we'll
set
it
up,
plug
it
in
make
sure
it
works
and
then
we'll
unplug
it.
So
that's
ready
to
go,
and
then
it's
just
a
matter
of
staffing
which
is
you
know
not
under
my
purview,
so
somebody
else
will
figure
out
how
and
when
that's
going
to
get
staffed.
But
I
just
want
the
committee
to
know
from
a
buildings
and
grounds
standpoint.
We
have
everything
ready
to
go
that
security
station
elevate.
This
was
the
month
of
elevator
issues.
We
had
more
at
the
old
jail.
G
Obviously
you
recall
we
put
in
the
new
elevator
system
there.
The
hydraulic
lifts,
but
the
car
that
goes
up
and
down
is
still
from
1973,
so
there
was
a
restrictor
that
opens
and
closes
the
door.
We'd
had
some
issues
with
that.
Excuse
me,
our
contractor
was
out
yesterday
and
we
were
able
to
get
that
fixed.
So
that's
up
and
running
and
operational.
Now
as
well,
the
it
seems
every
you
know.
G
G
We
looked
into
possibly
welding
it
as
a
quick
repair,
but
I
wasn't
willing
to
accept
the
liability
of
a
welded
part,
so
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
get
that
replaced
parts
on
order.
It's
about
a
week
out
so
there's
two
doors,
one
of
the
north
and
one
of
the
south
end
of
the
Sallyport
so
they're
having
to
use
the
south
door
pretty
much
exclusively
right
now.
So
it's
a
little
inconvenient,
but
you
know,
for
you
know
obviously
safety
reasons.
I
felt
that
was
the
way
to
go.
G
Water
damage,
cleanup
and
repairs
are
all
complete,
so
we're
water
mitigation
contractor
came
out,
got
us
cleaned
up.
Our
repair,
Conger
contractor
came
out,
got
us
repaired
very
quickly.
I've
got
everything
settled
with
the
insurance
company,
so
I'm
processing
those
invoices
actually
I,
did
that
yesterday,
so
we'll
be
looking
to
get
those
paid,
but
we've
got
the
checks
from
the
insurance
company
less
the
deductible,
so
everything
went
pretty
smooth
there.
G
Last
time
at
this
committee,
I
talked
about
the
washers
in
the
laundry
room,
there's
five
of
them
there
and
they
all
were
leaking
to
some
degree.
The
amount
of
water
that
we
were
wasting
on
a
month.
A
monthly
basis
was
more
than
significant.
The
parts
for
the
washers
were
$3,000,
I
ordered
them.
We
got
a
min
and
then
our
staff
made
all
the
repairs.
So
we
did
save
some
money
there,
but
I
happen
to
believe
that
was
money.
G
G
There's
too
many
controls
where
the
folks
that
are
operating
the
dryers
are
able
to
manipulate
them
and
corrections
staff
wanted
to
limit
it
to
basically
and
on
and
off
you
know
where
they
can't
adjust
temps
and
do
everything
that
they
can
do
so.
That's
that's
gonna,
be
something
that
we're
gonna
look
into
getting
fixed
next,
something
else
with
regard
to
washers.
Those
are
big
commercial
washers
out
there
and
they're
they're,
obviously
made
for
large
heavy
loads
of
laundry.
G
Sometimes
they
have
small
loads
of
laundry
and
to
put
a
small
load
in
a
big
washer
is
a
problem
because
when
it
starts
spinning-
and
you
don't
have
enough
in
it,
it
starts
rattling
around
and
in
the
washer,
so
I
want
I've
identified
an
area
where
we
can
put
in
just
a
small
residential,
washing
machine
that
way
when
they
do
have
a
small
load
to
do
we're
not
putting
it
in
those
big
units
and
potentially
damage
them.
So
that's
something
that
I'm
looking
into
actually
right
now,
fire
alarm.
G
We
had
a
fire
annual
fire
alarm
inspection.
They
identified
some
issues
with
it,
so
I've
reached
out
to
one
of
our
contractors
to
provide
a
quote
in
fixing
some
of
the
smoke
detectors
and
other
things
that
were
identified,
nothing
major,
but
just
things
that
need
to
be
done
to
to
make
sure
everything's
working
as
it
should
then.
The
last
item
I
have
the
doc
is
broken.
We're
on
our
receiving
area
out
there.
The
doc
and
I've
got
photos
of
it.
G
If
anybody
wants
to
see
it,
it's
quite
old,
it's
very
rusted,
the
the
bars
underneath
it
in
Springs
are
broke
off.
It's
not
able
to
be
welded,
so
I
receive
two
bids
for
that
work
and
I
went
with
the
lowest
bidder
on
and
I
was
approximately
$6,500
to
put
in
the
new
dock
and
the
new
leveler,
and
that
also
includes
concrete
work,
because
the
confrim
beam
I
guess
from
being
banged
over
the
years.
G
The
concrete
has
cracked,
where
the
look
where
the
dock
is
bolted
to
the
concrete,
so
they
can't
reattach
it
with
the
concrete
being
cracked
as
it
is,
so
it
needs
to
be
sawed
cut
out
some
rebar
put
in
there,
and
so
that's
that's
being
done.
Hopefully,
next
week
they
should
get
started
on
that.
So
that's
all
I
got.
F
G
It's
not
gonna
give
right
now.
What
we're
doing
right
now
is
they're.
Actually
we
still
have
shipments
coming
in,
so
we
still
need
to
be
able
to
use
the
dock.
So
they've
got
it
in
working
in
a
fashion
where
they
can
get
it
up
right
now
and
get
it
to
set
down
on
the
truck
when
it
comes
in.
It
takes
several
people
to
do
it,
but
they're
doing
it
right
now,
so
we
can
continue
to
receive
shipments.
Okay,.
