D
Yes,
thank
you,
our
abundance
of
caution,
I'm
I'm
zooming
from
home.
I
I
have
a
kova
test
ending,
so
I'm
gonna
do
this
from
home.
This
morning
I
have
bidding
and
lettings,
but
I
do
have
pay
estimates
this
morning.
The
first
one
I
have
is
for
kaneki
county
2020
general
maintenance.
This
is
for
gallagher
asphalt
corporation
for
hot
mix,
picked
up
at
the
plant
with
our
trucks,
and
that
amount
is
one
thousand
one
dollar
zero
cents.
D
That's
just
for
our
county
general
maintenance
for
2020
supplement
three.
This
is
a
final
passman
to
grass
of
construction
for
the
oil
and
ship
work
done
in
the
county,
and
that
placement
is
for
twenty
eight
thousand
five
hundred
ninety
six
dollars
82
cents
next,
is
for
our

maintenance
for
2020.
This
is
payable
to
bulk
of
materials.
D
Next
is
bourbon
a
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance,
a
final
placement
to

construction
or

done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
two
thousand
three
hundred
seventy
dollars.
Nineteen

their
2020
general
maintenance.
This
is
a
final
placement
degrasso
construction
company
for

and
ship
work
done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
two
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
six
dollars.
Forty
three
cents
next
is
janier
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance.
This
is
final
placement
to
grass
construction
company
for
oil
and
ship
work
done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
1.
D
D
D
D
D
Next
is
auto
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance,
a
final
pay
estimate
to
grasser
construction
company
for
oil
and
ship
work
done
in
the
township
and
that
amount
of
six
thousand
four
hundred
sixty
dollars.
82
cents
next
is
pilot
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance,
a
final
pavement
to
grausa
construction
company,
and
that
amount
is
ten
thousand
five
hundred
eleven
dollars.
Eighteen
cents.
D
Next
is
rockville
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance.
This
is
a
final
placement,
aggressive
construction
company
for
oil
and
ship
work
done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
two
thousand
forty
four
dollars.
Ninety
nine
cents
next
is
celina
road
district
for
their
2020
general
maintenance,
a
final
placement
to
grosso
construction
company
for
oil
and
ship
work
done
in
the
township.
That
amount
is
3257.83.
D
Next
is
kankakee
township
road
district
for
section
17-05-122-00-ss,
this
is
payable
to
m
gingrich
gerund
associates.
This
is
for
engineering,
that's
being
done
for
some.
I
hydraulic
calculations
done
in
high-level
states
and
that
amount
is
three
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars.
D
Next
is
norton
road
district,
section,
twenty-zero,
nine
one,
one,
seven
dash
zero
one
dash
br,
not
mft.
This
is
a
final
pass
to
toby's
construction
and
cartage
for
replacement
of
a
box
culvert,
and
that
amount
is
fourteen
thousand
nine
hundred
thirty
eight
dollars,
twelve
cents
and
last
is
general
district
section.
Eighteen,
zero,
four
one:
twenty
dash
128-0
br.
This
is
a
passman
table
to
toby's
construction
and
cartage.
D
This
is
for
they
got
the
beams
and
the
bars
and
the
nameplate,
and
so
we
are
just
paying
them
for
materials,
and
that
amount
is
one
hundred
twenty
nine
thousand
eight
hundred
eighty
eight
dollars,
thirty
five
cents.
Thank
you.
Dude.
A
D
An
invoice
from
m
gingrich
giroux
and
it's
a
it,
looks
like
a
final
pay
estimate
that
they
did
some
high
state
surveying
and
exhibit.
So
I
I
believe
it's
hourly.
If
you
would
like
an
if
you'd
like
an
itemized
invoice,
I
can
get
that
from
them.
A
E
D
Have
one
resolution
this
morning
each
year
in
order
to
spend
more
fuel
tax,
the
county
board
has
to
pass
a
resolution
authorizing
the
state
to
authorize
the
money.
This
is
for
our
2021
general
maintenance
that
amount
I
we
would
like
them
to
authorize
as
four
million
one
hundred
forty
eight
thousand
six
hundred
thirty
six
dollars
and
that's
or
january.
First
through
december,
thirty.
First
of
twenty
2021.
A
C
C
E
Chairman,
yes,
mr
honor
hunter,
mr
rogers,
I
got
a
question
just
one
question:
how
do
you
identify
your
contractor
base?
In
other
words,
do
you
do
you
have
a
permanent
list
of
contractors
that
you
interface
with.
D
A
G
F
Okay,
good
morning
facility,
dude
work
orders
in
the
system
for
last
month
were
187
that
is
extremely
busy
month.
Moving
on
to
the
financial
report,
I
have
an
apology
to
make
I've
neglected
to
have
kelly
email,
the
financial
report
out
to
you
folks,
on
zoom,
so
you
want
to
slap
my
hand.
I
certainly
deserve
it,
so
I
can
I'll
ask
kelly
to
email
this
out
immediately
after
the
meeting
a
couple
things
I'll
call
out
on
the
financial
report.
B
F
There
it
is
okay,
so
you're
today,
for
this
year,
we're
at
8
48,
0
78,
that's
ahead
of
where
we
were
last
year
at
7
78.,
a
couple
things
I'll
call
out
which
we
we
do,
every
meeting
the
custodians,
the
two
new
ones
at
the
courthouse,
so
we're
over
there
by
approximately
thirty
eight
thousand
line
item,
fifty
six,
four
hundred,
that's
miscellaneous
services,
and
that
is
typically
our
subcontractor
repairs.
When
something
breaks
down
and
maintenance
staff
can't
fix
it.
We
call
somebody
in
we're.
F
The
this
number
is
about
20
000
over
where
we
were
at
this
point
last
year
and
then
you'll,
look
on
supplies
which
would
be
line
item
56
850
were
were
plus
14
000
there,
and
that's
most
of
that
is
going
to
be
related
to
covet
type
expenses
that
we've
incurred
this
year.
So
when
you,
when
you
consider
those
three
line,
items
where
72
thousand
000
ahead
there,
so
if
you
subtract
that
off
of
you
know
the
848,
you
know
that
gets
us
pretty
close
to
where
we
were
last
year.
F
So
and
again
I
apologize
that
this
wasn't
sent
out.
I
can
get
it
sent
out
immediately.
After
the
meeting,
so
if
there's
any
questions,
I'm
happy
to
take
them
for.
A
You
on
zoom,
I
think
this
looks
very
good.
Is
there
anybody
in
the
room
when
I
comment
on
this.
H
F
Yeah,
every
every
expense
that
we
have
that's
related
to
covid
gets
coded
appropriately
and
then
between
the
the
chairman
and
the
finance
department.
They
work
their
magic
and
make
sure
that
gets
to
where
it
needs
to
go.
So
the
answer
to
your
question
is
yes,
okay,
thank
you.
I
F
Go
ahead
all
right.
Moving
on
building
report
still
working
through
the
it
room,
cooling
system,
our
contractors
were
out
yesterday.
There
was
a
delay,
of
course,
due
to
covid
in
getting
the
correct
materials
here
to
make
that
switch
over.
They
were
out
yesterday
so
we're
looking
good
there.
I've
been
working
with
anita
on
some
door
access
controls
here
at
189
again
with
the
cares
act,
we're
allowed
to
purchase
a
device
that
will
open
and
close
the
front
door
depending
on
your
temperature.
F
So
that's
something
that
admin
and
myself
are
working
on.
Elevator
update,
we've
talked
at
length
at
this
committee
regarding
the
elevators,
we've
got
our
estimates.
One
of
them
was
approved
by
the
insurance
company,
we're
now
working
with
the
state's
attorney's
office
and
some
technicalities
on
those
bids,
and
I
hope
to
have
some
direction
soon.
So,
certainly
before
next
meeting,
I
expect
to
be
able
to
have
a
very
clear
direction
as
to
where
we're
which
direction
we're
headed
on
the
on
the
elevator
repair
at
the
courthouse.
C
F
Yes
correct,
so
the
the
that's,
the
gist
of
the
issue
is
the
controller
mechanisms
up
in
the
elevator
room
were
damaged
and
getting
the
correct
parts
right
now
or
not
right
now
is
is
impossible
because
of
their
age.
So,
given
the
age
of
the
damaged
unit,
when
they
update
that
with
new
technology,
it
will
no
longer
communicate
with
the
old
controller,
that's
up
there
for
the
other
other
elevator.
So
that
was
the
gist
of
you
know.
The
problem
with
the
insurance
company
was:
do
we
do?
F
F
Okay
at
the
courthouse,
if
you
recall
a
long
time
ago,
when
we
had
our
storms,
we
had
a
compressor
actually
before
the
storms.
We
had
a
compressor
issue
at
the
courthouse.
I've
limped
it
along
as
long
as
possible,
wanted
to
get
to
the
fall
when
the
weather
cooled
off
a
little
bit
and
every
time
I
think
it's
going
to
stay
cool
for
any
length
of
time.
F
F
I
check
in
with
chief
judge
kramer
every
couple
weeks,
just
to
make
sure
he's
satisfied
with
the
cleaning
efforts
that
have
been
ongoing
there
and
I'm
happy
to
report
that
you
know
he's
he's
very
happy
with
what
the
maintenance
staff
has
been
doing
over
there
from
a
cleaning
perspective,
obviously
with
the
amount
of
people
in
there
on
a
daily
basis
that
that
gets
pretty
difficult
to.
F
You
know
to
make
sure
that
we're
we're
cleaning
as
much
as
we
should,
but
that's
something
that
I'm
on
top
of
and
we'll
continue
to
focus
on
moving
forward
annex
in
the
old
jail.
I
did
have
a
company
come
out
at
last
month's
meeting.
F
F
Okay,
no
estimate
on
that
yet,
but
I
I
did
get
some
numbers
on
the
power
wash.
I
don't
really
want
to
share
them
here,
right
now
for
obvious
reasons,
but
I
am
working
on
that
and
before
we
do
anything
I'll
bring
some
numbers
to
the
committee.
So
everyone's
aware
that
jerome
combs
the
led
update
that
this
is
where
all
of
my
time
and
energy
and
frankly
my
staff's
time
and
energy
has
gone
over
the
last
month,
the
led
upgrade
out
there
is
nearing
completion.
F
Just
given
the
size
of
that,
it's
not
surprising
that
some
fixtures
were
missed,
so
the
contractor
had
to
order
some
more
fixtures.
They
had
to
do
a
recount,
which
I
participated
in
last
week,
but
I'm
happy
to
report
we're
approximately
90
percent
of
the
way
there
out
at
jerome
combs,
which
is
obviously
our
largest
facility.
So
I'm
glad
that
we're
nearing
completion
out
there
now
when
we're
done
at
jerome
combs.
F
The
plan
is
to
go
to
the
courthouse
next
and
I've
emailed
chief
judge
kramer
to
make
him
aware
also
want
to
have
a
meeting
with
the
chief
judge
myself
and
the
contractors
on
the
job
just
to
make
sure
that
we're
coordinating
properly
at
the
courthouse-
and
I
think
most
of
you
have
seen
the
courthouse-
has
scaled
back
some
of
their
cases.
So
it
should
afford
us
the
opportunity
right
now
to
get
in
there
and
get
some
of
this
done
during
while
the
case
load
has
been
reduced.
F
So
the
plan
is
going
to
be
to
go
to
the
courthouse
finish
that
go
to
the
annex
and
then
the
last
facility
will
be
the
old
jail.
So
that's
kind
of
the
game
plan
on
the
led
light
upgrade
tomorrow
we
have
a
teamster
meeting
with
the
teamsters
we
met
with
them
a
couple
weeks
ago.
F
Got
some
issues
on
the
table
they
have
since
met
with
our
employees
to
kind
of
get
a
laundry
list
of
items
that
that
they
want
to
discuss
or
bargain,
so
that
will
be
tomorrow
and
by
next
meeting
I'll
have
some
information
on
that
for
you
as
well,
and
then
the
last
item
that
I
have
is
elevator
maintenance.
This
goes
into
the
you
know
the
the
elevator
upgrade
that
we're
going
through
right
now.
I
would
like
the
permission
of
the
committee
to
go
out
for
bids
on
our
elevator
maintenance.
F
We've
been
with
the
same
company
for
well.
I've
been
here
coming
up
on
three
years
in
may,
but
I
know
brian
the
previous
director
had
used
the
same
company.
I
want
to
say
for
six
years,
so
it's
we're
probably
due
to
you
know
to
bid
that-
and
I
just
wanted
the
committee's
blessing
on
that.
That's
why
it's
on
your
agenda.
So
if
there's
any
discussion
on
that.
A
I
C
rice
yeah.
I
also
agree
with
you,
mr
chairman,
but
wes.
I
think
for
the
committee's
sake.
We
should
let
them
know
that
our
elevator
elevator
issues
are
a
insurance
claim
and
they're
not
going
to
probably
cost
the
county,
except
for
the
deductible
that
we
would
have
to
pay
because
of
the
storm
that
right
so.
F
So
the
the
the
elevator
repairs
here
at
189
are
obviously
covered
by
insurance.
The
maintenance
agreement
that
I
would
like
to
bid
is
our
general
maintenance
and
we've
discussed
at
this
committee
about
preventative
maintenance
and
due
to
budget
constraints,
there's
not
a
whole
lot
of
preventative
maintenance
that
goes
on.
However,
you
know
the
the
the
elevators
is
one
of
those
things
that
we
do
do
preventative
maintenance
on
and
then,
of
course,
our
generator
systems
at
our
jails.
We
perform
preventative
maintenance
on
that
as
well,
because,
obviously,
those
are
critical
so
with
the
elevator
maintenance.
F
F
You
know
of
our
buildings
and
it's
something
like
I
said
that
we
we've
been
with
the
same
vendor
for
some
time
and
I
believe
it's
time
to
bid
that
out.
So
it
sounds
like
everybody's
on
board.
So
I'll
get
that
going
here.
You
know
probably
early
next
week.
F
No
there's
absolutely
no
issue
with
the
service
they're
performing.
I
just
think
it's
good
practice
to
just
make
sure
we're
you
know
the
the
the
county
and
the
taxpayers
are
getting
the
best
bang
for
their
buck.
Okay,
thank
you.
A
E
Mr
hunter,
thank
you
very
much,
mr
chairman.
Well,
you
know
I'm
really
impressed
with
the
articulation
and
the
comprehensive
information
that
that
you
provide
to
us.
Additionally,
you
did
follow
up
on
the
power
wash
and
I'm
glad
to
hear
that
you,
you
secured
some
numbers,
appreciate
that.
Additionally,
I
just
had
one
comment
or
a
question
with
respect
to.
E
I
know
when
you
go
into
the
men's
restroom.
There's
a
was
a
sanitizer
dispenser.
E
Had
you
ever
given
any
thought
or
consideration
to
when
you
walk
into
the
doors
at
189,
if
there
could
be
some
kind
of
sanitizer
dispenser
there,
as
opposed
to
when
you
walk
in,
they
do
your
temperature
and
there's
a
a
bottle
of
sanitizer
at
the
desk,
where
you
initially
walk
in,
I
was
just
wondering:
had
you
ever
given
any
consideration
for
something
like
that
as
soon
as
you
walk
in
the
door
from
189,
if
there
could
be
a
dispenser
there.
F
Yeah
and
that
I
I
believe,
and
don't
quote
me
on
this,
but
I'm
fairly
certain
there
is
a
wall-mounted
dispenser
near
the
elevators.
If
I'm,
if
I
remember
correctly,
we've
got
so
many
all
over
the
place,
it's
hard
for
me
to
remember
where
they're
all
at,
but
I'm
pretty
certain
there's
one
there.
However,
you
know
when
and
if
we
do
go
the
route
of
the
automated
door
opener,
you
know,
I
think
it
would
make
sense,
possibly
to
have
a
pedestal
mounted
one,
maybe
near
that
location,
yeah.
E
I
agree
because
there
are
other
people
going
the
treasures
location
in
other
areas
over
there
to
the
right,
and
I
think
just
you
know
as
a
precautionary
measure
if
we
had
something
prior
to
that
and
if
you
are
considering
one
on
a
pedestal
that
that
sound
makes
good
sense
to
me.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
you're
welcome.
A
I
would
like
to
make
one
comment
to
us.
It
was
reported
to
me
by
a
very,
very
reputable
person
that
they've
been
impressed
with
the
way
that
you've
cared
for
the
facilities
and
cleaning
them,
and
I
want
to
share
that
with
you.
I
have
not
observed
that
I
haven't
been
around
long
enough,
but
this
individual
had
been
and
they've
noticed
the
difference.
So
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
there.
That's.
A
A
Anyway,
anything
else
for
mr
anders
before
we
dismiss
him.
G
Snips,
I
had
my
hand
up-
and
I
had
in
regards
to
the
budget,
but
I
know
the
lighting
in
here
tends
to
get
a
little
dim.
I
need
to
just
ask
a
question
for
clarification
purposes
when
I'm
reading
your
sheet
not
really
dealing
with
the
prior
year
but
your
year
to
date,
and
your
total
budget
original
now,
when
I'm
looking
at
that
grant
revenue
you've
taken
the
grant
revenue
to
offset
the
total
expenditures
which
brings
you
to
the
a4807897.
G
But
when
you
look
at
your
original
and
you
take
the
a47901
from
that,
it
puts
you
into
the
hole
at
17797..
Is
there
where's
your?
Is
there
a
do?
You
have
like
a
revenue
source
in
your
in
your
budget,
or
is
it
go
as
you
approve
it
type
of
situation
based
upon?
G
G
G
So
when
I
took
that
your
end
balances-
and
I
looked
at
it-
it
was
in
a
hole
by
177.97,
but
I
was
looking
to
see
if
there
was
like
a
revenue
source
that
says
either
your
head
or
minus.
Or
is
it
just
that
some
of
these
jobs
takes
you
over
and
it
just
meets
out
later
on.
F
Yeah,
I'm
not
I'm
not
certain,
and
even
the
grant
revenue
you
know.
I
want
to
talk
to
I'd,
always
assumed
todd
that
that
grant
revenue
was
forecasted
possibly
for
the
covet
supplies.
Oh,
is
that
the
government
supply,
I
think
so
yeah,
because
the
the
grant
revenue
that's
some
of
the
cobit
supplies.
I
don't
think
that's
all
of
it.
We've
bought
more
than
that,
but
I
believe
that's
what
that
number
is
for.
F
G
Know
right,
I
would
say
800
something
thousand
dollars,
but
only
11
000
is
in
that
shape.
So
I'm
looking
at
somewhere
along
the
line,
there's
some
monies,
maybe
out
the
general
fund
or
your
general
budget
that
has
to
cover
that,
but
nevertheless
it
leaves
you
like
177
97
in
the
hole
and
it
says
total
year
the
original.
I
know
you're
gonna
kind
of
go
over
that.
So
I
was
just
making
sure
you
do
have
a
revenue
stream
to
kind
of
offset
that
negative
balance
or
something
right.
Yeah.
F
A
G
I
You
know
where
is
the
courthouse
maintenance
or
the
the
remodeling
where,
where
is
that
in
your
budget?
Is
that,
in
your
main,
regular
maintenance
line?
Is
those
those
items
don't
hit?
My
budget?
Okay,
those
don't
hit
your
budget
gotcha,
so
those
those
aren't
reflected
here,
no
all
right
false,
because
we
would
be
way
way
over
right.
A
A
B
G
B
A
A
Yeah
there's
just
one
there's
we
have
one
bid
to
open.
I
just
did
it.
E
Mr
chairman,
I
have
a
question:
go
ahead,
yeah
haven't
you
already
authorized
the
bidding,
so
why
did
you
need
a
motion
on
this?
I
think.
A
A
E
A
A
A
E
I
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
I
just
have
an
announcement.
A
third
of
the
county
board
has
requested
a
special
county
board
meeting
on
wednesday
november
18th
before
the
pza
committee.
The
meeting
will
be
held
at
9
00
a.m,
immediately
before
the
pca
committee,
in
the
ful
in
the
county
board,
in
this
room
and
via
zoom.
So
that
has
been
gone
through
the
clerk's
office.
This
is
an
announcement
from
the
clerk.
I
A
I
A
E
E
Yeah
my
my
question,
sir:
has
it
been
public
been
notified
publicly
unnoticed?
Mr.
A
D
D
All
right,
I
have
a
a
list
of
a
few
pieces
of
equipment
that
we
would
like
to
purchase
here
next
in
2021.
First,
I
have.
We
have
a
2006
push
broom
that
currently
breaks
down
and
is
requiring
a
lot
of
repairs.
D
A
new
one
costs
eleven
thousand
nine
hundred
sixty
five
dollars,
and
we
also
need
to
replace
our
pull
broom
we'd
like
to
get
a
20,
21
sweepster
pull
type
room.
This
one
is
from
1999.
It
does
break
down
it's
difficult
to
find
parts
for
it.
The
reason
for
the
two
different
types
of
brooms,
this
one.
We
can,
this
the
pulp
room.
We
can
connect
to
anything,
a
pickup
truck,
you
know
track
or
whatever
the
other
one
just
goes
in
front
of
one
of
our
our
dump
trucks.
D
Yes,
yes,
mr
chairman,
that
I
do
have,
I
have
budgeted
these
items
in
my
2021
budget.
Thank
you.
D
Next,
we
need
to
replace
our
water
tank
and
presently
we
mount
a
wall,
a
200,
gallon
tank
on
a
pickup
truck,
and
it's
a
2001
adult
meyer
spray
unit,
we'd
like
to
replace
that
unit.
It
would
be
about
eleven
thousand
dollars
now.
The
problem
that
we
have
is
the
we
need
more
capacity
because
of
all
of
the
new
technology
and
the
icing
and
some
of
the
newer
projects
that
we're
doing
so.
We
have
a.
We
have
a
proposal
here.
D
D
One
of
these
new
would
be
almost
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
and,
if
you,
if
I
have
approval
to
purchase
that
we'd
like
to
get
a
3500
gallon
anti-ice
pre-wet
unit
or
just
under
35
000,
we
would
use
this
basically
year-round
for
de-icing
pre-wetting
surfaces
in
the
summertime
when,
where
we're
out
shouldering
sometimes
those
shoulders
are
so
dry,
we
they
need
wetting
to
in
order
to
work
them
up,
and
also
we've
been
doing
some
road
rebuilding
and
when
we're
grading
a
road,
we
need
to
soak
the
road
for
grading.
D
J
D
We
would
consider
that
we,
we
did
purchase
a
military
truck
last
year.
This
committee
remembers
it.
It
was
more
of
a
sand
type
color.
We
haven't
painted
it,
but
that
one
is
more
of
a
a
tow
wrecker
truck
for
us
and
we,
you
know,
we've
used
it
several
times
already,
but
yeah.
It
would
probably
be
something
we
would
consider
doing.
Is
I
mean
we're
we're
going
to
put
flashing
lights
on
and
all
over
the
place
of
course,
but
I
don't
know
about
painting
it
that
hasn't.
D
K
Okay,
yeah
we'll
do
the
work
of
the
shop
we'll
mount
the
two
marry
them
together
and
recheck
all
the
measurements
and
the
hydraulics
and
it'll
be
good.
I
Go
ahead,
mr
ice,
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
and
just
to
piggyback
on
that
mr
laluna
was
very
successful
in
the
purchase
of
the
tow
truck
for
the
use
of
the
county
so
and
we
all
know
that
the
u.s
military
always
takes
really
good
care
of
their
equipment.
You
know,
if
that's
one
thing
they
do
you
do,
is
they
always
do
equipment
maintenance?
So
I
have
no
issues
with
getting
a
retrofitted
military
truck
involved
in
the
fleet.
A
E
Mr
chairman,
I
do
mrs
hunter
go
ahead.
Okay,
am
I
recognized
sir?
Yes,
you
are.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
good
deed.
For
the
day,
that's
fine
appreciate
it
roger
you
got,
got
a
question
and
you
know
for
the
chairman
or
somebody
in
response
position
regarding
those
sweepers
that
you
that
you're
going
to
replace
as
a
matter
of
policy,
do
you
guys
have
to
declare
that
stuff
surplus
and
then
maybe
sell
them
or.
D
Every
year,
usually
around
september
august
september,
I
will
put
out
a
resolution
declaring
all
of
our
surplus
equipment
and
we
usually
have
we
call
it
a
garage
sale.
The
following
and
put
it
out
for
public
bid.
A
A
C
D
Just
for
the
committee's
application,
I
do
this
because
you
know
I
was.
I
was
kind
of
advised
if
we're
going
to
spend
more
than
15
or
20
000
on
a
piece
of
equipment
or
get
a
new
piece
of
equipment,
I
was
just
to
bring
it
to
the
board
just
to
get
ahead.
Not
if
or
if
somebody
says.
No,
we
don't
need
that.
That's
what
I'm
doing
these
all
these
things
are
in
my
budget.
I.
D
The
other
thing
that
we
need
to
do
with
with
buying
new
trucks,
we
still
have
not
received
our
truck
that
we
ordered
last
year.
We
probably
will
not
receive
it
until
february.
D
we're
going
to
replace
unit
57.
It's
a
2007
international,
with
108
000
miles
on
it
that
2022,
we
we
looked
at
source
well
and
the
federal
exchange
and
the
2022
mac
is
the
least
expensive
there.
There
are
no
trucks
currently
on
the
state
purchase,
but
so
I
went
with
those
other
two
that
we
we
have
used
and
the
mac
comes
in
at
220,
356.
D
D
This
is
just
the
cheapest
one.
We
we
got
okay,
that
was,
let
me
grab
my
papers
here.
D
Yes,
there
was
a
there
was
a
peterbilt,
a
kenworth
and
an
international,
and
they
varied
in
price.
This
this
mac
was
220
256
and
the
international
was
227
thousand
57
dollars.
Thank
you
with
the
cheapest
one.
Thank
you.
A
G
One
because
sometimes
they
I
mean
we
get
the
the
I
like
to
say
cheapest,
but
the
most
cost
efficient.
G
But
what
I
also
like
to
look
at-
I
guess-
and
you
probably
have
already-
is
the
warranties
that
comes
with
the
vehicles,
because,
in
my
experience,
even
purchasing
a
vehicle,
sometimes
the
most
the
the
most
cost
efficient.
One
can
cost
you
later
on.
If
the
other
one
comes
with,
like
extended
warranty
for
five
years
versus
one
that
has
one
for
two
years.
So
I'm,
where
are
we
at
as
between
the
comparison
data
of
warranties
for
this
type
of
vehicle?
Considering
that
we're
spending
that
kind
of
money.
D
Okay,
I'd
like
to
refer
to
mr
laluna
if
he
is
still
there,
but
also
the
internationals
that
were
on
state
bid.
It
was
always
very
convenient
for
international
because
we
had
an
international
dealer
here
in
town
which
we
no
longer
have,
but
if
bob
is
still
there
bob
could
you
address
those
concerns.
K
I
Mr
sirois,
thank
you
thank
you,
mr
chairman
and
mark,
and,
and
mr
laluna,
you
know,
I
know
the
rest
of
your
fleet
is
pretty
much
international
and
I
I
own
a
fleet
also,
and
I
always
like
to
keep
the
same
brand
going.
You
know
I
know.
Sometimes
it's
tough
and
this
would
be
a
six
thousand
dollar
upgrade
to
keep
the
same
brand.
I
But
there's
always
there
there's
benefits
to
that
in
the
long
run,
on
the
maintenance
side,
where
filters
and
pads
and
rotors
and
things
that
you
might
need
for
those
units,
you
all
are
comparable.
So
you
know
if
you're
gonna
go
to
mac
from
here
on
out,
I
I
would
say,
stay
with
mac,
but
I
would
recommend
if
it's
only
a
six
thousand
dollar
difference
to
stay
with
the
brand
that
you
have,
because
usually
you
know
what,
if
you
have
a
fleet
of
everything,
the
same
it's
easier
to
operate.
In
my
experience,
yeah.
D
Go
ahead
and
see
right,
yeah
that
that
is
a
good
good
plan
and
bob,
maybe
you
could
address
we.
We
already
have
purchased
a
couple
trucks
besides
internationals
bob.
You
want
to
take
over
that
yeah.
K
Sorry
we
have
two
macs
now,
but
everything
we
went
with
cummins,
because
the
international
max
force
engines
were
right.
I
know,
and
both
the
mac
really
most
of
the
truck
is
compacted
drive
line
the
brakes,
the
suspension
they're
all
the
same
allison.
So
and
every
year
the
last
three
years
they've
been
changing
filters
on
us.
K
The
motor
keeps
getting
upgraded,
so
it's
hard
to
stock
everything
for
them
yet
because
they
haven't
sorted
it
out
and
yeah,
and
so
that's
a
good
point
you
brought
up,
but
most
of
them,
expensive,
stuff
or
the
maintenance
stuff
is
all
the
same
that
we're
stocking
now.
I
Yeah,
okay,
good
because
you
know,
and
that's
what
a
lot
of
people
don't
realize
when
you
own
a
fleet,
you're,
actually
stockpiling
parts.
Also,
so
you
don't
really
want
to
buy
a
part,
that's
going
to
be
obsolete
in
a
couple
years.
You
know
if
it's
going
to
just
sit
on
the
shelf,
so
thank
you
bob
for
all
your
research.
I
appreciate
it
and
I'll
go
with
your
expertise.
A
The
question
anybody
else
have
any
questions
I
I
do
appreciate
your
comments,
mr
sirois,
and
I
appreciate
your
answer.
Thank
you.
Let's
have
a
roll
call
vote
on
that
purchase
of
a
truck.
A
C
I
A
D
Next,
I
would
like
to
get
some
direction
on
a
proposed
storage
building
or
the
storage
yard
down
across
from
the
old
homestead.
D
D
It
has
an
earth
floor
in
it
there's
animals,
we
have
animals
and
rodent
issues
in
there
and
it's
on
ground
level.
So
when
it
rains
it's
always
damp.
The
floor
is
wet
in
there,
the
building's
too
small
to
handle
all
of
our
seasonal
equipment
because
of
the
pitch
of
the
roof
and
the
height
of
new
equipment
and
stuff.
D
D
We
have
a
new
hot
box,
our
trailers,
our
crash
attenuators
mowers,
our
vector,
the
graders,
the
tractors
message
boards,
our
rollers
sign
trucks,
spare
trucks,
snow,
plows,
spray,
patcher
and
their
tree
chipper.
Now
those
are
seasonal
things.
That'll
move
in
and
out,
but
what
what
we've
proposed?
I
think
everything
will
fit.
D
D
D
I
I
do
have
a
budget.
I
think
we
we
need
to
go
this
route,
we're
getting
right
with
all
of
our
the
new
technology
and
message
boards
and
spray
patchers,
and
all
that
stuff,
we're
just
running
out
of
room
and
some
of
our
stuff
has
to
sit
outside.
So
I'd
really
like
to
get
this
in
a
building
improve
the
electrical
down
there,
because
the
electrical
in
that
in
that
in
that
existing
building
from
the
1940s,
when
we
go
to
plug-in
trucks
and
stuff,
it
just
blows
fuses
all
the
time.
D
D
We
have
been
in
touch
with
the
city
for
permits
and
as
long
as
we're
not
going
to
encroach
any
farther
in
the
setback,
we
should
be
fine.
A
D
D
It's
in
a
budget
yeah,
I
do
have
billing
improvement
money
in
the
budget
to
handle
this.
So,
yes,
I'm
I'm
just
kind
of
looking
for
a
head
nod,
yes
or
no.
I
believe
it's
it's
way
overdue.
So
I
I
just
like
ahead
not
to
go
ahead
and
do
this
we
will.
We
will
bring
a
bid
to
this
committee.
A
I
have
one
question
myself
with:
are
there
any
empty
buildings
that
would
fit
your
parameters
in
that
this
isn't
right
at
your
office
location?
Are
there
any
buildings
that
could
be
this
building
could
be
raised?
For
instance,
you
have
a
storage
yard
that
makes
sense
to
rent
for
the
short
term
in
light
of
issues,
that's
going
to
be
coming
forward
next
year
with
potential
taxes
and
covid,
and
all
the
impact
that
that
is
going
to
have
on
us.
D
Not
looked
into
that,
but
if
we
get
too
far
away
then
it's
it's
kind
of
a
you
know
a
a
difficult.
You
know
transition
for
us
to
maintain
those
things
and
keep
them
secure.
A
K
A
A
My
questions
answered
okay,
mr
chairman,
just
second,
we
have
just
a
second.
I
have
somebody
on
the
floor
here.
First
go
ahead,
mr
long.
J
Mark
I'm
just
gonna
play
the
devil's
advocate
is
the
building
that
you're
proposing
gonna
be
big
enough
for
the
future.
Are
you
gonna,
pre-wire
and
pre-maybe,
throw
tubing
in
the
floor
for
heat
in
the
future
or
some
type
of
interior
package.
D
We
did
not
really
consider
heat.
This
was
kind
of
got
cold
storage.
Bob
was
there
any
of
that
discussed
in
that.
K
Yeah
in
that
bid
there's
some
barrier
panels
that
go
in
with
for
the
future
to
be
able
to
put
heat
so
we're
having
them
do
that
in
if
they
do
it,
whoever
does
it.
So
it's
ready
to
do
some
insulation
and
some
heat.
We
didn't
look
into
the
flooring
because
of
the
expense
and
radiation
yeah,
just
something
that
will
keep
it.
You
don't
have
to
be
working
a
t-shirt
just
to
keep
the
hydraulic
all
warm
enough
to
take
off
and
go.
A
A
K
Yeah,
we're
gonna,
do
the
excavation
and
have
it
prepped
the
base
for
the
flooring
for
it,
and
then
we're
going
to
take
the
building
and
cut
it
up
and
recycle
it
and
take
it
to
the
yard.
To
get
you
know,
scrap
your.
D
When
we
have
times
when,
when
we're
free,
that's
when
we
do
it
but
yeah,
if
you
wanna,
if
there
will
be
a
cost,
but
it's
an
internal
cost.
H
C
H
Okay,
so
it
come
down
easy.
Are
you
including
an
apron
outside
with
the
concrete
bit
in
front
of
the
building
for
this
one
vehicle
to
sit
off
the
floor?
Yes,
yes,
and
then
on
the
concrete
floor,
is
that
going
to
have
a
footing
around
or
just
be
a
flowing
slab
fighting
voting?
Okay
and
then
you
talked
about
the
heating
of
things,
let's
see
and
the
lighting
as
far
as
the
lighting
goes.
Does
that
include
the
electrical
work
also,
the
bid,
I
mean
just
your
obvious
grant.
H
You
have
to
put
a
new
service
into
that
building
and
increase
the
service
to
put
lights
in
some
building.
That's
that
big
and
possibly
heat
it
so
is
that
included
in
this
221
000
also.
I
D
K
I
just
wanted
to
add:
we
have
the
electric
service
buried
in
to
the
corner
of
that
building
now,
because
we
had
poles
in
the
yard
and
wires
and
they
were
caught
by
one
of
the
salt
trucks,
so
we
put
in
the
heavy
service
up
to
the
corner
of
that
building.
Thinking
of
the
future,
so
it's
ready
to
hook
up.
E
Much,
mr
chairman,
I
appreciate
that
got
a
couple
of
questions
had
been
any
consideration
given
to
interfacing
with
kcc,
with
some
of
the
trades
classes
they're
having
out
there
and
if
that
could
be
an
opportunity
for
some
of
the
students
out
there
to
participate
in
this
project.
E
That's
my
first
question
also
had
any
consideration
mark
been
given
to
a
component
for
power
as
well
too,
in
terms
of
the
the
roof
and
so
forth,
and
also
interfacing
with,
I
know
they
have
classes
out
of
kcc
regarding
the
the
solar
industry
industry
had
any
thought
been
given
to
that.
D
No,
I've
not
considered
that.
I
have
not
considered
that,
but
I
could
get
a
hold
of
kcc
to
find
out
about
their
their
solar,
it's
difficult
when
we,
when
we
go
out
for
a
leading
on
something
like
this,
I
don't
know
how
that
that
corresponds
with
kcc,
but
I
can
look
into
it
for
sure.
E
E
Okay,
I
appreciate
that
sure
thank
you
for
miss
yeah
for
letting
me
articulate
my
questions.
You're
welcome.
A
E
Cameron
give
me
some
advice:
there's
another
yeah,
there's
certain
other
things
that
mark
just
indicated
that
he
was
going
to
pursue.
You
know
I
I
indicated
the
the
solar
component
that
may
have
an
impact
in
terms
of
the
the
bidding
and
so
forth.
So
we
may
be,
I
think,
we're
sanctioning
what
he
wants
to
do,
but
in
terms
of
the
leading
at
this
point
it
may
be
a
little
premature
until
we
have
some
of
those
questions
answered.
A
D
Yeah
as
long
as
this
is
a
a
project
that
I
can
pursue,
we
will
go
ahead
and
pursue
that
and,
of
course,
I'll
look
into
the
solar
power
and
also
the
kcc
trades
classes.
And
mr
hunter,
I
don't
know,
do
you
know
if
there's
any
with
those
trade
classes,
do
they
work
with
contractors?
C
D
E
Yeah
and
mr
chairman,
let
me
say
this
further:
you
know
I'm
not
adverse
to
what
the
department
head
has
indicated.
No,
all
I'm
saying
is
that
you
know
if
we
sanction
what
he's
doing
he'll
incorporate
all
of
that
information
that
we
just
discussed.
So
I'm
I'm
not
standing
against
that
at
all
and,
and
it
may
not
be
premature,
yeah.
